패션디자인 개발 직무에 적합한 발상법 연구 (Study on Derivation of Creative Thinking Techniques for the Fashion Design Development Task)

  • The objective of this study was to derive a list of creative thinking techniques applied with the requirements of the appropriate technique for the task of fashion design development among the process of fashion product planning. This was done through the analysis of thinking techniques by the type of thinking and idea method. Also, the study presented how each creative thinking technique derived is applied to the task of developing fashion design. The scope of the study was 'Fashion Design Development Task', which corresponds to the design sketch of a fashion item based on the seasonal design concept derived through the fashion design planning stage. Research on the thinking techniques consisted largely of the process of idea thinking, the elements of creative thinking, the patterns and types of thinking. Four studies by Makoto, Michalko, De Bono, and Cox suggesting that the patterns and types of thinking techniques were analyzed for the purpose of this study as empirical studies through FGI of a group of five fashion experts. The analysis results showed that the thinking techniques suitable for the development of fashion design were derived from the technique of fractionation, attributive listing, scamper, morphological analysis, mind mapping, lotus blossom, pattern language, provocative operation, and forced connection. In particular, it can be confirmed that the scamper was treated as an efficient and practical technique in the many studies.

디자인씽킹을 활용한 공학제품 설계수업에서의 창의적 문제해결 경험 연구 (An Study on Creative Problem Solving Experiences in Engineering Production Design Class Using Design Thinking)

  • 본 연구는 디자인씽킹을 활용한 수업에서의 창의적 문제해결 경험을 살펴보기 위해 서울의 A대학에서 2018년 2학기 정규수업으로 개설된 공학제품 설계 수업에 등록한 1학년 학생 37명(남 27명, 여 10명)을 대상으로 실시되었다. 본 연구에서 창의적 문제해결력은 창의적 성향과 문제해결력으로 나누어 살펴보았으며, Hotelling's T-square test와 t-test를 통해 사전-사후의 창의적 문제해결력 차이를 살펴본 결과, 창의적 성향 중 인내와 열정, 유머, 호기심, 진취적 성향이, 문제해결력 중 문제해결 행동이 유의미하게 증가된 것으로 나타났다. 이어, 성찰일지를 통해 창의적 문제해결의 과정을 살펴본 결과, 디자인씽킹의 공감하기와 프로토타입 및 테스트 단계에서는 문제해결을 위한 활동이 보다 많이 나타나고, 정의하기/발상하기와 아이디어 내기 단계에서는 창의적 활동이 보다 많이 나타나는 것을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 디자인씽킹을 통해 창의적 문제해결력이 항상될 수 있음을 나타내주며, 효과적인 디자인씽킹 활용 수업을 위한 교수적 지원이 뒷받침되어야 함을 시사해 준다.

창의적 캡스톤 디자인을 활용한 팀 프로젝트수업 운영에 따른 학습만족도 및 이해도 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Learning Satisfaction and Comprehension of Team Project Instruction Using Creative Capstone Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of comprehension degree about learning satisfaction and capstone class by applying the subject which draws idea for team project task in college to creative capstone design program. The Capstone Design Program is designed to train fieldworkers with creative problem solving skills and is widely applied as a problem-solving course in team-based projects. In this paper, based on the case study of the 'fusion capstone design' operated in the first semester of 2015 ~ 2017, the capstone design course was established in the course of designing ideas for problem solving. The results of this study are as follows: First, the questionnaire about capstone design instruction process, instruction method, and learning achievement satisfaction were analyzed. As a result, understanding of capstone design was found to be higher than that of class before class, and satisfaction of performance course, method of teaching performance and learning outcome were obtained.

패션산업의 창조적 선진화를 위한 패션디자인 발상 분석 (An Analysis of Fashion Design Inspiration Sources for the Creative Advancement of Fashion Industry)

  • The purpose of this research was to give the basic educational sources that could nurture creative fashion designers for the creative advancement of the fashion industry. After investigating and categorizing the ideation behind designer collections in four fashion capitals - Paris, London, Milan and New York, the materialization of concepts was analyzed in relation to inspiration and design elements. As a result, design inspiration was classified into figures, artworks and art trends, historicity of fashion, regional features, natural objects, artificial objects, abstract concepts, clothing for specific occasions, events, and others. This study found that inspiration for fashion design comes from various fields, and that creative design skills can be nurtured through ideation training using a wide variety of subjects.

  • 미학적인 디자인이 상품가치를 갖게 될 현재 사회에서 디자인은 기존의 개념을 탈피하고 파괴하는 반동의 에너지와 부드럽고 유연한 감성을 불어넣는 것이어야 한다. 이러한 디자인 목표에 이르기 위한 '창조적 발상'은 디자이너가 갖추어야 할 가장 중요한 능력 중의 하나이며, 형태적 접근이나 이미지 개발은 물론 기능이나 성능 등 상품 컨셉(Concept)까지 관여하는 디자인 문제해결에 있어서의 총체적인 개념이다. 본 연구에서는 창조성의 정의, 디자인의 환경변화와 그에 따른 디자이너가 갖추어야 할 조건, 선행연구 된 창조적 디자인 발상법 등을 살펴보고 휴대폰을 대상으로 창조적 디자인 사고를 위한 디자인 방법을 제시함으로써 창조성의 중요성과 디자이너의 창조적 가치 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

