고객지원 센터의 최적 인력 일정계획 수립 모델 개발에 대한 사례연구 (Case Study : Development of Customer Support Center Staffing Model)

  • Staff scheduling is an important area, both from an academic and industrial point of view. It has become increasingly important as business becomes more service oriented and cost conscious in a global environment. There has been a lot of study to develop new and efficient staff scheduling models and methods. The purpose of this paper is not to develop new theoretical results but to develop a comprehensive user-friendly staffing model that can be applied to the real-world practice. The developed staffing software, OptStaff, provides the optimal configuration of the customer support center including the selection of customer support center locations, the allocation of staffs to each selected location, and schedules of staffs, so as to minimize the total cost while maximizing the customer satisfaction level. OptStaff also has capability to do scenario analysis by varying the levels of parameters and to create a variety of graphs and reports with user-friendly interfaces.

  • The proportion of software in the automotive industry is steadily increasing due to the rapid technological development of automobile E/E parts. Because the automotive E/E technology is now on the basis of intelligent automobile and advanced safety automobile technology. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational capability (organizational resource capability and management capability), process capability (process capability, customer Requirement management capability), performance dimension (motivation, participation level). In this study, we conducted questionnaires and statistical analysis on engineers (members of the Korea Advanced Automotive Technology Association) who perform research and development activities in the R&D organization of the automotive E/E part in South Korea. ANOVA is applied for the verification of the difference in performance measured by organizational capability, process maturity, and motivation participation level according to company characteristics (level of processing : supply chain configuration, annual sales, total SW development ratio). According to the results of this study, in order to improve the performance of ASPICE or ISO 26262-related consulting project, a different consulting approach strategy considering the characteristics of organization and personnel is needed. In summary, the analysis results for the three main treatment levels are as follows. The difference in organizational capacity, process capability and performance was found to be statistically significant according to supply chain configuration and annual sales, but it was found that the difference of response according to the proportion of total SW was not significant.

인터넷쇼핑몰에서 e-Trust 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 수입대행몰과 일반쇼핑몰 비교를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of e-Trust in Internet Shopping Mall -Focuse on Comparing Import Agency Service Mall with General Internet Shopping Mall-)

  • Import Agency Service Mall, which provide customers not only with convenient shopping experiences but also with purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services, have been playing a significant role in rapidly transforming Korean consumers into global consumers. The consumers' great demand for foreign goods(services) created Import Agency Service Mall(referred to hereafter as IASM) as a new business model of distribution and consumption, which seems to grow rapidly. Accordingly, this study examined the e-Trust by analyzing the characteristics of IASM, determinants of trust, risk perception and its association with e-Trust in IASM, and finally applying the result to general internet shopping mall(referred to hereafter as GISM). The following results came out from the analysis: First, from the result of checking these two types of internet shopping mall consumers have different determinants of trust. Second, from the question if two types perceive different risk, purchasing the foreign goods, it came out that they showed critical difference in variable relevant to goods delivery and customer service. IASM perceived risk from those two variables more than GISM Third, from the review of the relationships between determinants of trust and risk perception variables, IASM showed interrelation among all the variables except between customer service and perceived risk. Fourth, the researcher examined how the risk perceived in the course of purchasing goods has an effect on consumers e-Trust. In case of IASM, risk perception relevant to customer service had an effect on consumer e-Trust. To the contrary, incase of GISM, risk perception didn't have any effect on e-Trust. Finally, from the review of interrelation between determinants of trust and consumer e-Trust, it came out that for IASM capability had an effect on consumer e-Trust and for GISM consumer service had an effect on consumer e-Trust.

중소·벤처기업의 SCM역량 모델링과 프로세스 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the SCM Capability Modeling and Process Improvement in Small Venture Firms)

  • 본 연구는 중소 벤처기업의 SCM(공급사슬관리)역량 모델링과 프로세스 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 갖고 실증조사 하였으며, 그 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 중소 벤처기업의 SCM역량 모델링과 프로세스 개선에 있어 공급사슬 전략계획의 모델링에서 전략적 제휴, 기술개발, 집중화에 있어 전략적 제휴를 가장 중요시하고 그다음 기술개발보다 집중화에 중점을 둘 것을 시사하였다. 그리고 의사결정에서도 경로설정 스케줄링과 네트워크 통합, 3자물류 아웃소싱 중 네트워크 통합을 가장 중시하였으며 관리통제에서도 고객서비스 관리, 생산성 관리, 품질 관리 중 품질 관리를 가장 중시하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 거래지원 시스템에 있어서는 주문 관리 선택, 가격결정 청구, 출하배송, 고객 관리 중 주문 관리 선택을 가장 중시한 모델링과 프로세스상 개선을 요하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전체적으로 중소 벤처기업의 SCM역량을 극대화시키고 최적화된 프로세스 운영을 위해 해당 조직구성원의 역량과 프로세스 개선 관점에서 기존 전략적 제휴를 통한 네트워크 공유와 통합을 통해 품질 관리를 최적화시키고 거래지원 시스템을 안정화시킴으로써 기업간 전략적 연계를 통한 단순한 전자적 자료 교환 관계를 넘어 정보시스템의 통합 역량을 극대화시킴으로써 차별화된 경쟁우위를 달성할 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 스마트 시대에 최적의 공급사슬 통합 역량의 모델화와 최선의 프로세스 관리를 위해 정보통합에 있어 시스템의 호환성과 신뢰성이 바탕이 된 인프라 구축과 함께 SCM역량 극대화를 위한 조직화와 집중화가 선행되어져야 할 것이다.

