첨단 기술 기반 B2B 회사의 관계 네트워크에서의 공동 가치 창출을 위한 자원 및 역량 도출 (Identification of resources and competences for value co-creation in the relationship network of high-tech B2B firm)

  • 공동가치창출 현상은 B2B 및 B2C 시장 모두에서 중요한 비즈니스 전략으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 주체들 및 복잡한 네트워크로 구성된 첨단 기술 기반의 B2B 시장에서 공동가치창출을 위한 핵심 자원 및 역량을 도출하였다. 대만의 파운드리 반도체 선두업체인 TSMC가 사례 연구로 선정되어 공급자, 고객, 파트너들간의 공동가치창출 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 관찰 연구, 내용 분석 및 TSMC 직원들과의 비구조화된 인터뷰를 통해 수집한 질적 데이터를 정성적 데이터 분석(Qualitative data analysis) 툴을 사용하여 분석하였다. 귀납적 추리 (Inductive reasoning)에 기반한 사례 연구 및 사례 연구를 바탕으로 한 이론수립을 연구방법론으로 적용하여 4가지의 핵심 자원 (재무적 자원, 지식 자원, 효율성 자원, 지적 자원)과 6가지의 핵심 역량 (관계 역량, 협력 역량, 전략적 역량, 혁신 역량, 관리 역량, 서비스 역량)을 도출하였다. 도출된 자원과 역량을 기반으로 관계 네트워크 하에서의 공동가치창출을 연구하기 위한 연구 체계를 수립하였다.

  • 부동산 시장에 정보기술이 적용된 프롭테크는 다양한 가치창출모델들을 제시하면서 부동산 거래혁신을 이끌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 프롭테크에 기반한 비즈니스에서 창출 및 공유되고 있는 가치를 분류하여 이해하는 동시에, 개별 가치 영역 간의 상대적 중요도를 반영한 평가자료를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 프롭테크의 가치창출 차원을 위계적으로 구성하였고, 다종 산업이 혼재되어 있는 프롭테크 산업의 하위 산업에 대한 상대적 가치창출 정도를 평가하였다. 제안된 지표 간의 상대적 중요성을 파악하기 위하여 업계 및 학계 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 시행하였다. 1단계에서는 무형적 가치, 관계적 가치, 고도화 가치를 제시하였으며, 2단계의 분해과정을 거쳐 총 9개 평가지표들의 이원 비교를 통하여 지표 간 가중치를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 프롭테크 산업의 부문별 가치창출 정도를 평가해 봄으로써, 향후 한국 프롭테크 생태계 전반의 가치창출 역량 향상 및 발전을 도모하고자 하였다.

재난관리에 있어서 지식경영의 성공요인과 활동이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Impact of Knowledge Management Success Factors and Activities on Disaster Management Task Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 지식경영의 성공요인들이 지식경영활동들을 활성화시키고 이어서 이러한 지식경영활동들이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 재난관리 분야에 있어서 실증적으로 연구하였다. 지식경영성공요인은 리더십, 조직문화, 정보기술, 측정, 보상체계, 지식품질의 6개 요인으로 측정하였고 지식경영활동은 지식창출과 지식활용으로 구분하여 측정하였으며 재난관리 업무성과는 AHP를 통해서 도출된 12개 항목으로 측정하였다. 실증 연구의 결과 첫째, 지식경영성공요인 중 조직문화, 정보기술, 보상체계, 지식품질의 4개 요소가 지식창출활동을 활성화시키는 영향력을 나타내었고, 리더십, 정보기술, 보상체계, 지식품질의 4개 요소는 지식활용에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지식창출과 지식활용간의 관계에서는 지식창출이 지식활용에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지식경영활동과 재난관리업무성과간의 관계에서는 지식활용이 재난관리업무성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다.

How to Innovate Sellers' Performance in the E-marketplace: Focused on Absorptive Capacity and Information System Use Pattern

  • Intermediaries are presenting not only transactional information that orchestrates electronic transaction, but also market related information and knowledge useful for sellers' understanding of the market status. However, we do not have strong evidence that the market related information and knowledge is properly utilized by sellers and that it has an actual influence on sellers' performance. According to the research result, absorptive capacity and the pattern of information system utilization is statistically significant to sellers' performance mediated by operational efficiency and market knowledge creation. Especially, explorative utilization of information system and realized absorptive capacity has a stronger influence on sellers' performance mediated by market knowledge creation. With this research result, this study maintains that sellers are required to absorb and utilize market related information and knowledge more actively through explorative utilization of information system to achieve better performance in the e-marketplace. On the other hand, intermediaries are recommended to provide abundant and valuable market related information and knowledge for the sellers to build up better e-marketplaces.

