LHMM기반 영어 형태소 품사 태거의 도메인 적응 방법 (Domain Adaptation Method for LHMM-based English Part-of-Speech Tagger)

  • 형태소 품사 태거는 언어처리 시스템의 전처리기로 많이 활용되고 있다. 형태소 품사 태거의 성능 향상은 언어처리 시스템의 전체 성능 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있다. 자동번역과 같이 복잡도가 놓은 언어처리 시스템은 최근 특정 도메인에서 좋은 성능을 나타내는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 일반도메인에서 학습된 LHMM이나 HMM 기반의 영어 형태소 품사 태거를 특정 도메인에 적응하여 높은 성능을 나타내는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 특정도메인에 대한 원시코퍼스를 이용하여 HMM이나 LHMM의 기학습된 전이확률과 출력확률을 도메인에 적합하게 반자동으로 변경하는 도메인 적응 방법이다. 특허도메인에 적응하는 실험을 통하여 단어단위 태깅 정확률 98.87%와 문장단위 태깅 정확률 78.5%의 성능을 보였으며, 도메인 적응하지 않은 형태소 태거보다 단어단위 태깅 정확률 2.24% 향상(ERR: 6.4%)고 문장단위 태깅 정확률 41.0% 향상(ERR: 65.6%)을 보였다.

A Framework for Investigating Mobile Web Success in the Context of E-commerce: an Analytic Network Process (ANP) Approach

  • This study proposes a framework to investigate the factors of mobile web success in the context of e-commerce, and the relative importance of these success factors in selecting the most preferred mobile web. First, the Updated Delone and Mclean IS success model (2003) is chosen to extract significant mobile web success factors in the context of e-commerce. Second, it is extended through applying an Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach for investigating the relative importance of each factor and ranking alternative mobile webs in the context of e-commerce. The choice of success measure is a function of the context, which is the objective of this study. Thus, the present study is aimed at evaluating the success of an e-commerce mobile web by customizing measures of the Updated Delone and McLean IS Success model according to the context.

  • In this paper, development of embedded system based on Windows CE 5.0 which released recently is studied. Embedded softwares for the target board using S3C2410A SOC based on ARM920T core are composed of (1) BSP(Board Support Package) contains an OAL(OEM Adaptation Layer) which includes a boot loader for initializing and customizing target hardware, device drivers, and a corresponding set of configuration files (2) Windows CE 5.0 kernel (3) SDK and MP3 test application. Particularly, PB(Platform Builder) provides the efficient functions to build, test and debug the BSP and CE kernel. It is looked forward to being widely spread that Windows CE 5.0 will be utilized at smart devices such as PMP, CNS and DMB phone which inevitably require a display device.

  • This paper is to develop an information infrastructure to support managing process in design, planning, production, and quality control. Multi-media data set of design, product, and management information flow between organizational units of a virtual enterprise. The process is the logical organization of people, technology and practices incorporated into work activities to make an end product. The core of the infrastructure is the enterprise framework which coordinates activities and controls the process. The proposed framework manages collaborative activities across space and time, and between users and computers who share information in virtual community. It utilizes knowledge distributed through virtual community and fosters cooperation between organizations. The framework provides the following facilities; coordinating activities, sharing data and processes, visualizing multi-media data, customizing and updating processes, reusing data and processes. This paper covers design and manufacturing activities but our focus is initially targeted at design area.

  • The main purpose of this research is to develop a program supporting landscape planting design on AutoCAD basis using AutoLISP and DCL language. Current CAD use in landscape architecture field is mainly focused on customizing plant symbols for supporting two dimensional drafting rather than three dimensional consideration. This program is composed of eight module a such as PLANT module for inserting plant symbols, LABEL module for labeling task, SIMULATION module for simulating plant growth and seasonal color variation, TABLE module for generating plant table automatically, BUILDING module, BLOCK module, UTILITY module for deleting, transforming, shading symbols and DB MANAGER module for manipulating data. Design automation ability using automatic object recognition technique in this program allows AutoCAD to be used as a design tool in addition to its main role as a drafting tool through supporting landscape designers to generate many alternatives in the early phase of design.

  • To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. This paper deals with an intelligent agent approach to incorporate customer's sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in on-line shopping mall. In this paper the focus of interest is on-line recommendation service algorithm for development of Human Sensibility based web agent system. The recommendation agent system composed of seven services including specialized algorithm. The on-line recommendation service algorithm use human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system's behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e.g., identifying the customer's emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). Most of the present shopping malls go through the catalog of goods, but the future shopping malls will have the form of intelligent shopping malls by applying the on-line recommendation service algorithm.

  • In this paper, a methodolgy for customizing web pages for indivisual users is suggested. It shows an efficient way to personalize web pages by predicting one's site access pattern. In addition, the prediction can reflect one's tendency after actual purchase. By using the APRIORI algorithm, one of the association rule search methods, the associativity among the purchase items can be inferred. This inferrence is based on the log data in a web server and database about purchase. Finally, a web page which contains the relationship, relative links on other web pages, and inferred items can be generated after this process.

  • Currently there are numerous papers in which many new kinds of customizing stereotypes by UML extension mechanism for different application environments such as real-time system, Geographic Information System (GIS) and so on are proposed. However , these stereotypes that represent different type model elements such as class, association, generalization and so on have not yet been seen in one of the most popular visual modeling tool for software development, Rational Rose. Therefore, in this paper, a design of extended iconic stereotype for GNSS application in the UML class diagram and its implementation as a tool of StereotypeCreator for Rational Rose will be presented.

  • In recent years, with the advent of e-Commerce the need for personalized services and one-to-one marketing has been emphasized. To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. In this paper, we provide an intelligent agent approach to incorporate human sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in cyber shopping mall. Our system exploits human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system`s behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e. g., identifying the customer`s emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). The recommendation agent system composed of five modules including specialized agents carries on these tasks. By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.

  • CAD/CAM이 국내에 도입되기 시작한 것은 70년대 후반이나, 본격적으로 보급되어 사용되기 시작한 것은 80년대 초부터라 하겠다. 도입초기에는 설계의 획기적인 변화를 약속해주는 새로운 기술로 각광을 받아오고, 또한 몇몇 분야에서는 그만한 가능성을 보여주기도 하였으나, 설계실 에서 컴퓨터가 제도판을 밀어내기 시작한지 약 10년이 지난 이 시점에서 돌이켜보건대 과연 CAD/CAM이 초기의 커다란 기대에 부응하는 성과를 올리고 있는 가에는 의문이 가는 것도 부 인할 수 없는 사실이다. 이는, 여러 가지 해석이 있을 수 있겠으나 필자의 견해로는 다음의 4가 지에 주로 기인한다. 1) CAD/CAM시스템 자체의 기능 및 성능 부족 2) 이기종 시스템간의 인터페이스 기술의 부족 3) 산업현장의 설계표준, 정보관리체계 등의 기반환경 미비 4) 적용 대상에의 전용화(customizing)기술의 부족 이 글에서는 이러한 원인들의 부분적인 해결을 위해서 필자가 속해있는 회사에서 수행한 노력 들을 몇 가지 사례를 통하여 소개하고자 한다.
