국내 맞춤형 아파트 적용 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Present Condition of the Custom-built Apartment)

  • 타 산업, 특히 제조업 분야의 경우 급격한 기술 및 인터넷 환경의 발전으로 인해 시장이 세분화 되고 다품종 소량생산의 체제로 변화하였다. 이러한 사회적 변화는 주택 시장에도 변화를 간져와 공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심의 시장으로 변화하고 있으며 주택에 대한 소비자의 요구사항도 날로 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 소비자의 요구에 부응하여 설계 시점부터 소비자와 상담을 통하여 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 맞춤형 아파트가 도입되었으나 아직 초기 단계이기 때문에 맞춤형 아파트의 운영에 있어 많은 문제점이 드러나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 향후 맞춤형 아파트의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 전 단계로. 맞춤형 아파트에 대한 개념을 재정립하고 최근의 공동주택 공급 전략 및 맞춤형 아파트의 현황을 파악하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 최초로 설치된 Custom Power기기인 배전용 STATCOM(STATic COMpensator)의 기기 신뢰성 확보를 위힌 기가 테스트 및 설계통 운전 분석결과를 보이고 있다. Custom Power는 유연송전시스템(FACTS : Flexible AC Transmission System)과 같이 교류전력계통을 제어함으로써 효율적이고 유연한 전력계통의 운용과 구성을 목적으로 한다. STATCOM은 Custom Power기기의 한 형태로 무효전력 보상, 전압조정, 그리고 전압 퓰리커 억제 등의 기능을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 STATCOM 시운전 결과 무효전력과 역률 보상에서 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있다.

기성 지대주와 맞춤형 CAD-CAM 지대주의 적합 및 나사 안정성 비교 (A comparative study on the fit and screw joint stability of ready-made abutment and CAD-CAM custom-made abutment)

  • 연구 목적: 본 연구에서는 기성 지대주와 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주의 적합성 및 나사 사이의 안정성 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 오스템 임플란트 시스템을 이용하였다. 동일회사에서 제작된 기성 지대주(Transfer abutment, Osstem Implant Co. Ltd, Busan, Korea) 및 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주(CustomFit abutment, Osstem Implant Co. Ltd, Busan, Korea)와 국내 외주 제작된 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주(Myplant, Raphabio Co., Seoul, Korea)를 5개씩 선택, 제작하였으며 나사는 각 회사에서 제공되는 것을 사용하였다. 제조사의 지시에 따라 고정체와 지대주를 30 Ncm으로 조인 후 초기 풀림 토크를 3회 반복 측정한 후 통계 분석하였다(${\alpha}=.05$). 고정체-지대주 연결체를 에폭시 레진에 매몰 후 습식 절삭 및 연마하여 계면 사이의 적합성을 FE-SEM으로 관찰하였다. 결과: 지대주의 초기 풀림 토크 값은 각각 기성 지대주(Transfer abutment)에서 $26.0{\pm}0.30Ncm$, 동일 회사에서 제작된 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주(CustomFit abutment)에서 $26.3{\pm}0.32Ncm$, 외주로 제작된 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주(Myplant abutment)에서 $24.7{\pm}0.67Ncm$였다. 국내 외주 제작된 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주에서 유의적으로 낮은 초기 풀림 토크 값을 보였으며(P=.027), 고정체-지대주 계면에서 변연 간극이 관찰되었다. 결론: 본 실험의 한계 내에서 국내 외주 제작된 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주는 동일 회사에서 제작된 기성 지대주나 맞춤형CAD-CAM 지대주에 비해 더 낮은 나사 안정성 및 적합성을 보인다고 볼 수 있다.

비만여성의 일대일 맞춤거들 패턴에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Pattern of Custom-Made Girdles for Obese Women)

