지하철건설에 따른 문화재 보호와 동대문역사시공 보고서(1) (Study on the measurement of blasting vibration response in construction a subway station at East gate of cultural treasure)

  • The East gate station area is 205M long and 24m deep which is located 13 meter in front of cultural treasure east gate. The area to be excavated by blasting is composed of granite rocks from 10M depth to 25M. Surface earth extends to up 10M depth. This job site has in involves heavy traffic congestion such as over 10,000 cars passing in rush hour where clossing No 1 lint of subway running 3 minitues head way. This east gate station construction is to be executed for the provent of the setting down of underground level and blasting vibration effects to cultural treasure east gate. Therefore, the caltural treasure committee approved this execution subject to the following condition. 1. Subway gelogical foundation and measured natural frequency 2. Execution of water tight wall 3. Sellection and test of damping material for wall and under rail 4. Measurement of monitoring system during the execution 5. Measurement of histogram system The above two projects was carried out by Dr. Kwang team in KAIST and prof, Han in Hanyang University under accadamic study contract. In the blasting work, for the pourpose of reduced vibration and low explosion velocity such as CCR, Kovex slurry. The 2nd, used electrical caps shall be delay cap and M/S caps in multi delay. The 3rd, drilling pattern is bench cut in open cut and applied control blasting in tunnelling and also shall drill anti-vibration holes as line drilling.

  • 철도지하횡단공사는 횡단구조물 축조시 개착식과 비개착식 공법으로 구별되는데 개착식 공법은 열차의 비운행시간을 고려하여 시공하는 극히 제한적인 공법인데 반하여 비개착식은 열차의 속도 및 운행시간에 제약을 받지 않는 특징을 갖고 있으며 안전하고 신속한 시공의 장점을 갖고 있다. 비개착식 공법 중 Front Jacking 공법은 소구경의 강관을 압입하여 구조물과의 마찰력과 토압을 최소화시킨 후 현장에서 제작한 전단면 Precast Box 선단부에 PC강연선과 유압Jack을 이용하여 박스를 지중에 견인하는 공법으로 시공시 안정성과 열차의 정시성 확보가 유리하여 많이 적용되고 있다. 이 공법은 박스단면의 크기 및 연장, 지반조건에 관계없이 시공가능하며 친환경적인 시공을 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 Front Jacking 공법이 적용된 대전동서관통대로의 철도횡단 시공사례를 소개하고자 한다.

개별요소법과 한계평형법을 이용한 보은지역 암반사면 안전율 비교해석 (Comparison Analysis of Factor of Safety on Rock Slope in Boeun Region Using Distinct Element Method and Limit Equilibrium Method)

  • 연구대상 사면은 충북 보은군 보은읍 도로공사구간 내의 절취사면으로 절취시공 후 암반사면내의 일부 구간에서 평면파괴로 인한 사면 붕괴가 발생하였다. 이 구간에서는 파괴면과 유사한 방향성을 갖는 불연속면이 암반사면 내에 다수 분포하여 추가 붕괴가 예상되는 불안정한 상태이다. 따라서, 본 사면에 대하여 암반사면의 안정성 해석에 보편적으로 사용되는 SMR, 평사투영법, 한계평형법 및 수치해석 등의 기법을 이용하여 사면의 안정성을 해석하였다. 사면의 안정성평가에 보편적으로 사용되는 한계평형법은 간단한 계산에 의해 사면의 안정성을 평가할 수 있는 장점이 있으나 파괴 활동면을 가정할 수 없는 단일 안전율에 의해 전체 사면의 안정성을 평가하는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 개별절리를 고려하여 사면의 안정성을 평가하는 전단강도 감소기법으로부터 안전율을 계산하였으며, 이를 한계평형해석의 결과와 비교ㆍ분석하였다. 또한 본 사면내에 지하수 영향을 고려하고 보강공법을 적용하여 종합적인 안정성을 검토하였다.

