가상현실 기반의 어트랙션 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 콘텐츠 분류법 연구 (A Study on Content Classification for Developing Virtual Reality-based Attraction Contents)

  • 4차 산업혁명과 5G 기술 상용화로 주목받고 있는 가상현실은 게임 분야에서 관광, 레저, 교육 등 다양한 분야로 범위를 넓혀가고 있으며 VR시장은 지속적으로 확대될 전망이다. 국내에서도 VR시장 규모가 확대되면서 가상현실 콘텐츠를 결합한 테마파크가 도심을 중심으로 확산되고 있다. VR테마파크는 기존 테마파크와 달리 실내에 구성된 소규모 놀이문화공간으로, 놀이공원에서 즐길 수 있는 어트랙션(놀이기구)을 가상현실 콘텐츠와 함께 즐길 수 있다. 비일상적 경험 체험이 목적인 테마파크와 동일한 특성을 가진 가상현실 콘텐츠는 어트랙션의 물리적 자극과 결합하여 높은 몰입감과 현존감을 제공한다. 어트랙션과 결합된 가상현실 콘텐츠는 기존 제시된 분류법으로 콘텐츠를 정확하게 구분 지을 수 없어, 체험 형태와 설치 형태에 따른 새로운 분류법을 제시하였다. 국내 VR테마파크의 사례를 통해 콘텐츠를 분류하였고, 추후 진행될 가상현실 어트랙션 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 기획 방향을 모색하고자 하였다.

가격을 품질의 지표로 사용하는 세분시장의 가격반응함수 추출 (Price Response Function with Price-Dependent Quality Evaluation at Segment Level)

  • 이 연구는 가격을 품질의 지표로 사용하는 상황의 가격반응함수를 도출하여 다음과 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 다속성 선택기준의 조합을 이용하여 세분시장별로 가격을 품질의 지표로 사용하는 하위집단과 그렇지 않은 하위집단을 추출하였고, 둘째, 기존연구에서 사용된 분석단위인 제품이나 상표에서 벗어나 세분시장을 분석단위로 하여 가격이 품질의 지표로 사용되는 세분시장을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 중국의 홈씨어터 시장을 대상으로 CBC(choice-based conjoint analysis)를 통해 얻어진 자료를 혼합회귀분석(mixture regression model)에 의해 시장 세분화하였고, 그 결과 표본전체시장 및 세개의 세분시장에서 가격을 품질의 지표로 사용하는 독특한 가격반응함수를 가진 세분시장을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 학술적으로는 가격-품질 평가집단 연구의 범위를 세분시장별로 확대하고, 실무적으로는 실무종사자는 가격-품질 평가가 이루어지는 가격대보다 높은 가격을 시장에 제시함으로써 이익을 더 많이 취할 수 있게 되는 장점을 기대하였다.

플로팅건축물의 공간디자인마케팅과 공간수요 예측 (Space Design Marketing of Floating Architecture and Its Spatial Demands)

  • 최근 국내 대표적인 플로팅건축물인 세빛섬의 운영 정상화로 플로팅건축물에 대한 이미지가 매우 긍정적인 방향으로 개선되었다. 플로팅건축의 특장점은 특별한 공간체험(29.9%) > 랜드마크(27.6%) > 수해양문화 향유(21.5%) > 관광 및 개발의 거점(16.0%) > 지구온난화에 대비하는 친환경성(4.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 플로팅건축물은 일반인들에게 특별한 공간체험을 제공하며 차별화된 이미지를 가지고 있다. 따라서 플로팅건축물의 공간디자인마케팅은 특별한 공간을 매개로 지자체나 기업이 주민이나 고객들과 아이덴티티와 이미지를 교환하는 형태로 일어난다. 이때, 건축물이 지닌 기본적인 공간 속성에 방문객들의 공간수요를 반영한 프로그램 선정과 사업주체 및 운영주체의 일원화가 중요하다. 플로팅건축의 프로그램은 상업시설이나 문화시설, 친수공간 확보 조건을 활용한 마리나시설이 적절하며, 향후 플로팅건축 시장도 활성화될 것으로 전망된다.

