한라산 영구춘화(瀛邱春花) 이미지의 텍스타일 디자인 및 지역문화상품 개발 (The Development of Textile Designs and Cultural Products with the Image of the Spring Flowers on Halla Mountain)

  • This study develops textile designs and cultural fashion products with the image of 'Youngguchunhwa', which means the beautiful spring flowers of Jeju. Historical literature was reviewed to emphasize the authenticity of Halla Mountain and Youngguchunhwa. Consumers' responses to Halla Mountain, Baengnokdam, and Royal Azalea related to Youngguchunhwa were evaluated along with photos of Halla Mountain and Youngguchunhwa images upload on Internet during the last 2 years. The results of consumer survey and photo analysis confirmed the consumers' high preference and high association with the image of Jeju. The full-blown Royal Azaleas in the Seonjakjiwat field of Halla Mountain were used as motifs for the development of Jeju cultural products as a representative landscape showing the beautiful spring of Jeju. Six types of textile designs were developed by the repeated arrangement of the basic patterns of Halla Mountain, Baengnokdam, and Royal Azalea. Ladies' apparels products, children's wear, bags and cushions were made using oxford cotton fabrics printed with the textile designs. We suggest how pattern designs of the Youngguchunhwa image could be applicable and used for the development of other kinds of Jeju tourism souvenirs.

한국궁중복식의 문화콘텐츠화 현황 분석 (Analysis of Present Situations on the Cultural Contents of Korean Royal Costumes)

  • The cultural content industry can be stimulated by the production of content based on Korean traditional culture such as Korean court culture. At present, the use of royal costumes of various Korean dynasties for content creation is rare. Less than ten government-supported projects managed by the Korea Culture & Content Agency (KOCCA) are related with Korean royal costumes. Only a handful of tourism-related cultural products (e.g., souvenirs and theme parks) are related to this subject. Fortunately, there are many events that demonstrate traditional court ceremonies; however, there is a need for more investment in academic research to ensure accurate reproduction. There are a number of issue in utilizing traditional royal costumes to produce cultural content that include: a lack of understanding the importance of Korean royal costumes, discrepancies of the content produced based on the historical context, a lack of public knowledge or support, and the lack of the historical accuracy of reproduced content. In order to benefit the most from royal costumes, this article suggests recreating the costumes as a source for further content creation, the development of a database to store information by design features and itemized topics, along with the active support of the government.

쑥부쟁이 제품 개발을 위한 소비자 인식도 및 요구도 분석 (The Study on Consumer Perception and Consumer Demand of Product with Aster Yomena)

  • This paper provides basic data for product developers by investigating the consumption status, consumer perception, and consumer demand on products using Aster Yomena. Two hundred ninety-five people over 20 years of age were analyzed according to gender and age. In the purchase of Aster Yomena products, men were the higher purchasers except for powder. In age, noodles, wild vegetables, jangajji, tteok, and powder were consumed by those older than 30 years. In an analysis of purchase when developing Aster Yomena products, the male purchase intention was higher in all items except for kalguksu in the staple, and male purchase intention was higher in only bibimbapseasoning among aster powder addition sauce and all items in dessert. The purchase intention of those older than 30 years was higher in all items of staples, aster powder addition sause and sause The purchase intention of those older than 30 yearse was higher in green vegetables juice and milk tea among drink, and all items except ice cream among dessert. An analysis of the popularization of Aster Yomena revealed higher perceptions of men in the medium (TV, internet, online cafe, agro-fishery market), experience program (area tourism, exposition), and product development (convenience food, recipe development). The medium (agro-fishery market), experience program, and product development were more recognized in their 30s or more. The products with aster yomana require the most effective marketing to men 30 years and older, and require a strategy that will interest those in their 20s.

  • 문화·관광 융합 배경 하에 민간 예술과 문화 창작 제품의 효과적인 결합은 지역 문화 산업의 발전에 대단히 중요한 영향을 미친다. 쉬저우(徐州) 지엔즈(剪紙)는 중국 수베이(蘇北) 지역의 유일한 세계적인 '무형문화재' 프로젝트로 비교적 높은 인문학적·예술적 가치를 갖추고 있어 현대 디자인에 널리 사용된다. 현재 쉬저우 지엔즈 문화 창작 제품의 개발은 주로 2차원 평면 위주의 장식·관상적 작품으로 하는데, 형식이 단일하고 실용성이 강하지 않아, 현대인의 생활 미적 요구를 충족시킬 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 쉬저우 왕구이잉(王桂英)의 지엔즈를 연구하여, 지엔즈 문화 창작 제품 개발 및 디자인 원칙을 제안했으며, 디자인 활용을 위해 왕구이잉의 전형적인 '거위' 패턴을 선택하여 문화 창작 제품 디자인에서 쉬저우 지엔즈 응용 가치에 대해 탐색하고 전문가의 인터뷰를 통해 디자인 원칙의 타당성을 입증했다. 본 연구가 지엔즈 문화의 현대적 계승과 혁신적인 발전을 위한 일정한 참고 자료로 제공되기를 바란다.

