The purpose of this study was intended to analyze artistic formativeness represented in the modern fashion design materials. Nowadays the modern fashion design materials is characterized by variety. The fashion materials the most important of fashion is called a softwear in textile industry and emerged as a new field. Fashion design also escaped from the tra-ditional restraint and extended to pursue lib-eral clothes and the designer's creative inten-tion has resulted in conceptual and conven-tional alteration as a new mode of plastic ex-preseeion. As a results of analysis of the formative fea-ture of Art style represented in the modern fashion design materials. First Surrealism had been searching for a new way of confronting a social and rtistic environment that was stifling and repugnant to them. Accordingly the wide applicaytion of the various object due to the thought of Sur-realism through the modern fashion materials brought the diversification and individua-lization of the modern fashion design. Second Pop Art that is made modern mech-anic culture and commercialism brought the great transformation in the history of Art out of the existing style and the sense of ex-pression. And the plastic characteristics of Pop Art that has a gravity as modern fashion materials on a them of the elements of popular consumer's society. That is the common and cheap objects were introduced into fashion materials itself or pat-tern. Third Minimalism is a trend in art att-empting to seek essence of the object by presenting simple and disciplined expressions by minimal formative means. The features of external form are simplicity clarity unrelated composition and symmetrical structure. Mini-malism was a quest for basic elements repre-senting the fundamental esthetic values of art. The minimal expression in modern fashion materials mean fabrics with simple surface and is contained using simple geometric pattern or utilizing textiles without any patterns. Fourth Eroticism is a kind of psychological revolution in the development of human civilization and is deeply rooted in the cultural tradition of myth religion customs and art. So Eroticism must be distinguished from a mere animal reproduction. These erotic char-acteristics were holded the meanings of sexu-ality through the modern fashion materials. Especially it was expressed the sexual part of body was nakedly showed through trans-parent materials or semitransparent like metalic and opaque materials. Recently the various kinds of new materials such as paper vinyle plastic metal as well as human body were applied to new fashion de-sign. First of all the new materials will give modern fashion designers stimuli and inspi-ration. Current information-oriented society is expanding rapidly with the huge change to our society from the information revolution emerged in mid '50s. Information technique such as computer, communication satellite and cable technology play their in this information-oriented society, and in 1980s, digital technique was adopted to media, inviting new phenomenon in communication of overall society. Expectations and hope for new trends and changes from digital era flourished when we entered into new Millenium, the 21st century. Since then we have gone through changes in years from analogue to digital. Now the word 'digital' is conceived in unified manner in almost every fields and influences overall society, changing our life pattern rapidly. Modern society had demanded some speedy and bidirectional communication tool in shifting digital era, and resulted from that was a new culture, Now the society changes more and more quickly under the speedy information sharing. From that perspective we need to establish the aspects of sensibility expression, which is one feature of the communication. The sensibility-oriented digital was originated from the human nature, which counts emotion and composure much. To satisfy the human nature a new cultural value which transcend a traditional one is needed. And the sensitivity expression to meet the need is one communication tendency in digital era. Digital era has totally different social qualities from that of analogue era. In digital era, prompt respond to rapid change and creativity combined with sensitivity are needed. Therefore a man with sensitivity would be more outstanding than a man of intelligence. The picture of digital and analogue in our society consists of two axis one is analogue axis like retrospective trend, admiration for nature , oriental thought etc. , and the other is the digital axis of internet and information technology. Sensibility can be widely interpreted as analogue thinking. It is surely different from the plain retrospective trend or nostalgia for past. It is a tendency that digital technology is used and cooperated with the emotion in human nature, In this paper we suggest the sensitivity expressions in detail through the study cases including both sides of digital and sensitivity expressions such as 'Bravo your life' advertising campaign of Samsung Insurance, MP3 advertising campaign, and 'Mini-homepage' of Cyworld. Under the circumstances the main direction of communication is oriented to human. This study's purpose is to think the true meaning of this digital era, to overcoming its weaknesses, such as over-dependency on technique and selfish individualism and to harmonize digital and sensitivity expression. The sensitivity-oriented expression than the reason-oriented one is expected to be put forth in whole media, and this is a more efficient tendency under the shifting digital era.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the history of geography in China from 1909 when the Chinese Geographical Society(zhonguo dixuehui) was established to 1978 when the reform and open policy was initiated. The investigation was done with an emphasis on the history of institutions like academic societies, university departments and institutes. Before the PRC's establishment, the Chinese Geographical Society, the Chinese Historical Geography Society(yugong xuehui) and the Geographical Society of China(zhongguo dili xuehui) were established. After the PRC's establishment, however, the academic societies were merged together. The first university department of geography was that of Dongnan university(Nanjing university) established by Zu Kezhen in 1921. Since that Zhongshan university, Zhejiang university, Qinghua university, Beijing normal university and Beijing university established the geography departments. In 1950s the academic societies and university departments experienced the restructuring of organization and the Institute of Geography in Chinese Academy of Science was established. At that time the task of geography imposed by PRC was to serve to agricultural production and to introduce advanced Soviet science. From the beginning of the Cultural Revolution in 1966 to the eve of reform and open policy in 1978, the geography in China has experienced some deep recession. The reform and open policy was a new opportunity and crisis to geographers in China.
This study is kinematics for the manipulator development of cucumber harvesting. A theory value was verified by repeated error measurement after the forward kinematics or inverse kinematics analysis of manipulator. Manipulator is consisted of one perpendicular link and two revolution link. The transformation of manipulator can be valued by kinematics using Denavit-Hartenberg parameter. The value of inverse kinematics which is solved by three angles faction shows two types. Repeated errors refered maximum 2.60 mm, 2.05mm and 1.55 mm according to X, Y, Z axis. In this study, the actual coordinates of maximum point and minimum point were agreement in the forward kinematics or inverse kinematics. The results of repeated error measurement were reflect to be smaller compared to a diameter of cucumber. measurement errors were determined by experimented errors during the test. For reducing errors of manipulator and improving work efficiency, the number of link should be reduced and breeding and cultural environment should be considered to reduce the weight and use the hard stuff. The velocity of motor for working should be considered, too.

