보행자가 생활환경에서 겪을 수 있는 위험을 인지하기 위하여 감지하여야 하는 목표를 두 가지로 고려할 수 있다. 위험을 감지하기 위하여 보행자의 상태와 보행 환경 요인을 함께 인지하는 것이다. 생활 안전을 위하여 사물인터넷 기술이 좋은 기여를 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 보행자의 상태와 주변 환경 요인들에 대한 데이터 융합 처리를 이용하여 위험을 인지하는 방안을 제안하였다. 3축 가속도 센서를 이용하여 보행자의 걸음을 인식하고 이를 개인의 상태 추정에 활용하였으며, 조도 센서로부터의 측정값으로 보행환경을 추정하였다. 위험 요인들을 평가하고 융합 처리함으로써 보행자의 위험도를 산출하였다.

A public pedestrian passage induces traffic into the apartment complex, and therefore, it requires the application of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED). This paper aims to analyze the conditions and to suggest the improvements of public pedestrian passages in apartment complexes, applying a 3-D approach from CPTED aspect. The first aspect is "Designation": 1)The linkage between the public pedestrian passages is weak, and their designated purpose becomes unclear. 2)When the designated purpose is not considered for each complex, the closure rate is high. 3)The closure rate of the "Through type" is high. It suggests that the pedestrian network should be built and vitalized at the local urban level. The second aspect is "Definition." The public pedestrian passage lacks a social, cultural, and legal definition and only has a passive physical definition. It suggests that a legal definition and specialized guildline be prepared. The third aspect is "Design": 1)Insufficient territoriality exists between the public pedestrian passage and the inside of the complex. Territoriality should be reinforced between the public pedestrian passage and the rest of the internal territory. 2)The landscaping adjacent to the public pedestrian passage lacks deliberation. Since this is where safety and privacy collide, detailed design and maintenance of the landscaping is required. 3)It lacks systematical crime prevention facilities and should compensate accordingly.

우리나라도 이제는 범죄피해자의 보호 지원을 위한 질 높은 서비스를 제공할 만큼 경제적 성장을 이루었다고 본다. 지금까지는 법무부에서 범죄피해자 보호 지원업무를 전담해오다가 최근 경찰청에서도 범죄피해자 보호 지원을 경찰의 주요 업무로 인식하고 각종 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 사실 형사단계로 본다면, 검찰과 법무부보다는 사건직후 피해자를 처음 접하는 경찰에서 즉각적인 범죄피해자 보호 지원을 하는 것이 바람직하기는 하다. 문제는 법령과 제도 상 경찰은 서비스제공에 한계가 있지만, 경찰의 피해자 보호 지원의 중요성을 감안할 때, 민관협동 형태의 범죄피해자 보호 지원 모델을 탐색해볼 필요가 있다. 물론, 우선 법무부의 민관협동 체제와의 새롭게 관계정립이 필요하고, 경찰의 특성을 살려서 피해자에게 제공할 수 있는 서비스의 내용을 정비하고 민관협동 형태로 간다면, 어디까지 경찰에서 서비스를 제공할 것인지 방향도 정해질 것이다. 선진국의 경우 경찰과 민간기구의 상호 협조가 매우 긴밀하게 이루어지고 있으며, 이는 범죄피해자에게 실질적인 보호와 지원의 성과로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 경찰단계에서 범죄피해자 보호 지원의 문제점을 검토해보고, 그 개선방안에 대하여 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째는 범죄피해자 보호지원에 있어서 가장 먼저 접하는 경찰의 역할을 재정립하는 것이고, 둘째는 경찰서별로 피해자전담경찰관과 피해자 보호사 등의 상시 협력체계를 구축하는 것이며, 셋째는 경찰단계에서 피해자보호지원이 가능한 서비스의 종류를 개발하는 것이고, 넷째는 범죄피해자의 임시숙소 또는 신변보호를 위한 안전지대의 기능을 담당할 피해자종합지원센터를 전국적으로 개소하는 방안, 다섯째는 지역권내에 범죄피해자의 보호지원을 위한 유관기관 담당자로 구성된 솔루션회의의 정례화, 여섯째는 범죄피해자의 보호는 경찰 등의 국가기관에서, 범죄피해자에 대한 지원은 지방자치 단체의 복지부서에서 담당하고 종합적으로 사후관리하는 방안을 제시하였다.