  • Recent changes in the Korean education policies are promoting the advances in science and technology and cultivating people of convergence talent. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) educational program is Korean styled convergence program for creative competent human resources. Therefore, Therefore the aim of this study is developing convergence hand-on educational program coping with climate change for elementary school students. For development of the program, we investigated the curriculum of the elementary school about the climate change, and allocated in the creative learning standard frame. Also, we selected themes related the climate change in the curriculum and learning activity. For more effective program to build the convergence competency, we analyzed the program based on creative problem based learning process and 4 core competency(creativity, communication, convergence, caring) elements. In conclusion, the STEAM program needs to develop by school curriculum and leaner's ability. For elementary school students, the STEAM program consists with creative problem based learning process. And the convergence educational program would analyze by the creative PBL process and convergence competency elements. So, this developing program has brought the promotion of the creative convergence competent talented person for the future global environment.

공과대학생의 종합설계에 대한 창의융합 인식 비교 (The Awareness Comparison about Creative Converged Competence for the Capstone Design among Engineering Students)

  • 졸업 연구작품 제작에 참여한 학생들과 참여하지 않은 학생들에게서 인식되는 창의적 능력, 창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십 및 융합적 사고와 관련된 역량을 파악하였다. 창의적 능력에서는 참여 학과 학생들에게서 다양한 전공 분야의 이해를 통한 아이디어 창출에 대한 부분의 교육에 더 많은 교육과정과 비교과 활동의 운영이 필요하나 전체적으로는 비참여 학생보다는 높은 긍정적 결과를 얻었다. 창의적 리더십 및 융합적 사고에서는 종합설계와 졸업작품을 진행한 학생이 더 긍정적인 면을 보여주었으며 미참여 학과 학생들은 고등사고, 복잡한 현상의 논리적 분석 및 전체적 파악 등에서 창의적 역량이 부족함을 나타내었다.

트리즈의 모순분석을 활용한 창의적 문제해결 실습과정 (Creative Problem Solving Process using TRIZ Contradiction Analysis)

  • Many methods have been suggested for a creative problem solving approach. TRIZ approach is ranked top in its practical application because it is originated from the real patent analysis. This approach is assumed to be generic which can be applied to any types of problems regardless of problem type and its domain. The objective of this study is to propose a creative problem solving approach using TRIZ's contradiction analysis, then introduce a case study of applying this approach to a creative design coursework. Main topic covers a creative problem solving approach, a problem definition using TRIZ contradiction analysis, finding invention principles, and problem solving from the generic approach. For the course project, Roborobo tool is adopted to implement the design concept. This coursework helps students finding a general problem solving approach, and applying a generic solution for their specific problem domain.

창조적 혁신을 위한 국가연구개발사업 연구추진체제의 설계 : 창의적연구진흥사업 사례 (Research System Design for Creative Innovation in the National R&D Program : The Case of Creative Research Initiatives in Korea)

  • This study addresses the question of how to design the research system for national R&D programs that aim to promote creative innovation. This paper attempts to analyze the case of Creative Research Initiatives(CRI), a new national R&D program recently launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea. CRI is a strategic program intended to shift the national R&D paradigm from imitative innovation to creative innovation. The key features of the research system of the program include: a research-centered system, long-term research funding, the sunset approach, a dynamic and flexible research organization, and a centralized research system. This paper suggests theoretical rational of these key features based on the literature review on creative innovation. Based on an analysis of the results of implementing the CRI in 1997, this paper also examines how the research system design is reflected and embodied in the program implementation process. Finally, policy implications and future research directions are also discussed.

The Study on Creative Tutoring Service Design to Improve Self-presentation and Learning Abilities for Kids Focusing on Visual Association and Storytelling

  • Objective: The goal of this study is to design a creative tutoring service, which helps children gain confidence and creativity through learning activities. Background: Nowadays most kids are growing up in a very competitive environment under their parents' zeal for education. A stressful environment can deter a child from the confident undertaking of challenges, leading to depression, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy. Art therapy helps children work through these issues, however the process led by instructors or parents, and kids still feel anxious studying adults' face to read their thought. Method: To help children address challenges, a creative tutoring service application can provide images with certain tasks instead of asking them to fill in blank areas. The tasks asked by the service system are 1) to visualize children's own experience utilizing visually associated images from given images and 2) to create an illustrated story modifying and re-composing given images. Another task is to learn basic math and words with numbers and alphabets in customized colors. By completing each task children collect awards, which allow them graduate to higher levels of challenges. The outcomes from the tasks are sent to the main server system and reviewed by analysts. Those results are sent to children's parents as a text message on smart phone. Results: Visual implication using images inspires children to make creative stories based on their own experience. Also, children can find their own patterns of reaching answers by using synaesthetic imagery through repetitive practices of creative thinking tasks. Conclusion: Understanding how they feel about doing tasks in certain environments and assessing them in varied situations should be carefully considered when designers approach service design for kids. By focusing on how to tutor children in creative ways, as opposed to focusing on the expected outcome, creative service applications can be designed to reduce children's stress and encourage self expression. Children are predicted to gain confidence through using the service without the concern of comparison by others. Application: The creative tutoring service needs to be developed and tested by varying types of children.
