The clinical study was done as apreliminary to treat Rhinitis with orinetal medicine. We analysed 73 patients with sneezing, nasal discharge and nasal obstruction, who had visited Kept. of Internal Medicine. Hospital of Oriental Medicine, Dongui University from Jan, 1, 1993 to Dec, 31, 1993. The result swere obtained as follows. 1. In the sex ratio, man was higher than woman as 2.31:1 and in age distribution, below 10s was the top as 30.14% 2. In duration of hestory, over one year was the top as 64.38% 3. The most complained symptoms were nasal discharge and nasal obstruction as 94.52% 4. In the frequency of treatments, the cooler season was more than the warmer season 5. In the treatments of Medi-acupunctrer, most of acupuncture therapy was oden less than 5 times and Seonotanggami was most rsed in presciptions. 6. In the case of applying to Seonotanggami, nasal discharge was the most relieved symptom.

Eight cases by power tiller accidents experienced for 3 years from Jan. 1978 to Dec. 1980 were studied clinically. The results are as follows: 1. The most of the patients were thirties to fifties, and the incidence rate of male to female 7:1. 2. The common injuries were hemopneumothorax and multiple rib fractures [respectively and the other associated injuries were hepatic and delayed splenic ruptures, and fractures of the another sites. 3. The accident forms were overturning [50.0%], falling down from the power tiller [37.5%], and collision against the power tiller [12.5%]. 4. All of the drivers and 75% of the passengers in the patients were drunken states at the accident time. 5. The common methods of treatment were closed thoracostomy [62.5%], conservative treatment [37.5%], and exploratory laparotomy [25.0%].

The self-image of the adolescence which the reality helps to develope character formation mental health and adaptability. The purpose of this study is to find out how the self-awareness and self-image of the adolescence could be changed through the sociodrama in which their inner aspects such as dream imagination mental state etc. may be expressed extempore. The sociodrama has been performed 14 times by 6 volunteer students from June 13 to Dec. 20 1994 They also had interviews and answered questinnaires. The result shows that the drama is helpful for the experimental group in such a way to establish the self-image to take the opportunity to introspect themselves and to be aware of their own problems.

Psoriasis is a common skin disease and the difficulty of its medical management is well known, A report was done on psoriaSis which were treated with aroma therapy to be consulted in Dept. surgery, opthalmology & otolarygology, college of Oriental Medicine, Dongeui University, from Dec. 24, 2003 to Mar. 5, 2004. We gave score and checked involvement in plaque, erythematous popules and invasiveness according to psoriasis area and severity index (PASI). After 75 days of treatment the patient showed that symptoms were disappeared and score of PASI changed from 54.7 to 0. These results that Aroma therapy has good effects on psoriasis in assistant therapy.

새로운 DEC Alpha, MINPS R40001[1], PowerPC등과 같은 64-bit 마이크로프로세서는 운영체제와 응용프로그램에 매우 광활한 64-bit 주소공간(wide address system)을 제공한다. 64-bit 주소공간은 중소규모 분산 컴퓨터 시스템의 모든 데이터를 포함할 수 있는 크기이다. 이 64-bit 주소공간은 32-bit 주소공간과 다른 방법으로 활용하는 것을 가능하게 해주었다. 지금까지의 시스템과는 달리 WAS(wide address system)에서는 모든 프로세서들이 하나의 주소공간을 공유함으로서 프로세서간 자료의 공유 및 통신이 간편하게 이루어 질 수 있다. 공유된 광활한 64-bit 주소공간의 상용방안은 WAS 시스템 연구에서 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 WAS 시스템의 보다 구현하기 쉬운 64-bit 주소공간의 설계에 대해서 제안한다.

This paper has studied subthreshold characteristics for double gate(DG) MOSFET using Gaussian function in solving Poisson's equation. Typical two dimensional analytical transport models have been presented for symmetrical Double Gate MOSFETs (DGMOSFETs). Subthreshold swing and threshold voltage are very important factors for digital devices because of determination of ON and OFF. In general, subthreshold swings have to be under 100mV/dec, and threshold voltage roll-off small in short channel devices. These models are used to obtain the change of subthreshold swings and threshold voltage for DGMOSFET according to channel doping profiles. Also subthreshold swings and threshold voltages have been analyzed for device parameters such as channel length, channel thickness and channel doping profiles.

P-type SGS-TFTs with 10 ${\mu}m$ channel length and two channel widths; $W_1=5{\mu}m$ and $W_2=10{\mu}m$ which has gate insulator made of 20nm $SiO_2$ and 80nm SiNx was fabricated and the electrical properties of them were measured. The field-effect mobility was increased from 95.84 to 104.19 $cm^2/V-s$ and threshold voltage also increased from -0.802 V to -0.954 V, when channel width is increased from5 ${\mu}m$ to 10 ${\mu}m$. Subthreshold swing decreased from 0.418 to 0.343 V/dec and $I_{on/off}$ ratio increased from $4.77{\times}10^7$ to $7.30{\times}10^7$.

Electrical properties of SGS-TFT with 5/5 ${\mu}m$ channel width and length which gate insulator is made of 20nm $SiO_2$ and 80nm $SiN_x$ was fabricated and measured at various temperatures. The field-effect mobility was decreased from 86.25 to 80.42 $cm^2/Vs$ and threshold voltage also decreased from -1.5792 to -1.0492 V, when temperature is increased from room temperature to $100^{\circ}C$. Subthreshold swing, also, increased from 0.3212 to 0.4818 V/dec and $I_{on/off}$ ratio decreased from $5.05{\times}10^7$ to $6.93{\times}10^5$.

In this work, we describe a method to fabricate the Pt-silicided SB-MOSFETs with a n-type Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) substrate as an active layer and demonstrate their electrical and structural properties. The fabricated SB-MOSFETs have novel structure and metal gate without sidewall. The gate oxide with a thickness of 7 nm was deposited by sputtering. Also, this fabrication processes were carried out below $500^{\circ}C$. As a result, Subthreshold swing value and on/off ratio of Fabricated SB MOSFETs was 70 [mV/dec] and $10^8$.

Purpose: This study was to identify of the relationship of self-directed learning with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Method: The subjects were 247 nurses who were working for the 5 of hospitals in Seoul, Daejeon and Kyong Ki. This study was conducted from Sep to Dec 2006. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficients. Result: The self-directed learning was influenced significantly by the last school career, married state and job career. The job satisfaction was influenced significantly by job career. The organizational commitment was influenced significantly by age and job career. The self-directed learning is related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Conclusion: The findings indicated that the self-directed learning of nurses is important factor for improving job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore it may be necessary further to develop the self-directed learning training program for efficiently nurse's education.