Research on The Application and Expression of Mixed media in Oil Painting

  • With the diversified development of modern art, the application of mixed media in painting has become increasingly prominent, which not only provides artistic creators with new creative ideas, but also magnifies the creators' emotions and re endows the media with meaning and value. This paper systematically introduces the definition, features and connotation of mixed media painting, and expounds three aspects of the aesthetic function of multimedia in oil painting creation, the embodiment of painting individuality, and the combination and application of materials and technique to demonstrate that mixed media presents different understanding and expression in Chinese oil painting, no longer constrained by traditional oil painting materials, which promotes more development possibilities of the art expression form of Chinese oil painting, enhances its international influence, and bring new vitality to the creation and development of Chinese oil painting.

From Emerging to Submerging Economies: New Policy Challenges for Research and Innovation

  • The Schumpeterian process of "creative destruction", associated with the emergence and diffusion of new radical, so-called "general purpose" technologies, has throughout history impacted wealth and income, jobs creation, jobs displacement, and the emergence and submergence of new hotspots of innovation. Emerging countries have benefited most from such a renewing of those societies' dynamics, leading them to higher levels of economic development and welfare. Doing so they have shown a remarkable capacity in moving upstream in the value chain, from outsourcing of manufacturing activities to autonomous process technology development, product development, design, and applied research. At the same time however, such Schumpeterian processes have now and then turned into exactly opposite processes of "destructive creation." Such processes seem to have become common among what could be called "submerging" economies: innovation only benefitting a few at the expense of many with as a result an opposite pattern of a long term reduction in overall welfare, productivity, and employment growth.

  • The content industry was greatly affected by the pandemic that hit the world in 2020. The release and production of major Hollywood films were postponed. Performances, festivals, and mega-events such as tourism and the Olympic Games were also canceled or postponed. The innovation of the content industry became inevitable in line with these rapid environmental changes, and the industry had to undergo internal changes according to these external environmental changes. Representative examples are talent fostering and job creation for young people. This study conducts both SWOT analysis and PEST analysis on the South Korean content industry, thereby analyzing cases of talent fostering and job creation suitable for the new environment.

A Study of Learner-Centered Participatory Activities and Learner Satisfaction Using a 4-Cut Cartoon Creation in College Liberal Arts English Classes

  • This study proposes learner participatory activities for learner-centered college liberal arts classes. In addition, it analyzes learners' perceptions of and satisfaction with learner-centered classes and identifies the issues that must be considered when planning learner-centered activities for college liberal arts classes. The study used a learner-centered participatory activity in which participants created a 4-cut cartoon addressing a specific theme. An open-ended questionnaire was administered to identify learners' attitudes about and satisfaction with the learner-centered classes. It showed that most learners (87.5%) were highly satisfied with the 4-cut cartoon creation activities in the learner-centered participatory class. Learners identified the burden- free nature of the class activities, the fact that they improved their understanding of class content, and that they were fun (not boring) as the main reasons they found the class activities satisfying. In liberal arts English classes, more diverse participatory class activities should be developed to arouse interest and motivation of learners and encourage learners' participation.

Sponsored Online Community Types and Participant's Perceived Value

  • The growth of social media has enabled firms to create virtual organizations (online communities) in which value can be co-created with members. Yet, current typologies of firm-sponsored online communities focus either on the firm or participants, and not the interaction between them. This paper provides a systematic review of the online community literature from 2000 to 2018 to develop an understanding of the types of firm-sponsored online communities and the co-creation of value within them. Four types of sponsored online communities are found. These can be differentiated based on the output for the sponsoring firm and the level of self-organization of the communities. This study contributes to the discussion of value co-creation by (i) shedding light on differences among firm-sponsored online community types based on the level and nature of interaction within an online community; and (ii) examining the perceived value co-created through community interactive experiences.
