This research analysed the Interaction which focus on service quality perception, customer satisfaction, re-use intention in the golf club. First of all, we review the existing literature on measurement of service quality and management. As a result of this review and survey of the employer in golf club, thirteen factors emerged as important to the service management of the golf club; Reservation and Access(RSNA), Golf Course and Convenience Facilities(GCNF), Personal Services(PSER) and After Services(ASER). The structural equation model was utilized for analyzing the influence of service quality factors upon the customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Results show that service quality factors have a statistically significant impact on the customer satisfaction of the golf club. RSNA and GCNF investigated the factors influencing on the satisfaction degree of the customers. But the GCNF and PSER were not significant. Especially, GCNF factors directly influenced on the customer satisfaction and also indirectly impact on the intention of using again.
The main purpose of this study is to develop new measurement device of the quality of terminal service, applying the existing research output of service marketing to the specific industrial aspect of container terminal. Especially we tried to help marketing managers present the points of effective marketing strategy with each dimension of service quality. To achieve this aim, we defined the service quality demensions of container port as the following three ones; the internal, the external, and the interactive qualities. The applied measuring instruments could be divided into three dimensions by carrying out factor analysis. Additionally, by analyzing the relative effects of the three dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction, we found that the relative importance are as follows; interaction quality>internal quality> external quality. We confirmed that the three dimensions of service quality could affect customer loyalty and information, through customer satisfaction.

In distance learning, quality of service is an important part of improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, in verifying the effectiveness of remote education service quality, it has been researched based on fragmentary effects on remote education service quality, and the effect study on the specific target is insufficient. In this study, the effects of remote education service factors on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were analyzed in the previous study and among job seekers. The survey was conducted from March 2019 and 258 samples of job seekers who experienced remote education were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, typology, problem solving, interaction, information serviceability, and convenience had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and satisfaction had a significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, it was analyzed that characterization, problem-solving, interaction, information serviceability, convenience and customer loyalty were affected in the verification of the mediated effects of satisfaction. In response, the implications of this study were derived from practical research on customer satisfaction and loyalty of educational companies related to eduTech, where education and ICT (Information Communication Technology) were integrated during the 4th Industrial Revolution, which suggested that the quality of a company's remote education service affected customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to entrepreneurs and marketers in the education company's start-up and marketing process. Further, further research will be needed in other areas as well as in the areas of employment education to verify the importance of service quality and assess the various effects.
Due to the globoal economic effect, Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) is much threatened by China. Since remarkable advances have being made in information technology, taking competition advantage for an enterprise has become a very important issue when facing rigorous global competition. However, the business of the enterprise starts with finding the customers' demands, and ends with fulfilling customers' demands. Therefore, in order to increase competition advantage for SME, the customer management must be effectively strengthened, especially by increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationship with the customer. This is the key for an enterprise leading to success. The purpose of this study is aiming to discussing the relational analysis between customer and SME by viewing the four aspects of customer relationship management (CRM), which are relation marketing, customer service, customer value, and customer satisfaction. Moreover, this research will perform an empirical analysis on CRM for a typical small and medium-sized company so as to grasp its real definition and enterprises' demands. The conclusions will be drawn from our literature survey and practical experience as well as site investigation. Recommendations are evolved from discussing the interaction between customers and enterprises in improving their constructing factors and increasing benefits and values.
This study investigates the effect of customer emotions on customer evaluation and behavior intention. The subjects used in this study were customers of a fashion shop in Sunchon South Korea. The questionnaires were conveniently sampled from July 2010 to August, 2010. Questionnaire data from 335 customers of a national brand were analyzed through a reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, emotions of customer were divided into 2 patterns, positive emotion and negative emotion. Second positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the trust and negative emotion have significant (-) influences on the trust. Third positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the customer orientation and negative emotion have significant (-) influences on the customer orientation. Forth, the emotions of customer have a considerable impact on the interaction intention. And the positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the word-of-mouth intention and negative emotion have not a considerable impact on it. Fifth the positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the attitude toward store and repurchase intention, and negative emotion have significant (-) influences on the attitude toward store and repurchase intention.
Purpose: A restaurant is a business of the physical distribution of food and beverages which includes intercultural interaction. This research paper aims to examine the influence of Japanese taste as a product advantage, determining service quality factor in the restaurant business, the e-CRM that involves technology, social media campaigns to reach the target market of young people, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Sushi Tei restaurant. This study also intends to find direct and indirect influence between the variables. Research design, data and methodology: Quantitative research was conducted using a survey method by distributing 100 questionnaires to Sushi Tei customers in Jakarta, consisting of Gen Z and Millennials. Samples were taken at each outlet in the Jakarta area on weekend and weekdays by purposive sampling. Data was generated by path analysis Results: The results showed that Japanese taste, service quality, and e-CRM significantly influence customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, social media campaigns failed to influence customer loyalty. As a result, customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty within Sushi Tei restaurant. Conclusion: The study also proposed significant implications to develop and maintain a relationship with the customer to gain satisfaction and loyalty in the food and beverage industry.
