창정비의 실효성에 대한 고찰: K-1 전차의 2010년 이후 정비자료를 바탕으로 (A Study on the Effectiveness of the Depot Maintenance: Based on the Maintenance Data of K-1 Main Battle Tank Since 2010)

  • Purpose: This article provides the efficiency test results of conducting depot maintenance. Method: ANOVA (analysis of variance) and ANCOVA (analysis of covariance) tests are conducted using data obtained from Defense Logistics Integrated Information System (DELIIS). Results: The result shows that although the effect of the depot maintenance is significant, some parts do not follow the overall effect of the depot maintenance. In order to solve the problem we provide some suggestions to be improved. Conclusion: For improving the combat readiness condition of K-1 main battle tank, the maintenance policies and regulation must be revised for the parts of the weakness. In addition, the collection way of the operation and maintenance data must be redesigned.

  • A systemic building maintenance management is necessary to supply an convenience and safety environment by maintain the origin features for a building's life. However, the exist maintenance management system has some problems such as interoperability of information or standardization of data. In those reasons, a critical information for maintenance a building may be lost and changed. In addition, the data could be crashed or lost on a process of re-input or re-produce. This paper purpose the interoperability in exchanging data between design/construction and operation phases. In addition, this model will enhance the efficiency of building maintenance tasks through information quality improvement and data reproduction prevention.

  • This paper is developed with software system for the construction of periodic maintenance. The system includes records of equipment, maintenance work, failure mode analysis and work standards of maintenability, inspection & repair to establish periodic maintenance system. And the software program is designed with user-oriented to analyze maintenance data and maintenance system of periodic interval times. Also machine operator can easily apply maintenance management system in production & manufacturing field. Visual Basic in the environment of Window system is used as computer program language for graphics and data base management in IBM PC.

  • This paper suggests a revision method for historical fault data using Proportional Aging Reduction(PAR) to consider maintenance effect in time-varying failure rate. In order to product time-varying failure rate, the historical fault data are necessary. However, the maintenance record could be left out in historical data by spot operator's mistake. In this case, the failure rate is produced less than the average failure rate for increasing equipments' life-time by maintenance effect. Hence, it is necessary for new time-varying failure rate to extract maintenance effect from the existing fault data. In this paper, the revision method to reduce equipments' life-time, adversely using PAR among three techniques to consider maintenance effect.

신뢰성 분석 기반 발전설비 점검계획 수립 시스템 연구- 석탄 하역기를 중심으로 - (Study of Reliability Analysis Based Power Generation Facilities Maintenance System - Focused on Continuous Ship Unloader -)

  • Purpose: Recently, research has continued to predict the time of failure of the facility through measurement data obtained by attaching a sensor to the facility. However, depending on the facility, it may be difficult to attach a sensor. The purpose of this study is to propose a power generation maintenance plan system based on failure record data obtained from Continuous Ship Unloader, one of the facilities that is difficult to attach sensors. Methods: This study uses data collected from 2012 to 2022 from the 'CSU-1B' model among Continuous Ship Unloader operated by Korea Midland Power Co., LTD. By fitting fault record data to the Weibull distribution, appropriate maintenance cycles and ranges for each target facility subsystem are derived. In addition, maintenance group between subsystems is selected through Euclidean distance, a metric often used for time series data similarity. Through this, a system for establishing an maintenance plan for power generation facilities is proposed. Results: The results of this study are as follows. For the 17 subsystems of the Continuous Ship Unloader, proper maintenance cycles and ranges were determined, and a total of four maintenance groups were chosen. This resulted in the creation of an power generation maintenance plan system and the establishment of an maintenance plan. Conclusion: This study is a case study of power generation facilities. We proposed a maintenance plan system for Continuous Ship Unloader among power generation facilities.

예방정비를 고려한 복수 부품 시스템의 신뢰성 분석: 마코프 체인 모형의 응용 (Reliability Analysis of Multi-Component System Considering Preventive Maintenance: Application of Markov Chain Model)

  • Purpose: We introduce ways to employ Markov chain model to evaluate the effect of preventive maintenance process. While the preventive maintenance process decreases the failure rate of each subsystems, it increases the downtime of the system because the system can not work during the maintenance process. The goal of this paper is to introduce ways to analyze this trade-off. Methods: Markov chain models are employed. We derive the availability of the system consisting of N repairable subsystems by the methods under various maintenance policies. Results: To validate our methods, we apply our models to the real maintenance data reports of military truck. The error between the model and the data was about 1%. Conclusion: The models developed in this paper fit real data well. These techniques can be applied to calculate the availability under various preventive maintenance policies.

