FSS Design System Using Genetic Algorithm and Characteristic Data Base (유전알고리즘과 특성 DB를 이용한 FSS 설계 시스템)

  • This paper proposes an FSS(Frequency Selective Surface) design system that automatically derives design parameters minimally specified by engineers. The proposed system derives optimal design parameters through theory of electromagnetic scattering on FSS, database implemented from real data obtained from practically manufactured FSS, and GA(Genetic Algorithm) for optimizing design parameters. The system, at the first step, searches the best matching FSS within preconstructed DB with given characteristics specified by operators, and then sets initial genes from the searched FSS parameters. GA iterates the optimization process until the system finds the FSS design parameters that matches the characteristics specified by operators. The theory for the electromagnetic scattering on FSS is verified by comparing the simulation results with real data obtained by measuring system composed of horn antenna and receiver. The process for manufacturing the FSS is also included in the paper.

  • Outfitting system in ship design has huge kinds of standard part. Data base of and automatic design procedure of part master should be included in ship cad in order to reduce the design time. Present study shows an process of part master DB construction of pipe equipments using 3-dimensional CAD environment Attribute and properties of part masters are chosen from JIS standard. As the schema of part masters are stored in data base, 3D geometric model is parsed from the schema.

  • This paper deals with Load Flow Program for client/server system. Clients play roles of input and output of the data. The client upload input-data file to the server which takes the part of the function of solving the Load Flow. The developed LF COM(Component Object Model) carry out solving the Load Flow and saving the result and the input data to DataBase. It proved the developed System to be compatible through the Case Study.

  • In this paper, we designed the models for pattern classification which can reflect the latest trend in time series. It has been shown that fusion models based on statistical and AI methods are superior to traditional ones for the pattern classification model supporting decision making. Especially, the hit rates of pattern classification models combined with fuzzy theory are relatively increased. The statistical SVM models combined with fuzzy membership function, or the models combining neural network and FCM has shown good performance. BPN, PNN, FNN, FCM, SVM, FSVM, Decision Tree, Time Series Analysis, and Regression Analysis were used for pattern classification models in the experiments of this paper. The economical indices DB with time series properties of the financial market(Korea, KOSPI200 DB) and the electrocardiogram DB of arrhythmia patients in hospital emergencies(USA, MIT-BIH DB) were used for data base.

  • 무제한 음성합성기를 구현하기 위하여 꼭 필요한 음성분석장치의 개발에 대하여 논하엿다. 이 분석장치는 신호처리 보드를 사용하여 PC에서 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 음성의 A/D, D/A 및 spectrogram display는 물론 pitch pulse 위치를 Glottal instint closure에 맞추어 삽입할 수 있어 linear prediction base의 무제한 합성기에서 필요한 음성 data base를 구축하기 용이하도록 개발하였다. 또한 음성인식을 위한 음성 DB나 현재 사용중인 ARS를 구축하고자 할 때에도 적은 노력과 시간이 소요되도록 하였다.

  • This study conducted an analysis of the distribution and status of baby boomer households and trends of turn to farming and returning home. At the same time, the density analysis of land price increase data, building data, and floating population data was conducted in Jeollanam-do County. The established base areas were superimposed to distinguish the regional centers according to the number of superimposed indicators. It is intended to present management measures according to the degree of activation of the center. An area where three bases overlap can be designated as a center activation area, and a place where two regions overlap can be designated as a center semi-activation area. Using the analysis of regional centers at the county level, hierarchies of the centers were classified and management measures were presented. Based on these findings, this study addresses meaningful applicability for regional and medium- and long-term plans.

  • 음성인식시스템 개발을 위해서는 음성 데이터베이스 구축이 필요하며 이를 위해 LG 전자에서 구축한 두 가지 데이터베이스에 관해서 기술한다. LG 전자에서 보유한 음성 데이터 베이스는 차량 및 전화 선로상에 존재하는 잡음이 포함된 상태에서 수집한 숫자음과 제어 단어로 이루어져 있으며 마이크와 핸드셋을 통과한 음서잉 사용되었으며, 화자 독립 음성 인식을 위한 400-500 명분의 화자로 구성되어 있다.