This study probes the effect of loyalty program on the customer retention based on the real transaction data(n=2,892) acquired from education service industry. We try to figure out the outcomes of reward program through more than 1 year-long data gathered and analyzed according to quasi-experimental design(i.e., before and after design). We adopt this kinds of research scheme in regard that previous studies measured the effect of loyalty program by dividing the customers into two group(i.e., members vs. non-members) after the firms or stores had started the program. We believe that it might not avoid the self-selection bias. The research questions of this study could be explained such as: First, most research said that the loyalty programs could increase the customer loyalty and contribute to the sustainable growth of company. But there are little confirmation that this promotional tool could be justified in terms of financial perspective. Thus, we are interested in both the retention rate and financial outcomes caused by the introduction of loyalty programs. Second, reward programs target mainly current customer. Especially CRM(customer relationship management) said that it is more profitable for company to build positive relationship with current customer instead of pursuing new customer. And it claims that reward program is excellent means to achieve this goal. For this purpose, we check in this study whether there is a interaction effect between loyalty program and customer type in retaining customer. Third, it is said that dis-satisfied customers are more likely to leave the company than satisfied customers. While, Bolton, Kannan and Bramlett(2000) claimed that reward program could contribute to minimize the effect of negative service by building emotional link with customer, it is not empirically confirmed. This point of view explained that the loyalty programs might work as exit barrier to current customer. Thus, this study tries to identify whether there is a interaction effect between loyalty program and service experience in keeping customer. To achieve this purpose, this study adopt both Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Cox proportional hazard model. The research outcomes show that the average retention period is 179 days before introducing loyalty program but it is increased to 227 days after reward is given to the customers. Since this difference is statistically significant, it could be said that H1 is supported. In addition, the contribution margin coming from increased transaction period is bigger than the cost for administering loyalty programs. To address other research questions, we probe the interaction effect between loyalty program and other factors(i.e., customer type and service experience) affecting it. The analysis of Cox proportional hazard model said that the current customer is more likely to engage in building relationship with company compared to new customer. In addition, retention rate of satisfied customer is significantly increased in relation to dis-satisfied customer. Interestingly, the transaction period of dis-satisfied customer is notably increased after introducing loyalty programs. Thus, it could be said that H2, H3, and H4 are also supported. In summary, we found that the loyalty programs have values as a promotional tool in forming positive relationship with customer and building exit barrier.

This study develops the LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) to measure the customer satisfaction of public libraries from 4,540 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. LCSI consists of three variables; service quality divided into three primary dimensions(interaction of personnel), library resources and programs, physical environment and facilities) as independent variables, overall satisfaction and customer complaints as parameter, and customer loyalty as dependent variable. This model calculates LCSI scores at the ratio of 40% in satisfaction index to three dimensions of library service quality, 40% in overall satisfaction, and 20% in customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to examine service quality elements in China Bank Industry and influence on service value, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. This study is composed one parallel comparison of documentary and evidential researches. To verify research model, the survey about medical institution and hospital services were conducted in Daqing of Heilongjiang Province, in China. Collected data was analyzed and the results are introduced in this paper. The findings ar as followed. This study has modified three-dimensional model of service quality: "interaction quality", "outcome quality" and "physical environment quality". Research was focused on investigating the direct effect of every service quality dimension on customer satisfaction. But "outcome quality "has only direct effect on service value, "interaction quality" and "physical environment quality" have not direct effect on service value in this study. Service value has direct effect on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. And customer satisfaction was the significant mediating role in the relationship of the service value and reuse intention.
Purpose Recently, many organizations are actively adopting enterprise architecture (EA) as a methodology to manage IT assets and build IT-based business system. This study intended to empirically examine how the role of EA operating unit and utilization capability of organizational members impact on system performance at the post-adoption stage. A balanced score card (BSC) is being used as a framework for a company's key performance indicator (KPI). Design/methodology/approach This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard as an influencing factor of the introduction of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the financial value. In particular, the mediating effect between the customer's point of view and the business process point of view was investigated between the learning growth point of view and the financial point of view, and the interaction effect (regulating effect) of strategic linkage in the system introduction process was investigated. Findings The results of the study were first, that the organizational learning and growth perspective had a positive effect on the customer perspective, business process, and financial perspective. In addition, the customer perspective and the process perspective also had a positive influence on the financial perspective. Second, between the learning growth and financial perspectives, the customer perspective and the process perspective showed a partial mediating effect. Third, as for strategic linkage, the interaction effect between the customer perspective, the learning growth perspective, and the process perspective and the financial perspective was not significant. The results of this study are expected to provide a framework for performance evaluation to organizations that have introduced ERP systems.
