  • The purpose of this study was to show the effect of Umnungchon and Hyolhae about acupuncture side effects. 6 cases of patients treated in Hankyoreh Oriental madical clinic of Daejeon from Dec 1 2005 to Apr 15 2006 were survey. The side effect of acupunctur therapy is called neddling-shock(Chim-hun) and it happ. ened at to nervers, hungry, fatigue patient's condition. The side effect of acupuncture is paraesthesia, hypersensitivity, hematoma etc. But it was not mentioned in Oriental medical literature written in Chinese. I used Umlungchon and heulhe for The side effect of acupuncture and This point were effective treatment of paraesthesia, hypersensitivity, hematoma by acupuncture.

Leakage Current Reduction of Ni-MILC Poly-Si TFT Using Chemical Cleaning Method

  • An effective cleaning method for Ni removal in Ni-induced lateral crystallization(Ni-MILC) poly-Si TFTs and their electrical properties are investigated. The HCN cleaning method is effective for removal of Ni on the crystallized Si surface, while the nitric acid treatment results decrease by almost two orders of magnitude in the Ni concentration due to effective removal of diffused Ni mainly in the poly-Si grain boundary regions. Using the HCN cleaning method after the nitric acid treatment, re-adsorbed Ni on the Si surfaces is effectively removed by the formation of Ni-cyanide complexions. After the cleaning process, important electrical properties are improved, e.g., the leakage current density from $9.43{\times}10^{-12}$ to $3.43{\times}10^{-12}$ A and the subthreshold swing values from 1.37 to 0.67 mV/dec.

Zr 도핑 및 열처리 온도에 따른 용액 공정 기반 ZTO:Zr 트랜지스터의 특성 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 Zr을 첨가한 용액 공정 기반 ZTO:Zr 산화물 반도체 제작 및 열처리 온도에 따른 트랜지스터의 특성 변화를 분석하였다. Zn:Sn=4:7 비율로 고정하고, Zr (0~1%) 비율에 따른 도핑과 열처리 온도($350{\sim}550^{\circ}C$)를 가변하였다. 실험 결과, Zr의 비율이 증가할수록 전류와 이동도가 감소하였고, 문턱전압이 양의 방향으로 이동하는 것을 확인하였다. Zr는 SEP (Standard Electrode Potential)가 -1.45로 Zn (-0.76), Sn (-0.13) 보다 작아 금속과 산소의 결합을 증가시키며, 또한 밴드갭이 ~7 eV로 다른 금속 보다 높아 산소와 결합력이 높다. 이러한 요인은 산화물 내의 산소 원자 결함(Oxygen vacancy)을 감소시킨다. 반대로 열처리 온도가 높아질수록 탈 수산화(Dehydroxylation)로 인한 산소 원자 결함이 증가시켜, Zr 도핑 효과와 반대 경향을 보인다. 실험 결과를 통해 Zr:Zn:Sn=0.5:4:7의 비율과 $550^{\circ}C$ 열처리 조건에서 문턱전압과 이동도, 아문턱 스윙, 전류 온오프 비(Ion/Ioff)가 각각 0.68V, $0.18cm^2/Vs$, 1.06 V/dec, $1.6{\times}10.6$의 특성을 확인하였다.

Quantitative Source Estimation of Particulate Matters in Suwon Area Using the Target Transformation Factor Analysis Based on Size Segregation Scheme (입경 분류에 입각하여 목표변환 인자분석법을 이용한 수원지역 분진 오염원의 정량적 기여도 추정)

  • The suspended particulate matters had been collected by a cascade impactor having 9 size fragnated stages for 2 years (Dec. 1989 to Nov. 1991) in Kyung Hee University-Suwon Campus. The particulate matters were then collected on each stage by membrane filters. The weight concentration on each stage was estimated by a microbalance and further chemical element concentrations were determined by an XRF system. The study focused on developing of a receptor model using the TTFA (target transformation factor analysis) to apportion aerosol mass with the 30 ambient data sets. Each data set consists of the 8 size-ranged subdata sets characterized by 13 element variables. Even though a couple of sources could not be identified, three to five sources were extracted from each aerosol size-range, and then 9 statistical source profiles were generated. Finally, source contribution of particulate matters on each size-range could be estimated in Suwon area.

