본 연구는 방재분야의 교육과정 개발을 위해 DACUM 기법을 이용하여 개발한 교육과정과 전문가회의를 통해 개발한 교육 과정을 비교 분석하여 방재분야의 교육과정을 개발하였다. 첫째, DACUM 기법을 이용한 교육과정 개발은 방재분야의 직무를 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 등 4가지 직무로 구분하고, 각 직무별로 3명의 방재전문가와 1명의 교육전문가가 3회씩의 워크삽을 통해 예방직무에서 9개 과정, 대비 직무에서 12개 과정, 대비 직무에서 7개 과정, 복구 직무에서 4개의 교육과정을 개발하였다. 둘째, 전문가회의를 통해 교육과정을 개발하였다. 전문가회의는 5명의 방재전문가와 3명의 교육전문가가 4회의 회의를 거쳐 35개의 교육과정을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 DACUM 기법과 전문가회의를 통해 도출된 교육과정을 전문가들의 토론을 거쳐 최종적으로 예방 및 대비 직무에서 31개 과정과 대응 및 복구 직무에서 14개의 교육과정을 개발하였으며, 추가적으로 인적재난에서 6개 과정과 관리자별 4개 과정을 개발하였다.

본 연구는 DACUM 기법을 사용하여 유치원 특수학급에 근무하는 유아특수교사의 직무를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유치원 특수학급 교육경력이 풍부한 6명의 유아특수교사로 DACUM 위원회를 구성하고 총 6회기의 DACUM 워크샵을 거쳐 직무정의, 직무기술서, 직무명세서를 도출하였다. 그 결과 유치원 특수학급 교사의 직무명세서는 9개의 책무와 53개의 과업으로 구성되었고 직무 기술서는 80개의 지식, 98개의 기술, 22개의 태도로 구성되었다. 유치원 특수학급에 근무하는 유아특수교사는 가정연계지도, 건강과 안전관리, 초등학교 전이지도, 놀이주제에 따른 환경구성, 실내외 놀이 활동지도가 초·중등 특수교사와 차별화된 과업이었다. 지식의 경우는 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법과 행동수정에 대한 지식이 우선순위를 차지하였고, 기술은 관찰과 기록, 부모면담 및 부모교육기술이, 태도는 전문가와 행정가로서의 태도가 우선순위를 차지하였다. 이러한 직무분석의 결과는 대학에서 직무역량이 높은 유아특수교사를 양성하기 위한 교육과정을 구성하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

방송환경이 HD 콘텐츠 제작 환경으로 변화되어 감에 따라 방송영상 콘텐츠 제작 전문 인력 양성과 새로이 요구되는 전문적인 능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DACUM 기법에 의해 영상편집자의 직무를 분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 제시하고자 한다. 직무분석에서는 영상편집자의 직무를 구성하는 9개의 임무와 각 임무영역을 구성하는 71개의 작업이 도출되었으며, 교육 요구도 분석을 위해 각 작업에 대한 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 조사하고 입직초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 작업이 분석되었다. 또한 이러한 직무분석 내용을 구조화하여 데이컴 리서치 차트를 완성함으로써 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 완성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 영상편집자의 직무 모형은 방송 영상분야 영상편집 교육과정 개발 및 직무 연수 내용의 우선순위를 정하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to introduce a case that used web2.0 techniques to overcome the limitations of current DACUM method. For the purpose, firstly, we summarized the characteristics and limitations of current DACUM as a method to develop an occupational curriculum. The summary indicated that the results of DACUM process are likely to be influenced by the selection procedure of out-performers. In addition, current DACUM method is difficult to be adapted to big organizations, difficult to reflect rapidly changing society, and lack of qualitative review for the findings. To overcome these limitations, Seoul city designed a transformed DACUM method based on web2.0 techniques. The most outstanding features of the transformed DACUM method were web-based peer review systems to validate the findings of DACUM workshop. We concluded that the transformed DACUM method was proper to big size organizations faced with rapid changes and some organizations with special needs to establish their training systems based on the results of job analysis. Finally, we discussed several practical tips for the Seoul city's method.

Aims: This study aimed to analyze the tasks of Korean Medicine (KM) nurses. Methods: The definition and job description of KM nurses were developed through a "developing a curriculum" (DACUM) workshop. DACUM committee consisted of nine nurses from eleven Korean medicine hospitals, two DACUM facilitators and four DACUM coordinators. Twenty five nurses from nine Korean medicine hospitals validated job description established through the workshop. 235 KM nurses from 9 traditional Korean medicine hospitals participated in evaluating frequency, importance and difficulty of the duties and tasks. Questionnaires were sent to those nurses and 225 responses were included for final analysis due to missing data. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The jobs of a KM nurse were analyzed into 11 duties and 86 tasks on the DACUM chart. The 11 duties were KM nursing assessment, KM nursing intervention, fundamental nursing intervention, KM therapy management, support for KM therapy, KM nursing education, nursing administration, material management, environment management, professional development, and collaborative role between Korean medicine and Western medicine. Conclusion: We identified various roles of KM nurses and developed a DACUM chart based on their duties and tasks. Phased education programs for KM nurses should be developed by considering frequency, importance and difficulty. In addition, it is necessary to promote unique KM nursing interventions for expanding the roles of KM nurses in the future.