  • Enough school facility maintenance data should be accumulated in a database or data warehouse in order to supply information about school facility correct maintenance budget plan, budget assignment, and cycle and rate of maintenance or replacement. For those, this research analyze the present school facility maintenance practice and budget and construction cost structure. In order to solve the problems, this study analyze the present practice of maintenance and replacement and obtain LCC(Life cycle cost) data, perform expert interview and then establish construction work breakdown structure of maintenance of educational facility by combining work breakdown structure(WBS) and cost breakdown structure(CBS).

스마트 디바이스 기반 유지보수 관리자용 자동화 모델 구축에 관한 연구 (Research on the Construction of an Automation Model for Maintenance Managers Based on Smart Devices)

  • 지난해 기준 국내 30년이 넘은 노후화 건축물이 37%를 차지하고 있으며, 건물 노후화 수치가 점차적으로 늘어남에 따라, 건물유지보수의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 건물의 유지보수를 위해서는 많은 작업 주체가 참여하여 업무를 진행한다. 그 중 '유지보수 관리자'의 업무가 가장 큰 비중을 차지한다. 현재 업무를 살펴보면 유지보수 건축물의 이력관리를 도면 혹은 수기로 기록하여 보관하는 방식으로 진행되고 있으며, 해당 자료를 재 열람하기 위해서는 많은 시간이 소모된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 작업자의 유지관리 업무 편의성 향상과 이력관리를 최적화 하기위해 기존 유지보수 프로세스를 파악하고, 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 스마트 디바이스 기반의 자동화 모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 디바이스 기반의 자동화 모델 구축을 위하여, ① 일반적인 시설물 관리 프로세스 분석 및 관련 문헌 검토, ② 현재 유지보수 프로세스 개선, ③BIM Data, COBie Data, IoT 및 AR 기술을 기반으로 유지보수 관리 자동화 모델 기능 구성도 제작, ④ 스마트 디바이스 기반 유지보수 관리 자동화 모델 구축, ⑤ 사례 현장 적용, 유지보수 관리 진행 및 이력정보 재검토 소요 시간 비교를 통한 시스템 검증을 실시하였다.

  • 고속도로 건설사업은 기본설계, 실시설계 단계에서 합리적이고 경제적인 대안 선정을 위해 대안간의 총생애주기비용(LCC)을 산정, 비교하게 된다. LCC 산정시에는 각 대안의 보수주기, 보수율, 보수비용 등의 유지관리 정보가 필요하며, 한국도로공사의 경우에는 자체 개발하여 운영하고 있는 Hi-유지관리시스템의 정보를 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 LCC를 고려하지 않은 기존 유지관리시스템의 데이터베이스 구조 및 입력체계로 인해 유지관리 정보를 효율적으로 획득 및 적용하기가 어려워 전문가의 설문에 기초한 유지관리 정보를 주로 활용하여 LCC를 산정하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 실제 유지관리 자료를 실용적으로 사용할 수 있도록 연간일상유지관리 개념을 제안하였다. 제안된 개념에 따라 한국도로공사의 Hi-유지관리시스템 자료를 분석하여 일부 제시하였으며 실제 고속도로 건설사업에 적용하여 본 결과, 엄밀한 LCC 분석을 위한 유지관리 데이터가 부족한 현 상황에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • The technology of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance is widely applied to ships in order to maintain the good voyageable condition. One of the most important fields of marine engineering is to seek the maximum availability and to solve the stochastic maintenance problem such that the cost for corrective maintenance is minimized. Accordingly, for the purpose of making the most suitable maintenance schedule which minimizes the expected cost function, this paper suggests the method to grasp the failure characteristics by the ship's maintenance data that are collected from the past. And, suggests the method to estimate the optimal maintenance interval by using the dynamic programming and the cumulative hazard rate function attained from the maintenance data.
