국민기초생활보장 수급자와 비수급자의 복지태도(결정)에 관한 비교: 사회학적 해석 중심으로 (Comparison of the Welfare Attitudes determination between livelihood Recipients and Non-Recipients: Focusing on Sociological Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 국민기초생활보장 수급자와 비수급자의 복지태도에 대한 상호관계 이해도를 바탕으로 비교하여 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel Study) 2016년(11차) 자료를 활용하였으며, 성인 382명을 대상으로 성향점수(PSM) 매칭 후 차이분석(DID)과 구조방정식 AMOS을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국민기초생활보장 수급자는 비수급자 보다 복지태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 국민기초생활보장 수급자와 비수급자 모두 특수적 프로그램 복지정책이 복지태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 가치인식인 정부신뢰, 사회인식은 국민기초생활보장 수급자와 비수급자 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 통해 사회 구성원의 삶의 품질을 높이는 정책 방향 정립에 있어 기초자료를 제공하였다.

문화예술이 서울시민의 행복지수 향상에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effects of Cultural Arts on the improvement of happiness index of Seoul citizens)

  • 현대사회에서는 경제성장이 중시되던 과거에 비해 삶의 질 향상과 행복을 위한 노력이 중시되고 있다. 이에 정부는 문화를 통한 국민행복실현을 이루고자 다양한 정책을 펼치고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 한정된 설문조사나 문헌조사와는 달리 문화예술을 독립변수로 설정하여 수요(향유)와 공급 측면으로 나눈 후, 종속변수로 서울시민의 행복지수 향상에 미치는 영향을 소득과 인구구조변화의 통제 하에 시간적 범위를 10년 이상 설정한 후 정량적으로 패널분석 하였다. 분석결과 문화예술에 대한 향유가 클수록 서울시민의 행복지수 향상에 양(+)의 영향을 끼쳤으나 문화예술 공급은 유의미하지 못한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 문화예술 향유에 기인한 서울시민의 행복지수 향상이 이루어지고 있으며 공급을 통한 서울시민의 행복지수를 향상시키기 위해서는 기존의 공간을 보완하고 다양한 계층을 겨냥한 차별화된 문화예술프로그램을 통해 문화수요계층 뿐만 아니라 문화무관심집단 나아가서는 문화소외계층의 능동적 참여를 증가시켜야 한다는 정책적 시사점을 줄 수 있다.

농촌지역 노인 복지시설의 현황과 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual State and the Utilization of Elderly Welfare Facilities in rural area)

  • The project to improve the structure of village has been conducted in order to improve the residential environment since 1960's. Also, with the rural exodus and the aged population in a rural area during the rapid change of social structure in our country, the old people's problem in a rural area became a problem beyond the welfare of the old age. Moreover, as the role of old people who established their position as the subject of social & economic activities in a rural area gradually increases, an attention to problems related on old people also increases. Especially, the leisure life of old people can be an important factor on the type of leisure life of old people in a cultural village and the demands for facilities for old people by studying the present situation of facilities for old people and the actual situation of their use in a welfare center.

  • As a result of rapid aging speed in our society, many problems related to elderly people have happened in many parts of our society. Among them, supply for elderly facilities is one of the biggest problems. In downtown areas, despit of the high demand for elderly facilities, there is not enough supplement of them due to the lack of real estates. Considering the situations above, this study proposes multi generation complex which combining the school and elderly welfare facility. This combination not only brings financial benefits but also has positive effects on cultural exchanges between generations.

A study on development of VR-based tangible functional game for prevention of dementia

  • Currently, as Korea enters into a fast aging society, the problem of dementia population is increasing. In this paper, we intend to contribute to the improvement of welfare for the elderly by developing virtual reality technology and related interface technology to effectively perform hand movements known as effective methods for preventing and treating dementia. As the content of the research and development of this paper, it is designed to be easy for the elderly to use and stimulate brain function by applying VR technology using sensors, and to activate mental and physical activities for the elderly who are marginalized in terms of cultural welfare. We intend to develop by classifying the types of games and contents that can induce them. As a result of this thesis, we developed contents using virtual reality to improve cognitive abilities for elderly people with poor cognitive ability to activate the brains of users' cognition, memory, and attention to prevent and treat dementia I want to contribute.

다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 직무만족도 및 관련변인에 관한 연구: 방문교육지도사를 중심으로 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Relevant Variables in Employees of Multi-Cultural Family Support Center: Focused Home-Visiting Educator)

  • This study examined job satisfaction and relevant variables for multi-cultural family home-visiting educators. The selected study subjects were 192 home-visiting educators who work at Multi-Cultural Family Support Centers in the Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do areas. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS ver. 18.0. The main results were as follows. First, the job satisfaction level in multi-cultural family visiting educators stood at 3.29 points, subjects' age, averagely monthly income, marital status, and activity career were shown to influence generally upon job satisfaction, self-efficacy, job stress, and cultural competency. Job satisfaction was high in groups with: a high age, small career, low averagely monthly income, and married. Second, self-efficacy and job stress were big in the job satisfaction of multi-cultural family visiting educators. The same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency was not significant. Third, an examination of relative influence upon job satisfaction in home visiting educators indicated that the explanation power was 29.0%. Significant influential variables included academic background, marital status, self-regulation, and role ambiguity. Self-regulation was greater for those with lower academic backgrounds and unmarried. Job satisfaction was higher in the lower role ambiguity. Thus, the same outcome as the existing prior research was indicated. Cultural competency wasn't indicated to be significant. This has significance in having shown characteristics of job satisfaction in multi-cultural family visiting educators.

