Among the generative models in Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) has been successful in various applications such as image processing, density estimation, and style transfer. While the GAN models including Conditional GAN (CGAN), CycleGAN, BigGAN, have been extended and improved, researchers face challenges in real-world applications in specific domains such as disaster simulation, healthcare, and urban planning due to data scarcity and unstable learning causing Image distortion. This paper proposes a new progressive learning methodology called Progressive Step Training (PST) based on the Auxiliary Classifier GAN (ACGAN) that discriminates class labels, leveraging the progressive learning approach of the Progressive Growing of GAN (PGGAN). The PST model achieves 70.82% faster stabilization, 51.3% lower standard deviation, stable convergence of loss values in the later high resolution stages, and a 94.6% faster loss reduction compared to conventional methods.

The purpose of this research is to examine the level of understanding, current management and degree of satisfaction about 'Cosmeceuticals' among pharmacists running pharmacists. Using this research as a foundation, pharmacies are able to prepare an implementation plan for the marketing of 'Cosmeceuticais'. The level of understanding among pharmacists surveyed was found to be rather low as yet, and it will be necessary to increase their specialized knowledge. Through this analysis of current conditions, several means for pharmacies to implement marketing of 'Cosmeceuticals' are evident. These include expanding the definition of 'Cosmeceuticals' reforming the system for inspecting 'Cosmeceuticals', developing and distributing various specialized 'Cosmeceuticals', initiating training for increasing the level of specialized knowledge of pharmacists, developing public information by corporations and consumer networks, driving coordinated marketing with medical associations, linking marketing with health foods, ensuring display space at pharmacies, and offering knowledgeable consultations and detailed information about the products. This research is significant in that it shows that a plan reforming pharmacy management, which is affected by the environment in pharmacies such as the separation of pharmacies from medical practices, should include the an increase in marketing for 'Cosmeceuticals'. This research will be of great usefulness in forming a foundation for the sales strategy and manufacturing of 'Cosmeceuticals' by pharmacists, for the training of distributors about 'Cosmeceuticals', and for developing a distribution strategy.

The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the meaning of training and counselling experiences of life planning counselors for the later life. This study analyzed the meaning of training and counselling experiences of counselors and tried to structure the meaning of their experiences. The qualitative research was conducted with 12 counselors who got the license after completing life planning training and do counselling. This study found 4 categories, 15 sub-categories and 50 concepts. These results analyzed are : 1) Motivation of participating in life planning counselor training for the later life ; 2) Training experience of life planning counselor for the later life ; 3) Counselling experience as a life planning counselor for the later life ; and 4) Way to improve capacity as a life planning counselor for the later life. According to these results, this study proposed practice and policy suggestions to improve training curriculum, working process and building capacity of counsellors. Lastly, this study stated the limitation and significance of the study and also suggested another proposal for a follow-up study.

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how three-dimensional gesture recognition technology, in children's traffic safety programs, can be an effective solution for instructing children in the safest ways to interact with traffic. In terms of traffic accidents, walking unaccompanied is the most dangerous traffic related activity for children. By using a three-dimensional serous game training program that implements gesture recognition, more accurate real life scenarios can be implemented in existing children's traffic training programs. The implementation of this technology will increase the possibility of changing the habits and attitudes of children, which in turn will lower the amount of walking related traffic accidents in children.

Phishing websites can have devastating effects on governmental, financial, and social services, as well as on individual privacy. Currently, many phishing detection solutions are evaluated using small datasets and, thus, are prone to sampling issues, such as representing legitimate websites by only high-ranking websites, which could make their evaluation less relevant in practice. Phishing detection solutions which depend only on the URL are attractive, as they can be used in limited systems, such as with firewalls. In this paper, we present a URL-only phishing detection solution based on a convolutional neural network (CNN) model. The proposed CNN takes the URL as the input, rather than using predetermined features such as URL length. For training and evaluation, we have collected over two million URLs in a massive URL phishing detection (MUPD) dataset. We split MUPD into training, validation and testing datasets. The proposed CNN achieves approximately 96% accuracy on the testing dataset; this accuracy is achieved with URL schemes (such as HTTP and HTTPS) removed from the URL. Our proposed solution achieved better accuracy compared to an existing state-of-the-art URL-only model on a published dataset. Finally, the results of our experiment suggest keeping the CNN up-to-date for better results in practice.

This study investigated causal relationships between goal orientation, sales and performance towards increasing the effectiveness of up-selling in internal promotion methods in family restaurants and provided implications about the hiring and training of sales people. The subjects were 232 sales people in family restaurants. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, comparative analysis of the average, and regression analysis. Results, showed that variations in goal orientation, sales, and performance depended on the age and experience of salespeople and that goal orientation makes adaptive selling more effective. It turned out that effort selling affects up-selling result than adaptive selling. Long-term workers were better than short-term workers in goal orientation, selling, and up-selling results, so human resource management needs to implement a long-term plan to enhance these effects. And, because effort selling is more effective than adaptive selling in up-selling results in family restaurants, effort selling requires training.

The necessary rehabilitation training for patients with disability currently does not match the actual amount of training conducted, which requires interest in rehabilitation treatment, continued investment and infrastructure for rehabilitation contents, while the most common forms of rehabilitation treatment comprises of art, music, and play treatments. In this paper, we provide a game-style rehabilitation program including audio and visual elements through motion detection process on the patient and design a digital game rehabilitation program that allows different level of management for various categories of disabled people.

Objective: Meditation can elicit trait-like changes in psychological and social styles, as well as enhancement of emotional regulatory capacity. We investigated the relation between personality traits and emotional intelligence in meditation practitioners. Methods: Seventy-two long-term practitioners of mind-body training (MBT) and 62 healthy comparative individuals participated in the study. The participants completed emotional intelligence questionnaires and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Results: The MBT group revealed higher scores on all five emotional intelligence factors than did those in the control group, such as emotional awareness and expression, empathy, emotional thinking, emotional application, and emotional regulation (all $p{\leq}0.001$). MBT practitioners also had higher scores on the intuition of perceiving function (t=-2.635, p=0.010) and on the feeling of the judging function (t=-3.340, p=0.001) of the MBTI compared with those in the control group. Only the MBT group showed a robust relationship with every factor of emotional intelligence and MBTI-defined intuitive styles, indicating that higher scores of emotional intelligence were related to higher scores for intuition. Conclusion: Emotional intelligence of meditation practitioners showed notable relationships with some features of personality trait. In-depth associations between emotional intelligence and personality traits would help to foster psychological functions in meditation practitioners.

With the current surge in leisure sports activities involving firearms and the costly shooting practices in the military, there's a growing interest in using virtual reality as a cost-effective alternative. This study proposes a system that addresses the drawbacks of existing shooting practice setups, such as dim spaces and high installation costs, by making it feasible on large display screens. The system integrates IR receivers and guns for practice, ensuring usability and efficiency through an application. Additionally, an accuracy adjustment feature enhances precise coordination recognition. As a result, this cyber light gun system offers an affordable solution for outdoor training.

This study was designed to develop an online education program of elderly care service for the senior caregivers. Online survey was conducted senior caregivers who attended K cyber university from November 28, to December 15, 2019. Data were analyzed using chi-square, ANOVA and post test by scheffe method. The results showed that needs of the online education program for senior caregivers were significantly higher than nursing assistants. Social workers were significantly higher than the nursing assistants in the elderly care service online education demand. In terms of performance, 'understanding and counseling for the elderly' and 'practice of the elderly play program' were social workers, senior caregivers and nursing assistants. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop a specialized online education contents for each group according to the necessity of elderly professional care and the demand of online education for elderly care service.
