  • The purpose of this study is to create and present a formalized module of ISP (Information Strategy Plan), a smart factory consulting method that is helpful to companies or consultants who will build smart factories. Order of study is First, the theoretical research direction is established through the investigation of related papers. Second, ISP policy research practices are compared to derive practical implementation methods. Third, in order to derive a standardized module method related to the final smart factory ISP, related cases of the government and individuals are compared. As a result of previous research, ISP (Information Strategy Planning), a consulting methodology, is similar to Deming's PDCA, and is regarded as Plan (environment and current status analysis), Do (establishment of future model goals), Check (establishment of implementation plan), and Act (follow-up management). As a result of the study, we obtained the following results. The first step is to analyze the current status and identify the purpose of introduction and problems in plant operation. In the second step, establish a consulting plan and derive a proposal description, strategic task, and master plan. Step 3 establishes detailed action plans, evaluates consulting outputs and consulting, and reports performance. Step 4 is established as follow-up management consulting. The limitation of the study is that although related data were compared to develop the consulting methodology into a standardized module, FGI analysis through experts or Delphi survey were not conducted, so there is a limit to the reliability of the mapping results.

  • South Korea has the highest policy priority for working hour regulations because it has longer annual working hours than other Organization for Economic Development Co-operation and Development countries and has fewer holidays. According to the results of the Working Conditions Surveys between 2006 and 2020, in 2020, 6% of wage earners worked for > 52 hours weekly. The percentage of workers exceeding 52 hours weekly has decreased over time; however, disparities exist based on age, industry, occupation, company type, and company size, particularly in service-, arts-, and culture-related occupations and workplaces with fewer than 5 employees. South Korea's working hours system is greatly influenced by the 52-hour weekly maximum; sometimes, a maximum of 64-69 hours, including overtime, is theoretically possible. To ensure healthy working hours, it is important to actively protect workers who fall through the cracks, such as those in businesses with fewer than 5 employees.

  • Government policy supporting the fashion industry in Korea has focused on the future development of rising fashion designer's brands, and as a part of this support, several Fashion Creative Studios are presently operated. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of these facilities and suggest development strategies for their effective utilization. This paper presents a conceptual understanding based on a literature review, and deduces the direction of Fashion Creative Studios through an exploratory analysis of various case studies and in-depth interviews with five designers, who have graduated from the Seoul Fashion Creative Studio. The results are as follows. Firstly, fashion educational institutions have to provide sufficient information about the Fashion Creative Studios to students. They can also consider adding short-term residencies to the curriculum in which students prepare collections or portfolios for the studios. Secondly, Fashion Creative Studios are required to intensify business and marketing programs to increase real-world support. It would be helpful to provide 1:1 management programs with several segmented stages for the design brands, or connect them to investors who could provide financial support and business expansion. Thirdly, Fashion Creative Studios need to find a way to strengthen textile differentiation and craft characteristics to increase designer brand competitiveness. Broadening participation with textile designers, connecting with experts and ateliers, and promoting collaboration with artists and artisans in the Arts Creative Studios can be further examined to this end.

Methods : The study is based on a survey of 210 dental hygienists in total working in dental settings. To find out infection control activities according to patient safety culture awareness, there were 6 general characteristics, 3 teamwork within the department, 2 infection control systems, 4 surface management, 9 equipment washing, disinfection, and laundry management, 4 infectious wastes, and 3 personal protection phrases. The data was analyzed using the SPSS version 20.0, and p<.05 was adopted to decide on significance. Results : The longer dental hygienists have worked n the dental settings, the more active they become in infection control activities. Among the different types of dental care settings, general (university) hospitals had the largest number of infection control activities, followed by dental clinics, and network dental clinics, in descending order. The dental settings possessing a higher number of dental hygienists were found to conduct more infection control activities than other dental settings. In addition, it was found that when a dental setting adopts a patient safety policy across all the units in the hospital, more systems and procedures for patient safety tend to be established, and that stricter management response to error leads to improvement of infection control activities. Conclusion :In order to enhance infection control activities, infection control activity programs should develop and implement periodic reinforcement of infection control education. regular monitoring of infection control activities.

  • TV Broadcasting is an undeniable cultural medium. TV Broadcasting Station needs a long-term perspective that suits cultural media and an aggressive cultural and artistic program development strategy that matches rapidly changing culture and technology. Of course, production staff should be composed of experts in the field as well as cultural artists. This paper is researching the promotion strategy of TV Arts programs by substituting the three keywords - the U.S., the public broadcasting station(TV) and Arts programs. And through case studies and analyses of PBS TV's "Art in the 21st Century" series, the way the public TV broadcasting station shares cultural arts with viewers is extracted. It raises the question of how the U.S. TV public broadcaster's cultural and artistic programs are different from South KOREA's. Through the above research, let's find a clue to the future direction of how the new media, now represented as Korea's blacklist, should recognize, foster, educate and strategize Fine Arts.
