삽목시기, 삽수 채취 부위 및 마디수가 겨울딸기 지삽의 발근에 미치는 영향 (Several Factors Affecting to Rooting of Stem Cuttings in Rubus buergeri Miquel)

  • 2002년 6월 26일, 8월 3일 및 9월 4일에 당년 발생한 덩굴에서 정부 중부 기부의 2마디씩 채취하여 삽목하였고, 2002년 7월 10일에 삽수의 마디수를 $1{\sim}4$개로 달리하여 삽목하여 겨울딸기의 발근 및 신초생육을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 발근율은 8월 2일 삽목구에서 69.6%로 가장 높았고 근장은 6월 26일 삽목구에서 23.1 cm로 가장 길었다. 9월 4일 삽목구의 발근율 및 신초 생육이 현저히 떨어졌다. 삽수 채취 부위별 발근율은 덩굴 중간부위에서 55.4%로 가장 높았으며 그 다음이 정단부위에서 45.6%이었고 기부에서 25.4%로 가장 낮았다. 다른 형질들은 삽수 채취부위에 따른 차이가 없었다. 발근율과 신초발생률은 삽수마디수에 따른 차이가 없었으나 삽수당 근수 및 뿌리 건물중, 신초 생육은 삽수마디수가 많을수록 증가되었다.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 자생의 잎무늬종 맑은대쑥(Artemisia keiskeana)을 원예 및 조경용으로 개발하기 위하여 삽목 시 삽수부위, 용토의 종류 및 오옥신류의 처리가 삽수의 발근에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 하였다. 삽수부위별 처리에 있어서 신초의 정단부보다 중간부와 기부를 삽수로 이용하는 것이 지상부와 지하부의 생육에 좋았으며 특히 중간부의 경우, 발근율이 68.3%로 가장 높았다. 삽목용토에 있어서 피트모스는 발근시작일이 가장 늦었고, 지상부와 지하부의 생육, 발근율과 생존율 모두 낮았던 반면, 버미큘라이트에서는 발근시작일이 가장 빨랐고 지상부와 지하부의 생육도 가장 효과적이었으며, 발근율 88.3%, 생존율 99.2%로 용토처리 중 가장 좋았다. 오옥신 처리를 한 경우, 대조구에 비해 발근율과 생육이 우수했다. 대조구는 발근율이 41%로 낮았으나 처리를 한 경우 발근율이 80%이상으로 현저히 높았다. NAA를 처리한 경우가 IBA를 처리한 것에 비해 근장과 근수를 포함한 지하부의 생육이 좋았고, 농도가 증가할수록 생존율과 발근율이 높았으며 지하부의 생육도 좋았다.

  • This experiment was to investigate the surface coverage, sward height and dry matter yield of 63 perennial ryegrass cultivars with control cultivar, orchardgrass(Potomac) at different cutting dates(May 25, July 5, August 20 and October 5), in order to select the adaptable cultivars of perennial ryegrass in the middle region of Korea. Four perennial ryegrass cultivars, E.V. Meadea, Aberystwyth S101, Raidor and Real, didn't survive afler sowing. Surface coverage of perennial ryegrass cultivars cut in August 20 was lower than others. Sward height of perennial ryegrass cultivars at each cutting dates was lower than that of orchardgrass. There were no significant differences in sward heights of each cutting date. Dry matter yield of perennial ryegrass cultivars cut in August 20 was lower than others. Total dry matter yield of Oakpark 6% Viktoria, Petra, G. Manawa, and Kangaroo Valley was fell in the range of 11.76 and 10.37t/ha while that of orchardgrass was 12.09t/ha. '설향' 딸기 삽목묘의 최적 삽수 채취시기와 오옥신 처리 구명 (Determination of Optimal Collecting Date and Exogenous Auxin Dipping Treatments in Cutting Transplants of 'Seolhyang' Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.))

  • 본 연구는 국내 '설향' 딸기 품종의 삽목 육묘 시 초기 활착을 증진시키고 묘소질을 향상시키기 위한 삽수 채취시기와 오옥신계 식물생장조절제 IBA, NAA의 적정 처리농도 구명을 위하여 수행되었다. 딸기 삽수는 6월 7일과 7월 5일의 두 차례에 걸쳐 채취했으며, IBA와 NAA는 각각 0.025, 0.05, 0.1%의 농도로 침지 처리하였다. 삽목한 묘는 터널재배 후 18일 동안 6회에 걸쳐 생존율을 조사하였다. 삽수 채취시기와 관계없이 NAA 처리에서는 묘 고사율이 높아, 딸기 삽목 육묘 시에는 NAA 처리가 부적합하였다. 삽수 채취시기와 식물생장조절제가 묘 생육에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 6월 채취묘는 IBA 0.1%에서, 7월 채취묘는 IBA 0.05%에서 묘의 활력이 우수하였다. 광합성 효율을 조사한 결과 6월 채취묘는 IBA 0.1%에서, 7월 채취묘는 IBA 0.05%에서 양자수율이 높았다. 따라서, 딸기 삽목묘의 생육을 증진시키기 위해서는 NAA보다 IBA를 사용하는 것이 적절하며, 이때 6월 삽수 채취 시에는 0.1%, 7월 삽수 채취 시에는 0.05%의 농도로 이용하는 것이 보다 적합한 것으로 판단되었다.

