유도탄의 신뢰성 향상 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Reliability Improvement of Guided Missile)

  • Purpose: ASRP for the domestic development guided missiles requires not only for the reliability evaluation of the products in storage but also for the life cycle management of the products including development prototypes and initial production items. Methods: For this purpose, it should be performed to build a performance database before and after the accelerated aging test with shelf life items including development prototypes and initial production items, based on which the lifetime prediction should also be carried out. In addition, HILS must be applied for the acceptance test with the initial and follow-up production items, and also for ASRP for the long-term storage products in order to secure systematic quality assurance. Results: The results for the life cycle reliability Improving of domestic development of guided missiles are DB building of prescription Item performance, active application of HILS, Management associated with guided missiles life cycle and to Secure technology data about the introduction of foreign guided missiles. Conclusion: Furthermore, it is demanded that DTaQ, the managing agency of ASRP, actively take part in the process to maintain reliability engagement consistency over the life cycle of guided missiles.

FPGA를 이용한 시퀀스 로직 제어용 고속 프로세서 설계 (The Design of High Speed Processor for a Sequence Logic Control using FPGA)

  • This paper presents the design of high speed processor for a sequence logic control using field programmable gate array(FPGA). The sequence logic controller is widely used for automating a variety of industrial plants. The FPGA designed by VHDL consists of program and data memory interface block, input and output block, instruction fetch and decoder block, register and ALU block, program counter block, debug control block respectively. Dedicated clock inputs in the FPGA were used for high speed execution, and also the program memory was separated from the data memory for high speed execution of the sequence instructions at 40 MHz clock. Therefore it was possible that sequence instructions could be operated at the same time during the instruction fetch cycle. In order to reduce the instruction decoding time and the interface time of the data memory interface, an instruction code size was implemented by 16 bits or 32 bits respectively. And the real time debug operation was implemented for easy debugging the designed processor. This FPGA was synthesized by pASIC 2 SpDE and Synplify-Lite synthesis tool of Quick Logic company. The final simulation for worst cases was successfully performed under a Verilog HDL simulation environment. And the FPGA programmed for an 84 pin PLCC package was applied to sequence control system with inputs and outputs of 256 points. The designed processor for the sequence logic was compared with the control system using the DSP(TM320C32-40MHz) and conventional PLC system. The designed processor for the sequence logic showed good performance.

로보트 용접 공정 계획을 위한 Graphic Simulation Modeller의 개발 (Development of a Graphic Simulation Modeller for Robot Welding Process Planning)

  • Presented in this paper is a procedure of developing graphical simulation software for planning robot welding processes. Welding is by far the highest application area for industrial robots, and it has been in great need of such a simulator in designing robot work cells, in justifying the economics of robot welding and in planning robotized welding operations. The model of a robot welding cell consists of four components: They are an welding structure which is a collection of plates to be welded, a positioner to hold the welding structure, a robot with a weld torch, and a set of welding lines (in case of arc welding). Welding structure is modeled by using the reference plane concept and is represented as boundary file which is widely used in solid modeling. Robot itself is modeled as a kinematic linkage system. Also included in the model are such technical constraints as weaving patterns and inclination allowances for each weld joint type. An interactive means is provided to input the welding structure and welding lines on a graphics terminal. Upon completion of input, the program displays the welding structure and welding lines and calculates the center of mass which is used in determining positioner configurations. For a given positioner and robot configuration, the welding line segments that can be covered by the robot are identified, enabling to calculate the robot weld ratio and cycle time. The program is written in FORTRAN for a VAX computer with a Tektronix 4114 graphic terminal.

Refractive-index matched layers applied to flexible conductive MTO/Ag/MTO multilayer films on the PET substrate

  • A hybrid structure of Mn (2.59 wt.%) doped SnO2 (MTO)/Ag/MTO films with refractive index matching layers (IMLs) was deposited on PET substrate by a RF/DC magnetron sputtering method at room temperature. To match the refractive index (n) of MTO/Ag/MTO/PET film, high and low refractive index materials of MTO (n = 2.02) and SiO2 (n = 1.52) were placed between MTO/Ag/MTO and PET substrate, respectively. In order to evaluate the effect of IMLs on the reflectivity and color variation, an optical simulation program, Essential Macleod Program (EMP) was adopted, in advance. From EMP simulation, the multilayer film of MTO (40 nm)/Ag (13 nm)/MTO (40 nm) with optimized IMLs of SiO2 (120 nm)/MTO (10 nm) shows the excellent optical transmittance above 86.1% at the 550 nm wavelength, and the pattern visible defect was reduced as compared with the reference film of MTO/Ag/MTO/PET film without IMLs. From the bending test, the multilayer film of MTO (40 nm)/Ag (13 nm)/MTO (40 nm)/SiO2 (90 nm)/MTO (10 nm)/PET showed excellent flexible properties. There was only 10% resistance variation under 10,000 bending cycle with curvature radius of 5 mm.

