Since the introduction of the Foreign Patient Assistance Law in 2009, more than 300,000 foreign patients are visiting Korea each year due to the efforts of overseas patient attraction organizations, host companies and governments. Despite these achievements, however, the company is confronted with limitations in product development and the rate of patient population growth is slowing. Therefore, this study suggests the importance and meaning of various product development through the hierarchical analysis (AHP) on the major factors of product development of medical tourism services, and suggests direction of product development in domestic medical tourism industry in the future.

With the rapid economical and technological progress in China, the demand for wine increased tremendously along with the need for wine storage furniture and wine related products. Although demand for furniture increased, consumers' emotional need toward high quality design product has not been met properly. As the quality of people's life improves, they pursue better materials providing them with higher mental satisfaction. To meet the specific demand of Chinese market stated above, the direction of this report is set as to study pattern elements of Chinese traditional lattice and combine them with wine storage furniture design and crafting, which is originated from western culture. By doing that, the study is aimed to suggest a new direction of Chinese modern design and to improve the fundamental notion of Chinese furniture design. Although wine and wine racks are from western world, the wine mini-bar designed in this study stands out for its beauty and taste of eastern culture. It not only fits perfectly to the habits and taste of wine lovers, but also goes very well with fusion style interior design trend in modern China. The furniture carries the charm of eastern cultural tradition and elegance of modern furniture design in one.

If people want to project a successful personal style, hair style might play a big role as well as clothing. The purpose of this study was to observe hair behavior according to demographic variables, and to analyze correlation between desired hair image and clothing image sought. Questionnaires were distributed to 600 females aged $20s{\sim}40s$, using a convenient sampling method. Only 556 reliable questionnaires were selected for statistical analysis. Correlation r, ANOVA and Chi-square were used to analyze the data, using the SPSS program. There was a significant association between hair style and occupation. Career woman preferred roll straight perm treated hair, students preferred general perm treated hair and full time house wives preferred general wave perm treated. The medium layer cut was the most preferred cut style. People want to give different accents in hair styling with occupation and age variable. Certain desired clothing image had a high correlation with desired hair style image. Those who people want to express sexy, and bohemian image through clothing, they also want to create those image in hair styling with a high correlation(r=0.683, r=0.704).

The present study demonstrated lymphocystis disease virus (LCDV) propagation through cytopathic effects (CPE) formation and LCDV detection in olive flounder fin (FFN) cells by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and fluorescent antibody technique (FAT) methods. Tissue filtrates from the cluster cells produced CPE in FFN cells, which initially cells became enlarged and gradually underwent fusion en masse. Infectivity of culture grown LCDV using the FFN cells reached $10^{2.3}$ $TCID_{50}$/ml at 4 days post infection and the highest titer was measured $10^{6.5}$ $TCID_{50}$/ml at 12 days. The viral DNA was detected in the cell culture supernatants showing CPE and the CPE cells by PCR. Antigen specific strong fluorescence reacting with monoclonal antibody against the virus revealed the presence of viral antigen in the cytoplasm of infected FFN cells. These results suggest that the FFN cell line originated from the olive flounder has a susceptibility of the LCDV.

In this paper, we propose a simple and effective vision-based tracking controller design for autonomous object tracking using multicopter. The multicopter based automatic tracking system usually unstable when the object moved so the tracking process can't define the object position location exactly that means when the object moves, the system can't track object suddenly along to the direction of objects movement. The system will always looking for the object from the first point or its home position. In this paper, PID control used to improve the stability of tracking system, so that the result object tracking became more stable than before, it can be seen from error of tracking. A computer vision and control strategy is applied to detect a diverse set of moving objects on Raspberry Pi based platform and Software defined PID controller design to control Yaw, Throttle, Pitch of the multicopter in real time. Finally based series of experiment results and concluded that the PID control make the tracking system become more stable in real time.

