Lith 현상액의 조성 연구 (A Study on The Composition of Lith Developer)

  • Ink trap is one of the important factors to determine the color in multi-color overprints. This study was carried out for the purpose for analyzing the relationships between ink traps and color differences in two-color solid overprints. The specimens were printed under four different conditions that the overprinting ink sequence of M(Magenta) or C(Cyan) and the overprinting method of W(Wet-on-Wet) or D(Wet-on-Dry) were changed altermately, that is M+C-W or C+M-W and M+C-D or C+M-D.

다층코팅을 이용한 C/C 복합재료의 내산화성 및 내마모성 증진 (Improvement of Oxidation Resistance and Erosion Resistance Properties of the C/C Composite with the Multilayer Coating)

  • CVD-Si3N4/CVD-SiC/pack-SiC/pyro-carbon/(3-D C/C composite) multilayer coating was performed to improve the oxdiation resistance and erosion resistance properteis of the 3-D carbon/carbon composite, and the plasma test was performed to measure the oxidation resistance and erosion resistance properties. The thicknesses of each film layer were about 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for pack-SiC, 5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for CVD-SiC and 40${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for CVD-Si3N4. When the multilayer coated specimen was exposed to the plasma flame with temperature of 500$0^{\circ}C$ for 20 seconds, it showed the weight loss five times less than that of the only pyro-carbon coated specimen.

Influence of supplemental canola or soybean oil on milk yield, fatty acid profile and postpartum weight changes in grazing dairy goats

  • Objective: This experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of supplementation with soybean or canola oil on milk production and the composition of long chain fatty acids as well as weight changes in the goats and their kids. Methods: Thirty nine mulitparous crossed Alpine${\times}$Nubian goats (initial body weight [BW] $43.5{\pm}1.7kg$) from the day of parturition were assigned to the treatments: grazing control (n = 15); grazing plus 20 mL/goat/d of supplemental soybean oil (n = 12); and grazing plus 20 mL/goat/d of supplemental canola oil (n = 12) from November 26, 2014 to March 7, 2015. The planned contrasts were: CI (control vs supplemented with oils); CII (soybean vs canola oil) to compare the treatment effects. Results: The vegetable oil supplementation reduced weight losses in lactating goats (CI: -0.060 vs 0.090 kg/d; p = 0.03) but did not improve milk production or affect kids' growth. The content of C4, C6, C8, C10, C11, C14, and C18:1n9t in the milk was increased (p<0.05) with respect to control. However, C12, C14, C16, C18, C18:1n9c, C18:2n6c, and C18:3n3 were reduced (p<0.05) in supplemented goats. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) was increased (p<0.05) in goats supplemented with oils compared to the control group. Conclusion: Supplementation with 20 mL/d of soybean or canola oil did not affect milk production or kids' performance; however, it increased CLA concentration and reduced the reduced weight losses in lactating goats.

Nd : YAG 레이저가 상아질 및 도재와 복합레진간의 결합강도에 미치는 영향 (AN EFFECT OF ND : YAG LASER ON THE BONDING STRENGTH OF COMPOSITE RESIN TO DENTIN AND PORCELAIN)

  • The purpose of this experiment was to determine the effects of etching with a Nd : YAG Laser on dentin, or porcelain surface on the bond strength with composite resin. The dentin specimens were devided into the following 4 groups. D1 : No treatment D2 : Etched with 10% phosphoric acid D3 : Laser etchded with 1W, 20PPs D4 : Laser etched with 2W, 20PPS The procelain specimens were devided into the following 4 groups. P1 : diamond roughened P2 : etched with HF acid P3 : Laser etched with 2W, 20PPS P4 : Laser etched with 3W, 20PPS All specimens were veneered with resin. One half of the specimens were stored in $37^{\circ}C$ water for one day and the other half were thermocycled 1000 times at temperature of $5^{\circ}C\;to\;55^{\circ}C$ at 20 seconds intervals. After that, the bonding strength of composite resin to the dentin and porcelain was measured. The surface treated state and fractured state were observed with SEM. The following results were obtained. 1. In the dentin specimens, the bond strength of group D2 was highter than that of groups D1 and D3 in the case of the specimens stored in $37^{\circ}C$ water for one day, there was a statistically significant difference between group D2 and D1, D3 (P<0.05). The bonding strength of the specimens that were thermocycled decreased in the following order : group D2,D4,D3 and then D1. 2. In the porcelain specimens, the bonding strength of groups P1,P2 were higher than that of group P3 in the case of the specimens stored in $37^{\circ}C$ water for one day (P<0.05). The bonding strength of the specimens of being thermocycled decreased in the following order : group P2,P1,P4 and then P3. 3. The groups of high bond strength had a rougher surface and a high level of microporosity with SEM findings.

