본 연구는 노인복지관 평생교육 프로그램 및 다양한 노인복지 서비스를 이용하는 60세 이상의 노인이 지각한 노인복지관의 서비스 만족도 요인을 검증하기 위해 해당 복지센터의 허가를 받아 설문지를 배부하여 175부를 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 데이터를 중심으로 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 데이터 분석을 위해 T-test와 One-way ANOVA를 사용하였다. 성별에서는 남자의 전반적인 만족도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 연령은 낮을수록 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 학력은 초등학교 졸과 대학교 졸 이상에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태에서는 건강할수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 한 달 용돈으로는 30-50만원 정도 사용하시는 어르신이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 이용기간으로는 1년 미만과 3년 이상 되신 어르신들이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지역에서는 강서구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신들이 은평구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신보다 전반적인 서비스 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study was attempted to grasp the push-pull factors of urban to rural migrants in relation to services and infrastructure of rural welfare and culture. Online and offline survey were conducted for urban residents who were willing to return to the rural area and those who were already returning to the rural area. In the fields of health care, social welfare, and education, it was found that the satisfaction level of urban-to-rural migrants was relatively higher than those of latent urban-to-rural migrants. In the field of culture, leisure and sports, the level of satisfaction and concern were similar, so it was found that the expectations for the field were relatively high before returning rural area. As for the agreement degree to expand support, the demand for emergency medical facilities and dementia care program was the highest, and the demand for health care was found to be relatively high. The results of the survey on the top priority items indicate that latent urban-to-rural migrants require support of facility and space item and expansion of program item, and urban-to-rural migrants have high demand for expansion of program item in all field except healthcare field. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing the direction of the rural area development project in connection with the revitalization of policy of people return to rural area.

공공서비스는 국민들이 더 바람직한 생활을 하도록 하기 위하여 공공적 목적으로 제공되는 재화나 인적 서비스로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공서비스를 제공하는 조직의 서비스역량의 구성요인을 고객지향 문화역량, 지식공유역량, 접점직원역량으로 정의하고 있다. 공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량이 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하고 공공 주거복지서비스를 제공하는 조직과 고객들을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과 고객지향 문화역량과 지식공유역량은 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 접점직원의 역량은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량은 시너지 효과를 발휘하여 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 서비스에 대한 조직역량이 중요함을 보여주고 있다.

본 연구는 지난 5년간의 정보소외계층을 위한 도서관의 문화복지 정책을 분석하고 개선점을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 문화체육관광부 도서관정보정책기획단 조직의 업무와 도서관현장을 위한 정책을 조사하고 분석하였다. 첫째, 소외계층을 위한 도서관 서비스는 단기적인 사업성 위주의 프로젝트로 진행되고 있다. 둘째, 작은도서관, 장애인정보누리터, 다문화도서관 등의 시설 건립 중심과 비전문적인 순회사서로 유지되는 운영정책을 수립하고 있다. 셋째, 정보소외계층 정책의 분산화와 민간 장애인도서관의 공공의 지원정책 미비로 인하여 협력체계 구축이 어려운 실정이다. 넷째, 대체자료 양적 확산 위주의 장애인서비스 정책이 이루어져 있음을 밝혀내었다. 이에 본 연구는 정보소외계층을 위한 도서관서비스는 보다 전문적인 정책이 개입되어 각 영역별 통합조정과 전문성 개발정책이 필요함을 제시하였고 이를 위해서는 문화체육관광부 도서관정보정책위원회에 별도의 문화복지 도서관정책부서 신설과 그 활동을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 한국 ICT기업들을 대상으로 가족친화적 기업문화가 조직몰입 및 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국 ICT 기업조직에서 가족친화적 기업환경이 조직몰입 및 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국 ICT 기업의 종사자를 대상으로 가족친화적 기업문화의 내부요인들이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 실증분석 하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 한국 ICT 기업 조직의 가족친화적 조직문화, 가족친화적 복지제도는 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 조직몰입은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 본 연구에서 제시한 가설 중 가족친화적 근무환경은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 형식적인 가족친화형 프로그램 보다는 경제적 보상이 따르는 가족친화적 복지제도를 더 선호하는 종사자들의 특성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the realities of fundraising and distribution of the local community chest in Korea. Until now little empirical study has been conducted concerning the culture of giving. Using the sample of 900 citizens selected from 7 cities and another sample of 230 from policy-making group in 16 local community chest, this study analysed empirical1y how the capacity, motivation and opportunity of the prospective donors are related to giving and the current issues of fundraising and distribution. According to the results of analysis, the level of motivation in giving culture is very low. Also it was found that religious beliefs is the most important motivating factor in giving. Participation in volunteer activities is another important factor to influencing giving. Some effective fundraising strategies are suggested including strengthening the motivation of prospective donors, workplace donation and joint-fundraising with religious organization or other foundation, coordinating fundraising activities between the community chest and other social welfare agencies. Program-oriented distribution and change of some distribution standards are stressed as an effective distribution strategy.

