음식문화거리조성 성공 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Successful Factors in Building Food Culture Streets)

  • Food Culture is formed in a unique culture heritage in some areas harmonized with social factors mixed with geographical conditions, natural environment, culture and religion. The more the life skill develops highly, the more people focus on improvement of the life skill in order to realize a delightful and convenient life, and plan an increase of production. Recently food-service companies have changed very quickly with economic environment. Such change will be continued and its speed will be more faster than now. Many food-service companies will disappear for weak competition, if they don’t manage adequately in such a case. Therefore, food-service companies have to search for an efficient, unique and creative management strategy. In such a viewpoint, Kyunggi-do designated five local cities as a model of Food Culture Streets greeting Welcoming Year of Kyunggi-do in 2005. The purpose of this study is to serve the healthy food to visitors visiting the Food Culture Streets and to do public relations about the excellence of their traditional food. In addition, this study includes improving tastes and qualities of food through education about cooking skills, management strategies and the best service with unique and creative menu development. Accordingly, we need to analyze the factors continuously on the business of food culture streets, and intend to use them as a database for high quality education and activity of food service industry in the future.

문화소비공간의 확산에 따른 저층주거지 변화 특성 연구 - 연남동 일대를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes of Low-rise Residential Neighborhood with the Spread of Consumption-biased Cultural Space - Focused on the Yeonnam-dong Area -)

  • Low-rise Residential neighborhoods of Hongdae area, Garosu-gil, Samchung-dong, Itawon etc. are currently emerging new spaces for cultural consumption in the city. Nonetheless undiscerning excessive commercialization often results in monotonous urban space and deportation of residents and leaders of change; Due to commercialization and popularization recently this phenomenon is influencing surrounding low-rise residential neighborhoods. The main objective of this study is to examine how surrounding low-rise residential neighborhood transforms according to the expansion of culture-commerce spaces. Hongdae area's culture-commerce spaces and its expansion into Yeonnam-dong is investigated in specific. Especially attributes and main causes of transformation in physical and experiential space of neighborhood living facilities and residential buildings, when changed into culture-commerce related use is examined in detail. The expansion of culture-commerce space of Hongdae to Yeonnam-dong area has positive meaning in aspects of everyday experience. First, physical alteration of street-building relation increases direct and indirect contact of people. Contact opportunity carries important meaning in sense that it is prerequisite for next stage contact of network and exchange. Second, culture-commerce related programs provide the third place, where various leisure activities can take place. Attributes of transformation and positive meaning of culture-commerce spaces expanding its territory presents the need of management.

  • The following contents are the results from the examination of unisex fetishism minimal and active which are Mods look. Unisex-becasue of the changing in musician and the role of sex Mods girl adopted much from men's clothing. The unisex mods look expressed in the 1990s is not the expression confronting the estab-lished value and the confusion of sex as it did in the '60s but possibly the appearance of a fashion trend. Fetishism-in the '60s the Mods look changed mens clothing into more wonman-like clothing which expressed their internal and external values of thinking. this fetishism phenomenon is also strongly expressed among the in the 1990s. This gives a future-orientid feeling by expressing with a modern sense the 60's fetish dress which used woman-like silhouettes bright and stretch fabric colorful and vivid tone. Minimal-The 60's Mods put on mini skirts called the revolution of length as a mode of re-sistance and mininmal dress as a way of ex-pressing the liberation of body and the con-sciousness of beauty. Minimal is reflected well on slim and fit jackets and pants and short and fit pants etc. mods look in the '90s also consists of the general trend of slim and fit silhouette. Active-Mods that reject the value of estab-lished generation in the 60s showed a sporty and casual trend on fashion. Mods works around clubs wore polo shirts and cadigan and Mods enjoys scooter often wore anorak parkas This active style of Mods approched to the young' casual with freshness expressing newly in the '90s polo shirts took a seat as an item of street fashion especially in the beginning of 1996. Mods in the 1960s shows well a fashion flow of the age as a street fashion which expresses the mental world reflected in politics econo-mics society and culture within the people of the age. These Mods looks revived in the early 1990's awaken an importance of the culture of the young as the cultural qualities included in Mods of the past life and this fashion trend expected to take a part as a symbol of fashion culture.

가로공간 보행증진을 위한 보행만족도 평가 - 행정중심복합도시 1지구 상업·주거지역을 대상으로 - (Satisfaction Evaluation for the Pedestrian Improvement of Street Spaces - Focused on the Commercial and Residential Areas in the First District of Administrative-Centered City -)