제주 방사탑 문화자원을 직물문양 모티브로 활용한 텍스타일 디자인 및 지역패션문화상품 개발 (The development of cultural products and textile designs with the patterns of Jeju Bangstop)

  • The object of this study is to develop textile designs and fashion products based on the cultural resource of Jeju Bangsatop, which means a stone tower preventing misfortune and driving out evil spirits. The field surveys of 32 Bangsatops located at 17 villages in Jeju were conducted. As a result, unlike stone towers located in other regions, Jeju Bangsatops made with basalt. In addition, wood and stone birds, Dolhareungbang, and other sculptures are built on the tops. Jeju Bangsatops were classified into four types based on the body form of the tops: Conical, truncated conical, trapezoid, and irregular shaped Bangsatops. Jeju Bangsatops located in a area or a village are symmetrically arranged in direction of south and north, left and right, east and west, or face to face. The conical, truncated conical, and irregular shaped Jeju Bangsatops which are designated as folk cultural properties or which have the unique sculptures of stone birds and the statues of Dolhareungbang built on the tops were selected as motifs for textile pattern design. The 4 basic patterns of Jeju Bangstops were designed. The six creative textile designs were developed by the various repeat arrangements of the basic patterns and were printed on oxford cotton fabrics by digital textile printing (DTP) method. The sixteen products of wallets, bags, hats and shoes were actually made with the DTP fabrics, the DTP fabrics which were naturally dyed in gray and blue colors, or the DTP fabrics which were redesigned with textile crayon. Therefore, it is confirmed that Jeju Bangsatop could be very useful as a motif for the development of cultural products focusing on Jeju tourism souvenir market.

제주 초가(草家) 형태를 직물 문양으로 활용한 텍스타일 디자인 및 지역패션문화상품 개발 (The development of cultural products and textile designs with the patterns of Jeju Choga)

  • This study is to develop cultural products based on 'Jeju Choga', which means the traditional houses in Jeju. For the product development, old literature review, field surveys, and consumer surveys were employed. Through old literatures and field surveys, the unique and visual characteristics of Jeju Choga were confirmed: A thatched roof with lattice pattern, a side wall and fences with porous stones, a 'Jungnang' serving as a gate, and a 'Pungchai' preventing strong sola radiation and 'Ollai' meaning a narrow street in front of the Choga. As a results of consumer survey conducted before the development of products, consumers highly recognized and associated Jeju Choga as Jeju representative image. The six basic patterns of Jeju Choga were drawn and eight textile designs were created through the repeated arrangements of the basic patterns. Using the created textile designs and digital printing method, the eleven new fabrics with the patterns of Jeju Choga were developed. The various kinds of ten bags and tow wallets made with the new fabrics. As a result of consumer evaluation for the twelve products made in this study, the scores of preference and purchase intention were above the average work for the most products of them. In particular, the preference and purchase intention of the square shoulder bag, the big-size shopper bag, and the small-size cross bag were very positively evaluated. Therefore, it is confirmed that Jeju Choga could be very useful as a motif for the development of cultural products focusing on Jeju tourism souvenir market.

A Study on the Automated Payment System for Artificial Intelligence-Based Product Recognition in the Age of Contactless Services

  • Contactless service is rapidly emerging as a new growth strategy due to consumers who are reluctant to the face-to-face situation in the global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and various technologies are being developed to support the fast-growing contactless service market. In particular, the restaurant industry is one of the most desperate industrial fields requiring technologies for contactless service, and the representative technical case should be a kiosk, which has the advantage of reducing labor costs for the restaurant owners and provides psychological relaxation and satisfaction to the customer. In this paper, we propose a solution to the restaurant's store operation through the unmanned kiosk using a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) technology of image recognition. Especially, for the products that do not have barcodes in bakeries, fresh foods (fruits, vegetables, etc.), and autonomous restaurants on highways, which cause increased labor costs and many hassles, our proposed system should be very useful. The proposed system recognizes products without barcodes on the ground of image-based AI algorithm technology and makes automatic payments. To test the proposed system feasibility, we established an AI vision system using a commercial camera and conducted an image recognition test by training object detection AI models using donut images. The proposed system has a self-learning system with mismatched information in operation. The self-learning AI technology allows us to upgrade the recognition performance continuously. We proposed a fully automated payment system with AI vision technology and showed system feasibility by the performance test. The system realizes contactless service for self-checkout in the restaurant business area and improves the cost-saving in managing human resources.

수목원 방문자들의 지각된 가치, 만족 및 재방문 의도간의 관계 (Perceived Value, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention for Arboretum Visitors)

  • 본 연구는 국립수목원 관람객의 지각된 가치, 만족과 재방문의도간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 300명의 수목원 관람객을 할당표본추출하였으며, 변수들은 마케팅분야에서 사용하고 있는 대표적 측정척도를 수목원 상황에 맞도록 변형시켜 측정하였다. 변수들 간의 인과관계를 구조방정식모형으로 정산한 결과, 가치는 만족에 영향을 주었으며, 만족은 재방문의도에 영향을 주었다. 구체적으로 '감성적 가치', '돈에 비한 가치', '새로움에 대한 가치'의 순서로 만족에 큰 영향을 주었지만 '사회적 가치'는 영향력이 없었다. 효과적인 수목원 관리를 위해 가치의 구성개념, 만족, 재방문의도 별로 실행 가능한 몇 가지 전략을 제시하였다. 수목원에서는 이런 종류의 연구가 수행된 적이 없어 추후연구에서는 가치 측정척도를 개선하고, 새로운 변수인 자아일치성과 구전의도의 도입가능성을 검토해야 하며 시장세분의 중요성을 강조하였다.