시판 멸치 액젓의 품질과 그 액젓으로 제조한 김치의 품질 연구 (The Study on the Qualities of Commercial Anchovy Sauces and Kimchies Prepared with Different Anchovy Sauces)

  • 시판 멸치액젓의 품질을 평가하기 위하여 수협제품(A, B), 중소기업제품(C, D), 유명제품(E-H)을 선정하여 이화학적 분석과 경제성을 조사하고, 관능검사를 실시하였다. 멸치 액젓의 염도는 19.8~26.0% 범위였으며, F > H > B > E > A > C = G > D순으로 높게 나타났다. 19.8%의 염도를 나타낸 D 제품은 탁도가 높고 부패취가 강하였으며, 암노니아 함량이 매우 높아 일정 이하의 염도는 젓갈의 품질을 유지할 수 없음을 알 수 있었다. 나머지 제품들의 염도는 25% 전후를 나타내었다. 총 단백질 함량은 2.51~2.04% 범위였으며 A > C > B > F > E > D > G > H 순으로 높아 수협의 두 제품(A, B)과 중소업체 C제품의 품질이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 제품의 갈색도는 C, A제품에서 높게 나타났다. 시판되는 멸치액젓의 가격을 1$\ell$로 환산한 결과 A 제품이 가장 비싸며, B 제품이 가장 저렴한 것으로 나타났다. 멸치액젓의 관능검사 결과 색은 B > G > A > F > E > C > H > D 순으로, 냄새는 B > G = C > F > A > E > H > D 순으로 점수가 높게 나타났다. 짠맛은 I > C > F > G > H > D > B > A 순으로 점수가 높게 나타나서 측정한 염도와 일치하지는 않았다. 전체적 인 맛은 B > A > C > H > E = F > G > D 순으로 점수가 높아 B 제품의 맛이 가장 좋고 D 제품이 가장 나쁜 것으로 나타났다. 위의 분석 결과에 근거하여 우수하게 평가된 A, B, C제품과 시장 점유율이 높은 H 제품을 이용하여 김치를 제조하여 숙성에 따른 pH, 산도, 관능검사를 실시한 결과 숙성 전반에 걸쳐 다른 제품들에 비해 C 제품으로 제조한 김치에서 숙성이 빨리 진행되었고, A 제품으로 제조한 김치에서 숙성이 다소 지연되는 것으로 나타났다. 관능검사를 실시한 결과 외관은 2주째 C 김치에서 유의적으로 좋았고, 냄새는 4주째 A, H 김치가 좋은 것으로 평가되었다. 나머지 항목들에서 멸치액젓 제품 사이의 유의차는 나타나지 않았으나 숙성 전반에 걸쳐 A 제품으로 제조한 김치가 다소 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.

산란 전용 토종 실용계 생산을 위한 2원교배 종계의 산란 능력 검정 (Performance of Laying Period of Two-way Crossbreed Parent Stock to Produce Laying-type Korean Native Commercial Chickens)