This study analyzed the changes in the industrial environment surrounding the Gumi region and the status of the industrial crisis in the Gumi area amid such changes. The Gumi region is experiencing a more turbulent period than ever in the environment changes at the international, national and local levels, such as the transition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the weakening of the competitiveness of key industries including mobile devices and displays, and the moving-out of core companies such as Samsung and LG Group. Accordingly, efforts have been made to diversify the industrial structure by fostering industry of automobile parts, high-tech medical devices and carbon materials to cope with and adapt to environmental changes at the regional level. However, the Gumi region is still locked in to the mono-cultural, large enterprise-dependent industrial structure centering on the mobile and display sectors, failing to overcome the regional industrial crisis and stagnating the overall local economy. The relocation of large companies began to increase in the 2010s, reducing the protection of large corporations against environmental changes at the corporate level. As a result, the crisis factors of small and mediumsized enterprises are gradually expanding to the national and international scale and working more complexly, which is beyond the level they can afford. So it is highly likely that the current industrial crisis will deepen. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the resilience to adapt to changes in the environment when it comes to overcoming the industrial crisis in Gumi region. To this end, it is necessary to improve innovation capabilities and diversify businesses based on convergence and complex technologies at the enterprise level, and to be selected as a special crisis response area aimed at creating an innovative ecosystem through autonomous resonance of companies and industries at the local level.

This study aims to develop a restoration model of an armillary sphere of Tongcheon-ui (Pan-celestial Armillary Sphere) by referring to the records of Damheonseo (Hong Dae-Yong Anthology) and the artifact of an armillary sphere in the Korean Christian Museum of Soongsil University. Between 1760 and 1762, Hong, Dae-Yong (1731-1783) built Tongcheon-ui, with Na, Kyung-Jeok (1690-1762) designing the basic structure and Ann, Cheo-In (1710-1787) completing the assembly. The model in this study is a spherical body with a diameter of 510 mm. Tongcheon-ui operates the armillary sphere by transmitting the rotational power from the lantern clock. The armillary sphere is constructed in the fashion of a two-layer sphere: the outer one is Yukhab-ui that is fixed; and the inner one, Samsin-ui, is rotated around the polar axis. In the equatorial ring possessed by Samsin-ui, an ecliptic ring and a lunar-path ring are successively fixed and are tilted by 23.5° and 28.5° over the equatorial ring, respectively. A solar miniature attached to a 365-toothed inner gear on the ecliptic ring reproduces the annual motion of the Sun. A lunar miniature installed on a 114-toothed inner gear of the lunar-path ring can also replay the moon's orbital motion and phase change. By the set of 'a ratchet gear, a shaft and a spur gear' installed in the solstice-colure double-ring, the inner gears in the ecliptic ring and lunar-path ring can be rotated in the opposite direction to the rotation of Samsin-ui and then the solar and lunar miniatures can simulate their revolution over the period of a year and a month, respectively. In order to indicate the change of the moon phases, 27 pins were arranged in a uniform circle around the lunar-path ring, and the 29-toothed wheel is fixed under the solar miniature. At the center of the armillary sphere, an earth plate representing a world map is fixed horizontally. Tongcheon-ui is the armillary sphere clock developed by Confucian scholars in the late Joseon Dynasty, and the technical level at which astronomical clocks could be produced at the time is of a high standard.
This article explores the fate of futurism not only by tracing the entire process from the birth and decline of Russian futurism in the early 20th century and the so-called "Korean futurism" in the early 21st century, but also by delving into how their characteristics were shaped. In the first chapter, we investigate four groups of Russian futurism - Ego-Futurism, Cubo-Futurism, Tsentrifuga, and the Mezzanine of poetry, which were born in the age of utopianism before the Revolution. In the opera Victory Over the Sun, which was the culmination of the Zaum project of Cubo-futurists, we can find the initial shortcomings at the levels of language (Kruchenykh), music (Matyushin) and decoration and costume design (Malevich). In the second chapter, we examine chronologically how the term 'futurism' appeared in Korean literature history. In Korea, the term 'futurism' was born following the naming and classification of critic Kwon Heok-Woong, not by the voluntary manifestation of experimental poets such as Hwang Byong-Seung, thus this specific situation provoked stormy polemics between critics for futurism and critics against futurism in the Korean literary world. These polemics on futurist poetics have led to considerations of the relation of criticism to poetry.