Currently, as Korea enters into a fast aging society, the problem of dementia population is increasing. In this paper, we intend to contribute to the improvement of welfare for the elderly by developing virtual reality technology and related interface technology to effectively perform hand movements known as effective methods for preventing and treating dementia. As the content of the research and development of this paper, it is designed to be easy for the elderly to use and stimulate brain function by applying VR technology using sensors, and to activate mental and physical activities for the elderly who are marginalized in terms of cultural welfare. We intend to develop by classifying the types of games and contents that can induce them. As a result of this thesis, we developed contents using virtual reality to improve cognitive abilities for elderly people with poor cognitive ability to activate the brains of users' cognition, memory, and attention to prevent and treat dementia I want to contribute.

본 연구는 사회복지관의 성과지향적 문화가 사회복지사의 직무수행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2013년 1월 4일부터 1월 31일까지 부산 경남 지역의 사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사 1,162명을 대상으로 우편설문을 실시하였다. 그리고 회수된 설문 가운데 81개 사회복지관의 755명 자료를 최종 분석하였으며, 분석을 위해서는 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0, 그리고 HLM 6.02 통계 패키지를 활용하였다. 다층모형의 기초모형, 무조건기울기모형, 조건모형 분석결과, 사회복지사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도는 직무수행에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성과지향적 문화의 하위 요인 중 고객지향성은 직무수행에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 실적지향성은 직무수행에 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 혁신지향성은 직무수행에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 직무수행도를 높이기 위한 조직문화 관리 방안을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 목민심서 애민육조와 진황육조의 분석으로 조선시대 사회복지정책의 구체적 내용을 살펴보고 이에 대한 오늘날 사회복지정책의 연계성을 파악하였다. 그 결과 애민육조에서는 양로(養老)에서 노인복지법과 노인 복지서비스의 기초내용을 담고 있었고, 자유(慈幼)에서는 유아 및 아동과 관련한 복지정책 서비스, 관질(寬疾)을 통해 장애인 복지의 가치계계과 정책 방향을 확인하였으며 구재(救災)에서는 사회적 위기와 재난대응에 대한 사회통합을 요구하고 있음을 알수 있었다. 이는 또한 이는 사회복지정책지표를 통해서도 가족안전, 소득보장, 건강정책, 사회통합 등의 사회복지정책의 주요영역이 강조되어왔음을 확인하였다. 또한 진황육조의 분석을 통하여 비자(備資), 규모(規模), 보력(補力) 등에서 사회보장제도와 사회보험제도의 기초 이념과 가치뿐만 아니라 구체적 정책 시행 내용까지 담고 있음을 살펴보았다. 사회복지 시설을 구비하여 각 대상별 체계적 사회복지서비스를 시행하고 있는 오늘날 사회복지정책 및 사회서비스 정책 등은 진황육조를 통하여 그 근간을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 현재 정책 시스템인 사회복지정책지표를 통해서도 사회통합과 소득보장 부분의 강조가 진황육조에서 두드러지게 나타남을 확인하였다.

Movement from aging society to aged society and to ultra aged society is a fact that we have to accept as reality. It also means that we are given a common assignment of supporting the aged. Therefore, this study dealt with forms of space of the welfare facilities for the aged in Japan that are being suggested as a plan to solve the problem of supporting the aged. Japan who has similar Confucian culture like Korea experienced the aging of population 30 years earlier and enactment of law 20 years earlier than Korea. Therefore, Korean policies, systems and standards for welfare of the aged have been following Japanese welfare development model. This study analyzed the small-scale multifunctional welfare facilities for the aged in Japan before founding them in Korea to adapt the facilities that are compatible in domestic circumstance.
