In this study, as the role and function of university libraries have been expanded to become a base for local information services and local information service centers along with the demands of the times, this study seeks to find ways to revitalize university library services using local cultural contents. I did. As a result, first, university libraries select core cultural contents representing the region or contents related to people from the region as regional cultural contents, receive information from relevant institutions in the region, or directly It must perform social, cultural and educational functions based on culture and art. Second, when planning programs related to local cultural contents, university libraries should proceed in the form of combining local visits, learning, reading, and experiences. Third, university libraries should play a role as a repository of cultural resources and a hub of cultural resources through systematic and stable preservation of cultural resources and widespread service expansion through the establishment of a local cultural resource management system.

Sclerotinia white rot disease was observed on 5 and 6-year-old ginseng (Panax ginseng) roots in Hongchun, Cheorwon, and Yanggu, Gangwon Province, Korea from 2006 to 2010. Symptoms included a brownish watery soft rot of the roots, and black sclerotia were often found on the rotten roots. The causal agent of the disease was identified as Sclerotinia nivalis based on cultural characteristics and sequence analyses of the internal transcribed spacer region of rDNA and ${\beta}$-tubulin gene with 100% sequence similarity. Pathogenicity tests were performed on 2-year-old ginseng roots with mycelium plugs without wounds. A watery soft rot of the roots and black sclerotia were observed 10 days after inoculation. These symptoms were identical to those observed on naturally infected roots. The same fungus was re-isolated from the lesions induced by artificial inoculation. This is the first report of sclerotinia white rot caused by S. nivalis on P. ginseng in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to provide further direction to the culture program at the healthy family center by analyzinge its different concepts of family living culture, which is based on changes in the family values of an individual. This research was conducted on residents in the area of Seoul and Kung-gi from March 1, 2007 to March 30, 2007. The survey was distributed to 300 people, and 186 surveys were collected. Among those 186 surveyed, 179 were finally analyzed. Findings from the survey are as follows: First, age, gender, and marital status show differences in familism, consciousness of men's and women's equality, and recognition of family cultural ritual. As to planning the healthy family culture program, the program participants' age, gender, and marital status should be considered to successfully plan and operate the program. Second, regarding the view of family life from three aspects including the degree of recognition of family cultural ritual, familism, and the consciousness of men's and women's equality, all three variables show differences in the view of family life. Therefore, it will be highly effective to organize two separate groups: one presents lower recognition of family cultural ritual and family-based values, and another possesses a higher sense of equality. Third, the result of reviewing relative effectiveness to the proper family life value, wedding, consciousness of parents respect(=filial piety), and sacrificial rituals, funeral rites were founded to highly effective to family living view. Therefore, it will be highly effective to include these topics, when the family cultural living program is planned.

The main purpose of this study are to investigate the current situation of family-centered case management practices by case managers working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers, in order to propose a practical direction for improving the efficiency of family-centered case management services. Research participants included 24 case manager working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul, who have performed case management services for families for one to 7 years. The Date was collected through focus group interview(FGI) and demographic characteristics research. The results of this study are as follows: first, in the area of cognition about family-centered case management conceptualization, confused and ambiguous. Seconds, in the area of practicing as a case manager, there were limitations and biases in community resources contact and multiple intervention and limited sharing information between organizations. Third, family-centered case manager's have periodically been requested to provide diverse training and education for performance of challenging case managers roles. The Standardized manual and burnout precautions should also be prepared.

Jikji, Memory of the World of UNESCO, the world's oldest extant movable metal print book, is a cultural heritage to give motivation for IT power of Korea. Although the cultural value of Jikji is understood in Korea, the value of cultural assets is not satisfactory and the commercialization is not sufficient. Furthermore, most Jikji product designs on the market are simple and limited mainly for the old generation. The purpose of this study is to design fashion-cultural products suitable for young people who will be responsible for this cultural inheritance. The methods of this study were to make the design development through literature research and a case study for Jikji products on the market. For developing the products suitable for young people, 308 university students in Chungju were surveyed. To express end products, computer graphic program, Illustrator CS5, was used. The results of this study showed that the products on the market were not targeted for use by young people. The younger generations want modern and interesting design. Among the 8 design motives that are planned for design development, the most preferred motive numbers, 3, 7, and 8, were used. Design items, such as scarf, wallet and t-shirts, were selected by the result of survey and 3 scarves, 4 wallets, 3 t-shirts, a total of 30 items were developed. The designed products in this study can inform the cultural resource of Korea and contribute to raise the cultural value if they are commercialized.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of rural cultural tourism factors on brand image of agricultural products. First, hardware component has a positive(+) effect on agricultural product brand image in part. Second, software component has a positive(+) effect on agricultural product brand image in part. Third, human resource factors have a positive (+) effect on agricultural product brand image in part The results showed that rural culture tourism constituent factor is an important factor affecting the image of agricultural products. This means that rural tourism can be an important factor in local income generation such as sales of agricultural products and regional development. It is necessary to develop strategies for rural development and income increase such as enhancement of attractiveness of rural cultural tourism elements and differentiation. In other words, the development of various strategies for rural cultural tourism elements can contribute to the image and activation of agricultural products.

One of the promising sectors of the economy today is tourism in all forms and types. The number of people wishing to get acquainted with historical and cultural sights is growing every year. In the cultural aspect, tourism has an impact on the spiritual and material spheres of human life, his way of life, value system, social behavior.Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the features of the architecture of tourism and tourist complexes. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for the architecture of tourism and tourist complexes were investigated.

Cultural contents should provide all the people web services to ensure accessibility without any obstacles as a core resource of nation including a code linking people and people beyond time and space. This study achieved that automated measure including 11 checkpoints and manual analysis including 11 criteria and 26 checkpoints of three areas in selected five web sites such as Culture Portal. Art Road, Korean Patterns, MFM, and e-Museum supported by Ministry of Culture & Tourism. As a result, web accessibility level of cultural contents analyzed it staying at the beginning level. This study Provided the directions in order to improve accessibility of cultural contents through showing real cases to practice for improving web accessibility.

The preservation and transmission of intangible cultural heritage, such as traditional martial arts, have historically relied on manual processes that are both resource-intensive and costly. Due to budget limitations, many of these cultural assets are at risk of deterioration or remain hidden in museum storage, inaccessible to the public. To address these challenges, we propose a Digital Historical Data Transformation mechanism utilizing metaverse development techniques. This innovative approach converts 2D images into 3D representations, allowing for the extraction and visualization of associated actions in a three-dimensional space. By applying this methodology to the "Muyedobotongji," a classic text on traditional martial arts, we aim to digitally preserve these practices in a way that is both immersive and interactive. The transformation of static 2D images into dynamic 3D visualizations will not only enhance the restoration process but also make these cultural assets more accessible and engaging for future generations. This digital approach promises a more efficient and sustainable means of preserving intangible cultural heritage, ensuring that these traditions continue to thrive in the modern world.