In the rapidly changing industrial environment, the continuous increase in demand for entrepreneurship emphasizes the effective support of the government for the survival and growth of entrepreneurs and the necessity of establishing systematic initiative promotion policies. To this end, Of the total number of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to establish a new classification system for entrepreneurial industry that reflects the trend of entrepreneurship based on convergence technology that emerged during the 4th Industrial Revolution era in order to establish a systematic initiative upbringing policy. In this paper, we propose a new classification system for entrepreneurial ecosystem by using Delphi technique. As a result of the study, the categories of entrepreneurial industry are classified into technology entrepreneurship and general entrepreneurship. Technology entrepreneurship is divided into ICT services, ICT manufacturing, general manufacturing, cultural contents and biotechnology. The results of this study suggest a meaningful implication in the establishment of effective policies to support entrepreneurship in the future by establishing new standards of industry classification system of entrepreneurs.

New manufactural innovation was generated with combination with Do It Yourself(DIY) culture and Information and Communication Technology(ICT). It led people to make their creative idea in real things and share them. This social movement has been called as 'Maker' culture. As maker culture was developed, the places named 'Makerspace' with high-tech equipment and sharing environment have been widely spread and gotten spotlight. Futhermore, makerspaces have been diffused rapidly in Korea; because of its importance for the fourth industrial revolution. However, the operation of makerspaces is not matured as much as its popularity, so problems occurred in operating aspects. The number of related studies is not enough to foster domestic maker culture in Korea. Of that, studies on operation of makerspaces were limited and the quantity of survey sample was insufficient. Therefore, firstly, in this study, operation elements of makerspaces were extracted by literature review. And, survey for examining the extracted elements was conducted to four policy makers and researchers, four makerspace operators and four makers. Final survey was carried out by Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method to fifty recipients composed of policy makers and researchers, operators, and makers. In result, importance located above performance in every elements and in-depth interview was followed to understand domestic surroundings and suggest way to invigorate makerspaces in Korea. The suggestion shows as follows. First, online and offline platform for makers should be expanded; second, makerspace should connect private sponsorship with makers or their projects; third, policy direction has to be improved from venturing business to diffusion of maker culture; fourth, basic maker education should be enlarged.

Our society is rapidly changing with the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution, the emergence of a generation with new characteristics, and the untact era following the With Corona policy. Although the transition to untact is accelerating in the field of performing arts, in the case of opera, face-to-face performances are mainly conducted by experts and enthusiasts through on-site performances. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of creating opportunities through the influx of new customers such as the MZ generation and the departure of existing experts and enthusiasts. In this study, in order to examine these existing problems, we conducted literature review and case analysis, compared the opera face-to-face/non-face-to-face performance characteristics, derived an activation plan, and conducted expert interviews to secure the coherence and validity of the plan. In conclusion, we thought that it was difficult to improve the sound and sound quality, impairing the sense of presence and emotion due to many shortcomings when operating non-face-to-face as a music genre with the characteristics of opera. Therefore, we established the direction of activating the opera mainly face-to-face, but making good use of the advantages of non-face-to-face, which is not limited by region and time, and promoting the direction of activating face-to-face and non-face-to-face performances complementary to each other through the concept of cultural enjoyment.