경증의 당뇨발에서 창상치유 예측인자로서의 경피산소분압치 (Transcutaneous Oxygen Pressure to Predict Wound Healing in Mild Diabetic Feet)

  • Purpose: Microcirculation of diabetic patients is commonly comporomised, regardless of the condition of the macrocirculation. Therefore, direct tissue oxygenation measurement is recommended in determining tissue viability and predicting wound healing potential. This study was designed to determine cut-off value of the tissue oxygenation in predicting wound healing in diabetic foot patients. Methods: This study included 41 feet of 41 diabetic foot patients who were treated in the Diabetic Wound Center of author's institution between January and June, 2009. Main inclusion criteria were type 1 or 2 diabetes and a foot ulcer (duration > 3 weeks) and ulcer area (from 1 $cm^2$ to 4 $cm^2$). Measurements of the area of diabetic foot ulcer were carried out before treatment. Transcutaneous oxygen pressure ($TcpO_2$) was measured at adjacent site of ulcer. The healing wound was defined as complete wound closure within 12 weeks. Results: Average diabetic foot ulcer areas with healing and nonhealing wounds were $2.67{\pm}0.76$ and $2.59{\pm}0.75\;cm^2$, respectively. There was no significant difference in the wound area between the groups. Average foot $TcpO_2$ in healing and nonhealing wounds were $68.56{\pm}23.07$ and $30.98{\pm}16.66$ mmHg, respectively ($p$ <0.01). The rate of healing wound increased as $TcpO_2$ increased. In particular, $TcpO_2$ lower than 40 mmHg and higher than 40 mmHg showed the most significant difference (wound healing rates of 25% and 71%, respectively). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the minimal $TcpO_2$ value thought to be required for adequate wound healing in diabetic wounds (cut-off value) is 40 mmHg.

검진용 허실 변증 진단 설문지 타당도 평가 (Evaluation of Validity of Deficiency and Excess Pattern Identification Questionnaire)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of Deficiency and Excess Pattern Identification Questionnaire. The number of subjects enrolled in this study was 431. Pearson Correlation Coefficient analysis were conducted to reveal the correlation among Deficiency and Excess Pattern Identification Questionnaire, Grip Strength and Quality of life. ROC-curve analysis were used to suggest optimal cut off value. Cohen Kappa also used to analyze for diagnostic validity. The significant p-value was < .05. The Deficiency questionnaire had positive correlation with the score of the expert and negative correlation with Grip Strength and Quality of life (p<.001). The Excess questionnaire had positive correlation with the score of the expert and negative correlation with Quality of life (p<.001). The optimal cut off value was 56.5 to separate deficiency and non deficiency and 47.5 to separate excess and non-excess. Furthermore, AUC was .900 and .851 accordingly. Cohen Kappa value between deficiency questionnaire and the expert was .640. Cohen Kappa value between excess questionnaire and the expert was .513. This study reveals that Deficiency and Excess Pattern Identification Questionnaire is valid. However, further study considering of gender, age, and health condition and so on, is needed.

프리캐스트 터널 Liner의 리브보강 형상변화에 따른 역학적 거동 특성 (Mechanical behaviour of rib-reinforced precast tunnel liner according to variable rib-reinforcement shapes)

  • 프리캐스트 세그먼트를 이용한 개착식 터널구조물의 설계 및 시공은 고성토 또는 광폭터널 조건에서는 시공성 및 구조적 안정성 등과 같은 단점 때문에 그 활용이 제한적이다. 따라서 시공성 및 품질관리 등 측면에서 유리한 프리캐스트 세그먼트를 이용한 개착식 터널구조물의 시공이 가장 효과적인 대안이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 수치해석기법을 이용하여 기존 3분절 리브 보강형 프리캐스트 세그먼트를 이용한 터널구조물 시공기술의 문제점 분석하였으며, 대형 정적하 중재하 실험을 통하여 개선된 리브 보강형 프리캐스트 세그먼트 구조물의 역학적 거동 특성을 분석하였다. 개선된 러브 보강형 프리캐스트 세그먼트 구조물의 극한하중은 기존 리브 보강 프리캐스트 세그먼트 구조물 대비 리브 보강단면은 55% 감소하였으나, 구조적 성능은 약 3% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 리브 보강에 의한 터널구조물 내공단면 축소를 최소화 및 구조물의 하중지지 효과를 크게 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

