Customer satisfaction leads to customer loyalty, and customer loyalty affects the sales conversion rate and brand growth of online sales channels. Factors that promoted sales activities in online sales channels were exposure, advertisements, SNS, events, special exhibitions, and events. Hindrance factors were low price competition, overheated competition, and the MD of sales channels. Second, the research samples used multiple online sales channels, including portal shopping malls and fashion shopping malls, in addition to their own malls. • In recent years, with the advent of e-Commerce the need for personalized services and one-to-one marketing has been emphasized. To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. In this paper, we provide an intelligent agent approach to incorporate human sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in cyber shopping mall. Our system exploits human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system`s behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e. g., identifying the customer`s emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). The recommendation agent system composed of five modules including specialized agents carries on these tasks. By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.

  • The objective of the research is to investigate the causal relationships among functional value, emotional value, social value, perceived sacrifice, satisfaction, loyalty and behavioral intention. All in all, 296 respondents completed a questionnaire themselves in the presence of an interviewer who could be consulted about the response scales and other technical matters. Behavioral intention models were estimated by structural equation modelling using 7 latent constructs. The results demonstrated that the confirmatory factor analysis model provided a good model fit. The unconstrained model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the constraint model. The effects of functional value and social value on satisfaction and behavioral intention were statistically significant. The effects of perceived sacrifice, satisfaction and loyalty on behavioral intention were statistically significant. As expected, satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty. Functional value had an indirect effect on behavioral intention through satisfaction and loyalty. Moreover, social value had an indirect effect on behavioral intention through satisfaction and loyalty. Replicating and extending this study in other regions and other samples would test the generalizability of the present findings and provide a basis for an external validation of the framework developed in this paper.