  • This study's purpose is to gain basic data for the factory automation of manufacturing custom-made girdles. For this study , obese women in their 30s and 40s was experimented through direct measuring and by the 3D scanner, by means of which the proportions of the subject's body was measured. Based upon the results of this experiment, individually designed girdles were made. In order to gain the basic data for the factory automation of manufacturing custom-made girdles, the patterns and the clothing pressure and the feeling of wearing such girdles were analyzed. This study can be summarized as follows: The material properties and the designs of existing functional girdles in the market were studied thoroughly, and the subject were required to wear those existing girdles. On the basis of this result, the experimental girdles were designed and produced which could serve well the subject's intension. The experimental girdles were of the basic long-type in order to apply to all sorts of girdles, and they were produced according to the style and pattern of the existing grading system. The second experiment was conducted by applying the subject's body measurements. Due to the elasticity of the material, in girdles the smaller measurements were to be used in this second experiment were: 80% of waist size, 84% of the hip and 85% of the thigh. To determine the length of the girdles, the same measurements were applied. The test results of the feeling of wearing the experimental girdles showed that the second, custom-made experimental girdles were better. According to the test results of the clothing pressure, the second experimental girdles(custom-made girdles) marked the higher pressure than the first on every part of the body, especially on the hips and thighs. Thus, it can be said that the second experimental girdles are better than the first in lifting up the hips. It is expected that the design methods developed in this study can be utilized as basic resources for the factory automation system of manufacturing custom-made girdles.

Feasibility Study of a Custom-made Film for End-to-End Quality Assurance Test of Robotic Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy System

  • This paper aims to verify the clinical feasibility of a custom-made film created by a laser cutting tool for End-to-End (E2E) quality assurance in robotic intensity modulated radiation therapy system. The custom-made film was fabricated from the Gafchromic EBT3 film with the size of $8^{{\prime}{\prime}}{\times}10^{{\prime}{\prime}}$ using a drawing that is identical to the shape and scale of the original E2E film. The drawing was created by using a computer aided design program with the image file, which is obtained by scanning original E2E film. Beam delivery and evaluations were respectively performed with the original film and the custom-made film using fixed-cone collimator on three tracking modes: 6D skull (6DS), Xsight spine (XS), and Xsight lung (XL). The differences between total targeting errors of the original and custom-made films were recorded as 0.17 mm, 0.3 mm, and 0.17 mm at 6DS, XS, and XL tracking modes, respectively. This indicates that the custom-made film could yield nearly equivalent results to those of the original E2E film, given the uncertainties caused by distortions during film scanning and vibrations associated with film cutting. By confirming the clinical feasibility of a custom-made film for E2E testing, it can be expected that economic efficiency of the testing will increase accordingly.

3 시스템의 맞춤복 시장 적용가능성에 관한 연구 - 중년여성을 대상으로 - (A Study on Applicability of Custom-Tailored Clothing of 3D Virtual Clothing System - Focused on Middle-Aged Women -)

  • This study aims to examine for efficient production methods of custom-tailored clothing and application of 3D virtual clothing system in custom-tailored clothing market, by producing and analyzing both real clothing and 3D virtual clothing. For this study, a middle-aged woman is selected as the subject figure and one-piece is selected as the experimental clothes item. In real clothing, I conducted the wearing evaluation for experts and the subject figure. And In the virtual clothing, I conducted the wearing evaluation with i-Designer using 3D virtual clothing on simulation program. There are some differences between the data from body scanning and the real body size. In the custom-tailored clothing market in which the fitness is important, the research which measures the more exact data is needed. And in the case of complicate design, the functions which measure the activity and the fitness variously and correct the parts of curves are needed. This study experiments the availability of application of 3D Virtual Clothing System in custom-tailored clothing market by selecting one-piece as the experimental clothes item. So the follow-up studies for the other designs and fabrics are needed. Also, if the studies for checking the clothes pressure, the amount of composure, the space between skin and clothing when the virtual model wearing clothes is walking or shaking his arms are proceeding, then 3D virtual clothing System is applicable in custom-tailored clothing market. But there are some restrictions and lack of education in virtual clothing System yet, and it makes hard for workers in clothing market to use it in real production. However, 3D virtual clothing System will be practical in real market if there would be more research on its usability and practicality, and workers in clothing market can be easily educated on techniques of 3D virtual clothing system.