  • 여성, 아이, 노인, 장애인 등 보행약자를 위한 보행친화가로를 조성하기 위하여, 차량 중심에서 보행자 중심으로 바뀌고 있는 도시환경변화의 패러다임을 반영시켜야 하며, 이를 통해 도시 가로의 보행환경의 질을 높이고, 보편적 이동권을 확보하여 사회통합을 유도해야 한다. 본 연구는 세종특별자치시 행정중심복합도시 1지구에 위치한 상업 주거지역 주변의 가로공간을 대상으로 보행도로 현황을 분석하고 파악하여, 보행환경을 향상시킬 수 있는 보행증진방안을 제안하고자 수행하였다. 연구 대상지의 물리적 환경을 파악하기 위해 위성지도와 수치지도를 사용하였으며, 조사 지역의 기본자료에 대해서 정리하고, 가로 현황과 보행 환경에 대하여 현장 조사를 결과를 바탕으로 사용자에 대하여 의식과 만족도를 평가하기 위해 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 총 315부의 설문지가 분석되었으며, 조사 대상지 4곳의 보행서비스 수준은 모두 최상급인 A급이었으며, 녹지 시설의 배치도 비교적 충분한 것으로 파악되었다. 연구 분석 결과, 요인분석을 통해 영향력 있는 요인들은 높은 순서에 따라 디자인>편리성>가로수 및 휴게시설>안전성>안전 보호시설>교통 및 안내시설>연속성>노면 기본상태>쾌적성 이다. 주거지역: 교통 및 안내 시설>노면 기본 상태>쾌적성>편리성>연속성>디자인>조명 및 범죄 방지시설>안전성>가로수 및 휴게시설로 나타났다.

거리공연활성화를 위한 갈등사례분석과 협력방안 제안 연구 (Analysis of conflict cases and suggestions for cooperation in order to activate street performances)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 거리공연에서 관련 주체 간 야기되는 갈등요인을 분석하고 협력유도 방안을 모색하여 문화 창조도시를 지향하는 데에 도움을 주고자 하는 것에 목적이 있다. "문화예술의 섬"을 지향하는 제주지역의 거리공연에서 나타날 수 있는 문제점을 미리 파악하고 사전에 예방할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제안하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 갈등주체들의 유형과 관계, 갈등의 성격, 해결을 위한 방법, 관용정도와 역할, 주체들의 대응형태, 갈등관리의 유형 등의 분석의 틀에 입각하여 조사하고 분석하였다. 이를 위해 심층면접조사방법을 사용하여 제주지역 거리공연시 유발되는 갈등 사례는 6가지로 구분할 수 있었다. 첫째는 시설미비에 의한 갈등이다. 둘째는 공연가능 장소 미지정에 의한 갈등이다. 셋째는 배타적인 분위기에 의한 갈등이다. 넷째는 주변 상가주민들이 직접 개입해서 생기는 갈등이다. 다섯째는 일반인 공연시 주민과 경찰과의 갈등이다. 여섯 번째는 기관과의 관계설정 미흡에 의한 갈등이다. 이러한 갈등을 체계적으로 해결하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 관리방법들이 필요하다. 첫째는 등록제 시행을 통한 행태적 접근인 사전교육이다. 둘째는 거리공연을 위한 버스킹 존의 설정과 등록 후 배정이다. 셋째는 거리공연을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 조력자(퍼실러테이터)양성과 역할 제고이다. 넷째는 제도적 접근인 조례를 통하여 거리공연 기준을 설정해 주는 것이다. 다섯째는 지역주민의 관용의 확보를 위한 교육이다. 여섯째는 기관 간 협력체계를 구축하여 협의과정을 단순화 시켜주는 것이 필요하다.

지역 이미지의 상징성 표현을 위한 가로환경시설물 디자인 개발 연구 - 울산광역시 남구 삼산로를 중심으로 - (Street furniture design for the symbolic expression of regional impression - Focusing on the Sam-san street in Ulsan city -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시민의 일상체험의 장인 가로공간을 대상으로 대상지역 가로경관의 역사적, 문화적 특성을 제고한 상징 이미지를 추출하고 이것을 바탕으로 한 지역의 정체성을 명확히 하는데 있다. 이를 통해 지역 이미지의 상징성과 미래지향적 가로의 이미지를 가로환경시설물에 적용함으로써 지역의 상징성을 표현하고 개성 있는 거리로 새롭게 인식시켜 활력 있는 가로환경을 조성하고자 한다. 또한 이 연구를 통해 상징가로 환경조성의 기초자료를 제시하고 실제적인 디자인 사례를 제시함으로써 특성화된 지역문화를 활성화하는데도 그 목적 이 있다. 상징가로의 디자인 접근방법으로 역사적 요소가 상실되고 도시화(신도시)가 이루어진 가로를 대상으로 지역의 상징적 이미지를 현재의 지역이미지와 미래지향적 이미지로 추출하였다. 이미지 평가실험을 통해 추출된 상징적 이미지를 바탕으로 미래지향적인 가로의 상징도구로 가로환경시설물을 이용하여 지역의 가로를 특성화하였다. 가로환경시설물의 디자인에 상징이미지를 적용하여 타 지역과 차별화된 가로를 형성하고 지역의 아이덴티티(Identity)를 확립함으로써 지역민의 소속감, 자부심과 애향심을 심어주는데 도움을 주고, 공공기관에서 지금까지의 연구내용과 연관된 계획을 수립하고 시행하고자 할 때, 본 연구가 상징성 추출에 있어서 하나의 방향성을 제시하였음에 그 의의를 둔다.