  • Recently, research on bone fracture and osteoplasty using ultrasonic bone surgery unit has been ongoing in the fields of dentistry, plastic surgery, and otorhinolaryngology. However, detailed data evaluation with ultrasonic bone surgery unit has not been conducted to date. In this study, we developed handpiece moving system (HMS) for cutting performance evaluation. In the experimental setup of HMS, a handpiece was immobilized, and bone samples from cortical bone of bovine leg were prepared. Also, the experimental process was described in detail, and a basic experiment was carried out to evaluate the cutting performance. Future study is required on all experimental process conditions by HMS.

수수 $\times$ 단그라스 교잡종과 대두와의 간작재배시 파종시기가 생육특성 및 수량성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Seeding Dates on Growth Characteristics and Dry Matter Yield at Intercropping Cultivation of Sorghum $\times$ Sudangrass Hybrid and Soybean)

  • A field experiment was conducted to evaluate growth characteristics, dry matter yield and crude protein yield according to different planting dates at sorghum $\times$ sudangrass hybrid(SSH) and soybean intercropping. Planting dates were five treatment of may 6(Tl), may 13(T2), may 20(T3), may 27(T4) and june 3(T5), and cutting frequency was two times a year. 1. Plant length of SSH was the highest at T2 as 253cm, but T5 was the shortest as 203cm. In the soybean, T3 and T4 were the highest as 113cm, respectively. Leaf length of SSH was high at T5. In the soybean, T2 was the highest as 17cm. Average leaf width of T2, T3 and T4 was higher than TI and T5. 2. Leaf number of T3(SSH and soybean) was higher than other treatments, Stem diameter of SSH and soybean showed the highest as 12.3mm and 8.6mrn at T5 and T3, respectively. In the SSY mean stem hardness of TI was the highest as 2.5kg/$cm^2$, but soybean was the highest at T1(8.0kg/$cm^2$) 3. Deed stubble according to move seeding date of SSH were 11.4 percentage at TI, and 3.9 percentage at T5 treatment. 4. Total dry matter yield according to move seeding date was the highest at T3 as 20,937kghq but T5 of late seeding was the lowest as 16,04Okgha(P < 0.05). 5. In the first cutting time, protein content of SSH was the highest at T3 as 9.9 percentage, but T1 was the lowest as 8.4 percentage. In the 2nd cutting, T5 was the highest as 8.7% but T1 was the lowest as 6.2%. In the soybean, T5 was the highest as 19.4% but TI of early seeding was the lowest as 16.2 percentage. Crude protein yield was the highest at T3 as 2,233.5kghq but TI of early seeding was the lowest as 1,579.7kgha (P < 0.05). As mentioned above the results, T2(may 13), T3(may 20) and T4(may 27) treatment could be recommended as the best suitable seeding date when drymatter and protein yield were considered.

김천 문당동 유적 출토관재의 수종과 연륜연대 (Species and Tree-Ring Analysis of Coffin Woods Excavated from Mundangdong, Gimcheon, Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the species of coffin woods excavated at Mundangdong in Gimcheon and to date this coffin by using tree-ring method. All coffin woods were identified as red pines, most possibly, Pinus densiflora S. et Z. Tree-ring dating provided absolute years of 3 among 19 coffins. Both I-9 and II-22 coffins were estimated to be made in the mid-seventeenth century, and I-65-1 in the mid-sixteenth century. Others possessed too few rings to be dated.

보은 회인향교 명륜당 목부재의 연륜연대 분석 (The Analysis of Tree-Ring Dates of Wood Elements Used for the Myengryundang Hall in Hoe-in Confucian Shrine, Boeungun, Chungbuk, Korea)

  • Hoein Hyanggyo is a confucian shrine at Hoein, Boeungun, Chungbuk, Korea. Using tree rings, we dated its lecture hall, Myengryundang which is a two-storied wooden structure with half-gabled and half-hipped roof. The woods of Myengryundang consisted mainly of lard pine (probably, Pinus densiflora). We collected 27 samples (4 columns, 2 beams, 5 purlins, 4 capitals, 8 floor frames/boards and 4 others). The results indicated that the major cutting year was A.D. 1702. This date helped to correct the miswritten Chinese-calender date which was recorded in the document for the framework-raising ceremony.

Tree-Ring Dating of Coffin Woods Excavated from Shinnae-dong in Seoul, Korea

  • This study aims to date wooden coffins excavated from graves in Shinnae-dong, Seoul, South Korea, using dendrochronology. The species of woods used to make the coffins were identified as Pinus densiflora S. et Z., one of the major conifers in Korea. Of 12 graves, 10 were successfully dated using various red-pine chronologies of South Korea. Due to the absence of the last-formed tree ring before felling, the number of sapwood rings, used to obtain likely cutting dates, had to be estimated. The terminus post quem for two coffins without plaster frames were AD 1548 and AD 1571, respectively. Eight coffins with plaster frames yielded estimated dates from AD 1664 to AD 1799. The tree-ring dates indicated that the coffins with plaster frames in Shinnae-dong were constructed approximately 100 years later than those without plaster frames.
