Due to the decrease in infrastructure investment and stagnation of overseas construction, it is concerned the instability of the construction market. Enhancing the Korean construction competitiveness, productivity improvement could be the breakthrough. In addition, defining construction contents utilizing virtual reality technology is drawing attention along with the trend of the fourth industrial revolution technology development toward the labor productivity improvement. This study conducted a survey to figure out the present state of the productivity management in field and comprehend the factors influence on construction productivity for further Korean construction productivity data platform.

Recently, the healthcare field has undergone rapid changes owing to the accumulation of health big data and the development of machine learning. Data mining research in the field of healthcare has different characteristics from those of other data analyses, such as the structural complexity of the medical data, requirement for medical expertise, and security of personal medical information. Various methods have been implemented to address these issues, including the machine learning model and cloud platform. However, the machine learning model presents the problem of opaque result interpretation, and the cloud platform requires more in-depth research on security and efficiency. To address these issues, this paper presents a recent technology for Internet-of-Things-based (IoT-based) health big data processing. We present a cloud-based IoT health platform and health big data processing technology that reduces the medical data management costs and enhances safety. We also present a data mining technology for health-risk prediction, which is the core of healthcare. Finally, we propose a study using explainable artificial intelligence that enhances the reliability and transparency of the decision-making system, which is called the black box model owing to its lack of transparency.

Ministries of Education are integrating different Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance teaching and learning during the lockdown to avoid academic loss. The key factor for delivering a high-quality education through LMS platforms is teachers' acceptance and adoption of the platform. Madrasati platform (which means My school) was introduced by Saudi Arabian Ministry of education as the formal teaching and learning for distance education for public education levels. This study aims to examine the effectiveness, usability and adoption of "Madrasati" platform from teachers' perspectives in Saudi Arabia. "SUS, CSUQ" tests were used to test the usability of the new platform. Using quantitative research design, data were collected using questionnaire. 200 teachers were selected randomly answered the survey. Data was analysed descriptively and inferentially using SPSS (25). The results obtained indicate that the teachers are highly satisfied using Madrasati platform and technically it is well designed. Also, Madrasati has positive effect on teaching quality. Moreover, Madrasati has high usability in teaching. One of the key findings were that the quality of the information content in Madrasati has a strong effect on teachers' perception of the Madrasati usefulness that led to a positive attitude towards Madrasati. These findings would be useful to the ministry of education and institutions trying to integrate technology in their teaching and learning processes. Thus, this paper contributes towards more effective utilisation of the extensive functionalities that Madrasati have to offer, which will contribute toward the development of pedagogy in Saudi Arabia.

빅데이터 분석 및 AI 개발자에 대한 수요가 증가하지만 이를 공급할 교육 기반이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 기반 인공지능 교육 플랫폼을 개발하여 교육기관 및 IT기업에서 실무 중심의 실습 교육을 저비용, 고효율로 학습할 수 있는 환경 구축에 목표를 두었다. 교육 플랫폼의 개발은 사용자별 시나리오 기획, 아키텍처 설계, 화면 설계, 개발 기능 구현, 하드웨어 구축으로 진행하였다. 본 교육 플랫폼은 쿠버네티스 기반으로 컨테이너화된 워크 로드와 서비스관리 플랫폼, 강사·수강생을 위한 강의 및 개발 플랫폼으로 구성되어 있으며, 실시간 알람 시스템과 에이지 테스트로 클라우드 안정성을 확보하였고, CI/CD 개발 환경을 제공하며, 도커 이미지 배포를 통한 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 본 교육 플랫폼의 개발로 교육분야 신사업 진출의 기회를 확대하고 AI 및 빅데이터 분야의 실무 인력양성에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

The increasing number of retrenchments because of the current global pandemic, Covid-19, has led many to shift to the digital economy, especially among the low-income group (B40) in Malaysia. Crowdsourcing is the collection of information, opinions, or work from a group of people, usually sourced via the Internet. Fueled by the development of Internet-based platforms that provided its technological foundation, and the need for an agile and uniquely skilled workforce, crowdsourcing has grown from the grassroots, with a burgeoning body of research investigating its many aspects. However, very few studies examined crowd workers' motivation for continuous participation on online crowdsourcing platforms. Thus, this paper aims to explore the technological factors that facilitate B40's group motivation in Malaysia to continue to participate in online crowdsourcing platforms. This paper employed a qualitative approach, using a semi-structured interview. The thematic analysis method was used to decode the data extracted from the interview transcript. The finding of this study identified four main themes and seven sub-themes: (1) Technology efficacy, (2) Platform Management: client-worker management, safety net, payment mechanism, (3) Platform Design: UI design, rating feature and (4) Infrastructure: Internet connection, technology infrastructure. This study can provide a guideline for managing crowdsourcing practices in Malaysia, especially for the crowdsourcing platform developer.