Effect of lateral position and chest percussion on pulmonary gas exchange in decreased level of conscious patients (건강폐하측위 및 흉부타진 요법이 의식저하 환자의 폐가스교환에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of lateral position and chest percussion on gas exchange in the decreased level of conscious patients. The Subjects for this study were 21 patients' admitted in ICU of CNUH from Dec 18th, 1989 to Aug 4th, 1990. The Data was analyzed by paired t - test. The results of this study as follows ; 1) In comparison of supine position, good -lung dependent position and good - lung dependent with chest percussion, the difference of PaO ㆍ was statistically significant (P<0.05). 2) In comparison of supine position, good -lung dependent position and good - lung dependent with chest percussion, the difference of A-a Do ㆍ was statistically significant (p<0.05). En conclusion, the use of good -lung dependent position and chest percussion was effective nursing intervention on decreased level of conscious patients in ICU.

  • We have fabricated poly-Si TFTs at 170$^{\circ}C$ using inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition (ICP-CVD) and excimer laser annealing (ELA). A Poly-Si film with large grains exceeding 5000${\AA}$ and a $SiO_2$ film with high breakdown field are deposited by ICP-CVD. A high mobility exceeding 100$cm^2$/Vs with a low sub-threshold swing of 0.76V/dec was obtained.

  • High performance p-ch poly-Si TFTs with excellent stability were developed. By using a frequency doubled DPSS CW laser, the a-Si on glass could be crystallized into one dimensional single crystalline silicon named as a sequential lateral crystallization (SLC) region. We fabricated p-ch TFTs on SLC region and the typical characteristic values of the TFTs were $u_{fe}$ = 180 $cm^2$/Vs, $V_{th}$ = -3 V, S.S. = 0.5 V/dec, and $I_{off}$ = 1 pA/um@ $V_d$ = -10V. It is found that the TFTs are very stable after bias stresses such as negative and positive gate biases, hot carrier bias and high current bias. These results indicate that the poly-Si in SLC region is suitable for system on glass (SOG) application.

  • A clinical study of 37 cases with thyroid nodules, which were treated by surgical excision and confirmed pathologically at the Department of Surgery, Chonnam National University Medical School, from Dec. 1988 to Feb. 1990, was conducted and following results were obtained in ultrasonographic evaluation of thyroid nodules. 1) The thyroid adenoma were showed well-defined margin, homogenous internal echo and surrounding Halo, but thyroid cancer were showed ill-defined margin, inhomogenous internal echo and no surrounding Halo. 2) The sensitivity of high resoution ultrasonography compared with pathologic diagnosis to thyroid cancer was 87.5%, specificity 94.1%, accuracy 88%, false positive 5.88%, and negative 12.5%.

Design of Dang-San Steel Railway Bridge (당산철교의 설계)

  • Design of Dangsan Steel Railway Bridge(a part of Seoul Subway Line NO. 2), which is supposed to be replaced after its 15years survice, was done, and the reconstruction has begun in Dec. 1997. The design include new superstruc-ture and bridge piers, retrofitting of the foun-dation, rail system, electric and signal, etc. In this paper, design of the structure is mainly summarized. The main span superstructure, across Han river, is composite section which is com-posed of steel box and reinforced concrete deck slab with 9 span continuous. The superstructure for the approaches is bottom througth type 2-cell steel box girder with steel floor system and concrete deck slab with 3 or 4 span continuous. The bridge piers was planned to be reconstructed based upon the result from the various investi-gations, while the foundation(cassion and pile foundation) was planned to be retrofitted. For superstructure erection, the method of combination of barge bent and heavy lifting and the launching truss method was investigated for the main span and approach spans, respectively.

  • 최근 유럽에서 DVB-T HDTV 방송 표준이 정하지면서 오디오 포맷으로 HE-AAC가 채택되었다. HE-AAC는 압축효율은 높지만 연산량이 높아 낮은 성능의 DSP에서 수행하기에는 어려움이 있다. DVB-T에서는 5.1채널을 사용하고 있어 더욱더 많은 연산을 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 ISO/DEC 14496-3 MPEG4 HE(High Efficiency)-AAC의 Level4에 해당하는 Multichannel Decoder를 최적화하여 구현하고. 가장 많은 연산을 필요로 하는 Synthesis Filter Bank에 제안된 알고리즘을 적용하여 연산량을 줄였고 대부분의 연산부를 어셈블리로 코드 최적화를 하여 작은 성능의 DSP를 사용하여 실시간 Multichannel HE-AAC Audio Decoder의 구현이 가능하게 하였다. DVB-T 오디오 시스템에 필수로 필요한 Audio Description, Dynamic Range Control, Downmix 등을 함께 구현하여 실제 수신기에 사용이 가능하도록 하였다. DSP는 Samsung의 CalmRISC16 + MAC24 core 를 사용하였다.