이 연구는 데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 활용하여 기계 금속 교사의 직무(job)를 분석하는 것이다. 데이컴 직무 분석은 15명으로 구성된 데이컴 위원회를 중심으로 2015년 1월에 데이컴 워크샵을 통하여 실시하였다. 데이컴 워크샵을 통해 도출된 기계 금속 교사의 데이컴 차트의 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 검증위원들의 검증을 받았다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기계 금속 교사는 중등 교원 자격을 가지고 공업계열 특성화고등학교, 산업 수요맞춤형고등학교 등에서 학생들에게 기계 금속 관련 전문 교과목을 가르치고, 인성교육, 진로지도, 생활지도 등의 업무를 기획하고 수행하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 기계 금속 교사의 직무 수행을 위해 요구되는 16개의 책무(전문교과교육준비, 전문교과교수활동, 학생생활지도, 취업진로지도, 교무행정업무수행, 자기계발, 기계제도, 범용공작기계가공, 수치제어공작기계가공, 자동화설비제작, 산업설비제작, 금속소재가공, 금속재료시험, 금속재질개선처리, 자동차정비, 자동차차체수리)와 199개의 과업을 도출한 후, 각 과업별 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도 및 특정 과업의 입직 초기 요구를 구명하였다. 셋째, 기계 금속 교사 직무 분석 결과를 바탕으로 데이컴 차트를 제시하였다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the difference in roles between administrative staff and head resident officer in a university. In health care service design, the DACUM has been used to understand relationships between nurses and nurses' aides. Methods : Administrative staff and head resident officer's jobs were analyzed using DACUM. We organized a DACUM committee and workshop. The committee comprised of six members discussed their roles, duties, and task elements. Result : The DACUM for administrative staff consisted of 8 duties and 30 task elements, and for the head resident officer it consisted of 8 duties and 23 task elements. Conclusion : In conclusion, the role of the administrative staff and head resident is similar but different in terms of task elements. To increase job efficiency, it is important to separate roles and responsibilities in the job.

이 연구는 데이컴(DACUM) 직무 분석기법을 활용하여 직업계고 학교장의 직무를 분석한 연구이다. 연구의 내용은 직업계고 학교장의 직무를 구성하는 임무와 작업을 도출하고 각 임무에 작업의 순서를 정한 후, 작업별 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 밝히고, 입직 초기에 갖출 필수능력 인지의 여부를 구분하여 제시하는 것이다. 최종 직무분석 결과를 토대로 직업계고 교장의 DACUM 차트를 개발하였다. DACUM 직무분석을 위한 워크숍은 DACUM 분석가 1명, 현업내용전문가 위원 7명, 서기 1명, 실무자 2명으로 구성하여 이틀 동안 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고 학교장의 정의는 특성화고 산업수요맞춤형고 등에서 산업수요인재양성의 직업교육과정을 운영하는 학교경영자이며, 직업계고 학교장의 직무 영역은 11개의 임무(duty)와 95개의 작업(task)이 도출되었다. 둘째, 직업계고 학교장의 임무별 작업마다 중요도, 난이도 및 수행 빈도를 정도에 따라 각각 높음(A), 보통(B), 낮음(C)으로 구분한 결과, 직업계고 학교장의 임무별 작업(95개)의 중요도는 A 84개, B 11개, 난이도는 A 58개, B 33개, C 4개, 수행 빈도는 A 18개, B 33개, C 44개이다. 학교장의 임무별 작업(95개) 중에서 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 필수능력은 30개로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무분석 결과를 토대로 직업계고 학교장의 DACUM 직무분석 차트를 제시하였다. 또한, 직업계고 학교장의 직무를 수행할 때 요구되는 일반 지식과 능력 49개, 직무수행에 필요한 통합자료 및 비품 목록 16개를 도출하고, 작업자의 태도 28개와 직업계고 학교장의 장래 전망과 특성 33가지를 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study was conducted in order to analyze the job of school health teacher in Korea. Methods: School health teachers' roles were analyzed by DACUM job analysis. Guide of DACUM methods and workshop were directed by a DACUM job analyst. The DACUM committee identified tasks associated with each duty and completed the DACUM chart. Results: Through DACUM job analysis, the roles of school health teachers were defined; one who manages health of students and staff, and conducts health education; 11 duties and 95 tasks were identified. The committee listed required knowledge and skills, working attitude, and future trends. Emergency and common disease care were the best critical duties, followed by health education, counseling, and self-development. Conclusion: School health teacher plays the roles of nurse and health care manager, and teacher. According to the expansion of health care needs and health education, school health teachers are placed in more essential and critical areas. Their duties and tasks are various and have changed significantly, thus the School Health Act should be changed practically. The results of this study can be used in development of training programs or evaluation of the job performance of school health teachers.
