중국 대학생의 창의적 성격과 창의성의 관계에서 심미적 능력과 자아가치의 이중매개효과 (Dual mediating effect of aesthetic ability and self-worth between creative personality and creativity of Chinese college students)

  • 본 연구는 중국 디자인 전공 대학생을 대상으로 심미적 능력과 자아가치가 창의적 성격과 창의성의 관계에서 이중매개하는지를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 자료는 중국 광동지역의 한 디자인 전공 대학교에서 유의 표집한 대학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석 및 이중매개 효과 분석이었다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 성격, 심미적 능력, 자아가치 및 창의성 모두 정적인 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 대학생의 심미적 능력과 자아가치가 창의적 성격과 창의성의 관계에서 이중매개하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학생들의 창의성 증진을 위하여 창의적 성격만이 아니라 심미적 능력과 자아가치를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등수학영재의 수학 창의적 문제해결력과 메타인지와의 관계, 수학 창의적 문제해결력에 대한 메타인지 구성 요소별 영향력을 밝혀 수학 창의적 문제해결력을 향상시키기 위한 교수 방법으로서 메타인지적 접근에 대한 기초 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 광역시 소재 대학교 영재교육원의 5학년 초등수학영재 40명과 초등학교 영재학급의 5학년 초등수학영재 40명으로 총 80명이다. 연구결과 초등수학영재 집단 안에서도 수학 창의적 문제해결력과 메타인지의 개인차가 크게 나타났으며 수학 창의적 문제해결력과 메타인지는 유의미한 상관 관계를 보였다. 또한 수학 창의적 문제해결력 전체에 상대적으로 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 메타인지 구성요소는 메타 인지적 지식으로 나타났고, 수학 창의적 문제해결력 중 유창성과 독창성 요소에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 메타인지 구성요소는 메타인지적 지식이며, 융통성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 메타인지적 구성요소는 메타인지적 자기조정으로 나타났다. 메타인지적 경험은 상대적으로 적은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 수학 창의적 문제해결력과 메타인지와의 관련성을 고려하여 초등수학영재의 창의적 문제해결력을 높일 수 있는 메타인지적 접근을 기반으로 한 구체적인 교육과정과 수학영재 교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 함을 시사하는 것이라 볼 수 있다.

간호사의 창의적 간호실무가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Creative Nursing Practice on Hospital Nurses' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study was done to: (a) examine relationships between creative nursing practice and job satisfaction, and organizational commitment that nurses perceive in a hospital, and (b) identify creative nursing practice factors affecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Method: Using self-report questionnaires including 25 items of the Creative Nursing Practice Index, a descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 387 nurses working in the nursing care units of a general hospital in Seoul, Korea. Data were analyzed, using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Result: The mean score for nurses performance of creative practice was $2.29{\pm}0.46$ (range 1 to 4). Creative nursing practice had positive correlation with nurses' job satisfaction (r=.427, p<.001) and organizational commitment (r=.433, p<.001). Creative nursing practice factors influencing job satisfaction were implementing customized care (${\beta}$=.158, p=.010), making new knowledge (${\beta}$=.257, p<.001), and searching ideas (${\beta}$=.209, p<.001). Nurses' organizational commitment was influenced by implementing customized care (${\beta}$=.192, p=.002), making new knowledge (${\beta}$=.158, p=.028), searching ideas (${\beta}$=.254, p<.001), sharing ideas (${\beta}$=.250, p=.003), and validating ideas (${\beta}$=.189, p=.036). Conclusions: The results indicate a need to develop nurses' creative competency to pursue quality care as well as increase nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

The Effect of Creative Potential on Innovation Behavior: focusing on Design Thinking

  • Purpose: The purpose of study is to examine the effects of design thinking-based programs on creative potential, creativity and innovation behavior, as well as the mediating effect of creative potential and creativity. Research design, data and methodology: The study was conducted through a four-step process. First, the previous studies were investigated. Second, a total of three experts were reviewed to improve and supplement the program. Third, a workshop-based design thinking program was conducted four times. Fourth, the effectiveness of the program was reviewed through data analysis. Results: The design thinking-based program was found to have a statistically positive effect on creative potential, creativity, and innovation behavior. As another hypothesis of this study, by applying the design thinking-based program, it was statistically confirmed that creative potential has a direct, indirect effect, and a mediating effect on innovation behavior. Conclusions: These results provide usability for design thinking in terms of direction for creativity-based creative problem solving and innovation. Finally, design thinking can be used to develop and utilize new services and discover new ideas, especially improve the competitiveness of the company. In addition, it means that the level of innovation action can vary depending on the level of the individual's creative potential.

