A PDA has limitation of storage space and inconvenience of Pen-based equipment to input. To solve these problems, this paper implemented that previous Speech Recognition provides using XML(extensile Markup Language) Web Service and PDA Client is possible to use speech command by request Speech Recognition Web Service. This system consists of Mobile Client and Speech Recognition Web Service Provider. The Mobile Client transmits user information and speech data to the Speech Recognition Web Service Provider using DIME(Direct Internet Message Encapsulation). The Speech Recognition Web Service Provider returns recognition results and user name only to an authorized Mobile Client. So We are able to use speech service without installing Speech Recognition or Speech DB in PDA.

This study is based on the National Pension Research Institute's 2013 Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReIS) 5 Data for Parents and Children Care over 50 years old and analyzed the satisfaction level of life according to the characteristics of 226 people in society. The results showed that women were more satisfied with their lives than men, and when the age was lower, when they had spouses, and when they had independent economic power. As for the grandchildren caring provider, the higher the education levels, the higher the satisfaction with life. And across all areas, the grandchildren care provider showed greater satisfaction with life than the parents care provider. These results show that the burden of the parents' carers is as great as that. Suggestions based on these results are as follows. First, It is necessary to develop a health care program that can be easily accessed by family carers. Second, Direct economic support is needed, with the primary focus being on family carers. Third, services targeting parents care providers are needed. It is also necessary to form a network that can share the difficulties of parental care.

M-commerce services are rapidly emerging with recent advances in mobile devices and wireless communications. Internet Shopping mall managers provide mobile phone users with their mobile shopping malls for m-commerce. However, these mobile shopping malls usually have their own sites which are not compatible with their Internet shopping malls, thus resulting in inefficiency to manage the two kinds of shopping malls. In this paper, we develop a M-commerce content provider system to effectively bring Internet shopping malls to mobile phones by extracting items only concerned to users from product documents. We then apply and evaluate the system over a specific internet shopping mall site. The results show that the system reduces considerably the amount of data transferred to user's mobile phones compared with using general web browsers.

The trend of globalization leads an increased need for international freight transportation and accelerates the development of the international logistics industry. The objective of this paper is to identify the critical factors that affect the choice of logistics service provider (LSP). The data sample was collected through a questionnaire, responded by 218 companies that outsource logistics services. The analysis uses descriptive statistics; exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis were conducted with SPSS. The role of capabilities, customer service, and company reputation were evaluated and tested. Our findings show that capabilities and customer service have a considerable impact on the choice of LSP. The findings also indicate that company reputation do not have significant impact on the choice of LSP. They also showed that the capabilities is the variable that has the most significant effect on the choice of LSP. An implication of this study is that the competition should not only focus on pricing, but should be extended to improving enterprises capabilities, i.e., upgrading human resources, modernizing the modes of transportation, expanding business geographically and developing new technologies. Our study provides LSP managers with insights into how to meet customer expectations in the competitive logistics service sector.

With the rapid change of broadcasting industry, the dominant market power of Korean free TV is going down. The purpose of this study is to estimate what is their strategy to recover the actual difficulties as for advertising media and production company. We will focus on mainly their horizontal diversification, MPP(multiple program provider). They will be classified and analysed by 5 portfolio types of Aaker: Cashcow Brand, flanker Brand, Strategic Brand, Silver Bullet Brands and Branded Energizer. For this, we will study the data from Korean Broadcasting Committee, home page of each channels, etc. At result, since MPP(multiple program provider), affiliates of Korean free TV have the stable advertising revenues compared with other cable channels, there are many cases of Cashcow brands which need few supplementary investment from the parental company and influence positively for the other channel brands.

With the recent revitalization of the shared economy, bike-sharing services are gaining huge popularity in the bicycle sector. Bike-sharing services are characterized by reducing environmental pollution and borrowing bicycles at low prices. This study investigated the mechanisms for the formation of customer's continuance intention toward bike-sharing services. The theoretical framework clarified the role of perceived value and trust in enhancing customer's continuance intention. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment are considered as the vital factors of enhancing perceived value and trust in a service provider. The research model was validated by data from 217 bike-sharing users in China. Both perceived value and trust in a service provider had a significant impact on user's continuance intention. However, the analysis results showed that perceived usefulness does not have a significant impact on both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment played a significant role in enhancing both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Our results are expected to provide academic and practical implications for bike-sharing services.

Background : If different cost efficiency indexes were informed to the same clinic depending on the inclusion or exclusion of pharmacy cost, it may impair the reliability of provider-profiling system. This study aimed to investigate whether the omission of pharmacy cost affects cost-efficiency rankings in medical clinics. Methods : Data for ambulatory care cost at 23,112 medical clinics were collected from the claims database, which was constructed after review by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) of Korea in April 2007. We calculated two types of cost efficiency indexes by inclusion or exclusion of pharmacy cost for a medical clinic. The agreement between the decile rankings of the two indexes was also assessed using the weighted kappa statistic of Landis and Koch. Results : When the cost efficiency index for total cost including pharmacy cost was compared with the index for total cost excluding it, the agreement between the two indexes was only 55%. The agreements between the two indexes were relatively low within specialties which have larger pharmacy volume of total cost and lower correlation between total cost with or without pharmacy cost included than the average level of all the specialties. Conclusion : These results suggest that the omission of pharmacy cost may result in contradictory outcomes that may be confusing to a medical institution and may impair the reliability of provider-profiling systems. It is very important to standardize profiling criteria for the reliability of provider profiling system.

The selection of a third-party logistics (3PL) provider is a critical process for shippers who want to receive competitive logistics service. However, studies analyzing the factors that influence the selection of 3PL provider from the viewpoint of shippers are insufficient. The present study aims to derive factors to be considered when selecting a 3PL provider by domestic shippers and to present the weights of each factor. The analysis results showed that among the major factors, the "operation factor" showed the highest importance, followed by "strategic factor", and "communication factor". The results of compound weights showed that "cost reduction" is the most important factor, followed by the "expertise of the provider", "inventory management ability", and "human resources management". The present study proposed the core factors that should be considered when selecting a 3PL provider from the shipper's viewpoint. This study also has an industrial implication from the viewpoint of 3PL providers because it provides the basic data for enhancing the shipper's satisfaction by reinforcing the factors that are considered important in by shippers. In future research, it is necessary to classify shippers by industry and analyze the differences in the factors that arise in selecting 3PL companies for each industry.

In this paper, we proposed the Failure-Diagnostic Context-awareness Middleware (FDCM) for improving the reliability in the USN application service. The middleware diagnoses the failure occurred in sensors or facilities in the indoor USN application system. The new middleware suggested in this paper consists of DataManagement module, ContextProvider module, Contextlnterpreter module, ServiceProvider module and DataStorage module. By analysing the data obtained by the interaction between modules through the diagnostic algorithm, the FDCM determines the malfunction of sensors and equipment devices. Then we verified the performance of middleware by using simulation. As a result, the FDCM showed the high performance in the large systems that many of the sensors and devices are installed.

Cloud service provider has to protect client's information securely since all the resources are offered by the service provider, and a large number of users share the resources. In this paper, a NoSQL-based anomaly detection system is proposed in order to enhance the security of mobile cloud services. The existing integrated security management system that uses a relational database can not be used for real-time processing of data since security log from a variety of security equipment and data from cloud node have different data format with unstructured features. The proposed system can resolve the emerging security problem because it provides real time processing and scalability in distributed processing environment.
