저자들은 최근 원발성 갑상선 림프종으로 진단한 3예를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 특히 증례 3에서와 같이 전경부 종괴로 내원한 환자에서 과거 하시모토 갑상선염의 병력이 없더라도 갑상선초음파에서 하시모토갑상선염을 의심할 수 있는 갑상선실질의 미만성 변화를 보이고, 실질 부위와 구분되는 명확한 거대한 저에코성 종괴를 보이는 경우 갑상선 림프종을 감별 진단하여야 할 것으로 생각되며, 우선적으로 초음파 유도하 세침흡인검사를 실행하고, 확진을 위해 조직생검을 하여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

There are different kinds of the pseudo-mass of the gallbladder(GB) such as GB stones, GB polyps, GB sludge, and these can be differentiated by simple-ultrasonogram(USG). The most common symptoms of GB polyps are abdominal pain(RUQ), dyspepsia, jaundice, but usually there are no symptoms. GB polyps are commonly treated with a cholecystectomy if 10 mm or more in diameter. Pseudo-mass of the GB is regarded as products of stagnation of the Liver Ki in Oriental Medicine. The patient suffered from mild fever. abdominal pain(RUQ), and jaundice. He was diagnosed with a GB polyp(10 mm), liver cyst(12 mm) by simple USG. We treated him with Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine(Hoinsamgum-tang). After three days of treatment, the symptoms improved, and after one month the GB polyp was removed on the follow up of USG.

Objectives : The purpose on this study is to show the clinical effects of oriental medical treatments for labral tear. Methods : The patients were treated using acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, herbal medication, moxibustion, physical treatment and cupping treatment. And the effects for labrum tear have measured in VAS, ROM of shoulder joint. Results : VAS of shoulder pain went down to 2 in case 1, 4 in case 2. ROM of shoulder joint was improved. Conclusions : From the above results, It is demonstrated that oriental medical treatments is effective on labral tear.

동영상이나 게임에서 2차원적인 시야를 제공해주는 물건(컴퓨터,TV,스크린 등)이나 입체감을 주기위한 3D기술을 사용하여 보는 것에 만족하던 시대가 가고 VR(Virtual Reality)이 등장함으로 인해서 사람들이 점점 가상현실에 대한 환상을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 많은 관심을 받는 VR과 동영상 Converter기술을 합쳐 공포 게임을 만들어 보며, 일반적인 공포 영상이 VR과 접목되면서 가져올 감정변화가 사람들의 관심을 끌 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.

A facing target sputtering (FTS) equiment is fabricated and its process characteristics are investigated to search for the possibility of applications to film passivation system for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). We report that the FTS system can prepare a high quality $ZrO_2$ films with a dense micro structure and an excellent uniformity less than 5% and a high transmittance over an average 80% in the visible range. We suggest that the FTS is one of the suitable deposition techniques for the thin film passivation layer of OLEDs and the gas barrier layer of polymer substrate.