앞으로 민간경비는 민간차원의 범죄예방조직으로서 경찰력의 한계로 야기되는 국민생활의 안전문제를 해결하고 도시화와 산업화의 심화에 따른 각 계층의 다양한 방범수요를 충족시켜 줄 것으로 기대되고 있다. 현재 경찰력의 한계로 야기되는 치안공백의 상태를 자위권의 인식과 수익자부담원칙이라는 현대적 경비개념의 적용으로 지역 특성에 적합한 범죄예방 시스템을 운영하는 민간경비제도를 보다 적극적으로 활용하여 더욱 효율적인 공경비와 민간경비분야의 협력방안을 연구할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 국내의 정세의 변화에 따른 국내 치안수요의 변화와 전망 등을 예측하여 보고, 특히 선진국의 민간경비 산업의 전망 등을 분석한 결과를 토대로 하여 공경비와 민간경비 상호 긴밀한 협력 체제를 구축하여 경찰의 방범업무 부담을 감소시키고, 민간경비의 권한과 지위를 향상시켜 날로 급증하는 치안수요 등의 치안 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 실제문제 해결을 위한 가상현실 모델링에서 물리적 형태를 전자적으로 모사하는 것 뿐 아니라 모사의 대상이 되는 객체와 사용자의 상호관계까지 다루어야 한다고 보았다. 이를 위하여 실제공간에서 일어나는 사용자와 공간의 상호작용 요소를 가상현실 적용에 추가하는 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 공중화장실의 안전문제 해결을 위한 가상현실 모델링을 배경으로 하는데, 가상현실 모델링에 사용자와의 상호작용 요소를 추가하기 위하여 합리적인 원칙이 있어야 한다고 보고 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계 기본전략을 활용하였다. 공중화장실 위험도 평가를 위한 가상현실 모델을 구축하기 위하여 자연 감시, 영역성 강화, 활동 활성화, 유지관리를 기준으로 공중화장실과 사용자간의 상호작용요소를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출한 상호작용요소의 타당성을 검증하고자 전문가의 의견과 각 요소에 대하여 산출한 위험도와 비교하였다. 그 결과, 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계 기본 전략과 같이 일정한 원칙에 따라 상호작용 요소를 도출한 것이 타당성 있음을 보였다.

Smart home systems for safety and security are in high demand and always needed for many reasons including people's desire to feel safe in their own houses and to avoid a high rate of crime. In the current research, we investigate the role of individuals' motivational orientation to prevention in their responses to smart home systems for safety and security. That is, this research examines whether individuals' attitudes toward smart home systems for safety and security vary depending on their level of prevention orientation. Specifically, it is hypothesized that individuals with strong (vs. weak) prevention orientation will have more positive attitudes toward smart home systems for safety and security. In support of the hypothesis, the results indicate that respondents in the strong (vs. weak) prevention orientation reported significantly more positive attitudes toward smart home systems for safety and security. Our findings imply that individuals' motivational orientation to prevention may be an effective marketing and segmentation tool in facilitating their favorable responses to the smart home systems for safety and security.

The object of this study is to show the international safety school operating characteristics certified by Community Safety Promotion Cooperation Center affiliated to the WHO to strengthen safety training course and create safe training environment in accordance with the importance of recently the safety education for students and safe environment in the school education course. It draw the kind of education program to prevent accidents in the elementary and middle school students because of analyzing student safety education program. It also suggest operation characteristics which were divided into physical environment and crime prevention environment.

The Customs Act provides for a general rule all goods entering Korea shall be subject to customs duties as set in the customs tariff schedules as other fees and taxes determined except those excluded by virtue of the Customs Act or intentional agreements. Importation begins from the time carrying vessel or aircraft enters Korea territorial jurisdiction with the intention to unload the same until the time the goods are released or withdrawn from the customhouse upon payment of the appropriate duties. Imported articles may be categorized into prohibited importations, dutiable importations and conditionally free importation. Some other articles are qualifiedly prohibited, meaning they can enter the country after compliance with certain conditions. If there is any conduct violating these act, criminal sanctions may be imposed for the prevention and suppression of smuggling and other frauds, and the enforcement of tariff and customs act. As a result importers who intentionally violates Korea Customs Act may be subject to criminal prosecution. Many major provisions of customs act have imposed severe sanctions for customs crimes in comparison with other crimes due to general rule of criminal law. There is a great deal of activity in Pusan area relating to smuggling of narcotics and prohibited drugs, obscene articles and weapons. On one side, criminals who seek to profit by narcotics or drug threaten public health and human environment, On other side, weapon smuggling is a significant threat to our national security. However the studies on customs crime and customs act have not been viewed. Thus this Article overviews especially the customs crime and criminal sanction focused on domestic customs act.

Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the neighborhood environmental factors associated with physical activity among adults living in rural communities. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted with a convenience sample of 201 adults living in three Ri in Y-city, Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected from face-to-face interview by trained interviewers and were analyzed using a zero-inflated negative binominal regression model. Results: Participants reported engaged in moderate or vigorous physical activity was 76.1%; 10.5% of participants reported that they met moderate physical activity recommendations and 14.5% of participants reported that they met vigorous physical activity recommendations. Zero-inflated negative binominal regression analysis showed association of increasing days of physical activity with social cohesion (${\beta}=.130$, p=.005), social network (${\beta}=-.096$, p=.003), and safety for crime (${\beta}=-.151$, p=.036), and no days of physical activity was associated with no attainment of education and marginally associated with increasing BMI. Conclusion: Neighborhood environmental factors including social cohesion, social network, and crime for safety were significantly associated with physical activity of rural adults. Community health nurses should expand an approach for individual behavior change to incorporate rural adults' specific neighborhood environmental factors into physical activity interventions.

Recently, interest in living safety and crime prevention is increasing. The reality is that most women have anxiety about social safety and ultimately want a safe return to home. As a result of these issues, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the National Police Agency are implementing various services to alleviate them. However, there are limitations such as that the service can be used only during a limited time or the process of checking whether the patrol is really completed is complicated. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a service platform that overcomes these limitations and suggests the best and shortest patrol route to the police based on the desired patrol location applied by citizens. It is designed based on the MVC pattern, and the functions are divided for each user. It is hoped that the platform will reduce crime rates and allow citizens to ultimately return home with peace of mind. Also we expect that the police will ablet to find places where they did not know about or need to patrol with more attention through the recommended route of the platform, which will be helpful in their task.
