To prevent the secondary hospital-acquired infection (cross-infection) from occurring in the general radiographic room in the department of radiology, the microbial measurement was conducted at the points making direct close contact with radiologists and patients. For the case of radiologists, the microbial measurement and incubation were focused on the x-ray tube handle of the radiation generating device, and, for the case of patients, the microbial measurement and incubation were focused on the chin supporting device, chest-contact point, and handle. Once disinfected with Aniosurf, the sterilized media were gathered and identified, and the microorganisms were confirmed. Based on the identification results, it was confirmed that the points making direct close contact with radiologists showed a value of 103 CFU for Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bacillus spp. and Candida spp., and that the points making direct close contact with patients showed a value of 103~5 CFU for Proteus mirabilis, Enterococcu faecium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, NTM(Non-Tuberculosis Mycobacteria) and Candida spp.. It was also confirmed that the types and number of microorganisms gathered from the points making direct close contact with patients were greater. Fortunately, most of the involved microorganisms were observed to be on the skin surface and are known to become extinct when disinfected in accordance with the hospital-acquired infection control rules. However, since even minor exposure to such microorganisms may be lethal for patients with reduced immunity, caution must be taken. In particular, since the points making contact with patients showed a high level of microbial measurement, it was thought that it would be necessary for radiologists and personnel having frequent access to strictly disinfect the parts, such as instruments and handles, making frequent contact with patients. The purpose of this study was to announce the importance of safe microbial control in the radiographic inspection room in hospital, and this study is expected to be used as the baseline data for preventing hospital-acquired secondary infection and Nth infectious diseases.
The purpose of this study was to find out the presentation of food and cooking process shown through the media and its cultural implications by comparing and analyzing seasons 1 and 2 of , tvN's reality program which has gained high viewer ratings and sympathy from the viewers. In light of the existing documents, the research reviewed the social and cultural meanings implied through a series of processes of "the act of cooking- the act of providing food - the act of having a meal."The authors concerned narrative structure of the program, paradigmatic analysis, actantial analysis, and analysis by applying the culinary triangle of $L{\acute{e}}vi$-Strauss were conducted, in order to find out the difference between seasons 1 and 2 of the . As a result of semiotic analysis on the programs, by focusing on the value of composure and slowness which may be felt through the simple everyday lives and travelling by running a Korean restaurant in a foreign country, the reality program revealed the changed consumption behaviors for Korean food, and the evolutionary process of cooking and the act of providing food reflecting the above. Meanwhile, the transformation of the Korean food may mean the "statelessness of Korean food" hidden under the name of localization or globalization. Furthermore, although the program intended to put up globalization of Korean food, the uniqueness of the Korean food wash armed, and this is the reason why it needs to be examined whether Korean food was used simply for entertainment in the program. Also, the program showed limitations such as drawing cultural inferiority as the motive for watching the program.
Proton therapy using the Bragg peak is one of the radiation therapies and can deliver its maximum energy to the tumor with giving least energy for normal tissue. A cross-sectional image of the human body taken with the computed tomography (CT) has been used for radiation therapy planning. The HU values change according to the tube voltage, which lead to the change in the boundary and thickness of the anatomical structure on the CT image. This study examined the changes in the Bragg peak of the brain region according to the thickness variation in the head phantom composed of several materials using the Geant4. In the phantom composed of a single material, the Bragg peak according to the type of media and the incident energy of the proton beams were calculated, and the reliability of Geant4 code was verified by the Bragg peak. The variation of the peak in the brain region was examined when each thickness of the head phantom was changed. When the thickness of the soft tissue was changed, there was no change in the peak position, and for the skin the change in the peak was small. The change of the peak position was mainly changed when the bone thickness. In particular, when the bone was changed only or the bone was changed together with other tissues, the amount of change in the peak position was the same. It is considered that measurement of the accurate bone thickness in CT images is one of the key factors in depth-dose distribution of the radiation therapy planning.

Recently, due to COVID-19, non-face-to-face online lectures are being held all over the world. In higher education in the post-corona era, distance learning has become the main teaching and learning method. At this time, Metaverse is being proposed as a new alternative. Metaverse has basic elements such as avatars, 3D space, and activities accompanied by interaction, which can be seen as a difference compared to existing VR (Virtual Reality) contents. This study designed and built an educational metaverse platform that can be applied to actual lectures by reflecting the three elements of the metaverse.In addition, we implemented a cross-device-platform that supports various devices such as HMDs, smartphones, tablets, and PCs by reflecting user requirements through usability tests such as middle school, high school, college students, and parents, so that anyone can easily participate in Metaverse lectures. Currently, the metaverse platform is being developed and serviced in various ways, but there are hardly any services designed for education. Just as services such as Zoom, the existing video conferencing solution, were used for non-face-to-face education, some functions of the currently serviced metaverse are utilized for education and used in the form of a one-time event. The educational metaverse platform developed through this study is expected to be a reference in constructing the metaverse for education in the future.

