  • In the user-centered design paradigm, information systems are created entirely tailored to the users who will use them. When the functions of a complex system meet a simple user interface, users can use the system conveniently. While web personalization services are emerging as a major trend in portal services, portal companies are competing for a second service, such as introducing 'integrated communication platforms'. Until now, the role of the portal has been content and search, but this time, the goal is to create and provide the personalized services that users want through a single platform. Personalization service is a login-based cloud computing service. It has the characteristic of being able to enjoy the same experience at any time in any space with internet access. Personalized web services like this have the advantage of attracting highly loyal users, making them a new service trend that portal companies are paying attention to. Researchers spend a lot of time collecting research-related information by accessing multiple information sources. There is a need to automatically build interest information profiles for each researcher based on personal presentation materials (papers, research projects, patents). There is a need to provide an advanced customized information service that regularly provides the latest information matched with various information sources. Continuous modification and supplementation of each researcher's information profile of interest is the most important factor in increasing suitability when searching for information. As researchers' interest in unstructured information such as technology markets and research trends is gradually increasing from standardized academic information such as patents, it is necessary to expand information sources such as cutting-edge technology markets and research trends. Through this, it is possible to shorten the time required to search and obtain the latest information for research purposes. The interest information profile for each researcher that has already been established can be used in the future to determine the degree of relationship between researchers and to build a database. If this customized information service continues to be provided, it will be useful for research activities.

  • In response to the challenges posed by a super-aged society, local authorities are conducting educational programs on smartphone usage tailored for the elderly. However, obstacles such as the limitations of one-to-many education and suboptimal learning outcomes for the elderly have hindered the efficacy of smartphone education. This study suggests an educational service intended for direct application in offline settings, considering the identified problems. Through the utilization of generative AI, the proposed app identifies specific challenges encountered by users during actual smartphone use, offering personalized exercises to facilitate customized and repetitive learning experiences for individual users. When integrated with existing local government education initiatives, this app is anticipated to enhance the efficiency of smartphone education by providing personalized, one-on-one training that is efficient in terms of time and content.

  • The elderly customized care service, which began in 2020, aims to improve professionalism and service quality by introducing dedicated social workers for responsible management of living area performing institutions. Through inductive content analysis, this study attempted to examine the work adaptation process of dedicated social workers who are human resources performing the elderly customized care service system. As a result, 9 upper categories, 25 lower categories, and 56 conceptualizations were derived. This study attempted to provide basic policy data on the adaptation of dedicated social workers by exploring new policies and special work systems from the perspective of practitioners.

  • Professional job training for government officers emphasizes establishing desirable values as public officials and improving professionalism in public service. To provide customized education, some studies are analyzed factors affecting education satisfaction. However, there is a lack of research predicting education satisfaction with educational contents. Therefore, we propose a deep learning-based regression model that predicts government officer education satisfaction with educational contents. We use education information data for government officer. We use one-hot encoding to categorize variables collected in text format, such as education targets, education classifications, and education types. We quantify the education contents stored in text format as TF-IDF. We train our deep learning-based regression model and validate model performance with 10-Fold Cross Validation. Our proposed model showed 99.87% accuracy on test sets. We expect that customized education recommendations based on our model will help provide and improve optimized education content.

  • This study applies framing theory to the presentation of trend or styling information in fashion journalism. A qualitative content analysis was conducted with three lifestyle magazines. The findings include attribute, attitude, and source-based frames. The attribute-based frame was used to increase the versatility and feasibility of design by emphasizing particular attributes of clothes. To increase versatility, an item could be presented either as a basic or trendy design. To increase feasibility, fashion information could be customized by price points (i.e., affordable frame) or body type (i.e., flattering frame). The attitude-based frame includes prescriptive and rule-breaking frames. The source-based frame offers a source of trend or styling information. Expert, celebrity, and consumer frame emerged under the source-based frame. Findings reveal how fashion and style information is defined and crafted.

  • GIS systems have gradually been utilized in life information as well as special businesses such as traffic, sight-seeing, tracking, and disaster services. Most GIS services focus on showing stored information on maps, not providing a service to register and modify their preferred information. In this paper, we present a new method which reduces DXF map data into Simple Geographic Information File format using format conversion algorithms. We also present the prototype implementation of a GIS search system based on ontologies to support associated information. Our contribution is to propose a new digital map format to provide a fast map loading service and individual customized information on the map service.

  • Journalism robot by using a computer algorithm, while maintaining the precision and reliability of the existing media refers to an article which is automatically created. In this paper, we introduce 'stock robot' of robot journalism which writes securities articles and describe artificial intelligence algorithms in stages. Key steps of stock robot implemented artificial intelligence algorithm through four steps of data collection and storage, key event extraction, article content production, and article production. This research has developed a stock robot that collects and analyzes data on social issues and stock indexes for the last 2 years. In the future, as the algorithm is further developed, it becomes possible to write securities articles quickly and accurately through social issues. It will also provide customized information tailored to the user's preferences.

  • Increasing product variety based on product family and product platform provides a company with a competitive advantage over its competitors. As products become more complex, short-life cycled and customized, the design efforts require more knowledge-intensive, collaborative and coordinating efforts for information sharing. By sharing knowledge, information, component and process across different families of products, the product realization process will be more efficient, cost-effective and quick-responsive. Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is used for analyzing data and forming semantic structures that are formal abstractions of concepts of human thoughts. A Web Ontology Language (OWL) is designed for applications that need to process the content of information instead of simply presenting information to humans. OWL also captures the evolution of different components of the product family. The purpose of this paper is to develop product variety modeling to increase the usefulness of common platform. In constructing and analyzing product ontology, FCA is adopted for conceptual knowledge processing. For the selected product family, product variety Ontology is constructed and implemented using prot$\'{e}$g$\'{e}$-2000.

  • Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS) can be efficient in modelling non-linear, complex and ambiguous behavior of cement-based materials undergoing combined damage factors of different forms (physical and chemical). The current work investigates the use of ANFIS to model the behavior (time of failure (TF)) of a wide range of concrete mixtures made with different types of cement (ordinary and portland limestone cement (PLC)) without or with supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs: fly ash and nanosilica) under various exposure regimes with the most widely used chloride-based de-icing salts (individual and combined). The results show that predictions of the ANFIS model were rational and accurate, with marginal errors not exceeding 3%. In addition, sensitivity analyses of physical penetrability (magnitude of intruding chloride) of concrete, amount of aluminate and interground limestone in cement and content of portlandite in the binder showed that the predictive trends of the model had good agreement with experimental results. Thus, this model may be reliably used to project the deterioration of customized concrete mixtures exposed to such aggressive conditions.
