The purpose of this paper is to examine the structural relationship between the use of a web medium and learning commitment to develop creative talent for higher media integrated Korean classical literature education. For this we used DBs of The 'Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture(a local culture DB)' built by the Academy of Korean Studies, and a survey was conducted on 418 high school students, attending a classical literature class which used a local culture DB. The result of this study demonstrates media usefulness of local culture DBs' positive effect on learning commitment. Specifically, media richness and media experience affects the learning commitment through the medium usefulness. These results indicate that in order to encourage learner's medium experience and increase medium richness it is necessary to increase the utilization of mediums, such as local culture DBs.

본 연구의 목적은 GIS를 활용하여 환경홈닥터와 관련된 정보를 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 환경홈닥터 관리시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 환경홈닥터 관리시스템은 환경홈닥터 DB관리시스템, 사이버 환경컨설팅시스템, 환경홈닥터 WebGIS 시스템, 원격 현장조사시스템으로 구성하였다. 원격 환경홈닥터 DB 관리시스템은 사용자 DB, 환경홈닥터 DB, 환경컨설팅 DB를 구축하고 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 원격 환경홈닥터 서비스시스템은 홈페이지를 이용하여 환경컨설팅 업무를 수행할 때 발생하는 홈페이지 관련일반정보와 환경홈닥터 관련 정보를 통합하여 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 환경홈닥터 WebGIS 시스템은 지원업체에 대한 공간정보 및 속성정보, 도로 및 주요 건물들에 대하여 GIS DB화하고 ESRI사의 ArcIMS를 이용하여 사용자가 언제 어디서나 웹을 통하여 검색하고 이를 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 사이버 환경컨설팅 시스템은 지원요청 업체와 환경홈닥터가 직접 만나지 않고도 환경컨설팅 업무를 수행할 수 있으므로, 환경홈닥터 서비스 지원도구로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 환경홈닥터 제도 운영시 발생하는 방대한 양의 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 진단이력 및 유사사례 검색 등의 기능을 신속하게 수행할 수 있으므로, 효율적인 환경컨설팅 업무 수행에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 WebGIS에 의해 환경홈닥터를 관리함으로써 공간정보와 속성정보를 쉽게 관리하고 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 현재 ETRI에서 수행 중인 (위성영상정보 통합관리사업)의 웹 서비스에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. 웹서비스를 이루는 DB설계, 데이터 등록, 데이터 관리, 웹 검색/주문 시스템을 중심으로 하여 전체적인 웹서비스의 모양을 제시한다. 각 단계에서 고려해야 할 사항들과 전체적 인 시스템에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 자세히 설명하여, 위성 영상정보 웹서비스를 구축하는 기관 및 개인에게 도움을 주어 다양한 웹서비스의 모델이 나올 것을 기대한다.

Recently, the dramatical increasement of personal information infringement makes the government strongly enforce the laws. The Key-point of law enforcement is the DB encryption. Nevertheless, DB encryption is the one of the hardest thing in the organization's security measures. The purpose of this paper is suggesting alternative means of residence numbers and showing the possibility of indicator usage for safety measures. This research suggested the best ways to make a decision through a before and after comparison of the DB encryption cost of the inherent identification number elimination in "Social Welfare consolidation service system". When this research result was applied in "Happiness-e-Um system", we found that the alternative means are more efficient than the residence number for encryption cost, system revision time and so on.

The object information service of mobile RFID base leads integrated management of object information and the search of information and management service is provided. Respects an object information service and to make an object information server and an object directory server compose becomes. And to object information server constructs the DB server which will store information and DB leads and object information manages. Like this object information service is applied in the field which RFID bases is various and becomes. Therefore the administration tool for the object information service will be able to apply easily in the field which is various is necessary. So this paper e in object information management which the components out the functions which are necessary to the respectively field of RFID environments to do from the research which sees and apply. That according to the research result which see the object information service see is a possibility of becoming accomplished easily efficiently from RFID environments which are various comes to seem.

This research is a case study that describes the NUCLIS21(Nuclear Information System 21), an integrated web-based information management system of KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute), implemented to carry out the role of a national nuclear information center with government support as an information infra implementation programme. Through its user-centered single interface, the system aims at building an infrastructure for the national nuclear information center, as well as improving the information management system of the TID(Technical Information Department) within the institute. The system consists of two major parts which are an integrated module of the MIS and six different kinds of system. These include the Integral search system with OPAC, My Library, the Acquisition system, the Catalogue system, the Information Supply system, and the Serial Publication system. The DB is composed of Bibliographical DB, Original text DB and Abstract DB. A special feature of this system was designed as a unified network system through connection to MIS(Management Integration System) of the institute, so users can get research information for projects. Therefore, they have access to available information easily and access to the ongoing service of this system. Furthermore, users can share information by using our system. The survey has it that 75.7%(200 persons), 62.1%(164 persons) and 78.4%(207 persons) of the respondents are satisfied with the fidelity, speediness, and convenience of the system respectively, and the overall satisfaction of the respondents is comparably high.

Land information and building information have highest utilization and importance in real estate and city administration area. However, providing integrated information service was difficult because conflation and integrative utilization was not easy. In this study, necessity of integrated information system, direction of integration, method of conflation and design of integrated system for land and building information are presented. In addition, the prototype system is developed and possibility of application of integrated information is proposed. For this purpose, current situation of management of land and building information was analyzed. Based on the analysis, matching and conflation processes among spatial and attribute data were applied to land and building information. Using integrated land building information DB, integrated information system and functions were designed and the prototype system was constructed. At last, information service examples in real estate and city administration area were suggested through system operation by LX.

본 연구에서는 실시간 어장환경정보시스템 개발을 위하여 기존의 시스템에 대한 문제점을 제시하고, 자료의 효율적굴 관리 및 서비스를 위한 통신방식의 통일과 통합 DB 구축에 초점을 두었다. 또한, 관리자모드에서 전송된 자료를 실시간 확인할 수 있는 모니터링시스템을 구축하여 자료관리의 효율성을 유지하도록 하였다. 현재 본 시스템은 통계 분석된 자료를 제공하고 있으나, 이 부분에 대해서는 지속적인 개발이 요구된다. 또한, 실시간 어장환경정보시스템 웹 서비스를 강화하기 위하여 진행되고 있는 분석 자료는 실시간 30분 간격 자료 이외에 1일, 7일, 15일, 월별 및 연도별에 대한 평균 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

IT839정책에 따라 BcN 인프라를 기반으로 통신, 방송, 인터넷망이 융합되고, 폐쇄형망이였던 통신, 방송망이 개방되고 수직, 수평적 로밍이 가능한 다양한 서비스가 출현함에 따라 다양한 공격이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 사전에 공격을 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 BcN 정보보호프레임워크가 필요하다. 이는 기존지식을 통합, 체계화하는 작업이 선행되어야 하며 그에 따른 DB를 설계하고자 한다. 또한 향후 개발이 필요한 신규정보보호기술 과제를 도출하는데 사용할 수 있다.
