The retroviral Gag polyprotein directs the assembly of virion particles and plays an important role in some events after entry into a host cell. The Gag polyprotein of a virus mixture is responsible for inducing murine acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (MAIDS) when injected into susceptible strains of mice. In order to identify the host cellular proteins which interact with the MAIDS virus Gag proteins and possibly mediate the function of the Gag proteins, mouse T-cell leukemic cDNA expression library was screened using the yeast GAL4 two hybrid system. Of 11 individual positive clones, the clone Y1 was selected for the study of protein-protein interaction. Its DNA sequence revealed that it was an exact match to the murine SH3 domain-containing protein SH3P8. It is expressed as 2.4 kbp transcripts in testis at higher levels and in various tissues tested at lower levels. Glutathione S-transferase-Y1 fusion protein binds tightly to $Pr60^{def-gag}$ as well as $Pr65^{eco-gag}$.

A research on scaffold fabrication has been progressed in many research groups. However, the mechanical properties of existing biodegradable materials are still not satisfactory. But, PPF (poly (propylene fumarate)) has a good mechanical property in comparison to other biodegradable materials. Nevertheless, the viscosity of the synthesized PPF is too high to fabricate structures using micro-stereolithography. Therefore, the viscosity of the resin was made low by adding the diethyl fumarate and this material could be used in micro-stereolithography apparatus. Then, a photoinitiator was added for photo crosslinking of the DEF/PPF resin. 2.5D and 3D scaffolds were fabricated our system and curing characteristics of the resin were analyzed through the experiment.

Evaluation of def3ects by etch-ppit formation was studied. A NaOH(30 mol%) etchant was found useful for etch-ppit developpment on ZnSe-based eppilayers grown on (001) gaAs. And a H3ppO4(85 mol%) was used in order to developp etch-ppits on GaN-base eppilayers grown on (0001) Al2O3 After etch-ppit formation on the surfsce. Transmission Electron Microscoppy(TEM) was cppmdicted. By etch-ppit developpment and TEM observation we could determine the defect typpes by etch-ppit configurfations and found origin of etch-ppit in the cse of ZnSe-based materials. Based uppon these results we can do defect identification by etch-ppit test simpply. In the case of GaN-based materials we could evaluate nanoppippe density. however high density of threading dislocations in GaN eppilayers were not revealed by etch-ppit developpment. Based uppon these results we can evaluate the nanoppippe density which difficult to evaluate using TEM beacause of its small size(diameter). And at ppresent status direct matching of etch-ppit density to dislocation density would make severe mistake.

In this paper we provide an alternative explanation for there construction, by assuming that the expletive there (EXPL) has independently uninterpretable Case feature as well as u[person], not as being pied-pipied with $\varphi$-feature. If EXPL has only u[person], we could analyse incorrectly some there constructions, including an embedded infinitive clause: by Chomsky (1998, 1999) in the construction, EXPL is ‘frozen’ and cannot participate in the computation of higher. As a result, we could predict incorrectly that the derivation is crashed. But if EXPL has two uninterpretable features, u[person] and u[Case], we could predict correctly that the derivation is converged: the u[person] of EXPL is deleted under Matching/Agree with $T_{def}$; still, the undeleted u[Case] of EXPL is activating; so EXPL can be raised to [SPEC, T] to satisfy the EPP-feature of matrix T.

The result were achived from 29 kinds of the medical literature of many generation is like this. 1. The cause of Xerophthalmia is Wind, Wind-heat Pathogen, Damp-heat of spleen and lung, DefIciency of body fluid, Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney, Liver deficiency syndrome, Deficiency of blood, Fire, Fire of deficiency type, Liver heat, etc. 3. In the frequency of prescription used Xerophthalmia are "Sangbakpi-Tang(桑白皮湯)", "Eunkyosan(銀翹散)", etc as Excess type, "Kikookjihwang-Tang(杞菊地黃湯)", "Samooloja hwan(四物五子丸)", etc as Deficiency type. 4. In the frequency of medical herbs of Xerophthalmia use much Rehmannia root nourishing Yin and clearing away heat and Divaricate Saposhnikovia root(expelling pathogenic wind.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the expletives and EPP in Chomsky's(1998, 1999) Minimalism. Generalized EPP is suggested in Chomsky(1998): every functional head may have an uninterpretable selectional feature for its specifier position to be filled by a proper element. After briefly examining the properties of EPP and ${\Phi}$- features in Chomsky (1998, 1999), there-constructions are examined in terms of Agree. EPP features are satisfied by there-Merge or Move of an associate NP. Case feature is regarded as a reflex of ${\Phi}$-feature. Hence, it is suggested that there is a pure expletive with a [person] feature. It has shown that the uninterpretable [person] feature of there is not erased by the nonfinite T($T_{def}$) in terms of Agree in the Raising and ECM constructions. Again the uninterpretable [person] feature of there Agrees with finite T and moves to SPEC-T to satisfy the EPP feature, and finally the uninterpretable [person] feature of there is erased. PRT(=-en) is also regarded as a defective probe with a [number] feature and a [gender] feature.

Conventional noise reduction filtering schemes realize limited improvements of the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) in the low-level noisy images. The flatness degree and the edge information are effectively used to estimate the noise volume. We propose a noise estimator for reducing noise in the AWGN (additive white gaussian noise) corrupted images using three intermediate image maps (FGM(flatness gray map), FIM(flatness index map), NEM(noise estimate map)). The proposed noise estimator is fed into the conventional noise reduction filters as a pre-processor. The performance of noise reduction is tested in the various AWGN corrupted images.

In this paper, we present a self-compensating PID controller which consists of a conventional PID controller that controls the linear components and a neural controller that controls the higher order and nonlinear components. This controller is based on the Harris's concept where he explained that the adaptive controller consists of the PID control term and the disturbance compensating term. The resulting controller's architecture is also found to be very similar to that of Wang's controller. This controller adds a self-tuning ability to the existing PID controller without replacing it by compensating the control errors through the neuro-controller. When applied to an actual magnetic levitation system which is known to be very nonlinear, it has also produced an excellent results.

Generally, sensor nodes can be easily compromised and seized by an adversary because sensor nodes are hostile environments after dissemination. An adversary may be various security attacks into the networks using compromised node. False data injection attack using compromised node, it may not only cause false alarms, but also the depletion of the severe amount of energy waste. Dynamic en-route scheme for Filtering False Data Injection (DEF) can detect and drop such forged report during the forwarding process. In this scheme, each forwarding nodes verify reports using a regular probability. In this paper, we propose verification probability adjustment scheme of forwarding nodes though a fuzzy rule-base system for the Dynamic en-route filtering scheme for Filtering False Data Injection in sensor networks. Verification probability determination of forwarding nodes use false traffic rate and distance form source to base station.

The purpose of this study is to investigate stability of a high speed train and to propose optimal design using sensitivity analysis of suspension design parameters. A form of equations of motion in tangent track and curve track is obtained based on each creep force. Tangent track and curve track equations include lateral, rolling and yawing motions of wheel sets, bogies, and carbodies. Three track cases have been chosen to stability assesment of a high speed train analysis. Sensitivity equations are set up by directly differentiating the equations of motion. This study def'.led Stability performance index of a high speed train in tangent track and curve track. The relative magnitude of the effect of suspension parameters on the critical speed is computed, and by adjusting these parameters, the increase of the critical speed is achieved.