맞춤형 지대주 제작에 사용되는 수렴 각과 곡률 반경의 값에 따른 가공 정확도 평가 (Evaluation on machining accuracy according to convergence angle and radius of curvature value used for fabricating custom abutments)

  • 본 연구는 맞춤형 지대주 (custom abutment) 설계 시 CAD 프로그램 내에서 선택된 수렴 각 그리고 곡률 반경 값 사용에 따른 가공 정확도를 평가하고자 한다. 치과용 CAD를 기반으로 10개의 맞춤형 지대주를 설계하였다. 제작된 맞춤형 지대주를 정밀 접촉식 스캐너를 이용하여 한 개의 시편을 10회 반복 스캔하였다. 스캔 된 맞춤형 지대주의 데이터는 "Test STL" 파일로 지정하여 저장하였다. Geomagic studio 소프트웨어를 이용하여 각 "Test STL" 파일과 동명 번호로 지정하여 저장된 CAD-reference-model STL 파일 (CRM)과 중첩하였다. 실험 결과에서 A8 군(수렴 각 $8^{\circ}$) 군은 A4 군(수렴 각 $4^{\circ}$) 보다 낮은 오차 수치를 나타났다. 또한, 곡률 반경 값이 높을 수록 맞춤형 지대주의 Top 그리고 chamfer 부위에 오차가 적게 나타냈다(p< 0.05). 전체적으로, 맞춤형 지대주 설계 시 곡률 반경 값은 가공 정확도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

맞춤형 인공관절 설계를 위한 인체 고관절의 3차원 형상 정보 추출 (Extracting 3D Geometry Parameters of Hip Joint for Designing a Custom-Made Hip Implant)

  • Total Hip Replacement(THR) is a surgical procedure that replaces a diseased hip joint with a prosthesis. A plastic or metal cup forms the socket, and the head of the femur is replaced by a metal ball on a stem placed inside the femur. Due to the various types and shapes of human hip joint of every individual, a selected commercial implant sometimes may not be the best-fit to a patient, or it cannot be applied because of its discrepancy. Hence extracting geometry parameters of hip joint is one of the most crucial processes in designing custom-made implants. This paper describes the framework of a methodology to extract the geometric parameters of the hip joint. The parameters include anatomical axis, femoral head, head offset length, femoral neck, neck shaft angle, anteversion, acetabulum, and canal flare index. The proposed system automatically recommends the size and shape of a custom-made hip implant with respect to the patient's individual anatomy from 3D models of hip structures. The proposed procedure creating these custom-made implants with some typical examples is precisely presented and discussed in this paper.

중국(中國) WTO 가입(加入) 및 관세인하(關稅引下)에 따른 4개 분야(分野) 보건산업(保健産業) 수출(輸出)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A study on effect related to health industry through WTO entrance of China)

  • The health industry of China is faster than before, so it will be rank 5th at world-wide markets in 2010. Firstly, the custom tariff was lower at 15% in 2000 and at 10.4% on June 2005. And, it will be lower into 9.8% in 2010. Secondly, this is because of expansion of purchase power on increase in economic growth, extended human life expectancy. As it is entered the WTO in January 2002, it will positively affect on export of Korea for China. This paper focuses on the analysis of export increase caused by reduction of custom tariff in China. As above mentioned, the time schedule on average reduction of custom tariff was 15% in 2000, 10.4% in 2005. Then, it will be lower into 9.8% in 2010. As the empirical test related health industry, it presents 19.80% export increase rate for China of Korea on reduction of custom tariff from 2001 to 2010. The exporting of drug for China will be up to 17.85% for 10 years. Also, the exporting of Biomedical will be up to 20.99%, and respectively 22.95%, 22.60% in Cosmetics and food industry. Conclusionally, the exporting of this health industry will be increase greatly, compared with any other industries. So, it is necessary that firms increase in R&D investment and government support as policy for health industry.

군모(軍帽)의 파기(播旗)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flag Sticked in a Military Cap)

  • The custom of the flag sticked in a military cap involves the symbolic mark. That is, it makes the procession of an army clear and makes the convenience of activity possible. This custom was uniquely practiced at several countries. At Il dynasty($1258{\sim}1411$), Timurid dynasty($1369{\sim}1508$), Mughal dynasty($1526{\sim}1858$) was succeeded this custom by based on blood relationship for $13th{\sim}16th$ century on the diachronic viewpoint. And these countries have cultural correlation by regional paradigm, namely Islamic cultural area. Meanwhile, this custom of Ming dynasty and joseon dynasty appeared in $15th{\sim}17th$ century as official system. Expecially, one of joseon dynasty maintained for a short time than other countries because of jangpyo[章標] system which was more efficient than the sticked flag. On the synchronic viewpoint, this custom was the common and necessary status quo for the efficient expansion of territory and military management.