강원도 오색지구 레저·관광 콘텐츠 개발 방향 (The Direction of Development of Leisure and Tourism Contents in Connection with Osaek District)

  • 본 연구는 오색리를 중심으로 오색삭도 설치 사전에 침체된 오색지구 활성화를 위한 레저·관광 콘텐츠를 개발하여 지역활성화를 모색할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위한 연구의 주요내용은 레저·관광콘텐츠의 개발을 위한 오색지구 현황 및 여건분석, 오색지구 레저·관광콘텐츠 개발 방향, 정책제언 및 결론 등으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 오색지구 레저·관광콘텐츠 개발 방향과 관련하여 다음과 같은 개발 방향을 제안하였다. 첫째, 지역주민참여 확대 및 역량강화이다. 이를 실천하는 방안으로 조직체계 구축 및 지원강화, 지역 주민 역량강화, 외부 인적자원 네트워크 구축을 제안하였다. 둘째, 콘텐츠 개발 가이드라인 설정을 제안하였다. 오색지역 내 사회·문화·관광자원을 최대한 활용하기 위해, "문화예술활용형 콘텐츠"와 레저를 즐기는 수요자 증가추세에 부응하여 오색지구 자연환경을 이용한 레저체험 콘텐츠를 발굴할 것을 제안하였다. 셋째, 콘텐츠의 유형화를 제안하였다. 이를 실천하는 방안으로 오색을 주제로 한 문화콘텐츠 개발을 추진할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 지역상가 및 공공건물을 활용한 문화·예술·공연·전시 등의 공간 확보, 그리고 "오색지구"를 상징하는 상징물 조성, 오색지구 역사·문화를 그림으로 엮을 수 있는 "그림책 마을 조성"등을 제안하였다. 이와 아울러 체험 콘텐츠 개발 방향으로 테라피로드 체험 코스 및 푸드테라피 프로그램 운영 등과 함께 친환경적인 "오색 숲 길"을 조성할 것을 제안하였다. 넷째, 마케팅 채널 확보를 제안하였다. 이를 실천하기 위해 양양군 홈페이지, 또는 가칭 '오색이 아름다운 오색리' 홈페이지 제작, 여행사를 통해 오색지구 내 레저·관광콘텐츠와 교통, 숙박, 먹거리 등이 복합된 상품을 구성할 것을 제안하였다. 특히 오색지구 내에서 특별한 이벤트 개최 시에는 기획상품을 판매하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이와 함께 콘텐츠 개발 및 운영의 단계별 추진을 제안하였으며, 특히 전문가 등의 현장방문과 함께 참가자들에 대한 만족도 조사 등을 통해 오색지구 브랜드 제고에 노력할 것을 제안하였다.

Meanwhile, the USB memory could not be seen in the case of natural wood material by using the age and the individual tastes of consumers represents USB memory into the merit of portability, necklaces pendants items for restoration, phone strap, key chain, etc. By combining the functionality increases. Meanwhile, on the basis of a practical item, the largest issue was the consumption of cultural products by maximizing the economic benefit of the community and at the same time a symbol of cultural heritage items have been transformed into the effectiveness of the national image enhancement is expected to be achieved.

A study on changes in the food service industry about keyword before and after COVID-19 using big data

  • In this study, keywords from representative online portal sites such as NAVER, Google, and Youtube were collected based on text mining analysis technique using TEXTOM to check the changes in the restaurant industry before and after COVID-19. The collection keywords were selected as dining out, food service industry, and dining out culture. For the collected data, the top 30 words were derived, respectively, through the refinement process. In addition, comparative analysis was conducted by defining data from 2018 to 2019 before COVID-19, and from 2020 to 2021 after COVID-19. As a result, 8272 keywords before COVID-19 and 9654 keywords after COVID-19, a total of 17926 keywords, were derived. In order for the food service industry to develop after the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to commercialize the recipes of restaurants to revitalize the distribution of home-use food products that replace home-cooked meals such as meal kits. Due to the social distancing caused by COVID-19, the dining out culture has changed and the trend has changed, and it has been confirmed that the consumption culture has changed to eating and delivering at home more safely than visiting restaurants. In addition, it has been confirmed that the consumption culture of existing consumers is changing to a trend of cooking at home rather than visiting restaurants.