절삭유제가 금속절삭기구에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Cutting Fluid on the Metal-Cutting Mechanism)

  • The object of this study is to discuss the effect of cutting fluid on the mechanism of chip formation in orthogonal cutting. Rehbinder effect has been known as a phenomenon, the reduction of mechanical strength, when the metal is exposed in a polar organic environment or the surface of metal is coated with some polar organic substances. About the cause of Rehbinder effect there have been many different ideas by Rehbinder, Merchant, Shaw, Sakakida and etc. In this report, the effects of surface active medium (magic ink) upon the mechanism of chip formation on the orthogonal cutting of copper and the mechanical properties of the work material are experimentally discussed with constant rake angle. Under the condition of polar organic environment the experimental results are as follows; 1) The chip thickness becomes thinner and slip line pitch on the free surface of chip becomes smaller than that of dried cutting area. 2) The order of alternation of cutting ratio was changed. 3) The friction angle on the tool face is not affected by the depth of cut. 4) The cutting force and shear strain on the shear plane decrease remarkably, therefore the work material must be embrittled under polar organic environment.

친환경 고압배전반 개발을 위한 dry air의 압력별 절연내력특성 분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis on the Dielectric Characteristics of Dry Air According to Pressures for Developing an Eco-friendly High Voltage Switchgear)

  • The environmental pollution caused by green-house gases such as $CO_2$ and $SF_6$ has been becoming the main issue of industrial society. Many developed countries are making efforts to minimize the amount of $CO_2$ emission come from the operation of high voltage electrical apparatuses. As a part of these efforts, 180 countries signed the Kyoto Protocol in 1997 to cut back on their green-house gas emissions. Nowadays, the study on the development of dry air insulated switchgear (DAIS) which is known as an eco-friendly electrical apparatus is in progress. A DAIS is advantageous for minimizing the effect of impurities and enhancing the dielectric characteristics over an air insulated switchgear (AIS) by applying constant pressure to an enclosed cubicle. Therefore, a study on the electrical insulation performance of dry air as a gaseous insulation medium is conducted in this paper to substitute a gas insulated switchgear (GIS) for DAIS. As results, it is verified that the AC dielectric characteristics of dry air are similar to those of air and the lightning impulse dielectric characteristics of dry air are superior to those of air at 1bar pressure condition. However, dry air is of inferior dielectric characteristics to $SF_6$ at 4bar pressure condition. Finally, it is suggested that the internal pressure of DAIS should be over 4bar pressure to develop a high voltage switchgear which has similar electrical performance to a conventional GIS. Also, the empirical formulae on calculating the maximum electric field intensity at sparkover of dry air are deduced by experiments according to pressures. It is expected that these results are helpful to design and develop a high voltage electrical apparatus.

롤러 기어 캠의 시제품 가공특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Machining Characteristics of Prototype of Roller Gear Cams)

  • In the study, the effect grinding condition on the workpiece arithmetical average roughness(Ra) to 10 steps leading to cutting each section with the spindle rotational speed 8000rpm and feed rate 150mm/min of grinding in GC(green silicon carbide) grinding processing after heat treatment and non heat treatment of SCM415 material. Also the following conclusions were obtained analysis of stress distribution displacement and finite elements method(FEM) on assemble parts with 3+2 axis simultaneous control through grinding and gave a load 11kg on ATC arm both sides gave a load of 11kg. For the centerline average roughness(Ra) in the heat and non-heat treatment work pieces, which were appeared the most favorable in the fifth section were $0.511{\mu}m$ and $0.514{\mu}m$, that were shown in the near the straight line section was the smallest deformation of curve. In addition, the bad surface roughness appeared on the path is too long by changing angle, the more inclined depth of cut, because the chip discharging is not smoothly.
