The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two donepezil tablets, $Aricept^{TM}$ tablet (Dae Woong Pharm. Co., Ltd., Korea, reference drug) and $Donpezil^{TM}$ tablet (Dong Wha Pharm. Ind. Co., Ltd., Korea, test drug), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty-four healthy male Korean volunteers received one tablet containing donepezil hydorchloride 10 mg in a $2{\times}2$ crossover study. There was a three-week washout period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of donepezil were monitored by an LC-MS/MS far over a period of 240 hr after the administration. $AUC_t$, (the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 240 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. $C_{max}$ (maximum plasma drug concentration) and $T_{max}$ (time to reach $C_{max}$)were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed $AUC_t$ and $C_{max}$, No significant sequence effects were found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the crossover design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the $AUC_t$ and $C_{max}$ were log 0.95${\sim}$log 1.03 and log 0.94${\sim}$log 1.08, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of log 0.80${\sim}$log 1.25. Taken together, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of $Aricept^{TM}$ and $Donpezil^{TM}$ with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.
A bioequivalence study of $Gomcillin^{TM}$ capsules (DAEWOONG Pharmaceutical Co., Korea) to $Famoxin^{TM}$ capsules (Dong Wha Pharm. Ind. Co., Korea) was conducted according to the guideline of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty four healthy male Korean volunteers received each medicine at the amoxicillin dose of 500 mg in a $2{\times}2$ crossover study. There was a one-week wash out period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of amoxicillin were monitored by a high-performance liquid chromatography for over a period of 8 hours after the administration. $AUC_t$ (the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 8 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. $C_{max}$ (maximum plasma drug concentration) and $T_{max}$ (time to reach $C_{max}$) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed $AUC_t$ and $C_{max}$. No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the crossover design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the $AUC_t$ ratio and the $C_{max}$ ratio for $Gomcillin^{TM}/Famoxin^{TM}$ were $log0.91\;{\sim}\;log1.03$ and $;log0.93\;{\sim}\;log1.10$, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of $log0.80\;{\sim}\;log1.25$. Thus, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of $Gomcillin^{TM}$ and $Famoxin^{TM}$ with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.
The effects of epoxy resins and content of catalyst on the cure characteristics were studied by FT-IR, DSC and dynamic viscometer for the thermal properties and rheological properties of the catalytic (N-Benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate, BPH) epoxy thermosetting system. Compared with DSC results of DEGBF containing 0.5wt% BPH, the DSC thermograms of DGEBA containing 0.5wt% BPH indicated that the reaction was faster than that of DGEBF/BPH and the conversion rate of DGEBA/BPH was high in the initial stage of the reaction. As the concentration of BPH increases, the reaction and conversion rates show similar value in both the cases. The influence of hydroxyl group of epoxy resin on gel point defined from the crossover point of storage modulus (G') and loss modulus (G") could be explained by the formation of 3-dimensional network in the initial stage owing to the curing reaction between epoxides and hydroxyl groups of epoxy resin. This was consistent with the gel point obtained from DSC, FT-IR and moduli crossover. The activation energy (Et) obtained from the crossover point (G'/G"=1) are $31-39kJ.mol^{-1}$ for various BPH compositions in case of two epoxy systems.

