농업인 참여식 실천학습모델 개발과 성과분석 -농촌진흥청 강소농 사업을 중심으로- (Case Study on Dynamics of RDA PLA Model with Agri-SMEs)

  • This case study aims to explore how RDA PLA model affects the agri-SMEs' empowerment. As an agri-business management renovation program from main workshop it was conducted on March to December 2011 with agri-SMEs and extension officials nationwide by RDA. Especially, as a packaged action learning process in the model used participatory action research. This study collected data with participants observation, interviews, situational analysis and systematic review of discourse in qualitative method. For the validity and identifying empirical results, this study used statistic analysis as a mixed method. Further including various pedagogic methods and business coaching skills, this model was conducted from workshop in RDA, in turn, on-farm business coaching as follow-up, CoPs' activities, and local ATCs extension services by each actors. The dynamic process and effects of each process led some change for farmers' innovative knowledge, skills, attitude, practice and aspiration on their farm business. RDA PLA model development based on the previous practices and research, which provided a configurated picture in the holistic action learning process. In statistic research, this study focused on 279 farmers as respondents who had participated in the program. It shows that their income and benefits increased from their renovative practices on farm business. Following the sampling group, it was surveyed by four indicators - products, customer, quality and cost. The level of contribution of education on economic impact 15% is quoted from previous paper. Even in some limitations of public sector, RDA PLA model actively suggests the paradigm shift of agricultural HRD and development of alternative extension-service system.

  • 기업으로서 호텔은 전략목표를 달성하는데 필요한 경쟁력 기반을 견고하게 하고, 업무활동을 지속적으로 개선하기 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이러한 노력은 IT의 급속한 발전에 힘입어 업무프로세스와 컴퓨터를 결합하여, 호텔업무의 상당부분을 전산화(Computing)함으로써 조직유효성과 생산성 향상을 도모하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 호텔기업의 전략적 시스템 구축에 있어, 고려되고 있는 BSC(균형성과표)시스템과 관련하여 재무적 관점과 비재무적 관점에서 시스템화할 측정지표 발굴에 그 목적이 있다. 호텔기업의 경영성과를 측정함에 있어 재무적 측정과 더불어 비재무적 성과(고객관점, 내부프로세스, 학습과 성장)에 일선근무자 및 의사결정자들이 시스템에 반영하고자 하는 중요요소를 파악하여, 기업경영에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구는 호텔기업에 근무하고 있는 집단을 대상으로 델파이 기법과 전문가 인터뷰(팀장급이상)를 통해 각 관점별 중요순위를 판별하였다. 연구결과는 서비스를 주된 경쟁도구 삼고 있는 호텔기업은 재무적 성과를 극대화 하기 위해 고객 및 임직원의 만족도와 서비스에 대한 품질이 중요한 성과지표인 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 이를 근거로 기업특성에 맞는 BSC도입과 경영성과개선이 이루어지길 기대한다.

품질 속성의 가중치 선정을 위한 APC에 관한 연구 (Developing APC for Weighting Quality Attributes)

  • Determining relative importance among many quality attributes under financial constraints is an important task. The weighted value of an attribute particularly in QFD, will influence on engineering characteristics and this will eventually influence the whole manufacturing process such as parts deployment, process planning, and production planning. Several scholars have suggested weighting formulas using CSC (Customer Satisfaction Coefficient) in the Kano model. However, previous research shows that the validity of the CSC approaches has not been proved systematically. The aim of the present study is to address drawbacks of CSC and to develop APC (Average Potential Coefficient), a new approach for weighting of quality attributes. For this, the current study investigated 33 quality attributes of e-learning and conducted a survey of 375 university students for the results of APC, the Kano model, and the direct importance of the quality attributes. The results show that the proposed APC is better than other approaches based on the correlation analysis with the results of direct importance. An analysis of e-leaning's quality perceptions using the Kano model and suggestions for improving e-learning's service quality are also included in this study.

