The production of disulfide bond-containing recombinant proteins in Escherichia coli has traditionally been done by either refolding from inclusion bodies or by targeting the protein to the periplasm. However, both approaches have limitations. Two broad strategies were developed to allow the production of proteins with disulfide bonds in the cytoplasm of E. coli: i) engineered strains with deletions in the disulfide reduction pathways, e.g. SHuffle, and ii) the co-expression of oxidative folding catalysts, e.g. CyDisCo. However, to our knowledge, the relative effectiveness of these strategies has not been properly evaluated. Here, we systematically compare the purified yields of 14 different proteins of interest (POI) that contain disulfide bonds in their native state when expressed in both systems. We also compared the effects of different background strains, commonly used promoters, and two media types: defined and rich autoinduction. In rich autoinduction media, POI which can be produced in a soluble (non-native) state without a system for disulfide bond formation were produced in higher purified yields from SHuffle, whereas all other proteins were produced in higher purified yields using CyDisCo. In chemically defined media, purified yields were at least 10x higher in all cases using CyDisCo. In addition, the quality of the three POI tested was superior when produced using CyDisCo.

The second edition of the International Standard ISO/DIS 2859-1(1997) is the revised version of ISO 2859-1(1989). Significant changes in this edition include the following; ⅰ) a new procedure for switching from normal to reduced inspection is used, ⅱ) optional fractional acceptance number sampling plans are added, and ⅲ) reduced plans are changed to eliminate the gap between the acceptance and rejection numbers. In this paper, major changes and additions incorporated into the revised version are discussed.

Due to fierce competition, many domestic fashion businesses are suffering difficulty in securing and maintaining customers. Accordingly, fashion companies are devoting all their energy to secure customers by using high quality and diverse strategies for distribution and promotion, and to secure loyalty by satisfying customers with the offer of excellent service. Thus, it is very important to provide systematic service recovery strategy available for handling service failure effectively. Therefore, the purpose of this study is comprehensively analyzing influences of expectation dis-confirmation and perceived justice for service recovery upon consumers' satisfaction and loyalty. The findings are as follows. First, as for the service failure that customers experienced, the more consumers who expect it to be recovered led to the higher formation of expectation-compensation dis-confirmation. Second, it was indicated that the higher seriousness in service failure that customers experienced led to the lower satisfaction and loyalty to service recovery. Third, as a result of examining influence of expectation-compensation dis-confirmation for service-failure recovery upon consumer satisfaction and loyalty, the customers who showed more positive dis-confirmation to expectation-compensation were indicated to form the more satisfaction and loyalty. Fourth, as a result of examining the influence of the perceived justice in the process of service-failure recovery upon customer satisfaction, all in 3 dimensions of justice had effect on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the ISO/DIS 11620 : 2007(library performance indicators) in terms of structures, objectives, and BSC, and to apply the selected performance indicators to the digital library services for the case of 'B' University in Korea. Standardization of library statistics and of qualify or performance measures for libraries is carried on within ISO in the frame of the TC46/SC8/WG4. While the first edition of ISO 11620 grouped the indicators as to service areas, the ISO/DIS 11620:2007 uses the structure of the balanced scorecard(BSC). For the study, 44 performance indicators are grouped into traditional, hybrid. and digital libraries according to the characteristics of them. Ten selected Performance indicators, which are classified into digital libraries, are verified for the applicability.