The This study aimed at clarifying that the cognitive interpretation code is essential for college students to read the correct culture while discussing the producer's story production system for creative advertising content and the process of interpreting the meaning of advertisers and the formation of principles and beliefs. The production of advertising content aimed at persuasion should first identify anachronistic reason system based on the target audience's perception principle. A concise analysis of the experiment found key clues that confirmed that a sample of the producer's intended story would be inconsistent with the clues of information that a college student could remember. I have tried to organize a semantic analysis tool that combines these key clues and as a tool for reading culture of the right time for college students. As a result, university student inmates were able to identify one side of positive communication: reading a new cognitive symbol culture based on their subjective experience and beliefs, rather than analyzing cross-sectional analysis of the primary language and non-verbal expressions of their advertising contents. In the future, if an advertising content story producer works to identify such a process in advance, it will help persuade inmates.

This study analyzed how computer-based digital technology affects convergence performing arts according to the trend of the times of domestic performing arts. Based on the analyzed contents, the purpose of the study was to propose an appropriate use plan for performing arts and technology and a plan for future development of convergence performing arts. Looking at the analysis results according to the purpose of the study, as a first step, the use of video technology developed in the performing arts stage using video technology evolved into holograms, media art, and 3D techniques. In the second step, technology and art were fused using artificial intelligence and robots. Artificial intelligence composed music, choreographed dance, and wrote a play script. In addition, robots performed and played with humans on stage. Third, virtual space was also used in performing arts. It was possible to direct spaces in various places using virtual spaces rather than performance halls and stage spaces. In this way, performing arts using digital technology will become more diverse and professional, and things that are possible in imagination that cross boundaries will be developed into reality. This study proposes a convergence that appropriately utilizes various technologies of digital and computer while maintaining the area of creation that humans can do and the expressiveness and artistry they express. In preparation for these changes in the times, future convergence performing artists should be able to acquire a combination of artistry and technology of stage technology experts who can use digital technology, professional actors who can express artistry along with AI, and professionals who can create art by manipulating AI.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how information use behavior and satisfaction appear by personality type for liberal arts learning among college students, and to propose a customized information service plan that can help college students study in university libraries. To this end, a survey was conducted on 169 university students enrolled in C University. The analysis consisted of demographic characteristics, MBTI personality type, information use behavior, satisfaction, and university library service perception survey. Frequency analysis, cross-analysis, multinomial logistic regression, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the SPSS 29 statistical program. As a result of the study, first, significant results were found in 'preferred information sources', 'information source consideration factors', and 'information collection patterns' according to personality type. Second, there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction according to personality type in 'system utilization ability', 'data selection ability', and 'the degree of recognition of the usefulness of learning activities'. Third, in the relationship between preferred information sources and satisfaction based on personality types and information use behaviors, there appears to be an inverse relationship when the content includes various topics with a lack of academic depth or expertise. However, the preference for 'social media' is positively correlated with 'satisfaction with search results,' as it provides diverse perspectives and viewpoints in liberal education

A lipase producing bacterium was isolated from button mushroom bed, which showing high clear zone on agar media containing Tributyrin as the substrate. The strain was identified as Burkholderia cepacia by analysis of 16S rDNA gene sequence. Crude lipase (CL) was partially purified from 70% ammonium sulfate precipitation using the culture filtrate of B. cepacia. Immobilized lipases were prepared by cross-linking method with CL from B. cepacia and Novozyme lipase (NL) onto silanized Silica-gel as support. Residual activitiy of the immobilized CL (ICL) and immobilized NL (INL) was maintained upto 61% and 72%, respectively. Biodiesel (Fatty acid methyl ester, FAME) was recovered by transesterification and methanolysis of Canola oil using NaOH, CL and ICL as the catalysts to compare the composition of fatty acids and the yield of FAME. Total FAME content was NaOH $781mg\;L^{-1}$, CL $681mg\;L^{-1}$ and ICL $596mg\;L^{-1}$, in which the highest levels of FAME was observed to 50% oleic acid (C18:1) and 22% stearic acid (C18:0). In addition, the unsaturated FAME (C18:1, C18:2) decreased, while saturated FAME (C16:0, C18:0) increased according to increasing the reaction times with both CL and ICL, supporting CL possess both transesterification and interesterification activity. When reusability of ICL and INL was estimated by using the continuous reaction of 4 cycles, the activity of ICL and INL was respectively maintained 66% and 79% until the fourth reaction.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the current situation and background of the Russian consumer music market, where digital music sources are making great strides in the noted recent years. In addition, music storage technology, media and change are considered together in this report. Moreover, Russia is the 12th largest music market in the world. The Russian music industry is following the recent trend of the global music industry, where the digital music market is growing rapidly on many different levels. The explosive growth of the digital sound sources in Russia's music industry is attributed to the explosive increase in available consumer downloads, streaming sound source service, and the increase in the number of digital sound sources using mobile technologies due to the development of the Internet. In particular, the sales of the available and accessible streaming sound sources are expected to grow explosively by the year 2020, which is expected to account for more than 85% of total digital music sales. In other words, the spread of smartphones and the resulting changes in the lifestyle of the Russians have created these changes for the global consumer of music. In other words, the time has come for anyone to easily access music and listen to music without a separate audio or digital player. And the fact that the Russian government's strong policy on the eradication of illegal copying of music is becoming an effective deterrent, as is also the factor that led to the increase of the share of the digital sound source to increase sales in Russia. The range of the survey for this study was home news programs and broadcasting stations abroad, which were on air from March to May in 2004. The focus of the survey was universal and professional news programs. Through this study, it was ascertained that, in the case of news, developing a brand for an anchor as well as for a professional brand of TV program could be an important element.
