창의인재육성 마스터플랜 수립을 위한 기초연구 (Research on Establishing Master Plan to Foster Creative Human Resources)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 역량 강화와 국가 경쟁력 제고에 이바지하는 창의인재육성 실현이라는 비전을 추진하기 위해, 한국적 토양과 문화를 고려한 창의인재육성의 방향성을 정립하기 위한 기초연구의 일환으로 진행하였다. 이를 위해 인문사회, 예술, 과학 영역 및 산학연 전문가 6인을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 한국적 창의인재에 대한 정의와 그 요소, 이를 육성하기 위한 교육적 전략을 '융합'과 '통합'의 키워드에서 찾을 수 있었고, 세부적으로는 평생교육측면에서 창의인재육성을 어떻게 해야 할 것인가에 대해서도 연구할 수 있었다.

  • 최근 들어 원도심 지역의 재활성화에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 인천시에서도 원도심 재생을 위한 여러 가지 계획을 추진 중에 있지만 급속한 도시화와 외곽지역의 개발이 도시공간을 확산을 시켰고, 이는 도심의 중심성을 약화시키고 침체와 쇠퇴를 초래하였다. 이러한 상황에서 세계적으로 창조도시에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 창조도시 프로젝트가 각국에서 이루어져 오고 있다. 국내에서도 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 창조도시를 표방한 도시개발사업이 시행되고 있다. 그러나 경제 논리만을 추구함으로 급성장한 도시는 그 정체성을 잃었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주민참여가 이루어지는 창조도시 발전에 중점을 두고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 창조도시와 주민참여 관련 문헌 및 이론, 관련 선행 연구를 고찰하고, 주민참여 중심의 창조도시 조성 방안을 도출하기 위해 먼저 주요 요소를 추출하여 분석의 틀을 설정하고, 이를 통해 주민참여 중심의 창조도시 조성 방안을 도출하였다. 나아가, 주민들의 설문조사를 통하여 인천시 원도심 재생을 위한 주민참여 중심의 창조도시 조성방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • On the threshold of year 2000, the elderly account for more than 7% of the whole population in Korea, which means that the nation is greeting welcoming an aging society. Accordingly, it is expected that silver businesses and services targeted at the silver generation will prosper with "silver advertising design" becoming active. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at reviewing the recent silver marketing advertisements in terms of their cultural and moral implications, and thereby, redefining and reestablishing the status of silver consumers to help them find their identity, aware of marketing activities and therewith, establish their "consumer sovereignty". This study consists in large of 5 chapters. The introduction parr describes background, purpose, method and scope of the study. The first chapter reviews the silver marketing theories. The second chapter classifies the silver marketing advertisement positioning of four style - upper classes style, effloresce progress style, self- sufficiency style, dependent style - and reviews the expression strategy of each positioning. The third chapter examines the domestic conditions of silver marketing advertisements for each positioning type classified. The fourth chapter designs the ′creative′of silver marketing advertisements and suggests the methods thereof. The analysis of ′creative′was tested in terms of graphic gestaltung, and how the sliver marketing advertisement positioning should be discerned depending on silver generation consumer′s characteristics was discussed. The fifth chapter puts forwards the suggestions for the ′creative′ strategies to enhance the effects of the silver marketing advertisements, based on the preceding discussions. In addition, the Perspective into the keyword of 21 st century or "silver design" is discussed, together with the limitations of this study. It is hoped that this stuffy will be conducive to our efforts to face the upcoming′age\ulcorner society′more effectively. To this end, this study discusses the "silver advertising design" in light of ′societal concepts′and ′customer-oriented value′, and thus, explores some creative presentation strategies whereby individual companies interests and social or public interests can be compromised through ′creative activities′ and ′equal-value consumerism′ for an ultimately effective management strategies for silver businesses and services.

창의적연구진흥사업 사업평가 및 분석 (The Program Evaluation and Analysis of Creative Research Initiatives)

  • The objective of this research is to evaluate the Creative Research Initiative Program (CRI), a national R&D program funded by the Ministry of Science & Technology in Korea. The evaluation of CRI covers the following research questions; 1) Have it set a unique position and characteristic distinguished from other government-funded R&D programs\ulcorner 2) Are the achievements of the program relevant to its goal\ulcorner 3) What is its performances and how much is it achieved its goal\ulcorner The results are the followings; 1) CRI is perceived as a pure basic research, distinguished from other national basic research programs, such as the Coal Oriented Basic Research Program and the SRC and ERC. 2) CRI is a well-adapted R&D program in confront of the environmental changes and R&D needs, as well as follows the planned R&D areas. 3) CRI have performed well in the raising-up world-class research leaders and the nation-wide diffusion of creative R&D culture, while it got few performances in the overcoming the limitation of the existing technologies and the independent development of original key technologies for future industries. However, the duration of the program, 5 year, is too short to expect concrete outcome, such as creating original technologies. Many of the outcomes of CRI gets a lot of attention from top class scientists in the world, it is expected to generate various R&D performances in the future.

