  • Recently, owing to the rapid growth of the Internet and information technology, the growth of the Internet shopping mall has been truly phenomenal. In the Internet shopping mall, as the customers can't touch a product directly, trust is important factor in purchasing intention. Many researchers proposed direct relationship between the customer trust and the purchasing intention. We supposed that there would be some factors that could be the consequences of trust in on-line purchasing decision, and the factors could be also the determinants of purchasing intention and decision for the Internet shopping mall customers. We found out that there were indirect relationship between them through the customer's attitude, involvement, and royalty to the site rather then directly related. Particularly, the correlation between the site attitude and the purchasing intention was high, but the direct effect was not significant. The site attitude was indirectly related to the purchasing intention through the customer involvement and loyalty. This means that the customer relationship involvement and loyalty enhancement strategies are more important for the success of Internet shopping mall.

  • Recently with the development of Web services by utilizing a variety of web content, the studies on user experience and personalization based on web usage has attracted much attention. Majority of personalized analysis are have been carried out based on existing data, primarily using the database and statistical models. These approaches are difficult to reflect in a timely mannerm, and are limited to reflect the true behavioral characteristics because the data itself was just a result of customers' behaviors. However, recent studies and commercial products on web analytics try to track and analyze all of the actions from landing to exit to provide personalized service. In this study, by analyzing the customer's click-stream behaviors, we define U-Score(Usage Score), P-Score (Preference Score), M-Score(Mania Score) to indicate variety of customer preferences. With the devised three indicators, we can identify the customer's preferences more precisely, provide in-depth customer reports and customer relationship management, and utilize personalized recommender services.

Today's industry is rapidly changing and evolving, requiring companies to respond to the new paradigm of business. In addition, a real-time monitoring through control charts is used to identify abnormalities in product use and suggest ways of differentiating marketing for each group. In the study, 44 samples were classified as 9 churn customers, 10 potential customers, and 25 active customers. This study suggested ways to induce active customers by providing after-sales benefit for product reuse to a group of churn customers and to promote the advantages or necessity of using the product by setting the goal of increasing the frequency of use to a group of potential customers. Finally, since the active customer group is a loyal customer, this study proposed an one-on-one marketing to improve product satisfaction.