노인일자리사업의 사회공헌형, 시장진입형 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 (Study on the public interest type of the senior's job programme, Efficiency measures in the market-type)

  • 우리나라는 세계에서 유례를 찾아보기 어려운 빠른 속도로 저출산과 더불어 고령화가 진행되어 가고 있다. 인구구조도 피라미드형 구조였으나, 최근에는 역피라미드형 구조가 되어감에 따라 생산인구 문제를 열악하게 만드는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 노인일자리사업은 이러한 산업구조 역행의 일부를 대체하는 측면도 있지만, 노인의 경제적 측면과 신체적 측면 그리고 사회통합의 측면에서도 효과적인 지원체계가 마련되어져야 한다. 또한 다양한 일자리 창출 및 보급을 위한 노력도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 문화, 복지, 의료, 관광, 체험 등 서비스 분야에서 취약한 부분을 발굴하여 은퇴 전 가지고 있었던 기술과 경험이 활용될 수 있는 양질의 일자리가 만들어 지도록 해야 한다. 따라서 이 연구는 노인일자리사업의 효율화 방안을 위한 이론적 기초를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

내부마케팅활동이 외식종사원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the impact of internal marketing action on food industry employers사 job satisfaction)

  • The domestic food service industry has established its industrial basis since the overseas brands were introduced and international events were held in Korea. It also has showed a prominent growth rate as consumers began to show more interests in leisure and quality of working life(QWL) At this, the employees, constituting Points of contacts with consumers of the food service industry, have emerged as a Primarily critical concern in order for the food service industry, which can affect people in various ways, to adopt our own food culture and develop its business quality. In the food service industry, as a relatively labour-intensive industry, the manpower service is considered very important. Whether the industry succeeds or not depends on the role of employees as the quality of service of employees can decide the quality of the industry itself. In spite of the importance of employees in the food service industry, not many researches have been Performed on the personnel management of the industry, as Koreans traditionally have hold a prejudiced view on the food service industry and it is only a short time since the food business began to be considered as an industry. This thesis aims at research on the factors affecting job satisfaction of the employees by dealing with the importance and characteristics of the role of employees of the food service industry and theoretical background of the job satisfaction. The presumable factors affecting the job satisfaction are divided into several groups ; characteristics of organization, working condition, human relationship, psychological factors, and its reputation in the labour market. Hypotheses and models, where those factors affect the employees, are formed. Statistical methods such as correlation analysis and multiple regression are used in order to verify those hypotheses. Alternatives to improve job satisfaction of employees are suggested based on the analysis. It is expected that there will be more active researches on employees of the food service industry, as this thesis has selected employees of the food service industry as its subjects while subjects of similar researches have been mainly hotel employees so far.

The Effects of Customer Quality Assessment on Satisfaction, Self-efficacy, and Loyalty in Franchised Coffee Shops

  • Purpose - To understand the assessment basis of customers' coffee shop experience and give more practical advices to the franchised coffee shops which are poorly managed in the competitive market, this study identified factors to measure the quality of customer experience and explored the relationship between these factors and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Further, this study analyzed which role self-efficacy played in the structural relationship between the quality assessment factors, satisfaction and loyalty of franchised coffee shops. Research design, data, methodology - The data were collected from respondents who had visited franchised coffee shops within the previous month through online survey. The questionnaires were surveyed from February 11 to February 14, 2019. A total of 318 responses were collected after excluding four of incomplete or uncandid responses. A structural equation modeling approach was used to examine the proposed hypothesis and a confirmatory factor analysis was employed to verify the four dimensions of quality assessment. Results - The findings of this study are as follows. First, the three of quality assessment variables significantly influenced on satisfaction except environmental quality. Second, economic and service quality significantly influenced on self-efficacy but environmental and menu quality didn't. Third, satisfaction significantly influenced on loyalty but not on self-efficacy. Fourth, self-efficacy significantly influenced on Loyalty. Conclusions - This study identified the four dimensions to assess the franchised coffee shop service - menu, environment, service and economic quality and verified these four dimensions are valid as indicators to measure the quality of customers' coffee shop experience. Further, by empirically testing the structural relationships among these quality assessment dimensions, satisfaction, self-efficacy and loyalty, this study provided theoretical foundations to explore the relationship between customer and the franchised stores in restaurant businesses. For the industry, the study findings showed that customers highly appreciated menu and economic quality of the service rather than the stores' interior. This indicate that the franchised coffee shops need to focus more on the basics of coffee such as taste and menu variety and economic value than the decoration of the store, which are often over-invested nowadays.
