  • A data base design framework for predictive a preventive-maintenance system is presented in this paper in order to effectively control machines and reduce accident rates in the workplace. The data base is designed to meet general management requirements to evaluate different maintenance strategies. There are seven data files: the equipment list maintenace pesonnel, maintenance history, maintenance specification, spare part, maintenance equipment, and maintenance schedules. Each data base file has several record based upon data acquisition.

  • The On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) tools access data from the data warehouse for complex data analysis, such as multidimensional data analysis, and decision support activities. Current research has lead to new developments in all aspects of data warehousing, however, there are still a number of problems that need to be solved for making data warehousing effective. View maintenance, one of them, is to maintain view in response to updates in source data. Keeping the view consistent with updates to the base relations, however, can be expensive, since it may involve querying external sources where the base relations reside. In order to reduce maintenance costs, it is possible to maintain the views using information that is strictly local to the data warehouse. This process is usually referred to as "self-maintenance of views". A number of algorithm have been proposed for self maintenance of views where they keep some additional information in data warehouse in the form of auxiliary views. But those algorithms did not consider a consistency of materialized views using view self-maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to research consistency problem when self-maintenance of views is implemented. The proposed "conveyor algorithm" will resolved a complete consistency of materialized view using self-maintenance with considering network delay. The rationale for conveyor algorithm and performance characteristics are described in detail.

생산효율화를 위한 설비보전관리 지원시스템에 관한 연구 -설비보전정보시스템을 중심으로- (A Study on the Equipment Maintenance Management Support System for Production Efficiency)

  • This study deals with the schemes of design, plan and operate maintenance management support systems and with the engineering approach for the solutions to build the maintenance management for the production efficiency. Maintenance Management Information System(MMIS) is the task that must focus on machinery historical data and planned maintenance action. Also the efficient supporting system in a maintenance management is achieved by database which is based on process of machinery's failure history. Designing method of maintenance management information system, maintenance modules are consisted of six factors ; machinery's historical data, lubrication control, check sheet, repair work, availability report, and performance report(control board and detailed reports), and then operators can rapidly utilize data in work place. In the implementation of designed model, program coding has been developed by Visual Basic 3.0. Data insertion, deletion and updating which perform menu screen is implemented by reading data from database. Implementation model based on LAN environment and related data is stored in Microsoft DBMS.

교육시설물의 연차별 유지보수비 산정 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimating method for Annual Maintenance Costs of Educational Facilities)

  • Current maintenance costs of the educational facilities have been determined by the years of services according to their foundation year. However, these maintenance costs have not considered maintenance and repairing. Therefore, this study suggests a new method to recalculate the years of services of schools by using the data of maintenance and repairing which is stored in the CAD drawing of the educational facilities. Also, since the data of maintenance and repairing has to be kept only for 5 years, the data is limited for the BTL project which has a maintenance period of 20 years. Thus, this study developed a new model to expand 5 years' data to the period of 20 years. This proposed model is expected to contribute in the maintenance and repairing of the BTL project.

  • Effective maintenance system for national highway bridges has been requested due to increasing numbers of bridges. In this study, bridge data base is established in accordance with rating criteria for the structural conditions and functions of bridges. Maintenance system using PC-80386 hardware and ORACLE software is developed to rank the priority of either reconstruction or repairing of bridges and to provide with those information to bridge maintenance staff in order to perform bridge maintenance effectively. With this pre-establised data base and computerized maintenance system, data and information for planning of bridge construction could be obtained in times.

  • Recently, many kinds of research has been actively developing for a standardization and information related to the construction works. These works include the general field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The works of database construction for a standardization and information were chiefly propelled centering around the present conditions related to the design, construction work. The field related to maintenance and management on facilities lags behind in the works of database construction. The establishment of standard classification system(SCS) on facilities and inspection data is most important among the things related to maintenance and management to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests SCS on facilities and inspection data according to that of facilities. On the basis of SCS of facilities and inspection data, code work with classification system and input work for a data of maintenance and management was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on tunnel structures

  • Retaining wall is a constructed structure in order to construct road, rail, building for effective use and obtainments of the limited ground. Recently, many kinds of research have been actively developed for a standardization and information to the maintenance and management of bridge, tunnel, road. With the works of database construction of that, many kinds of data with respect to statistics is cumulated. Database work of retaining wall is wholly lacking and lagged behind in the works of database construction. This paper suggests classification system on inspection data. On the basis of that, code work with classification system was practised and DB program of inspection data of retaining wall was developed. And input work for a data of maintenance and management was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on retaining wall.

  • 건설정보를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 데이터 생성부터 유지관리까지 전 과정을 관리해야 한다. 그러나 사업관리정보시스템 (PMIS, Project Management Information System)은 설계를 포함하여 시공단계에서 사업관리를 중심으로 운영하고 있어서 유지관리와의 연계가 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 유지관리분류와 도시철도시설물 공종분류를 활용하여 시공단계에서 발생하는 데이터를 유지관리 활동에 활용하는 프로세스를 제시한다. 유지관리분류와 공종분류를 연계함으로써 시공정보와 유지관리정보를 일괄적으로 추적할 수 있으며, 유지관리 시 필요한 시공정보를 손쉽게 활용할 수 있다. 또한 사업관리정보시스템과 유지관리정보시스템(MMIS, Maintenance Management Information System)을 연동할 수 있으며, 시공정보를 건설사업의 라이프싸이클 정보를 관리할 수 있게 하여 생애비용을 추적관리 할 수 있도록 돕는다. 본 논문에서는 유지관리정보시스템 프로토타입을 개발했으며, 업무적용 시 타당성이 있음을 보여줬다.

  • 본 연구는 의왕시 부동산행정정보일원화 사업과 관련하여 지적공부(도면, 대장)등록사항의 정비를 자료정비 사업에 의하여 정비하였던 것에 착안하고 있다. 여기에서 나타난 사례를 통해 향후 지적공부 확산정비 모델과 함께 부동산행정정보일원화 사업에 고품질의 데이터 제공과 자료정비 사업의 효율성 제고를 연구의 궁극적 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지적공부 자료정비 사업을 통한 성과와 제도적, 시간적, 비용적인 측면의 효율성 부분을 근거로 제시하여 자료정비 사업의 효과를 나타낼 수 있었으며, 사업대상 지역 현황과 오류 유형의 정의, 대상지역 오류 현황 등을 분석하고 여기에서 나타난 오류를 유형화하여 이에 대한 정비방안과 정비성과를 도출하였다.

기계화사단 정비대대 능력 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Maintenance Capability for A Maintenance Battalion in the Mechanized Division)

  • In this research, our objective is to develop a model which could evaluate the maintenance capability for a maintenance battalion in the mechanized division. To analyze the maintenance system, we obtained various data related to maintenance capability and described the maintenance process as a network type. This network type model is then translated to SLAM-II network model to simulate the system. The simulation model can be operated by using appropriate input data and simulation results are obtained. The simulation model can be applied in various way. Through the simulation we could find the bottle neck point in the maintenance process. Also the maximum capability of maintenance with on hand asset and the wartime supportability can be evaluated. The mode provides sensitivity analysis by changing various imput data such as the number of repairmen, repair time, failure rate and so on.
