피스톤 형상이 유압피스톤 펌프$cdot$모터의 윤활특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Piston Shape on the Lubrication Characteristics of Hydraulic Piston Pump and Motor)

  • Thin film flow in the clearance between cylinder bore and axially moving compositeshape piston is analyzed to study the effect of piston shape on the lubrication characteristics of hydraulic piston pump and motor. It is shown that the piston shape significantly affect the distribution of fluid film pressure, lateral force acting on the piston and leakage flow rate in the clearance. And it is also shown that the composite-shape piston is more effective than the cylindrical piston under tilted condition to reduce the possibility of hydraulic locking. Therefore, the results of present study can be used usefully in the design-and manufacturing of hydraulic piston pump and motor.

  • This paper establishes in a new unified manner new mathematical models with core(iron) loss factor for two kinds of AC motors, induction and synchronous motors which are supposed to generate torque precisely or/and efficiently under vector controls. Our new models consist of three basic equations consistent with the others such as differential equation describing electromagnetic dynamics, torque equation describing torque generating mechanism, energy transmission equation describing how injected energy is wasted, saved or transmitted where all vector signals are defined in general frame of arbitrary instant angular velocity. It is clearly shown in our models that equivalent core-loss resistance can express appropriately and separately both eddy-current and hysteresis losses rather than mere vague loss. Proposed model of induction motor is the most compact in sense of the number of employed interior states and parameters. This compact model can also represent eddy-current and hysteresis losses of rotor as well as stator. For synchronous motor, saliency is taken into consideration. As well known model for cylindrical motor can be obtained directly from salient one as its special case.

  • In this paper, a three phase voltage source inverter synchronous motor drive is introduced which is capable of producing an approximate to sine-wave currents in the stator windings. Compare to a conventional current forced synchronous machine drive, for the same machine loss, a gain in out put per unit overall volume of 125% at a 50Hz supply frequency has been achieved. In addition, the torque pulsation has been drastically reduced. These improvements are achieved by introducing new rotor windings which are capable of controlling the stator current waveforms an approximate to sine-wave. A computer program has been developed which can be used to predict the dynamic performance of this drive/system. The paper describes the design of rotor windings for cylindrical rotor motor but the theory is equally applicable to salient-pole designs.

  • High-speed brushless permanent magnet machines are good for compressor and aerospace applications, etc, since they are conductive to high efficiency, high power density, small size and low weight. This paper describes a diametrically magnetized PM motor with the rating of 4.3kW and 50000 rpm fur high-speed drive applications. To bear strong stress from high speed, rotor was designed cylindrical structure, was magnetized diametrically permanent magnet. The performance characteristic of motor was evaluated by means of FEA(Finite Element Analysis), no-load test And then, in order to find back-EMF constant, used FEA, search coil.

  • In order to design or predict the performance of a cylindrical electrostatic motor it is necessary to analyze the torque generated by such a structure. In this paper a simple but sufficiently accurate analytical model is developed for use in design. Conformal mapping are used to model the capacitance and torque of the motor as a function of the rotor position, using a quasi-static, two-dimension approximation, the effect of an insulating dielectric layer on the stator or rotor is also evaluated.

  • This paper presents the position sensorless vector control of a cylindrical permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in the field weakening region. The position sensorless algorithm using an instantaneous reactive power of the PMSM is proposed. An instantaneous reactive power can be obtained from the vector product of rotor currents and back emf of the PMSM. Back emf includes the information of rotor speed. So the estimated speed can be yielded from the voltage equation of the PMSM. In other words, the estimated speed is compensated by using an instantaneous reactive power. To extend the speed range of the PMSM in the constant horsepower region, the field weakening control is applied. The proposed algorithm is not affected by mechanical motor parameters because the mechanical equation is not used. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the experimental results.

  • In this paper, the design and characteristics of a $\pi-shaped$ ultrasonic motor that is applicable to optical zoom operation of a lens system for mobile phones are investigated. Its design and simulation of performances are carried out by FEM (finite element method) commercial software. As a simulation result, by applying voltage with single phase, a combined vibration is produced at the surface of a stator arm. A prototype of the motor is fabricated and its outer size is $8*4*2mm^3$ including the cylindrical steel rod of 2 mm in diameter as the rotor. The motor exhibits a maximum speed of 500 rpm and a power consumption of 0.3 W when driven at 20 Vpp and 64 kHz.

자동차 전장에서 윈도우 모터 조립 부품의 생산 (Production of Window Motor Assembly Parts in Automotive Body)

  • 자동차는 2만 여개가 넘는 부품들로 구성되어 있다. 또한, 새시와 함께 자동차 내부에는 조향장치, 파워장치, 도어 록 장치 등 많은 전기 전자 및 센서들이 부가되어 수송 외 운전자가 주행 중 운전을 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 여러 가지 장치들이 별도로 차체내부 혹은 외부에 부착되어 있다. 그 가운데 자동차의 도어 유리 부위는 제작 초기에는 운전자가 직접 휠을 회전시켜 유리문을 상하로 개폐하였으나 최근 들어 모터, 센서, 스위치 류 등의 발달로 버튼하나로 문을 상하로 개폐시키는 방법을 사용하게 되었다. 유리문을 상하로 개폐시키는 조립부위를 자동차에서는 power window motor assembly라고 이를 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 현재는 anti-pinch type power window motor에 ECU(Electronic Control Unit) system이 국내에서 개발되지 못하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 이 연구에서는 CAE 해석과 개발을 통해 anti-pinch power motor gear housing 및 cylindrical gear를 국산화 개발하고 ECU 일체형 적용을 함으로 인해 조립공정의 단순화 및 원가절감에 기여하고자 한다.

교정용 미니스크류의 형상에 따른 식립 토오크의 비교 (Comparison of insertion torque regarding changes in shape, diameter, and length of orthodontic miniscrews)

  • 교정용 스크류의 적절한 식립 토오크는 스크류와 골과의 경계에 적절히 작용하여 실패를 최소화 할 수 있는데, 너무 낮은 식립 토오크는 안정성이 없으며 반면에 너무 강한 식립 토오크는 열, 기계적 손상으로 골 괴사를 야기할 수도 있다. 본 연구에는 임상적으로 스크류의 길이와 직경 및 형태 등을 달리하여 식립 토오크를 측정해서 스크류의 각 부분에 대한 세분화된 토오크의 변화를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과 1.5 mm 두께의 인공피질골 블록에서 cylindrical type 스크류와 taper type 스크류 두 형태 모두에서 스크류 길이가 길수록 최대 식립 토오크 값도 함께 증가하였다. 특히 cylindrical type 스크류에서 길이에 따른 토오크 변화에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 관찰되었다 (p<0.05). 미니스크류의 연속적인 식립 토오크 분석 결과 cylindrical type 스크류는 연속적인 그래프 형태를 보이면서 불완전 나사부에서 식립 토오크가 크게 증가하였으며, taper type 스크류는 나사선의 마지막 경사진 부분에서 식립 토오크가 크게 증가하였다. 외경이 커질수록 최대 식립 토오크 값은 증가하였는데, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다 (p<0.05). 형태와 외경, 길이는 모두 토오크 값에 유의한 영향을 미치는데, 식립 토오크에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 외경, 형태, 길이 순서였다. 본 연구 결과 스크류의 식립 토오크에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 스크류의 외경이며 각각의 해부학적 구조물에 대한 피질골의 두께를 고려하여 적합한 스크류의 두께 및 나사산의 형태를 선택하는 것이 스크류의 초기 고정력을 얻는데 유리하다고 판단된다.
