A Study on the Fuel Injection System Simulating a Vehicle Driven with FTP-75 Mode for Cold Transition Period (FTP-75 냉간 주행 모드로 운전하는 차량의 연료분사 모사시스템에 관한 연구)

  • A fuel injection system which is operated with a real vehicle driving simulation was developed as an alternative to a vehicle test for the fuel injectors. The sensor signals that are supplied to the ECU were measured and recorded as a data file for a vehicle driven in FTP-75 mode in a chassis dynamometer. The imperative sensor signals of the throttle position, vehicle speed, engine speed, crank position, cam position, intake air flow, and cooling water and intake air temperature were reconstructed using FPGA DAQ boards and a PXI computer. The scanning results showed good agreement with the input signals that were reconstructed. The ECU HILS system operated successfully to drive six fuel injectors, which injected fuel in the same pattern as if they were mounted in the vehicle driven in FTP-75 mode. Also, the fuel injection system developed in this research shows the possibility of application in evaluating the characteristics of fuel injection rate for injectors according to properties of injected fuel with the real driving mode of vehicles.

  • 임베디드 시스템의 Black-Box 테스트 자동화를 위해 Test Script 기반으로 테스트를 진행하고 있는 툴이 많이 있다. Test Script 에 기술되어 있는 입력 값을 임베디드 시스템의 실제 신호로 생성하고 또 Test Script에 기술된 출력 예상 값을 검증하기 위해 임베디드 시스템의 출력 신호를 읽어 들이기 위해서 일반적으로 DAQ Board를 사용한다. 이 때 다양 한 DAQ Board 또는 다른 장치를 제어하기 Service 라는 레이어를 두어 다양한 장치에 상응하는 프로그램을 만들 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 Test Script 실행에 있어 실시간 성을 최대한 보장하기 위해 각 Service 의 실행시간을 최소화 하는 방법에 대해 논하고자 한다. 논의를 하는데 있어 다양한 Service 중 NIDAQ Board를 이용하여 신호를 생성하고 읽어 들이는 Service가 모든 테스트에 있어 일반적으로 사용하게 되는 Service 이기에 이를 기준으로 Service의 실행 시간을 최소화 하는 방법을 구현 하였다.

Development of Slowly moving Short Baseline Underwater Acoustic Positioning System for Estimating the Position of Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (무인잠수정의 위치추정을 위한 동적단기선 방식의 수중초음파 위치추적시스템 개발)

  • 본 논문에서는 수중에서 이동하는 무인잠수정 및 수중이동체의 위치를 측정하는 방법 중의 하나인 동적 단기선 방식(SBL)에 의한 무인잠수정의 위치측정에 대한 방법을 하이드로폰과 DAQ(Data Aquisition) 시스템을 이용하여 수조에서 테스트를 수행하였고, 실 해역에서의 실험을 실시하였다. 실험을 위해서 4개의 센서가 수조의 벽면에 고정이 되어 있으며, 이동체와 고정된 4개의 센서가 신호를 송수신함으로써 상호간의 위치추적이 가능하게 하는 시뮬레이션을 실시하였으며, 제안하는 SBL시스템과 장기선 방식(Long baseline)을 비교하기위한 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 두 시스템을 비교하였다. 측정된 신호는 DAQ 시스템을 이용하여 데이터를 취득하였고, Labview 프로그램을 이용하여 실시간으로 무인잠수정의 위치를 추정하였다. 위치추정에 사용된 알고리즘은 삼각측량법에 의한 방법을 사용하였으며, X, Y방향에 대해서는 비교적 오차가 적은 추정 결과를 나타내었으나 Z방향에 대하여서는 큰 오차를 보여 데이터로 사용할 수 가 없었다. 이는 수중이동체의 수심측정 센서를 이용하여 보완할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 향후 연구로는 위치추정 알고리즘을 보완하여 실제 선박 선저부에 센서가 부착되었을 경우에 대한 적용연구를 진행할 예정이며, 위치추정 알고리즘을 발전시켜 3차원에서의 정확한 위치 추적을 가능하게 할 예정이다.

  • This paper reports on the development of Micro optical cross connector(MOXC) performance evaluation system using DAQ board and Labview. The system is composed of optical part, driving circuit and software part, this evaluation system can measure insertion loss, response time and life time of MOXC, this system canbe used in mass production of MOXC.

A Cumulative Injected Fuel Mass Measurement Under a Vehicle Driven Condition using Loadcells (차량주행 모사 조건에서 로드셀을 이용한 인젝터 누적 연료 분사량 측정)

  • A gasoline injector rig which can measure cumulative injected fuel mass under a vehicle driving condition was developed. The measurement system consists of an engine control unit (ECU), data acquisition (DAQ) and injected fuel collection system using loadcells. By supplying reconstructed sensor signals which simulate the real vehicle's sensor signals to the ECU, the ECU drives injectors as if they were driven in the vehicle. The vehicle's performance was computer simulated by using $GT-Suite^{(R)}$ software based on both engine part load performance and automatic transmission shift map. Throttle valve position, engine and vehicle speed, air mass flow rate et al. were computer simulated. The used vehicle driving pattern for the simulation was FTP-75 mode. For reconstructing the real vehicle sensor signals which are correspondent to the $GT-Suite^{(R)}$ simulated vehicle's performance, the DAQ systems were used. The injected fuel was collected with mess cylinders. The collected fuel mass in the mess cylinder with elapsed time after starting FTP-75 driving mode was measured using loadcells. The developed method shows highly improved performance in fast timing and accuracy of the cumulative injected fuel mass measurement under the vehicle driven condition.

  • In the missile actuator system, the time and position of the wings of the drive device are very important factors in the initial maneuver of the missile, and therefore, the missile actuator device must be inspected while ensuring the accuracy and real-time of motion collection data of the actuator. In this study, the difference between the design and implementation method for checking the existing actuator device and the design implementation method of the actuator device through the DAQ(Data Acquisition) device is compared, and the difference in data collection amount and real-time data collection performance is compared and tested, and the data shown through actual tests are compared. is converted into a graph, the actuator waveform is compared and analyzed, and based on the analyzed data, DAQ device inspection configuration that guarantees real-time response speed and stability during inspection of existing actuators and DAQ devices is proposed.

  • According to increase environmental pollutions and fuel costs, The study of energy saving in the ship is proceeding actively. PCS is pump control system for cooling system in the ship to improve the energy efficiency by controling rotation speed of sea water pump, fresh water pump and position of 3way valve. In this paper, we develop the PCS simulator that has an environment similar to the cooling system of the actual vessel to ensure reliability of the PCS. Also, PC-based control and data storage system for PCS simulator is developed. To develop this system, National Instrument's cDAQ and LabVIEW are used. Finally, confirm the behavior of the simulator by analyzing the saving data.
