조직의 서비스지향문화가 서비스품질 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study of the influence of Organizational Service Oriented Culture on the Service Quality and Customer Orientation)

  • Among recent management innovation activities of companies, one of the most important competitive advantage through customer satisfaction, and to which members of the organization's service orientation is essential. The company's service orientation is closely related to the organization's culture. In this study, the organization's service-oriented culture, the internal service quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and ultimately affects the employee's influence on customer orientation will look at that. Results and implications of this study can be summarized as follows. the internal service quality among the factors tangibles, assurance, empathy, job satisfaction showed a significant influence on the type of empathy and emotional commitment castle had a significant impact on. With these results, relationships with colleagues within the organization, such as work environment and job satisfaction and emotional commitment, the atmosphere is very important to know that you can affect. Therefore, the members of the company to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, corporate culture, business as well as collaboration with colleagues to share the emotional atmosphere of sympathy for the business environment will get improved.

Factors Influencing the Attractiveness of Cosmetics Distribution Channels

  • Purpose: This study is focused on analyzing the key reasons why One-brand Shop has been shrinking and Multi-brand shop is rising from the perspective of the trend changes of customer behavior and distribution channel in the Korean cosmetic market. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the attractiveness of cosmetics distribution channels from a store perspective and a consumer perspective. Research methodology: This study conducted a survey to define the factors that influence the attractiveness of cosmetics distribution channels. A total of 300 samples were investigated. Results: The store factors that influence the attractiveness of the cosmetics distribution channel were product quality, shopping convenience, and store accessibility in the group of single-brand store preferences, and product diversity and store experience in the group of multi-brand store preferences. Conclusions: Core competing factors of One-brand shop include product value, shopping convenience and accessibility. In contrast, Multi-Brand shops offer core competing factors of diversified product portfolio and shop function experience. A new trend has been found that the customer segments of the price-oriented group and the pleasure-oriented group have become the mainstream segments in the Korean cosmetic market. In conclusion, Multi-brand Shops are suggesting better overall customer experiences in terms of distribution channel attractiveness and customer values.

일식레스토랑의 로하스이미지요인이 메뉴선택과 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Japanese Restaurants' LOHAS Image Factors on Customers' Menu Selection and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 일식레스토랑의 LOHAS이미지요인이 메뉴선택과 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석함으로써 일식레스토랑 운영자들에게 세분화된 마케팅 방향 제시와 더불어, 향후 일식레스토랑의 메뉴개선 시 LOHAS이미지의 실용적인 방안을 제공하고 효과적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일식레스토랑에 대한 가족지향성, 지속성, 건강식재료, 친환경성 등의 로하스 이미지가 높을수록 음식의 맛, 메뉴의 계절성, 음식의 가격, 음식의 제공시간, 음료와의 조화, 음식의 지명도, 음식의 전통성 등의 메뉴의 본질적 요소에 대한 관심이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일식레스토랑에 대한 건강식재료, 가족지향성, 친환경성, 지속성, 자원절약성 등의 5개 요인의 로하스 이미지가 높을수록 메뉴의 이미지, 분위기, 광고 및 홍보, 소문 등의 환경적 요소에 대한 관심 또한 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일식레스토랑에 대한 친환경성, 지속성, 가족지향성, 자원절약성, 건강조리성, 건강식재료 등의 로하스 이미지가 높을수록 고객만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 일식레스토랑의 메뉴선택시의 본질적 요소에 대한 만족이 높을수록 고객만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 일식레스토랑의 메뉴선택시 환경적 요소에 대한 만족이 높을수록 고객만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 일식레스토랑의 가족지향성, 지속성, 자원절약성 등의 로하스(LOHAS) 이미지 요인들이 메뉴 선택의 본질적, 환경적인 내 외적 모두에 영향을 미칠 뿐 만 아니라 고객만족에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현대 사람들이 일식레스토랑에 대해 느끼는 로하스이미지 등의 심리적인 행동이 메뉴 선택이나 고객만족에 많은 영향을 끼친다는 사실을 알 수 있으며, 일식레스토랑을 운영하는 외식업자들은 메뉴구성을 할 때 가족적인 메뉴, 지속성이 강한 메뉴, 자원절약성이 강한 메뉴 등을 위주로 구성을 한다면 고객들에게 좀 더 좋은 이미지로 판매를 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • In the customer-centered era, financial institutions have understood the importance of Customer Relationship Management(CRM), and heavily invested into building the required technology infrastructure more than ever. In a competitive environment that are changing fast, knowledge management is necessary. To know customers' needs and desire, we have to approach their environment and mind, and the method by estimating in terms of supposing or imitating. Applying customers' knowledge is effective and will come up with a stepping-stone to get rid of threatening factors by having competitiveness in a competitive environment and extending and changing the corporation. This purpose, the study has identified knowledge-oriented infra that corporations know and customer relations by conducting a poll of local corporations and have presented motives that can effectively carry out knowledge-based customer relations. To gain competitive advantage, these Institutions need to understand their customers' potential value to find out more and to recognize the significant changes of customer. Then the CRM implementation will help Financial Institutions move to more of a sales culture away from product and closer to the customer.