제주 방사탑 문화자원을 직물문양 모티브로 활용한 텍스타일 디자인 및 지역패션문화상품 개발 (The development of cultural products and textile designs with the patterns of Jeju Bangstop)

  • The object of this study is to develop textile designs and fashion products based on the cultural resource of Jeju Bangsatop, which means a stone tower preventing misfortune and driving out evil spirits. The field surveys of 32 Bangsatops located at 17 villages in Jeju were conducted. As a result, unlike stone towers located in other regions, Jeju Bangsatops made with basalt. In addition, wood and stone birds, Dolhareungbang, and other sculptures are built on the tops. Jeju Bangsatops were classified into four types based on the body form of the tops: Conical, truncated conical, trapezoid, and irregular shaped Bangsatops. Jeju Bangsatops located in a area or a village are symmetrically arranged in direction of south and north, left and right, east and west, or face to face. The conical, truncated conical, and irregular shaped Jeju Bangsatops which are designated as folk cultural properties or which have the unique sculptures of stone birds and the statues of Dolhareungbang built on the tops were selected as motifs for textile pattern design. The 4 basic patterns of Jeju Bangstops were designed. The six creative textile designs were developed by the various repeat arrangements of the basic patterns and were printed on oxford cotton fabrics by digital textile printing (DTP) method. The sixteen products of wallets, bags, hats and shoes were actually made with the DTP fabrics, the DTP fabrics which were naturally dyed in gray and blue colors, or the DTP fabrics which were redesigned with textile crayon. Therefore, it is confirmed that Jeju Bangsatop could be very useful as a motif for the development of cultural products focusing on Jeju tourism souvenir market.

당 첨가량에 따른 송이정과의 물성 및 관능 특성 (Rheological & Sensory Characteristics of Pine Mushroom Jung-Gwa by Different Amount of Saccharide(honey and oligosaccharide))

  • This study is based on the utilization of pine mushroom for processing products by development of pine mushroom Jung-Gwa. The results were summarized as follows: Pine mushroom Jung-Gwa were prepared with four different amounts (20, 30, 40, 50%) of honey. Pine mushroom Jung-Gwa color value was the highest by 20% soaking honey-water product and 40% soaking honey-water product was the lowest. Strength and hardness of 20% soaking honey-water product was the highest. Appearance to product of 50% soaking honey-water was the highest preference by all age of except 20's. The honey content of more and more external appearance preference was became higher. Product of 40% soaking honey-water was best by flavor of pine mushroom Jung-Gwa. A sugary tastes comparison 50% soaking honey water to 40% soaking honey water was not distinction. The texture was appeared a statistically significant difference by products of 20%, 30% soaking honey-water. Product of 20% soaking honey-water was favorite in 20's and product of 30% soaking honey-water was favorite in 30's. In overall preference test for pine mushroom Jung-Gwa of 40% soaking honey water was preferred by all age. Oligosaccharide helped geriatric diseases and cheaper. Thus this study used oligosaccharide but the result was not a statistically significant difference of pine mushroom Jung-Gwa products quality by comparison honey-water to oligosaccharide. Therefore oligosaccharide utilization products was thought worth a lot more by processing price and functional.

굿즈의 소비가치가 기업브랜드 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 굿즈의 종류에 따른 연구 (The Consumption Value of Goods Effect on Purchase Intention of Corporate Brand Products: Study According to The Type of Goods)

  • 본 연구는 굿즈의 소비가치가 기업브랜드 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 굿즈를 구매한 경험이 있는 남, 여 457명에게 설문을 받아 SPSS 21.0과 Smart PLS 3.0을 활용하여 모형을 검정하였다. 굿즈의 소비가 치인 한정적, 기능적, 심미적, 쾌락적, 혁신적, 사회자아적 가치와 굿즈 만족도를 검정한 후 기업브랜드 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 혁신적 가치를 제외하고 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 굿즈 만족도는 브랜드 애착과 기업브랜드 제품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 우리는 최근, 시대적 흐름에 맞게 굿즈를 재정의하고, 굿즈의 종류를 휴먼브랜드 굿즈, 브랜드 굿즈, 관광 굿즈, 캐릭터 굿즈 4가지로 처음으로 분류한 것에 학문적 의미를 둔다. 굿즈의 종류에 따라 소비가치와 만족도에 부분적 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 연구를 통해 굿즈에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고 타깃에 맞게 기획 및 개발 방향을 제시하여 효과적이고, 유용한 마케팅의 가능성을 시사하고자 한다.
