Hallyu pop-culture contents which has influenced the world has sufficient preservation value as a cultural asset. However, there is still a lack of awareness of long-term preservation of Hallyu pop-culture contents and digital archiving is not in full swing, too. We requires accurate understanding of the concept, characteristics, format, media, and relationship of contents for digital archiving of Hallyu pop-culture content. Thus, this study analyzed and organized the concept, characteristics, and preservation subject of Hallyu pop-culture contents, as basic study for digital archiving of Hallyu pop-culture contents. In addition, we investigated the current status of digital archives (systems/institutions) of Hallyu pop-culture contents and Hallyu pop-culture contents, and presented basic proposal based on the problem factors.

Purpose - This study sought to discuss definitions of organizational culture taking into consideration different views, and the historical and philosophical elements of organizational culture. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This paper is a relatively conceptual study that has attempted to define organizational culture, a topic that has been debated among scholars and practitioners. Various studies in the literature related to organizational culture have been reviewed in an effort to reduce the complexities and ambiguities in definitions of organizational culture. Results -This study summarized and synthesized different studies related to organizational culture, and identified the main streams for defining organizational culture as being from the historical and philosophical elements of organizational culture. Conclusions -The concept of organizational culture continues to be an important factor affecting organizational effectiveness and initiating organizational development. However, the definition of organizational culture has not been well-established. In this sense, this paper seems to be significant and meaningful as it attempts to define organizational culture from different perspectives.

The purpose of this study is to analyze expression of pluralism in contemporary fashion. This study has three parts. They are to understand the concept of pluralism, to find the fashion environments of pluralism in terms of politics, economics, sociality, culture, science, and art, and to analyze expression of pluralism in contemporary fashion. The concept of pluralism in contemporary fashion is the diversity and compounds of fashion images. The environments of pluralism in contemporary fashion are multinational economic system, virtual world of internet. mass-culture and postmodern art. And expression of pluralism in contemporary fashion is analyzed into publicity. Publicity is expressed by using things of common lifestyle and the past that people used to and are well-known. Horizontality is expressed by coordination of male-female facts and property-poorness without high or low concept. Multi-nation is expressed by mixing various kind of national characteristics and Virtuality is expressed by layering and collaging complex facts that are not connected each other.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between self-concept and clothing conformity. The subject of this study were 154 purposively select student at woman\`s university in Seoul city. For statistical analysis, mean, standard deviation, x²-test , pearson\`s correlation, ANOVA. Duncan Multiple Range test were used. The result form experiment were as follow. 1. The group which has the higher level of self-concept showed significant the lower degree of conformity than the group which has the lower level of self-concept. 2. A student at a woman\`s university showed significant higher degree of conformity to the group of fashion expert than the group of peer.

Territoriality and privacy are known to be basic human instincts that have made today's cultural evolution possible. However there are also cultural differences in the expressions and meanings of territorial and privacy behaviors. Currently with the emerge of non-territorial workplaces office workers are deprived from what used to be their territory and force to share with co-workers leading confusion and stress. Therefore many research has be conducted on territorial issues but unfortunately little is known on Korean cultural concept of territoriality and privacy. Eyen though Korean society has been rapidly westernized during the 20th century, traditional culture still is a major influence on Korean's concept and use of space. This study explores and investigates the concept of territoriality and privacy and how they are expressed in traditional Korean housing focused on high level society between 17th and 19th century. Thus hope make a small contribution in designing unique and culture based interior spaces.

This study was conducted to investigate the clear concept of patient safety and obtain theoretical evidences. Methods Research was conducted using Walker & Avant's conceptual analysis process. Results: Patient safety was defined as a activity that minimizes and removes possible errors and injuries to patients. It includes a basic desire to secure the patient's right to safety, and the legal regulations and duties of medical teams. The results of the establishment of a safety culture are patient-centered medical treatment and caring. Antecedents were found to be open and clear communications, continuous education and training for health care personnel, sufficient allocation of qualified personnel, cooperation among departments, improvements in the recognition of patient safety. Consequences were found to be the provision of high quality medical care and treatment, and increase in patient satisfaction. Conclusion: Patient safety as defined by the results of this study will contribute to the foundation of institutionalization of the pursuit of patient safety and creation of a hospital culture focusing on patient safety as a first priority.

Modern Art Furniture has been represented new idea and energy for futuristic furniture design by interacting and confronting with 3 points of view, which are; the idea and emotion of art, the form and concept of design, and the technique and materials of craft. Besides, meanings of modern Art Furniture are also can be described as followed. Art Furniture design area, which has been trying to make a constant approach to human consideration and sensibility, leads new furniture design culture as an independent art genre in this 21st Century.

The purpose of the study was to examine early childhood teachers' content knowledge of movement education. The subjects, 60 early childhood teachers, were asked to draw concept maps about early childhood movement education. Their concept maps were analyzed in terms of superordinate and subordinate concepts by contents and frequency. The results were as follows. First, 263 superordinate concepts were shown, and they were categorized into 10 representative terms (body movement/health, music, expression, movement type, movement element, games, integration/arts, social studies, tool/instrument, and math/science). Second, 2,186 subordinate concepts were shown, and running, movement, jumping, musical instrument, and expression were frequently shown. In conclusion, early childhood teachers' content knowledge of movement education were various but insufficient in aspect of its systematic organization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to clinical nurses' nursing intention for high risk pathogen infected patient. Methods: The participants were 230 clinical nurses from four university hospitals which located in B and D metropolitan cities. Data were collected from September 14 to 25 in 2015 and were analyzed using a hierarchical regression. Results: The mean of nursing intention score for high risk pathogen infected patient for the participants was $110.62{\pm}12.68$ (range 36~180). The most influential factor for nursing intention was professional self concept of nurses (${\beta}=.321$), and organizational group culture (${\beta}=.166$) was the next influential factor. The level of education and working department were also statistically significant contributors. Conclusion: It is necessary to increase clinical nurses' nursing intention for high risk pathogen infected patient to improve professional self concept of nurses and organizational group culture.

Collaboration progressed limited edition form utilizes famous artist and designer's fame to promote products and upgrade their brand image through a short period agreement. This research aims at analysis about collaboration phenomenon in collaboration manners and characteristics, and understands changed socio-cultural meaning through collaboration expressed in almost all industry for high speedy changing fashion environment. This research utilizes between theoretical study and empirical analysis. For concentrated study, research period limits from 2007 to the present time 2009. This paper's purpose is studying on the socio-cultural meaning through analysis about characteristics of the trend of collaboration expressed in contemporary fashion. This research's results are as follow as; First, common life toward aesthetic surrounding, Second, introduction of high concept, Third, the power of Homo Consmus, Forth, focusing on the intangible elements and the value. This study intends to predict change of fashion design and fashion market for complicated consumer, and present fundamental materials about fashion industry and design development of the future through consideration on concrete aspect and meaning of collaboration expressed in contemporary fashion.
