Gilt bronze locks(Treasure No. 1141) excavated from Hancheonsa temple are artifacts of Goryeo Dynasty. The locks underwent a conservation process from October 2001 to July 2002. The process included cleaning and the application of corrosion inhibitors, Benzotriazolesolution, as well as reinforcement treatment with Paraloid NAD-10 solution,an acrylic resin. Non-destructive XRF analysis unveil that the artifacts are made of an alloy of copper(Cu), tin(Sn) and lead(Pb), but the gilt layer is too thin to analyze the purity of the gold or the exact production method. Gilt bronze locks are important materials because they preserve all the structures of locks in Goryeo Dynasty to the smallest detail. The surface pattern is revealed through the conservation process and components of the alloy through material analysis.

In this paper, I analyzed the russian cultural content of the russian textbook according to curriculum changes. The aim of this study is to analyze the content of the russian textbooks on russian culture. Our education of russian language begins in high school as a second language. And russian education in high school entirely depend on the textbook. In these circumstances, Russian textbooks play a very important role in the Russian language learning. For a practical and efficient language learning, acquisition of cultural knowledge is very important. Because cultural content can be learning motivational factors. But the contents of a textbook is not satisfactory enough to teach russian culture. More efficient textbook must be developed to advance student's linguistic ability.

This study conducted scientific analyses on eight objects of wooden lacquerware to understand the manufacturing techniques of wooden lacquerware in the late Joseon Dynasty. The results of lacquer layer analysis with a microscope and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry revealed that most samples were composed of 1-3 lacquer layers. Moreover, a red-colored layer was found to be red ocher and cinnabar, and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy analysis was carried out to determine the components of the lacquer layer. The detected components were mostly lacquer and partially cashew shell nut liquid.

21세기는 문화가 중심이 되는 시대라고 한다. 소득이 증가할수록 인간의 문화에 대한 관심은 삶의 질적 수준 향상과 문화욕구의 증대로 나타난다. 따라서 구성원들의 문화욕구 충족을 위한 도서관 서비스가 필요한 시점이라고 본다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관의 문화행사를 실증적으로 분석 평가함으로써 보다 성공적인 도서관문화행사 개발전략을 위한 방안을 제시하여 대학도서관의 문화서비스 향상을 꾀하는데 있다. 구체적인 사례로서 S여대 도서관의 문화행사를 대상으로 분석 평가하였다. 평가의 초점은 1) 문화행사 전반에 대한 이용자들의 인식 2) 문화행사 내용(주제) 선정에 관한 만족도 3) 홍보방법에 대한 만족도 4) 운영형태에 대한 만족도 5) 이용자의 참여도 등 5가지 측면에 두었다. 그 분석결과를 토대로 향후 대학도서관의 문화행사 전략에 대한 구체적 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose : Establishing competency in person-centered care is crucial for providing high-quality nursing care in diverse clinical settings and adapting to changing roles in different situations. This study aimed to explore the level of transcultural self-efficacy, cultural empathy, and person-centered care competency among nursing students, as well as identify the factors influencing their person-centered care competency. The findings will serve as fundamental data to enhance person-centered care competency. Methods : A questionnaire consisting of items on general characteristics, person-centered care competency, transcultural self-efficacy, and cultural empathy was administered to 175 nursing students in G city. Data were collected from March 5, 2023, to March 20, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. Pearson's correlation coefficients were used to examine the correlation among transcultural self-efficacy, cultural empathy, and person-centered care competency. Multiple regression analysis was employed to determine the factors influencing person-centered care competency. Results : The person-centered care competency scores were above the average level and varied according to department satisfaction (F=13.79, p<.001), subjective well-being (t=3.34, p=.015), and interpersonal relations (F=5.74, p=.001). Person-centered care competency exhibited a significant positive correlation with cultural empathy (r=.51, p<.001) and transcultural self-efficacy (r=.49, p<.001). Regression analysis confirmed that cultural empathy (β=.39, p<.001) and transcultural self-efficacy (β=.22, p<.001) were influential factors for nursing students' person-centered care competency, with the model explaining 37 % of the variance. Conclusion : Cultural empathy and transcultural self-efficacy are significant factors influencing the person-centered care competency of nursing students. It is crucial to encourage nursing students to develop person-centered care competency by fostering cultural empathy and transcultural self-efficacy. Further research is needed to identify additional factors affecting person-centered care competency among nursing students. Additionally, the development of education programs aimed at enhancing person-centered care competency is necessary.