균형성과표(BSC) 각 관점간의 복합된 관련성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 -중국 중소기업을 대상으로- (Analysis on the Composite Relationships among Perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard -Focused on Small and Midium-Sized Manufacturing Firms in China-)

  • 본 연구는 중국의 중소기업을 대상으로 균형성과표의 각 관점(학습과 성장, 내부프로세스, 고객, 재무)들이 전체적 차원에서 그 복합된 연관관계가 목적달성에 적합하게 이루어지고 있는가에 대한 실태 분석을 목적으로 구조 방정식모형을 이용하여 검정하였다. 분석결과 학습과 성장은 내부프로세스를 매개로 그리고 직접적으로 재무적성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 기업에서 재무적성과를 높이기 위해서는 학습과 성장 그리고 내부프로세스를 잘 관리해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 고객의 만족과 충성도를 높이기 위해서는 종업원에 대한 학습과 성장이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 본 실태분석 결과는 중국의 중소기업들이 재무적인 경영성과를 높이기 위해서 경영자가 경영관리의 초점을 어디에 맞추어야 하는가에 대한 단서를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

설명 가능한 정기예금 가입 여부 예측을 위한 앙상블 학습 기반 분류 모델들의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Ensemble Learning-Based Classification Models for Explainable Term Deposit Subscription Forecasting)

  • 정기예금 가입 여부 예측은 은행의 대표적인 금융 마케팅 중 하나로, 은행은 다양한 고객 정보를 활용하여 예측 모델을 구성할 수 있다. 정기예금 가입 여부의 분류 정확도를 향상하기 위해, 많은 연구에서 기계학습 기법들을 이용하여 분류 모델들을 개발하였다. 하지만, 이러한 모델들이 만족스러운 성능을 보일지라도 모델의 의사결정 과정에 대한 근거가 적절하게 설명되지 않는다면 산업에서 활용하기가 쉽지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문은 설명 가능한 정기예금 가입 여부 예측 기법을 제안한다. 먼저, 테이블 형식에서 우수한 성능을 도출하는 의사결정 나무 기반 앙상블 학습 기법인 랜덤 포레스트, GBM, XGBoost, LightGBM을 이용하여 분류 모델들을 개발하고, 10겹 교차검증을 통해 모델들의 분류 성능을 심층 분석한다. 다음으로, 가장 우수한 성능을 도출하는 모델에 설명 가능한 인공지능 기법인 SHAP을 적용하여 고객 정보의 영향도와 의사결정 과정 등을 해석할 수 있는 근거를 제공한다. 제안한 기법의 실용성과 타당성을 입증하기 위해, Kaggle에서 제공한 은행 마케팅 데이터 셋을 대상으로 모의실험을 진행하였으며, 데이터 셋 구성에 따라 GBM과 LightGBM 모델에 SHAP을 각기 적용하여 설명 가능한 정기예금 가입 여부를 위한 분석 및 시각화를 수행하였다.

A Case Study on the Performance Evaluation of a Not-for-Profit Organization by the Balanced Scorecard Perspectives: Focused on the Korea Shipping Association

  • This paper aims to examine the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization (the Korea Shipping Association). The KSA has begun using the Balanced Scorecard paradigm in its strategic planning process. In this paper an overview is presented of the basic concepts of the Balanced Scorecard including the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The accounting system and its pros and cons of the KSA are then surveyed in terms of its performance evaluation. The application of the Balanced Scorecard approach to the KSA is discussed in detail. Implications in using the Balanced Scorecard are discussed. Finally, conclusions regarding the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization are presented. Through this paper, the comprehensive understanding of the performance evaluation for not-for-profit organizations as the KSA would be promoted.

기계학습을 이용한 얼굴 인식을 위한 최적 프로그램 적용성 평가에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Optimal Program Applicability for Face Recognition Using Machine Learning)

  • This study is the first attempt to raise face recognition ability through machine learning algorithm and apply to CRM's information gathering, analysis and application. In other words, through face recognition of VIP customer in distribution field, we can proceed more prompt and subdivided customized services. The interest in machine learning, which is used to implement artificial intelligence, has increased, and it has become an age to automate it by using machine learning beyond the way that a person directly models an object recognition process. Among them, Deep Learning is evaluated as an advanced technology that shows amazing performance in various fields, and is applied to various fields of image recognition. Face recognition, which is widely used in real life, has been developed to recognize criminals' faces and catch criminals. In this study, two image analysis models, TF-SLIM and Inception-V3, which are likely to be used for criminal face recognition, were selected, analyzed, and implemented. As an evaluation criterion, the image recognition model was evaluated based on the accuracy of the face recognition program which is already being commercialized. In this experiment, it was evaluated that the recognition accuracy was good when the accuracy of the image classification was more than 90%. A limit of our study which is a way to raise face recognition is left as a further research subjects.