역할스트레스와 개인 창의성 간의 관계에 대한 실증연구: 창의적 자아효능감과 자기주도성의 매개역할 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Role Stress and Personal Creativity: The Mediating Roles of Creative Self-Efficacy and Personal Initiative)

  • Personal creativity is critically important for organizations seeking to survive and thrive in today's highly turbulent business environments. Organizations must effectively identify and mobilize the creative resources of their members. When organizational members perceive a work environment that restricts or fails to encourage individual creative expression, a gap may exist between the level of individual creative potential and the actual amount of individual creativity practiced within the organization. In this situation, this paper will examine the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, creative self-efficacy, and personal initiative on personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy is the subjective belief in one's personal ability to be creative, that is, a personal assessment of one's own creative potential. A strong internal belief in one's ability to successfully engage in creative behaviors is generally considered an important part of the creative process. Personal Initiative refers to behaviors, mainly directed toward work and organizational issues, that are characterized by the following aspects: self-starting, proactive, and persistent in overcoming barriers. Creativity-related creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are critical components to understand motivation that coordinates the relationship between perception and behavior of individual employees. Based on role theory, researchers have focused on role conflict and role ambiguity as the two key ingredients of role stress. Role ambiguity is defined as an evaluation about the lack of salient information needed to perform a role effectively. Role conflict results from two or more sets of incompatible demands involving work-related issues. Employees are usually pursued work-roles more than one in work-focused organization. Too many work-roles and perceived uncertainties at employee's work can be obstacles to personal creativity. In an analysis of results, while role conflict is not negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy. While role conflict is significantly related to personal creativity, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship among role conflict, role ambiguity, and employee creativity. Personal initiative mediates the relationship between creative self-efficacy and employee creativity. This paper shows that creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are the driving force behind personal creativity. Organizations can get some implications of creative-related role conflict and role ambiguity that employees have experienced. As a result, organizations must not only encourage creativity of employees by greater involvement but also encourage their input towards their-focused own works and tasks. And employees should be developed to pace with the organizational needs and development. Management must enable employees to think of new ideas and practices that promotes personal creativity.

창의 과정과 산물의 구조적 관계에 따른 초등학생의 과학 창의성 유형 탐색 (Exploring the Types of Elementary Students' Scientific Creativity According to the Structural Relationship between Creative Process and Product)

  • 본 연구는 창의 과정과 산물의 구조적 관계를 분석한 정량적 자료와 정성적 자료를 활용하여 초등학생의 과학 창의성 유형을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 5학년 105명의 학생이 창의 과정과 산물을 나타내는 과학 창의성 검사 도구에 응답한 내용과 그중 과학 창의성이 가장 높았던 4명을 대상으로 주로 어떤 과정으로 창의 산물을 냈는지 면담하여 자료를 수집하였다. 검사 결과에 대해 상관관계 및 구조방정식 분석을 하였고 면담 자료와 함께 유형화의 참고자료로 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의 과정과 산물의 구조방정식 모형은 절대적합지수와 증분적합지수 측면에서 적합도가 검증되었다. 둘째, 지식, 탐구기능 중 관찰, 창의적 사고기능의 창의 과정 중 창의적 사고기능만이 창의 산물에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 창의적 사고기능 중 과학 창의성 산물과의 연관성은 확산적 사고, 수렴적 사고, 연관적 사고 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 초등학생의 과학 창의성은 산물에 따라 창의형, 유용형, 독창형, 비창의형으로 유형이 나뉜다. 그중 비창의형은 세부적으로 진부형, 반복형, 미응답형, 비타당형, 추상형으로 나뉜다. 다섯째, 초등학생은 창의 과정에서 지식 혹은 관찰 중 하나를 주로 사용하는 양상을 보였는데, 이에 따라 지식 지향형, 관찰 지향형으로 유형화할 수 있다. 또한, 창의적 사고기능을 얼마나 다양하게 사용했는지에 따라 DT형, DT-CT형, DT-CT-AT형 등으로 나눌 수 있다. 이 연구는 교육자와 연구자가 과학 창의성 교육에 실질적으로 고려해야 할 점을 시사하고 있다.