이 논문은 문화재청의 자문기구로서 문화재위원회에 대한 위원들의 인지도(참여효과, 정책효과, 운영상의 문제점 등)를 측정하기 위하여 116명의 전현직 위원(전직 42명, 현직 74 명)이 제공한 설문조사 결과를 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 조사결과에 의하면, 문화재위원회가 태도효과가 비교적 높을 뿐만 아니라, 정책효과에 있어서도 상당히 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났으며, 전문 지식의 제공처로서 공정성, 대표성, 합리성을 기하는 민주적 기구임을 자임하고 위원들의 자질을 높이 샀다. 그러나, 위원들은 위원 선정 및 절차의 혁신과 심의안건 검토시간 및 의견교환의 부족 그리고 집행결과의 환류(평가, 보고)가 미흡함을 강하게 지적하고, 단순 반복적인 민원성 안건의 상정에도 상당한 불만을 나타냈다. 아울러, 문화재위원회가 의사결정 수준의 "심의가구"가 아닌 정책결정 수준의 "의결기구"로서 그 법적지위가 강화되기를 희망했으며, 심의단계는 전문위원회를 거쳐 문화재위원회(분과위원회)로 종료하는 2심제의 선호와 함께 회의록 작성에는 전적으로 동의하나 공개는 불필요하다는 응답이 압도적이었다. 이와같은 문제상황은 행정관료의 책임이 보다 크겠지만, 적어도 위원과 행정관료의 엇갈린 기대의 상호작용에서 비롯된 면도 있다는 점에서 위원과 행정관료를 위한 높은 윤리규정과 위원 선정 절차의 공정성, 투명성이 확보될 때에 기타 논리적으로 가능한 제도 및 운영상의 실천방안이 현실성을 지니게 될 것이다. 그리고 보다 구체적인 실천방안으로는 우선 1회에 심의안건을 종료하는 관례를 버리고 소위원회 또는 전문위원회를 통한 폭증하는 안건처리의 효율성을 기하는 동시에 안건의 내용이나 중요성에 비추어 필요한 경우 지속적인 회의운영을 제도화하고, 공무원들에 의한 일방적 자료제출을 통제하고 통보한 회의자료 및 검토시간 확보를 위한 지원체계를 확립하는 한편 위원들의 무책임한 발언이나 이권확보를 위한 발언 등 대외적 책임을 결여한 행태를 방지하기 위하여 원칙적으로 회의내용과 의견내용을 대외적으로 공개해야 한다는 점을 제시할 수 있겠다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors associated to students nurses' cultural awareness toward immigrants for marriage and foreign workers. Methods: The participants were 107 nursing students in C city in Chungnam province. The data were collected with structured questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of cultural awareness was 3.67. The degree of cultural awareness was different according to educational experience related multiculture and age. The variables predicting cultural awareness were social distance of foreign workers, emotions of immigrants for marriage and age. These factors accounted for 26% of the variance of cultural awareness in nursing students. Conclusion: The results indicate education related multiculture should be provided to nursing students to reduce the social distance between students and foreign workers and enhance positive emotions for immigrants.

This study intends to classify and analyze the problem of rural villages on the basis of existing ecological and cultural resources. Based on the results of this study, rural villages in Korea can be divided into 4 types - (1) the village abundant in both ecological and cultural resources, (2) the village abundant in only ecological resources, (3) the village abundant in only cultural resources and (4) the village insufficient in two resources. And further, this study found that most ecological resources in rural villages are deteriorated or deteriorating. Even worse, the cultural resources are diminished or diminishing. It is suggested that the ecological and cultural resources need to be taken into account in the process of rural village planning.

최근 들어 가챠 시스템이 없는 게임을 찾기 어려울 만큼 많은 게임들이 가챠 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 그중에서도 가챠 시스템이 메인 콘텐츠라고 할 수 있을 만큼 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 게임이 있고, 반대로 메인 콘텐츠가 따로 있어 부가적인 요소로 사용하는 게임이 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 게임에서 사용되고 있는 가챠 시스템의 현황과 규제 및 개발사의 대안에 대해 알아보고, 이로 인해 생기는 문제점을 분석한다.

The main purpose of this study is to develop air transportation cultural index which is able to estimate the level of them. Generally Speaking, air transportation cultural, a compound word of 'air transportation' and 'culture', is a substantial entity consisting knowledge, art, morality, legality, cultivation, customs, and etc, which comes from aircraft operation sector, airport operation/management sector and user sector. They are classified in a primary scope, as aircraft operation sector relating to flight operation, airport operation/management sector and user sector. The research and analysis were taken approximately 4 months, from June 2004 to October 2004. To evaluate the index, the detailed item for three categories were chosen and quantified. The grades for each items were induced from calculation formula for air transportation cultural index by applying weight values. The final grade of Korea's air transportation cultural index recorded 63.19 points.