In an attempt to obtain intersubgeneric somatic hybrids of Pelargonium aridum and P.zonale, protoplast isolated from the two species were fused by using polyethylene glycol(PEG) and electorfusion methods. Protoplast were isolated from cotyledon and leaf tissues using MS medium containing 550 mM sucrose, 0.7% cellulase (Onozuka R-10) and 0.4% Macerozyme. The optimum number of protoplasts per mL of culture medium was 6 x 10$^4$. Protoplast fused by the electrofusion method were more active than by PEG method. Heterokaryotically fused protoplasts formed calli when cultured in MS medium containing 550 mM glucose, 1 to 2 mg/L NAA and 0.5 to 1 mg/L BA.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the formative style and aesthetic value of contemporary subcultural style with the understanding of characteristics of subcultural style in the sociocultural context. As for the research methodology, literary survey has been performed to study the concept and the history of subcultural styles from 1940s to 1980s. In addition, demonstrative studies on aesthetic images have been carried out through the analysis of pictures and photographs in order to categorize the subcultural styles since 1990s. In this study, subcultural styles since 1990s have been illustrated through the socio-cultural grounds. which are diversity of street culture, diffusion of moss culture or bubble-up phenomenon, pursuit of anti-social ideology among intellectual heads, club Cultures in the form of kitsch and pastiche and communal thinking as collective harmony. With the socio-cultural context examined above, subcultural styles in the contemporary fashion are categorized and deduced following aesthetic values ; Drag and Club style as the tendency of surrealists or artificial hedonists, Urban military style and Cyberpunks as pursuit of Bionic being, Sports casual style based upon, the pursuit of comfort and freedom, Vintage style and Retro dressing represented by the spirit of DIY (no It Yourself), Ecology style of New conservatives, and Mysticism style as the fusion of technology and shamanism (Technoshamanism).

Mix & Match Visual Image, appearing in T-shirt one-point graphics, is a new visual image emerged as a result of several trends: development of cutting-edge machinery and computer programs, various needs of consumers, and an international trend of fusion concept. Thus, a concrete research of Mix & Match Visual Images is demanding. This paper studies one-point graphic, which appeared in the SamsungDesignNet, Interfashion Planning, and firstviewkorea, with a focus on apparel T-shirt of women's wear and casual wear from 2001 to 2004. The study shows that the most preferred independent visual image in Mix & Match Visual Images is a typography, and next is in the order of marks, symbols, geometric diagrams and abstract shapes, animals and plants, characters, materials, and collages. As Mix & Match of independent visual images was mainly combined typography with other independent visual images, we need to develop more Mix & Match Visual Images using various independent visual images's mix and match. Then, T-shirt will be one of the most representative items in Korean fashion trend that enable consumers to express their characters, escaping from the old-fashioned concept that T-shirt is just a T-shirt.

This study investigated the preceding studies and concept of Glam Rock style, modernistically reinterpreted its aesthetic function and symbolism and connected them to design. It analyzed according to the standards for classification the Glam Rock style appearing mainly in the collections from 2002 S/S to 2007 S/S and presented four pieces of design through the analysis. Its findings are synthesized as follows. First, unstructured design constitutes mule stressing gold cubic overall. It takes an unstable form by the placement of unshapely front ball of foot from transforming Chopin and a relatively poor heel. Second, over trimming constitutes separated pumps in the form of over trimming irregularly a piece of broken glass, metal and thumb tack. Third, Mix & Match combines Boot body of flexible knit material with an acrylic wedge sandal. Fourth, a platform sandal has the structure of color contrast between yellow and bronze in calf fur of tiger-skin pattern. I hope that this study will be developed by reflecting Glam Rock spirit and style as cultural phenomena through analyzing Glam Rock style and presenting design according to selected standards for classification, inferring plastic beauty of fashion shoes from them, investigating the change and feature of age-specific shoe design and making a new attempt possible.

The Miaos have their own unique and luxurious culture traditional and modern formed as they have experienced repeated fusion into and resistance against the Han Race or the Chinese in their long and old history. Taijiang County of Guizhou Provice, in which whey have been living, is endowed with natural beauty. Thus their culture enjoys abundant and diverse contents of artificial and natural character. Naturally, their costume reflects cultural and natural features in abundance and variety. This dissertation aims to investigate the artistic character of Miaos' traditional costume as reflected in patterns for their embroidery. As for the artistic character of the patterns for embroidery, the following were found. To begin with, the space in the Miaos' embroidery is, unlike the measurable three-dimensional space found in Greek art, unmeasurable and fantastic with its beauty, majesty and peculiarity. It is as if immersed in limitless space, they were in communion with gods and universe. Another characteristic is the use of image construction beyond mere imitation. Their mode of image construction was realistic in that patterns as a whole reveal an abstract form or meaning but separately they portray visual representations of concrete thins in nature. Still another is that sense of motion conveyed by the basic curve line is full of life. It was the result of using light rhythm breaking stereotypic balance and symmetry. Finally, the colouring was abstract, and a strong contrast between black and white was gorgeous and fantastic.