공과대학 학생들의 창의성교육에 관한 인식 (College of Engineering Students' Perception on Creativity Education)

  • There have been various educational approaches to foster students' creativity in engineering colleges, but little has been conducted based on empirical study results of students' perception on creativity education. This study aims to explore the students' perception on creativity in engineering such as characteristics of creative engineers, the level of individual or group creativity and creative education in engineering colleges. According to the survey results of 538 respondents, engineering students considered three factors such as 'innovative driven', 'eager for high intellectuality', 'activity expression' as characteristics of creative engineer. They evaluated both of individual or group creativity levels as subnormal. They perceived the importance of creativity education, but were not satisfied with current creativity educational experiences. They pointed out 'limited supports of nation or organization', 'credit system decided by the paper-based exam', 'non-systematized creativity classes' as impending factors for creativity in engineering education. Students suggested 'securing the budget for practice and field participation', 'changing of perception on creativity education itself', 'developing the creativity classes combined with engineering subjects' as fostering factors in creativity education. This studdy suggests several implications of educational approaches to creativity education in engineering colleges.

주니어 공학 팀 미션 프로젝트 교육프로그램 및 교재 개발과 적용 효과 (A Study on Development and Application Effect of Junior Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Workbook)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the 'Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Textbook', which is improved creativity and creative problem for Juniors(middle school students) that is in the growth stage to become the leading role in future society. This can be applied the creative experience activities time of revised curriculum in 2009 being implemented to secondary education by 2011. The results of this study are as follows. The formation of Team Mission Project Education Program is the big field 2 project, lower field 8 module and 38 total lessons. This education program has secured the validity of the SME(Subject Matter Expert) expert conference. Actually, by putting the education program and textbook to the invention talent class formed by middle school students and by normally analyzing, it has been analyzed as very satisfying result. Therefore, the "Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Textbook" can be provided as a practical education course of new talent training and engineering talent model of the nation's knowledge property education. And it can perform as an education program using usefully in the creative experience activity education course in middle class education stage. Also, it is concluded to become the basis of engineering design education's high grade education and department of engineering's creative engineering.

귀추를 이용한 가설 설정이 과학 탐구 능력과 창의적 사고 활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hypothesis Formulation using Abduction on Science Processing Skills and Creative Thinking Activities)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of hypothesis formulations using abduction on science processing skills and the creative thinking activities. As the subject, 2 classes in the $6^{th}$ grade of B elementary school located in Busan were selected. Through the pre/post inspection design between experiment and comparison class, the units of science courses in the second semester of $6^{th}$ grade '1. A change in the weather' and '2. Various gases' were applied. The results were as follows: Firstly, the test on science processing skills showed that there was not statistic meaningful differences between the two groups. And, in the sub-parts, there was not statistic meaningful differences between the two groups. Secondly, it was observed that it would have a meaningful effect to improve the creative thinking activities of students who performed hypothesis formulation using abduction. Especially, through this, the experimental class gave a positive effect on the 'Fluency' and 'Elaboration', one of lower categories of the creative activities. The results of 'Flexibility' and 'Originality' in the experimental class were higher than those of students in the comparative class. However, according to statistical analysis, this result is meaningless. Thirdly, on the survey about the hypothesis formulation using abduction, many students thought that this learning method was very interesting and helpful to study science. In addition, it was observed that the ability to use abduct thinking was improved more than ever before.

빅데이터와 웨어러블 컴퓨팅의 융합정보화 전략 (Convergence-Information Strategy between Big Data and Wearable Computing)

  • 빅데이터가 새로운 가치창출과 문제해결의 핵심 엔진이 되는 데이터 중심 시대가 본격적으로 시작되고 있다. 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용한 새로운 정보화 추진 방향과 대응 전략을 모색하는 것을 목표로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 사회 패러다임의 변화와 IT의 새로운 역할, 오픈 플랫폼화와 빅데이터, 빅데이터의 잠재력과 가능성 등을 연계해서 논의함으로써 빅데이터가 새로운 가치창출의 핵심 엔진임을 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 빅데이터 시대에 대응해서 국가 차원의 성공적인 미래를 만들어가기 위한 구체적인 전략 방향을 제시하였다. 구체적으로는 전략방향의 지향점, 초기 촉진책, 지속 가능 메커니즘이라는 3가지 전략적 질문에 대한 해답을 각각 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 빅데이터에 관한 국가 차원의 지향점으로서 '데이터 분석기반 창조 강국'을 국가 차원의 빅데이터 분석 활용의 촉진제로서 빅데이터를 활용한 스마트 정부 구현'을 지속 가능한 성공 메커니즘 창출의 대표적인 추진 전략으로서 '빅데이터 협력 거버넌스' 전략을 각각 식별하고 그 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다.

사서의 인재상 정립에 관한 기초연구 (The Basic Research on the Establishment of a Librarian's Talent)

  • 인재는 국가, 사회, 조직, 개인의 효율적 목표달성과 성과창출을 위하여 필요한 가치와 능력 또는 이를 가진 사람으로, 국가 및 기업의 성공 또는 성과를 발생시키는 데 핵심적인 역할을 하는 사람이며, 사서는 전문성을 갖춘 도서관계와 지식문화기반 국가사회를 이룩할 인재라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사서의 인재상을 도출하기 위해 도서관계를 포함하여 사회 각 분야에서 제시된 인재상, 역량, 사서의 역할, 사서직무개발, PEST 분석 등을 수행하였다. 1차적으로 11개의 인재상을 도출하고, FGI 과정을 거쳐 4개의 인재상 유형을 도출하였으며, 이용자 및 사서, 학생 등을 대상으로 검증과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구에서는 최종적으로 창의융합형 인재, 인성형 인재, 전문형 인재, 소통형 인재 등 4개의 사서 인재상을 제안하였다.