G.U.I. 프로그램을 이용한 기어 시스템의 동적 해석 (Dynamic Analysis of Gear System Using G.U.I. Program)

  • The area of gear dynamics has recently been the focus of many studies. A new tooth profile modification was proposed by author for reducing vibration and noise of involute gears. A comparative dynamic analysis of the gear drive with the involute tooth and the modified tooth profile(using cubic splines) is performed to the unuformal transmission error reduces the gear vibration and noise due to less dynamic tooth load variation during the meshing cycle. This work also include a gear design process by the meaning of a practical approach, such as Win95 based simulation program with all using basic geardesign variables. Especially this program enables gear designers to dynamic analysis based on G.U.I.

  • In this paper We have developed the high-speed controller for haptic control. The proposed controller is based on the PCI/FPGA technology which can calculate the real position and transmit the force data to device rapidly. The haptic system is composed of 6DOF force display device high-speed controller. The developed system will be used on constructing the dynamical virtual environment. To show the efficiency of our system we designed simulation program of force-reflecting. As the result of the experiment we found that the controller has much higher resolution than some other controller It is so efficient in a 1 PC-based system with 1[kHz] haptic interrupt cycle.

  • In this paper, Flyback type DC/DC Switching Converter was designed, analyzed and fabricated. Worst Case Analysis(WCA) was peformed with Mathcad program and presents circuit simulation results for the in-rush current limit circuit. The value of the maximum OFF voltage stress is 131.84V, it is less than device specification(200V). The switching frequency(nominal case) and duty cycle at the wont case analysis are 75KHz and 34.62%, respectively. The maximum in-rush current presents 0.5A Those results show a possibility for use in space

  • The research team for the virtual construction development was established with the support of Korea Ministry of Construction and Transportation, and KICTEP (Korea Institute of Construction and Transportation Technology Evaluation and Planning). Its aims are to develop system that is to improve productivity & quality, to create a higher value-added business, and to cultivate international competitiveness in the construction industry. The virtual construction system is a design, engineering, and construction management information system that allows the project participants to effectively share the information throughout the construction life cycle with the support of 3D and design information. To achieve this, the research team focuses on developing several systems. First, the team focuses on developing for the pre-planning, the structural engineering, MEP, and the 3D based estimation system. Second, they focus on developing a simulation system for the construction process planning and feasibility study with help of the virtual reality technologies. Third, they focus on developing the CPLM (Construction Project Life-cycle Management) system for managing construction project data, and the decision support system that makes the collaboration among the project participants based on 3D technologies and information. We also focus on developing the SDAI (Standard Data Access Interface), the localized guideline for 3D design, and a training program. In addition, we focus on developing the undeveloped area of the commercial system and building an environment that can support the communication and collaboration in the construction life-cycle rather than developing the existing and commercialized system.

  • This paper presents an PID type fuzzy based method for nohnear engine idle controller The output is a duty cycle(DC) for driving a idle speed cont개l valve(1SCV). For precise control of SI engine, the CPS sensor and coolant temperature are used. Visual C* language is used to make simulation panel for the fast and precise idle speed control. The dSPACE board and supported Control desk program is used in experiment ta the same purpose as simulation. The experimental results have a good agreement with simulation ones.

  • 온실가스 배출량이 세계 6위인 우리나라는 건물의 운영과 유지 및 관리에 소비되는 에너지로 인한 온실가스 배출량을 줄이고자 공공건축물을 대상으로 신재생에너지 시스템을 통하여 에너지를 생산하도록 하는 공공의무화 제도(RPS)를 시행하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행되었던 기존 연구의 동향을 분석하여 에너지원별로 적정 조합 및 적용 비율을 도출하였고, 동적 에너지 프로그램을 이용하여 에너지소비량을 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 산출된 결과를 토대로 초기투자비, 에너지비, 보수교체비, 유지관리비를 산출하였다. 분석결과 지열 100% 조합이 총 비용 2,105,974,344원으로 총 생애주기 비용이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다.