Clinical observation was done on 496cases of the Out-patients and 136cases of the In-patients more than 65 years of age in Department of Internal Medicine, Oriental Medical Hospital in Dong Guk Univ. from March 1991 to February 1992. The results were as follows; 1. The ratio of senile (more than 65 years of age) was 16.4% in total Out-patients, was 38.1% in total In-patients. 2. The ratio of male to female was 1:1.1 in the Out-patients, In-patients was 1.2:1. The age distribution showed the large number in the 65-69 year group, the female more than the male in 70 th's group. 3. The diagnostic distribution was noted in the Out-patients as follows, Respiratory Dis. 50.6%, Cardiovascular Dis 16.4%, Brain Neurogic Dis. 14.5%, Gastrointestinal Dis. 8.1%. in the In-patients. Brain Neurogic Dis. was 76.5%, Cardiovascular Dis was 19.8%. 4. The ratio of the season distribution in the Out-patients was as follows, spring 40.2%, winter 21.2%, summer 20.9%, in the In-patients. winter was 35.9%, autumn was 25.0%, spring was 19.9%. 5. The utilization of therapeutic clinic before coming the Oriental Medical Hospital in Dong Guk Univ, was as follows, the ratio of the Out-patients was noted a hospital or clinic was 57.1%, no-treatment 22.9%, a oriental medical hospital or clinic was 8.3%. In the admission was noted no-treatment was 38.3%, a oriental medical hospital or clinic was 35.3%. 6. The ratio of the periods from onset to Out-patients department was noted within 5days was 7.3%, over 1 year was 52.6%. In the admission was noted within 1 day was 41.9%, within 7 days was 71.8%. 7. The ratio of the therapeutic periods in the Out-patients department was noted within 10 days was 48.3%, over 60 days was 7.1%. 8. The ratio of the admission periods was noted within 10 days was 45.6%, the median of the admissio was 10.8 days. Brain Neurogic Dis's median was 20.2 days. 9. The therapeutic result was noted the case of improvement was 75.7% in the admission. 10. The ratio of the Out-patients department after discharging was 53.7%, in the case of Brain Neurogic Dis. was 60.7%.

An balanced tapped inductors using RPPT (Regulated Peak Power Tracking) system is proposed. In the series/parallel PPT system battery charger and discharger are operating complementary. So they both can be combined into a single hardware block. Battery charger and dis-charger share same magnetic cores thus can be reduced core weights.

Today, as the number of vehicles equipped with autonomous driving functions increases, the use of various sensors increases, and the complexity of system configuration increases. The ISO 26262 standard was published to prevent caused by systematic errors. Recently, the issue of external environmental factors rather than mechanical failure has increased. This issue is a problem outside of the scope of ISO 26262, and the ISO/DIS 21448 standard was published to solve this problem. Also, Mobileye proposed the RSS model that defined safe distance for dangerous situations in order to secure the safety of autonomous vehicles and who is responsible in case of an accident. In this paper, integrated process of ISO 21448 and RSS model, and through these results, we expect that possible to contribute to securing the safety and reliability of autonomous vehicles in the future.

Ultrasonic inspection method is more profitable than X-ray radiographic inspection in cost and effect of defect detection such as dis-bond, damage, and it does'nt need special constructions and can be possible real time inspection with safety. This report explains the experiment and analysis of ultrasonic property of solid propellant and the inspection methods of propellant/liner dis-bond by inside or outside inspection, and of propellnat micro crack by damage. At result, ultrasonics has big attenuation$(6\sim8db/cm)$ in solid propellant, and it. can be possiblle to detect the defect of propellant/liner dis-bond by inside or outside inspection. And also it can be possible to detect the propellant micro crack caused by damage by using ultrasonic attenuation.

This research proposes the U-drawing information system (U-DIS) based on risk assessment. One of the most outstanding features of U-DIS is to perform the Quantitative Risk Assessment directly on the screen utilizing the Process Information. U-DIS revolutionizes the existing way to do a risk assessment and helps finding information more efficiently and simply. It is designed to open all CAD drawing files on the web-based environment without having the CAD S/W installed on the PC. The U terminal platform in U-DIS supports IPv6 and wireless broadband network and U-DIS can be accessible through a sensor or personal authorization. This results in providing a systematic safety enhancement tool considering not only the operation of the process but also its risk level in the equipment industry. Additionally to aid the decision making process it offers comprehensive and thorough information based on engineering technical theory.

As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, the adaptation of ISO 9000 has brought about some significant positive effects to domestic quality systems However, somenegative results occurred in domestic industries rushing to fulfill the requirements of these new quality systems. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implemen tation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/ DIS 9000:2000, ISO/ DIS 9001:2000, ISO/DIS 9004:2000. this study has been conducted using the data collected from 325 Korean small and medium manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification in March 2000. The first, the adoption of a quality manage ment system needs to be a strategic decision of the organization. The design period of the adoption of a quality management system is influenced by the size of the organization, the products process, KS certification, the rate of management.
