  • A complex seismic survey, which is nondestructive inspection, is used often recently in estimating the location of reclaimed cultural assets. Such a method is the best way to estimate the location of cultural assets most effectively in a short time at a construction site. This study estimated the reclamation location of a cultural asset by using magnetic gradient survey, earth resistivity survey, and ground penetrating radar survey (GPR) in order to figure out the distribution territory in the area with possibility of creation of reclaimed cultural assets in the past. As a result, it was located at +15m on the X axis and +90m on the Y axis on the floor plane coordinate of the study target area. It was shown that the major axis is about 20m long in the north-northeast direction and the width is about 5m. The depth of development distribution of anomaly zone was estimated as about 1.5~3.0m. Geophysical survey is expected to be used as a efficient and accurate way to excavate the reclaimed cultural assets in future.

Results: This research indicated that among cultural marketing factors, cultural support and cultural promotion have little impact on brand image, whereas culture firm influence brand image. Brand image also had an impact on brand loyalty, but it was found that public libraries operated by companies were not recognized as corporate social contribution activities, nor did they have an impact on the formation of the company's brand image. • The purpose of the research is to track the morphological transformation of apartment complex sites in Busan, especially focusing on building arrangement on apartment complex sites. Though there have been numerous studies regarding apartment housing, only few studies have been performed about the building arrangement. The arrangement has been poorly treated and not well disclosed as compared with other apartment-based research such as form of residential towers, floor plan, etc. The building arrangement is one of the most critical decisions at the early design stage and is affected by numerous social aspects such as building/zoning code, market demand, cultural preference, etc. Thus, the transformation of the arrangement may provide the hint for the change of socio-cultural demands of apartment housing. The research has been done on the existing 269 apartment complexes which have been built through 2016 in Busan. There are three categories set for analysis: relationship between buildings, relation between road and buildings, and the building arrangement along site perimeter. The result shows that significant change has occurred since 2000s; the arrangement has become diverse from three types to seven types. The early model of parallel or lattice types have been dominant until 2000, but the skewed one replaced the parallel or lattice types in Period V and Period VI, which is from 2001 through 2016.