  • It is a major concern of e-shopping mall managers to satisfy a variety of customer's desire by recommending a proper commodity to the expected purchaser. Customer information like customer's fondness and idiosyncrasy in shopping has not been used effectively for the customers or the suppliers. Conventionally, e-shopping mall managers have recommended specific items of commodities to their customers without considering thoroughly in a customer point of view. This study introduces the ways of a choosing and recommending of commodities for customer themselves or others. A similarity measure between one member's idiosyncrasy and the other members' is developed based on the rule base and the case base. The case base is improved by recognizing and learning the changes of customer's desire and shopping trend.

A Hybrid Approach Based on Multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) and a Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) to Evaluate Efficiency of Customer Services in Bank Branches

  • A hybrid procedure based on multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) and a Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) is proposed to evaluate the relative efficiency of customer services in bank branches. First, a three-stage process including sub-processes such as customer expectations, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, is defined to model the banking customer services. Then, fulfillment of customer expectations, customer loyalty level, and the customer satisfaction degree are measured and quantified through a multi-dimensional questionnaire based on customers' perceptions analysis and MUSA method, respectively. The customer services scores and the other criteria such as mean of employee evaluation score, operation costs, assets, deposits, loans, number of accounts are considered in network three-stage DEA model. The proposed NDEA model is formed based on multipliers perspective, output-oriented, and constant return to scale assumptions. The proposed NDEA model quantifies and assesses the total efficiency of main process and assigns the efficiency to customer expectations, customer satisfactions, and customer loyalties sub-processes in bank branches. The whole procedure is applied on 30 bank branches in IRAN. The proposed approach can be used in other organizations such as airports, airline agencies, urban transportation systems, railway organizations, chain stores, chain restaurants, public libraries, and entertainment centers.

  • 사용자 니즈는 디자인 활동에서 매우 중요한 정보로서 활용된다. 그리고 이의 제품 디자인에서의 충실한 구현은 제품의 성공과도 밀접하게 연관되어 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 사용자 니즈는 일반적으로 마케터에 의해 수집되고, 그들의 언어로서 표현함으로써 디자이너는 이를 디자인 작업으로 신속하고 효율적으로 반영하는데 어려움을 갖게 되고, 따라서 이러한 니즈의 충실한 구현이 용이하게 이루어질 수 없게 된다. 본 연구는 바로 이러한 필요성에서 출발하게 된다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 효율적인 사용자 니즈 활용을 위한 가이드라인으로서 사용자 니즈의 디자인 정보 변환 프로세스를 개발하게 된다.

네일샵 고객의 라이프스타일과 서비스 만족도에 따른 재방문에 관한 연구 (Factors that make customers revisit nail-shops depending on customers' lifestyle and satisfaction levels)

  • The lifestyle of customers visiting nail shops is categorized into four such as the types of 'pursuit of fashion', 'pursuit of brand', 'conservative frugality', 'premeditated pursuit'. Subjects are divided into 3 groups such as a 'pragmatist group', an 'achievement-oriented group' and a 'brand-oriented group'. Customers satisfaction level was measured in the subcategories of a 'personal service', a 'technical service', a 'facility service' and an 'after-sales service'. Their satisfaction levels depending on the types of customers' lifestyle have meaningful differences in a 'technical' and an 'after-sales' service. The 'pragmatist group' shows the highest mark in a 'personal service' and an 'achievement-oriented', it prefers the 'personal' and 'facility service' evenly. The 'brand-oriented' group shows high concern in the 'technical service'. Concludingly, the types of customers' lifestyle which influence their revisiting of the nail shop have deep relation to customers' satisfaction level in the 'personal', 'technical', 'facility', and 'after-sales service' of nail shops. Especially the 'facility service' is highly influential in customer's revisiting.

  • One of the most important challenges facing companies in the age of internet business is the proper alignment customers needs with internet business system that allaws them to react rapidly and continuously.   • 서비스는 경쟁업체와 차별화시킴으로써 기업의 생산성을 향상시키고 기업에 대한 고객의 충성심을 극대화시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 대중교통 서비스를 이용하는 소비자의 욕구와 요구도 과거에 비해 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있으며, 기업의 서비스를 바라보는 소비자의 눈높이도 당연히 높아지고 있다. 기업이 이러한 환경 속에서 살아남기 위해서는 충성고객의 확보와 함께 서비스 수준을 향상시키는 일이 반드시 필요하다. 서비스 개선을 위해서는 내부고객인 직원의 사기를 높이고 업무에 적극적으로 참여시키는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 고객만족도 향상을 위해서는 구성원들이 서비스 지향성을 갖추고 고객을 응대해야 하며 이러한 서비스 지향성이 내부직원들에게도 영향을 미쳐 일하기 좋은 기업을 만드는데 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도운영기관의 현장에서 근무하는 직원들의 서비스 지향성이 GWP를 조성하는데 미치는 영향을 측정하여 향후 많은 기업에서 일하기 좋은 기업을 만드는데 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