전라북도 가로시설물의 디자인 제고를 위한 연구 (A Study on the Design Improvement of Street Facilities in Jeollabuk-do Province)

  • This study reveals the absence of standard design guidelines by region through investigation and analysis centered on public design cases by region in Jeollabuk-do and design elements that can reflect the integration, identity, and diversity of public design in each region by five regions. Through this, the following conclusions could be obtained. First, to improve the quality of street facilities in Jeollabuk-do, the design elements (design motif, color, pattern) applicable to the standard design were analyzed by dividing them into five regions. As a design motif, it was possible to extract patterns containing straight lines, sophistication, dignity, and smartness. In the Northeast region, it is comfortable with the motif of the mountain ridge reflecting geographical characteristics, and it can be extracted elements that contain warm and natural colors. In the southeastern region, patterns that reflect design elements were extracted by applying safe, lively, and peaceful colors with the design motif of curves that blend nature and agriculture. In the southwestern region, design pattern elements that highlight nature, history, and culture were extracted with various cultural assets and natural greenery as motifs. Lastly, in the Saemangeum region, the ocean flow and greenery could be used as a design motif to reflect a positive, clear, future-oriented image in the design spot zones by region. Second, based on the standard design elements (design motive, color, pattern) by region extracted for the standard design development of street facilities in each region in Jeollabuk-do, an integrated zone(Form, structure, material, color, functional element) to which regional design guidelines can be applied. Third, an integrated zone (form, structure, material, color, functional elements) was composed. In addition, design spot zones (patterns and colors in city and county units) that can contain the diversity and identity of each region were designated. 주거지역에 따른 청소년 내 하위집단들의 복식문화 연구 (A Study on the Culture of Clothing of Subgroups among Adolescents by Residence)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the culture of clothing of subgroups among adolescents by residence. In this research informants were selected by selective sampling and ethnographic methods such as field work depth interviews and open-ended descriptions were employed to interpret their culture of clothing. The results were followed. First our adolescents enjoyed the popular song as leisure and these popular culture was their inspiration source of style. Second adolescents were grouping the Kang-Bouk and the adolescents group preferred the style of popular singers and the Kang-Nam adolescents group preferred the musical competence of singers and specific type particularly Hip-Hop style. And in acception pattern of fashion style the Kang-Bouk groups accepted the recent fashion style continuously and wanted to be striking while the Kang-Nam groups accepted the various Hip-Hop styles and sought to comfort and suitability of that style. Third to consider the connotations of marketing the Kan-Bouk groups shopped on the street perceived as fashionable among peer groups and sought to the lower price but the Kang-Nam groups used the shops selling their original ip-Hop style without regard to the price and sites. Although there existed a two years' difference between the first and the second research(1996-1998) subgroups among adolescents according to the residence have had their own culture of clothing constantly. And a segmentation tendency by clothing behavior within the same adolescent generation is revealed more visibly.

복식문화와 여성 (Clothing Culture and Korean Women)

  • This research was designed to find out what is a distictive feature of the design elements of Korean women's costume and its influence by analizing the trend of Korean women's constume during the period of 1890 and 1995. The research was analized by a total of 854 random samples of clothing styles collected from materials in the museums and from articles of three leading newspapers and one of the best women's magazines in Korea. The changing trend of Korean women's costume was found out to be as follows: 1. In around 1910s, the trend of Korean women's costume has been changed into two-tier structure of both Korean and Western styles, and the typical and traditional Korean women's street wears such as 'Chang-ot' and 'Tsdechima' have been gradually diminished. 2. From 1920s, length of the Korean skirt, which was unnecessarily long and inconvenient, has been getting shorter for the convenience of walking. In addition, Korean women's underwear has become simplified, and sports wear could be seen for the first time in Korea. 3. During 1960s, the Western clothing styles have been increased rather than Korean styles as the street wear of the Korean women. 4. In 1970s, blue jeans, mini-skirts and casual wears have become a trend or fashion for women in Korea. 5. In 1980s, a fashion of unisex mode has arrived in this country, and from the year of 1987, wearing of panties among the Korean women has been increased rather than skirts wearing for the street wear. 6. During 1990s, various forma of complex styles came into being in such styles as so-called 'orange class style,' 'protruding navel T-shirts' and 'runner wear speedy.' From mid-1990s, Korean women have turned out to prefer the cute and light costumes by placing emphasis on the image of intellectual, professional and functional wears. The changing special feature of the Korean women's clothing designs could be distinctively observed during 1960s as the modernization policies in Korea have been processed during the period. The clothing trend before 1960 was to change and to solve problems of inconvenient and impractical wears, but the trend after 1960 was seen as a change to confirm a trend of the world fashion. From mid-1990s, however, preference of Korean women's self-conceited conception socially and an unquestionable changing pattern of Korean women's life.
