The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality of a theater on the customer experience value and performance satisfaction and to test causality between variables. For this purpose, Study model was created from the previous studies and performed a survey with the customer who visited Performance Theater. In this study, employee kindness, facility excellence, convenience, and facilities were set as independent variables, and performance satisfaction was selected as a dependent variable. The cultural value and economic value of customer experience were examined as Moderating variables between two variables. Based on the results of this study, It was found that employee's kindness, facility excellence, and convenience have a significant effect on performance satisfaction in performing arts facilities. convenience, there was perfect mediated effect of customer experience between service quality of a theater and performance satisfaction centered on cultural value and economic value. The employee's kindness variable was examined as a perfect mediation of cultural value, and economic value as a sectoral mediation. The excellence variables of the facilities appeared as partial mediations in cultural values and as complete mediations in economic values. In the case of the auxiliary facilities, the significance test failed. According to the results of the research, it was confirmed that convenience service for customers is the most important variable. This result suggests that the service quality of a theater should be basically maintained in terms of the kindness of the facility and staff, and that the customer is more satisfied with the performance than the audience convenience service provided from the Theater. The venue suggests that customer service and reception, purchase of tickets, refund method, and staff training should be thoroughly done so that audiences can make the Theater.
This study examines the design intent and the construction background of the UNESCO House in Korea planned in the 1950s, with a focus on the initial plans of the House by Kuzosa Architects & Engineers in 1959. To this day, the House has been evaluated as a representative example of an office building in the 1960s, and an early case of introducing curtain walls in Korea. However, only its technical characteristics have been explored with less emphasis on further research data. This study attempts to demonstrate the social and cultural expectations and the demands of the construction of the House by examining the documents produced at the time and the initial plan. This study also highlights the fact that the House was the first project of the architect Pai Ki Hyung to realize high-rise reinforced concrete construction in Seoul's dense center. In the 1950s, the House was planned as a modern building with a complex of various cultural facilities and offices due to the character of activities of the Commission, and the lack of public cultural facilities in Korea. The plan of the Kuzosa Architects & Engineers was selected through a design competition held in 1959. The House was completed in 1967, which took about eight years from planning to completion with design modification in the 1960s. The initial plan submitted before the design modification shows that Pai used the vocabulary and logic of modern architecture and planned the House not as a simple office building but as a complex cultural facility.

Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties are closely related to contemporary life, and have played the dominant role as a bridge between the traditional architectural buildings and contemporary architectural buildings, reflecting the overall economical, social and cultural portraits of that time. Nowadays, due to various sprawling developments and new development-oriented urban policies, only a select few Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties are being protected, the rest facing with demolition and damages. In order to better cope with such situation, Korea has officially introduced the Registered Cultural Properties System since 2001, and began acknowledging the historical values of industrial buildings as modem cultural properties. Under this circumstances, purpose of this study is to analyze main project plans of each facility in Abanoned Nordstern Mine Gelsenkirchen in the state of Nordhein-Westfalen, that have been preserved and recycled as office spaces. and to bring out the main features of the plans, so that they can be utilized to find suggestions for Industrial /Technological Cultural Properties Revitalization.

Secondly, there are three typical types of the spatial characteristics what modern hospitals have ; 1) nursing ward 2) treatment ward 3) hostel or hospice. And they are all assembled around the courtyard in common. Thirdly, their architectures are not 'designed' but 'derived' plan by reasonable other building types, and transformed by medical function. Fourthly, a consideration of the surrounding circumstances is the most important point to make the medical health facilities during ancient period.
In terms of both quality of rural lifestyle and cultural awareness, the importance of community facility is being emphasized. Nevertheless, by occasion of graying, population outflow and revenue loss, rural society faces the erosion of community. For these reasons, government is promotion an community space construction project on rural areas which is lack of community facilities. Whereas the projects are just one off thing not include upkeeping, so lots of functional overlapping community facilities are formed in same place. In this study has classified rural community facility remodeling element and designed rural community facility evaluation system of each elements. In order to implement of purpose, it has categorized community remodeling index in rural area by literature analysis and site survey. For setting remodeling rating system, this study analysed preceding research data and conducted a Delphi survey of 30 experts. As the standard of living has raised and the local self-governing body has enforced, cultural facilities have been increased in local areas. These cultural facilities should be designed to consider various users. However, most facilities were designed to focus on size or visual expressions. Therefore, this study was intended to evaluate common spaces of two cultural centers in local area from the universal design point of view. Two cultural centers located in large apartment complex were selected. The evaluating tool consisted of 46 elements related to universal design. The common space were pathway to entrance, parking lot, entrance, all over building, corridor, and restroom. Each 100 users of these two cultural centers evaluated them using by 5-point Likert scale. The results were as follows; The users rated them positively, but not highly. This means that some improvement were needed. Generally, the consideration for upgrading the quality of design such as material, pattern and color needed, and for various users including wheelchair users and seniors were needed. Also, when considering the users' behavior pattern and purposes, installing canopy over entrance, and providing seating places at corridor or pathway were needed.
Cultural heritages are affected by various environmental factors. Main factors are temperature, humidity, light and indoor air pollutants such as ozone, nitrogen oxides. Especially humidity condition is very important. Low humidity condition can cause contraction and high humidity condition can lead to growth of microorganism. This study is conducted to appraise an applicability of the Humidity Indicator which is one of the simple method for humidity control. The Humidity Indicator shows the humidity conditions through color change. Therefore, photometer was used to correctly measure the color change of Humidity Indicator. As a result of lab test, Humidity Indicators was stabilized after one hour from en exposure in a certain humidity condition and the indicators indicated clear correlations between color changes of Humidity Indicators and humidity conditions. Some Humidity Indicators which had been selected through the lab tests were applied to preservation facilities of cultural heritages and the indicators indicated closed correlations with humidity conditions in indoor of facilities.
