Recently, sectionalizing switches have been coming to be operated by remote control through the distribution SCADA system. However, the problem of determining the optimal switching sequence is a combinatorial optimization problem, and is quite difficult In solve. Hence, it is imperative to develop practically applicable solution algorithms create a new arbitral distribution system configuration from an initial configuration and some of these algorithms do not show a load transfer sequence to reach the objective system.

Remodeling of agricultural facilities can be defined as follows; it is received newly social needs which calamity is reduced, its function is improved, ecosystem is maintained, water-friendly space is preserved. By those remodeling, environment water and tour water with role as a place of rest and leisure sports, and so forth can be ensured. Therefore, on this study, we would propose the approach of the repair and enhancement of agricultural facilities which can reflect those social demands.

본 논문에서는 국내 접지설계 환경의 적정성 여부를 검토하여 ANSI/IEEE Std.80-2000을 보완한 새로운 접지시스템 설계방법을 이용하여 접지설계를 검토하였으며, ANSI/IEEE Std. 80-2000 Annex B의 사례연구를 통해 기존방식과 비교 검토하여 신뢰성과 경제성을 검증하였다.

This paper concerns constructing wavelet bases on the unit interval, where a new boundary treatment is provided to overcome certain drawbacks of eariler constructions. Wavelet expansions on the unit interval usually suffer from artificial boundary effects and poor convergence at the boundaries. Many researchers have suggested a solution to the drawbacks. From a practical point of view, their solutions also have a common disadvantage. This paper provides a new solution using biorthogonality near the boundaries, that avoids the disadvantage while preserving their advantages.

This paper deals with Littlewood-Paley type estimates of the Besov spaces {{{{ { B}`_{p,q } ^{$\alpha$ } }}}} on the d-dimensional unit cube for 0< p,q<$\infty$ by two certain classes. These classes are including biorthogonal wavelet systems or dual multiscale systems but not necessarily obtained as the dilates or translates of certain fixed functions. The main assumptions are local supports of both classes, sufficient smoothness for one class, and sufficiently many vanishing moments for the other class. With these estimates, we characterize the Besov spaces by coefficient norms of decompositions with respect to biorthogonal wavelet systems on the cube.

In this paper, we introduce a family resolvent cocycle and express the Chern Character of Dai-Zhang higher spectral flow as a pairing of a family resolvent cocycle and the odd Chern character of a unitary matrix, which generalize the odd index formula of Carey et al. to the family case.

In this paper, inspired by the fractional Brownian sheet of Riemann-Liouville type, we introduce the operator fractional Brownian sheet of Riemman-Liouville type, and study some properties of it. We also present an approximation in law to it based on the martingale differences.