  • 본 시험은 토종 실용 산란계 생산을 위한 2원교배종 종계의 산란기 능력을 조사하기 위해 수행하였다. 공시계는 국립축산과학원에서 품종 복원 및 토착화한 토종 순종계의 2원교배종 암컷 480수를 이용하였다. 시험설계는 발생된 4교배종 병아리를 각각 A) C계통${\times}$Y계통, B) C계통${\times}$L계통, C) C계통${\times}$ G계통, D) C계통${\times}$W계통으로 하여 총 4처리구로 하고, 교배종에 따라 각각 4반복, 반복당 30수씩 총 480수를 완전임의 배치하였다. 초산일령은 네 교배종 사이에서 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 초산난중과 초산시의 체중은 B계통이 가장 높았다(P<0.05). 20~72주령의 평균 체중은 B교배종이 가장 높았고, C와 D교배종은 A와 B교배종에 비해 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 평균 사료 섭취량은 B교배종이 가장 높았으며, A교배종이 C와 D교배종에 비해 높았다(P<0.05). 주령별로 보았을 때 50주령 이후부터는 4교배종 모두 사료 섭취량이 감소하기 시작하였다. 주령에 따른 평균 난중은 50주령 이후에 B교배종의 평균 난중이 가장 높고, D교배종이 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). 사료 요구율은 대체로 A와 B교배종이 C와 D교배종에 비해 높은 편이었다(P<0.05). 26주령의 산란지수는 C교배종이 가장 높은 편이고 B교배종이 가장 낮았으나(P<0.05), 26주령 이후부터는 교배종간 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 산란율은 38주령 이후 계속적으로 감소하는 경향이었으나, 교배종 간에는 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 68~72주령은 각각 61.0, 51.8, 55.6 및 55.0%로 A교배종이 B교배종에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 수정율은 A, B, C 및 D교배종이 각각 89.8, 91.2, 92.4 및 92.8%였다. 부화율은 각 교배종이 69.8, 70.7, 75.5 및 77.4%로 C와 D교배종의 A와 B교배종에 비해 높게 나타났다. 26~72주령까지 각 구간별로 성적이 증가와 감소를 반복하는 경향을 보이는데, 이는 시기별로 사료를 교체하면서 산란계에 간접적으로 영향을 주기 때문에 발생하는 현상이라 사료된다. 본 시험의 결과는 산란용 토종 실용계를 생산하기 위한 2원교배종의 산란기 성적에 대한 기초적인 자료로서 이용될 것이라 사료된다.

감광성 BCB를 사용한 다층 MCM-D 기판에서 비아홀 형성에 관한 연구 (Study on Via hole formation in multi layer MCM-D substrate using photosensitive BCB)

  • Via for achieving reliable fabrication of MCM-D substrate was formed on the photosensitive BCB layer. MCM-D substrate consists of photosensitive BCB(Benzocyclobutene) interlayer dielectric and copper conductors. In order to form the vias in photosensitive BCB layer, the process of BCB and plasme etch using $C_2$F$_{6}$ gas were evaluated. The thickness of BCB after soft bake was shrunk down to 60% of the original. AES analysis was done on two vias, one is etched in $C_2$F$_{6}$ gas and the other is non etched. On via etched in $C_2$F$_{6}$, native C was detected and the amount of native C was reduced after Ar sputter. On via non etched in $C_2$F$_{6}$, organic C was detected and amount of organic C was reduced a little after Ar sputter. As a result of AES, BCB residue was not removed by Ar sputter, so plasma etch is necessary for achieving reliable via.ble via.

Effects of iron atom, substrate on two-dimensional C2N crystals

  • Recently, there has been a lot of researches related to two-dimensional (2D) materials due to their new properties and applications emerging upon 2D confinement. A new type of graphene like two-dimensional layer material, nitrogenated holey two-dimensional structure C2N-h2D, that is possession of evenly distributed holes and nitrogen atoms with proper bandgap has been synthesized. Previous calculation studies already have shown that the variance of the orbital interaction, band structure of few-layer C2N-h2D suggests that interlayer coupling does play an important role in its electronic properties. In this point, using first-principles density functional theory calculation, we here explore the effect of porous embedded iron atom and iron substrate on encapsulated few layer C2N-h2D. We show the atomic structures and the corresponding electronic structures of Fe@C2N to elucidate the effect of iron. Finally, this study demonstrates that embedded iron C2N has AA-stacking as most favorable stacked structure in contrast to pure C2N. In addition, iron substrate modifies its encapsulated C2N from semi-metallic states to metallic state.