Handover of WiBro is based on 802.16e hard handover scheme. When PSS is handover, it is handover that confirm neighbor's cell condition and RAS ID in neighbor advertisement message. Serving RAS transmits HO-notification message to neighbor RAS. Transmiting HO-notification message to neighbor RAS, it occurs many signaling traffics. Also, When WiBro is handover, It occurs many packet loss. Therefore, user suffer service degradation. LPM handover is supporting seamless handover because it buffers data packets during handover. So It is proposed scheme that predicts is LPM handover and reserves target RAS with pre-authentication. These schemes occur many signaling traffics. In this paper, we propose PSS Movement Prediction to solve signaling traffic. Target RAS is decided by old data in history cache. When serving RAS receives HO-notification-RSP message to target RAS, target RAS inform to crossover node. And crossover node bicast data packet. If handover is over, target RAS forward data packet. Therefore, It reduces signaling traffics but increase handover success rate. When history cache success, It decrease about 48% total traffic. But When history cache fails, It increase about 6% total traffic
An emotion-based video scene retrieval algorithm is proposed in this paper. First, abrupt/gradual shot boundaries are detected in the video clip representing a specific story Then, five video features such as 'average color histogram' 'average brightness', 'average edge histogram', 'average shot duration', and 'gradual change rate' are extracted from each of the videos and mapping between these features and the emotional space that user has in mind is achieved by an interactive genetic algorithm. Once the proposed algorithm has selected videos that contain the corresponding emotion from initial population of videos, feature vectors from the selected videos are regarded as chromosomes and a genetic crossover is applied over them. Next, new chromosomes after crossover and feature vectors in the database videos are compared based on the similarity function to obtain the most similar videos as solutions of the next generation. By iterating above procedures, new population of videos that user has in mind are retrieved. In order to show the validity of the proposed method, six example categories such as 'action', 'excitement', 'suspense', 'quietness', 'relaxation', 'happiness' are used as emotions for experiments. Over 300 commercial videos, retrieval results show 70% effectiveness in average.
The purpose of this study is to objectify the shape of curvature and average change rate of angular and arched eyebrow makeup. The data for the analysis were the final 336 pieces for the cosmetology students in the whole country. SPSS 20.0 program was used for the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and crossover analysis were performed. First, the frequency of the average change rate of eyebrow makeup (angular and arcuate) was analyzed. As a result, the eyebrows suitable for the angled type showed the highest level of 'A-2' and the arched eyebrows had the highest level of 'B-2'. Second, to analyze the important factors of eyebrow makeup, frequency of eyebrows was the most important, followed by the inclination of eyebrows and eyebrow tail. Third, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to examine each dimension of eyebrow makeup perception, and it was derived from three factors including acceptability, aggressiveness, and playability. Fourth, in order to analyze the difference of important factors in the form of the standard eyebrow makeup, the cross - analysis was performed with chi - square test, and it was confirmed that the angular eyebrow makeup showed the most objectivity when the average change rate was 0.29 and the curvature was 0.67. Fifth, arcuate eyebrow makeup showed the most objectivity when the average change rate was 0.57 and curvature was 0.56. The results of this analysis can be used as objective data of aesthetic criteria when designing the eyebrow shape.

There is a worldwide interest In the development and commercialization of PEMFCs for vehicular and stationary applications. The major problem in the practical use of PEMFCs is the deactivation of the Pt anode electrocatalyst by the adsorption of carbon monoxide. Therefore, intensive work has been devoted to finding electrocatalysts that are tolerant to CO in hydrogen at operating temperatures bellow $100^{\circ}C$. Also, DMFC is considered to be one of the most promising technologies for energy generation. But, the most important problem associated with the DMFC is the slow reaction rate of methanol oxidation and the second major problem is fuel crossover. So, the performance of a state-of-the-art DMFC is considerably lower than that of hydrogen-fuelled PEMFC. In this research, the preparation and characterization of electrode materials will be introduced. Also, some electrochemical techniques for the characterization of PEMFCs will be presented.
There is a rapidly growing demand for wireless telecommunication. However, the number of usable channel is very limited. Therefore, the problem of channel assignment becomes more and more important to use channels as efficiently as possible. The objective of this paper is to develop an evolution program (EP) to find an efficient dynamic channel assignment method for minimum interference among the channels within reasonable time. The series of specific channel number is used as a representation of chromosome. The only changed chromosomes by crossover and mutation are evaluated in each generation to save computation time and memory for the progress of improved EP. We can easily differentiate the fitness value of each chromosome using proposed evaluation function. We also control the weighting factor of the mutation rate and the used number of elitist chromosomes for the speed of convergence to the optimal solution.
Commercial video scope use CCD sensor and frame grabber for image capture and A/D interface but application limited by input resolution and high cost. In this paper we introduce portable video scope using CMOS sensor, USB pen and tuner card (low frame grabber) in place of commercial CCD sensor and frame grabber. Our video scope serves as an essential link between advancing commercial technology and research, providing cost effective solutions for educational, engineering and medical applications across an entire spectrum of needs. The software implementation is done using Direct Show in second version after initial trials using First version VFW (video for window), which gave very low frame rate. Our video scope operates on windows 98, ME, XP, 2000. The drawback of our video scope is crossover problem in output images caused due to interpolation, which has to be rectified for more efficient performance.

A classical PID controller is designed by applying the GA (Genetic Algorithm) which searches the optimal parameters through three major operators of reproduction, crossover and mutation under the given constraints. The GA could minimize the designer's interference and the whole design process could easily be automated. In contrast with other traditional PID design methods which allows for the system output responses only, the design with the GA can take account of the magnitude or the rate of change of control input together with the output responses, which reflects the more realistic situations. Compared with other PIDs designed by the traditional methods such as Ziegler and analytic, the PID by the GA shows the superior response characteristics to those of others with the least control input energy.