Factors Affecting Foreign Workers' Turnover Intentions

  • Purpose: As the proportion of foreigners participating in the domestic labor market is gradually increasing, problems caused by social and cultural differences have also been expressed. As such, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of organizational justice and social support on psychological and cultural adaptation and its effect on turnover intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data was collected for foreign workers who visited the Foreign Workers Support Center operated by the Korea Human Resources Development Service. A total of 224 data were analyzed from March 1 to March 30, 2019 and was analyzed through frequency analysis for basic work environment of foreign workers, factor analysis for reliability and validity of variables, and overall structural model analysis. Results: Organizational fairness did not appear to affect psychological adaptation and significant cultural adaptation but social support had a significant effect. Psychological adjustment did not affect turnover intention, and cultural adaptation had a significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusions: Thus, in order to reduce the intention of turnover and adapt well to the working environment, it would be more efficient to find ways to raise the level of psychological adaptation by strengthening social support rather than organizational fairness.

A Comparative Study of Disabled People's Welfare and Accessibility Facilities in Korea and Japan

  • Japanese welfare legislation for the disabled was enacted via Law 283 on December 26. 1956. The push for such legislation at the national level had gown concurrent with development of Japan's post-war economy Korean welfare law for disabled was made 22 years later and was again amended in 1989. The current legislation promotes and supports the legal welfare of the Koran disabled. The following are the results of a comparison between Korean and Japanese accessibility facilities and welfare law; 1) Japan's developement of disabled people's welfare law is inextricably linked to the development of disabled people's advocacy and the human rights movement. In addition, welfare policy has shifts its mandate from rehabilitation to independent living. It follows that local altitudes will play a pivotal role in further policy initiatives. Korean disabled people's welfare policy emerged hand in hand with economic recovery and development following the Korean War. By 1977 a special education law was enacted which-like it Japanese counterpart-promoted the education of disabled children. 2) Accessibility facilities were developed privately movement. The disabled faced constant and systematic disadvantages in public/private buildings and transportation systems. A general lack of cultural awareness and information relating ti these problems prevailed. These included-hut were by no means limited to sign language (for hearing the impaired) and braille(the language of blind). However, new attitudes and improvements have since emerged and new laws have resulted in the publication of Korean 'White Book' outlining the everyday problems faced by the disabled. In addition, mort convenient access facilities have been constructed in public and private buildings. In closing, legal support for the disabled, senior citizens and pregnant women continues to be improved by newer legislation enacted tin April 6, 1977.

조직문화, 임파워먼트와 신뢰와의 관계 (Interrelationship between Organizational Culture, Empowerment and Trust)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 조직문화와 사회복지사의 임파워먼트 수준이 사회복지사의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 사회복지이용시설인 지역사회복지관, 노인복지관, 장애인복지관에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사로 총 656부가 분석에 사용되었다. 조직문화와 임파워먼트를 독립변인으로 하여 사회복지사의 신뢰에 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 신뢰에 미치는 영향의 정도를 파악하기 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조직문화에서는 집단문화, 발전문화가 사회복지사의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 사회복지사의 임파워먼트 수준에서 과업의미성과 자기결정력이 사회복지사의 신뢰수준에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회복지사의 신뢰를 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지조직이 집단 문화와 발전문화일수록, 사회복지사가 인지하는 임파워먼트 수준이 과업에 의미성을 부여하고 자기결정력이 높게 해야 한다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 다문화가족 방문교육지도사의 직무환경이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 검증하였다. 이를 통해 방문교육지도사의 임파워먼트를 강화하고 다문화가족에 대한 체계적이고 실질적인 서비스를 향상 시키는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 수도권에 소재한 다문화가족지원센터에서 활동하고 있는 방문교육지도사들이 작성한 설문지 286부를 수집하여 자료를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 15.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, t-검증, 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 과정을 거쳐 결론을 도출하였다. 방문교육지도사의 다문화가족대상에 따른 임파워먼트의 차이를 분석한 결과, 국적, 종교유형, 학력, 자녀수, 경제 상태에 따라 차이가 있었다. 방문교육지도사의 직무환경이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무환경 중 조직특성의 보상체계, 직무특성의 기능의 다양성, 과업의 중요성과 조직특성의 상호관계 순으로 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 즉, 방문교육지도사에 대한 직무환경이 좋을수록 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