의류 DIY 패키지의 소비자 현황조사 연구 (Research on Customer Survey for Clothing DIY Packages)

  • Recent increase of eco-conscious trends and pleasure from Do It Yourself (DIY) activities have led to a surge in sales of package products bundling together clothing patterns and raw materials. However, a well-structured market system is yet to be established. We surveyed 460 women with sewing as a hobby who had purchased these DIY clothing pattern packages. The survey revealed that majority of respondents had their hobby for over five years. Choosing the right fabric to match clothing patterns presented a common challenge. Most participants owned a sewing machine and an overlocker, with price being the primary concern when purchasing a package. For guidance during the sewing process, participants preferred print materials featuring real-life images. Those with less sewing experience leaned towards video tutorials. Items of interest or those commonly created included blouses, shirts, and dresses. Desire for further learning in sewing and pattern-making was prominent, with a clear preference for online classes. Several strategies are recommended to enhance the appeal of DIY clothing package products, including broadening range of packages that incorporate fabric, offering supplementary educational resources to improve users' skills, implementing affordable pricing structures, supplying comprehensive creation guidelines, and making available design modification guides. These considerations could significantly boost customer satisfaction. This research intends to lay groundwork for understanding DIY clothing creation market, ultimately fostering production of highly desirable products. Insights of this study will prove instrumental in refining product development and devising effective marketing tactics, leading to a more rewarding consumer experience.

비즈니스 서비스간의 오류 정제를 위한 데이터 제약조건 자동 설정 기법 (An Automatic Setting Method of Data Constraints for Cleansing Data Errors between Business Services)

  • 본 논문에서는 SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)를 기반으로 서비스간에 상호 작용하는 데이터의 품질 관리를 위한 오류 정제 서비스를 대상으로 데이터 제약조건 설정 시 인간 개입을 최소화하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 단, 실세계에서 통용되는 일반적인 데이터를 모두 다루는 것은 불가능하므로 비즈니스 도메인에서 자주 사용되는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)과 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 서비스와 같이 고객 주문 정보 및 처리에 관련된 데이터를 대상으로 한다. 이를 위해, 컴포지션 되는 서비스간의 상호 작용하는 데이터를 의미적으로 확장하여 확장-엘리먼트 벡터를 생성하고 이를 기반으로 의사결정 트리(decision tree) 학습 방법을 적용하여 제약조건 설정을 자동화하기 위한 규칙 기반 시스템을 구축한다. 이 시스템을 오류정제 서비스에 삽입한 결과, 비즈니스 분야의 공개된 서비스로부터 데이터 학습을 통해 제약조건 설정을 41% 넘게 자동화 할 수 있음을 보였다.

재활용 텍스타일을 활용한 업사이클링 상품디자인 프로세스 연구 -문제중심학습(PBL) 과정의 디자인 결과물을 중심으로- (Study on Upcycling Product Design Process using Recycled Textiles - Focusing on the Design Results of PBL(Problem Based Learning) Process-)

  • Upcycling is a sustainable way to recycle waste resources and solve the global problem of environmental pollution. Upcycling is now attracting attention as fiberization and the disposal of waste clothing have become a serious issue. However, the customer's willingness to purchase upcycled products should be increased by propagating that the product value of a reborn commodity is of high value; these products are meant for new purposes and prepared with recycled materials. In this study, we created 11 designer items by applying an eco-friendly concept in the design process of upcycled textiles and products. From 2020 to 2021, a PBL(Problem Based Learning) curriculum was taught in design planning classes. The final 11 design items were derived after developing an eco-friendly product design for upcycled textiles. These final items were as follows: 5 fashion bags, 3 dog products, 1 clothing, 1 fashion accessory, and 1 sanitary mask design. In order to develop only one aesthetic design idea for upcycling, we considered the following features: user-centered convenience, functionality, and practicality. Then, tie-dye, drawing, patchwork, and embroidery were used to create innovative design items. The product design of recycled materials is based on high functionality, waterproofing, and the use of organic natural materials. The results of this study indicate that the creative product design of upcycling has contributed to a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. Related research studies must be conducted for innovating the continuous design process of the future.