In recent years, as IT technologies such as cloud computing and mobile payment have evolved and Internet users have increased, the Internet financial market has become intelligent, mobile, and platformed. This study considers the impact of the psychological characteristics of platform systems and users on the performance of fintech platforms. The results of this study are as follows. Information quality affected trust and commitment, service quality affected commitment only, and system quality affected trust and commitment. The perceived risk affected trust and commitment, and the perceived benefit only affected trust and was shown to have an insignificant relationship with immersion. Trust has been shown to have a significant relationship with commitment, and both trust and commitment affected performance. In the validation of mediation effects, trust has shown a partially mediated effect between information quality, system quality, perceived risks, and perceived benefits and performance. There was no mediation effect between service quality and performance. Immersion has been shown to have a partial mediating effect between information quality, service quality, system quality, perceived risk and performance, and there is no mediating effect between perceived benefits and performance. This study showed what are the main factors that affect the performance of the fintech platform and will be used as a useful foundation for increasing the performance of the platform in the future.

최근 각국은 정부 데이터 개방을 위한 데이터 플랫폼을 구축하고, 행정정보데이터세트 등 다양한 데이터를 민간에서 웹을 통해 자유롭게 활용하도록 하고 있다. 이 연구는 전 세계적으로 가장 많이 활용되는 대표적인 오픈 데이터 플랫폼인 소크라타와 CKAN의 기능을 분석하고, 각국의 활용 사례를 살펴보았다. 그리고 서울시의 데이터세트 서비스 현황을 사례로 검토하여, 오픈 데이터 플랫폼을 적용한 지방자치단체의 데이터세트 관리 및 서비스 방안을 개념적으로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 기록으로서의 데이터세트 서비스 제공을 위한 지방자치단체의 장기적인 보존과 관리체제 방안을 제도적 측면과 데이터의 생산 및 관리 측면, 서비스 측면 및 플랫폼의 선택 등 다양한 측면에서 제시하였다.

데이터의 관점이 업무자원을 넘어 새로운 가치자원으로 진화하면서, 그 처리방식의 무게중심도 단순 카테이션(Cartesian) 방식에서 맥락(Context)식별 방식으로 빠르게 전환되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 최근 정부도 공공데이터 개방을 통한 민간 활용 여건 조성에 나서고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정보처리관점에서 조직원과 대중의 차이를 탐색 차원에서 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 대중을 대상으로 하는 공공데이터 플랫폼 설계의 기본 방향과 주안점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 그간 추상에 머물러 있던 '대중의 집단지성'에서 벗어나 '집단지성 생태계' 조성을 위한 실천적 대안 모색의 시발점이 될 것이며, 공공데이터 개방에 필수적인 빅데이터 기반 구축의 실천적 아이디어로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The objective of this study was to create intelligent rail robots that are optimized for facility management and implement digital twin systems for smart road tunnel management. An autonomous surveillance system is formed by combining the sensing platform consisting of railing robots, fixed cameras and environmental detection sensors with the digital twin data platform technology for tunnel monitoring and early fire suppression. In order to develop mobile rail robots for fire extinguishing, we also designed and manufactured robots for extinguishing & monitoring and fire extinguishing devices, and then we examined the optimization of all parts. Our next step was to build a digital twin for road tunnel management by developing continuous image display system and implementing 3D modeling. After constructing prototypes, we attempted simulations by configuring abnormal symptom scenarios, such as vehicles fires. This study's proposal proposes high-accuracy risk prediction services that will enable intelligent management of risks in the tunnel with early response at each stage, using the data collected from the intelligent rail robots and digital twin systems.

Electronic document management system is tool, based on the document life cycle concept, for structured management of various documents within an organization. In this paper, we address a development process of electronic document management system based on pure JAVA and CORBA. We have developed a electronic document management system which can support a variety of platform in heterogeneous distributed environment. EDMS can serve as an integration platform for industries that require handling of massive document and data such as construction and engineering, automobile, shipbuilding industries. Using the developed system, users can access documents in the system through an internet brower, and also add or modify existing document.