취학전 아동을 위한 창의적 가정환경 척도 개발 (Development of a Creative Home Environment Scale for Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to access a creative home environment for preschool children and to examine its validity and reliability. The subjects were 296 children aged 5 to 6 years(148 males and 148 females) and their parents. The methods for data analysis included item analysis, factor analysis for construct validity, Pearson correlations between the rating scale for creative characteristics of preschoolers(RSCCP) and this scale for concurrent validity, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability. The 44 items of the scale were found be satisfactory in terms of item response distribution and item discrimination. Four factors were extracted from the factor analysis: the subscales labelled 'respect for the child', 'enriched learning environment', 'stimulation of independence' and 'family pressure'. The concurrent validity of this scale was accessed by computing the correlation measures of RSCCP with this scale. Most coefficients were significant. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ ranged from.75 to.86 for the 4 subscales and.85 for the total scale.

한국 창작뮤지컬 관람동기의 중요도 연구 (A Study on IPA of Spectator Motivation in the Korean Creative Musical)

  • 본 논문은 한국창작 뮤지컬의 활성화를 위해 한국 창작 뮤지컬의 관람동기에 관한 중요도 연구이다. 중요도 분석(IPA, Importance Performance Analysis)는 다 속성 모델의 각 속성의 상대적인 중요도와 성취도를 동시에 비교 분석하는 평가기법이다. 이 분석은 고객들이 중시하는 요소와 이들 요소에 대한 고객의 만족도를 매트릭스 상의 좌표로 표시하여 식별하는 방법으로 고객만족은 특성 속성에 대한 고객의 기대수준과 그러한 속성에 대한 실행도에 의해 결정된다. 이 분석법을 통해 본 연구는 한국 창작뮤지컬 관람동기 속성의 중요도와 만족도를 알아보았다.

크리에이티브 디렉터 교체에 따른 버버리 남성복 디자인 및 스타일 연구 (A Study on the Design and Style of Burberry Men's Wear through the Replacement of Creative Directors)

  • This study compares and analyzes the designs of Burberry creative directors, Christopher Bailey and Riccardo Tisci. For this purpose, 322 photographs (176 Christopher Bailey and 146 Riccardo Tisci) were collected and the data analysis criteria were classified into color, shape, material, decoration, item, and fashion style. With respect to the data analysis method, statistical analysis and content analysis were combined. First, the design characteristics of Christopher Bailey top and bottom combined bright tone, tone-in-tone color scheme, H-line, heterogeneous material combination, and smart casual appeared very frequently. Second, the design characteristics of Riccardo Tisci top and bottom combined were monotone, tone-on-tone color scheme, H-line, heterogeneous material combinations, and street culture. Third, the design differences between creative directors were significantly different in color, tone, color arrangement, pattern, material type, material combination, detail, top and bottom items, and fashion style. Burberry men's wear maintains Burberry's traditional design identity with achromatic colors, beige-based colors, and beige checks. Christopher Bailey's design direction is characterized by modernity in a casual mood that emphasizes practicality. The design direction of Riccardo Tisci is characterized by a wide gap between images in a semi-formal style that emphasizes Burberry's tradition and a free-spirited casual style.

Study on Agenda-Setting Structure between SNS and News: Focusing on Application of Network Agenda-Setting

  • This study applied network agenda-setting theory to analyze the impact of the agenda-setting function of the media on certain issues by focusing on the agenda at the center of controversy, 'Creative Economy'. To this end, the study extracted the data referred to creative economy in the media and SNS from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2014, and analyzed the data using the network analysis program UCINET and the Korean language analysis program Textom. The results of the present study show that, during the period under former President Lee (2008-2011), the media's creative economy agenda-setting function did not exert a significant impact on the agenda-setting within SNS. However, from 2012 when the government of former President Park Geun-hye had started, the agenda-setting function of the media starts to show increasingly strong influence on the agenda cognition in SNS. The central words and sub-words configuration forming the center of the semantic network moved in the direction of a high correlation, in addition to the gradually increasing correlation based on QAP correlation analysis. In 2014, the semantic networks of the media and SNS bore a close resemblance to each other, while the shape of networks and sub-words structure also had a high level of similarity.
