This paper proposes central monitoring system(PVCMS) based on a TCP/IP network for effective integrating management about photovoltaic systems. We don't gain confidence the result of production simulation, because the output of PV system have many various environmental change factor. So if we can obtain real operated data about each sites and system types to use PVCMS, we can define the environment change factor to compare with simulation data. And this paper try to access about total management and data analysis methods of renewable energy through results analysis to synthesize of the operation.

This paper provides an implementation of data envelopment analysis (DEA) developed by Charnes et al. using SAS. Since a flexible interactive matrix language SAS/IML included in the SAS has a syntax similar with the matrix algebra, one can easily create and understand SAS/IML code for DEA. In this paper, a simple SAS/IML code for DEA and its illustrative implementation with an input-output data set of 25 American private university research libraries are provided.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a system for automatic data path synthesis in digital system. There are four subtasks to synthesize a digital system: scheduling, register allocation, functional unit allocation and bus allocation. In this paper, force directed algorithm is used for the scheduling while new algorithms are proposed for the allocation subtasks. Synthesis results of two experimental data paths including MC6502 have shown that our proposed algorithm out goes most of previous works.

This paper is to show the diphthong system of Jeju dialect speakers in their 70s or more on the basis of the acoustic analysis of their phonetic data. It is revealed through the analysis of their phonetic data that they clearly distinguish such diphthongs as [we], [w$\epsilon$], [yc] and [yo]. However, this paper shows that they are phonetically insensitive to the separation between [ye] and [y$\epsilon$] and they seldom make a precise pronunciation of diphthong [iy], which male speakers tend to pronounce to be [i] and female speakers to be [i].

Video On Demand servers generally require massive disk storages for storing many video data. Many researches have been done on the topics of efficient allocation of movies in disks. This paper, We describe efficient disk placement techniques and implement storage system with SCSI and PCI Bus interface for efficient data handling. This paper also proposes a logical zone reconstruction method for the SCAN data placement technique. The proposed method reconstructs physical zones into logical zones by split and merge operations.

This paper is concerned with the method of estimating lifetime distribution for field data in warranty period and for a situation where some additional field data can be gathered after the warranty period. Implementing the proposed methods in this paper will result in obtaining the more precise product life time estimation and product improvement.

The advance of traction motor control technology and the complexity of the traction power supply system makes the simulation essential in determining the dimension of the traction power supply system. The conventional method, use of the simplified and/or empirical equations, becomes inadequate in optimization of the design. The simulator presented in this paper is a numerical time based simulator running on a PC. The input to the simulator includes the track data, the train characteristic, network data and operating data. Basically the simulator conducts train running simulation and loadflow study repeatedly. The principle algorithms and its output is discussed in the paper.

It is very important to select the best alternative for a manufacturing enterprise. However, more often than not this work is carried out unsatisfactorily. In this paper, we will present a new model for evaluating alternatives. Two main results derived from this paper are as follows: 1. A selection model of alternative is suggested that each decision maker's opinion is equally evaluated and the preference of each attribute can also be considered simultaneously. 2. A proposed method is especially effective to analyze a data structure with fuzzy and crisp data.

Clustering is a data mining method, which consists in discovering interesting data distributions in very large databases. In traditional data clustering, similarity of a cluster of object is measured by pairwise similarity of objects in that paper. In view of the nature of clustering transactions, we devise in this paper a novel measurement called item similarity and utilize this to perform clustering. With this item similarity measurement, we develop an efficient clustering algorithm for target marketing in each group.

This paper considers a panel data regression model in which the disturbances follow a nested error components with serial correlation. Given this model, this paper derives several Lagrange Multiplier(LM) testis for the presence of serial correlation as well as random individual effects, nested effects, and for existence of serial correlation given random individual and nested effects.