패션 산업의 SCM 활동수준과 물류성과에 관한 연구 - 어패럴업체의 공급 사슬을 중심으로- (A Study on the Activities and Logistics Performance of SCM in Fashion Industry - Focused on the Supply Chain of Apparel Companies -)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of SCM activities and the logistics performance by SCM of the three company types in fashion industry· fabric suppliers, apparel manufacturers, and retailers. The level of SCM activities was estimated through the examination of seven factors: commitment and leadership of a top management, flexibility of management, understanding of demand characteristics, integrated management organization, information system, cooperative partnership and communication and exchange of opinion. The logistics performance was measured by improvement in customer service(on time delivery ratio of products, returning rate, treat ratio for A/S, order fill rate, substitute providing capability for being out of stock) and delivery cost reduction. Through questionnaire survey, a total of 214 data for 108 companies of three company types were collected: 46 for 40 fabric suppliers, 123 for 64 apparel manufacturers and 45 for 4 retailers. The analysis of SCM activity levels showed that fabric suppliers had higher degrees in the factor of understanding of demand characteristics, and apparel manufacturers had higher degrees in the factor of information systems. For retailers, the factor of communication and exchange of opinion represented higher degrees. The study on relationship between the SCM activity levels and logistics performance showed that the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics greatly improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock in fabric suppliers, and information system improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock, on time delivery ratio of products and order fill rate in apparel manufacturers. In retailers, the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics decreased returning rate highly and improved on time delivery ratio of products. The study results showed that SCM activities in fashion industry brought more improvement in customer service levels rather than in delivery cost reduction.

반도체 기업의 R&D역량과 시장지향성이 제품혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 기술혁신지향성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of R&D Capability and Market Orientation on Product Innovation Performance : The Moderating Role of Technological Innovation Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 급변하는 반도체 산업의 특성을 고려하여 고객가치 제고와 기술혁신 경쟁우위를 위해 R&D역량과 시장지향성이 제품혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 즉, 연구모형에서와 같이 독립변수인 R&D역량, 시장지향성이 기술혁신지향성이라는 조절변수를 통해 종속변수인 제품혁신성과에 미치는 인과관계를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 반도체 기업의 개발업무 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고 최종적으로 118부의 유효한 설문지를 회수하였다. 수집된 자료는 인구통계학적 특성을 통제변인으로 하는 다중회귀분석을 진행하였고 기술혁신지향성 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기업의 R&D역량 중 R&D집약도와 외부네트워크 역량이 높을수록 제품혁신성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났고 시장지향성 중 고객지향성과 경쟁자지향성에 대하여 제품혁신성과가 높게 나타났다. 또한 R&D역량만이 기술혁신지향성의 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 반도체 기업의 제품혁신성과 창출을 위한 R&D역량과 시장지향성에 대한 이해를 높이고 기업의 제품혁신성과와 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 기술혁신지향성이 중요한 조절 요소임을 실증적으로 지지하는 연구 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • There are regulations on each building for its classification and It is corresponding determined contract demand. For transformer's capability calculation algorithm, cumulated power information of each customer is used to analysis the correlation between power usage and Demand Rate. By modeling this using Least Square Method, it can be targeted to recognize the pattern of transformer use in the past and make a prediction on it in the future.

  • Vendor-managed inventory(VMI) is a supply chain strategy to improve the inventory turnover and customer service in supply chain management. Unfortunately, many VMI programs fail because they simply transfer the transactional aspects of placing replenishment orders from customer to vendor. In fact, such VMI programs often degrade supply chain performance because vendors lack capability to plan the VMI operations effectively in an integrated way under the dynamic, complex, and stochastic VMI supply chain environment. This paper presents a decision support system, termed DSSV, for VMI in the retail supply chain. DSSV supports the market forecasting, vendor's production planning, retailer's inventory replenishment planning, vehicle routing, determination of the system operating parameter values, retailer's purchase price decision, and what-if analysis. The potential benefits of DSSV include the provision of guidance, solution, and simulation environment for enterprises to reduce risks for their VMI supply chain operations.

  • DSTC(Defense Systems Test Center) in ADD(Agency for Defense Development) performs a test for various kinds of weapon system. In order to provide accurate test measurement data relating to the weapon system's performance with customer, A reliable test process and an objective analysis of the measurement data are required.   • 점점 높아져 가는 프랜차이즈 사업에 대한 관심과 상반되게 프랜차이즈 사업에 관한 연구는 고객만족을 위한 연구와 단편적 운영 지침서들에 머무를 뿐 운영자 시각에서 성공요인을 분석하고, 창업단계 및 운영단계로 나눠 실증한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 또한, 식품분야의 프랜차이즈 사업에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 었어 식품과 비식품 프랜차이즈 사업에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 비교연구는 지금까지 제대로 이뤄져 오지 못했다. 이에 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 사업의 단계별 업종별 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 국내 프랜차이즈 사업을 준비하는 예비창업자들이 실천해야 할 성공전략을 제시하였다. 연구결과 창업단계의 성장요인으로 사업적성의 여부, 사업조직의 여부, 사업아이템의 적합성, 경쟁구도와 본사자문의 여부가 선별되었고, 운영단계의 성공요인으로는 슈퍼바이저의 능력, 본사와 가맹점의 마케팅 능력, 본사지원의 유무, 고객관리능력, 직원만족이 도출되었다.
